So what should we look for before deciding what template to choose? Number one tip. Check the template colors if their match to your needs. As we said before on the color course, there are a lot off templates that offer a lot of variety of colors. You can change the colors very easily. You can customize them through the template settings, but there are some templates, especially the free templates. We're going to see a few examples later that they do not offer a lot of options, so you have to deal with some CSS coding, and that would be a problem if you're not familiar with CSS or holding. Generally, my second tip to you is to look for the template based on the kind off site you're developing. It's very important if you're developing a special website like a hotel website. Why not choosing a hotel template to develop the hotel website? Let's see a few examples. Could you imagine what kind of template this would be? I'm sure you guessed it. It's a news portal template. If you are developing a news portal, why not choose a template like this and starting toe Put your own content inside with some customization is of course. Could you tell what this template for? You're building the website for next step. The next step is to search your competition. It's very important to know everything about a business type before developing one. So, for example, if you want to develop a car rental business website and you're doing this for the first time, what do you think? That it's the easiest way to get the most information off course from your competition for your competitors? Go on Google, search there, rent a car, navigate through some websites, see their features. What are they selling? How they do it, what color they use, what selling techniques they use, how much text they use. If they have some special features, like do a rental online, anything. Choose right layout for your website, and the last tip is the template pricing. I always compare the prices. In my opinion, it's not worthy, giving about 100 euros for a template. While you can find pretty much the same template at 30 or 40 euros, you have to make your own search and compare the prices before deciding what template you should buy. Or maybe you should use a template from the free listing on The resource is you will find a few links with free templates and a few other links with some premium templates that I prefer and I have been using for many years now. I'm gonna show you how you can upload your website in a really sever. But for now, we're gonna download a local server. Generally, I prefer working on local host on a local server before uploading my final website. The main reason I prefer this is because I can work even if I'm offline. So I can work literally from everywhere while I have my laptop with me. That's the main reason I prefer working on a local server. So if you haven't already done, this step is very important to do it, download a local server.
