About This Class

In this class you will learn the skills needed to build "parallax plugin" in JavaScript. We will write our script  from start to finish and also cover one "parallax Landing Page" as a example, so that you will get an idea about exactly how your script will work.

What You'll Learn

  • JavaScript
  • Students will be able create a simple JS plugin, which can handle multiple layer parallax.

Knowing how things work is cool!!

There are many JavaScript and J query plugins are available for this effect, some are available for free as well. But isn't cool to be able to do things by yourself?? In this class we are going to write simple version of some of very famous plugins.... with start from here, you can go ahead and add more and more complex things to it.

In the end of this class

You will have your own parallax plugin.

Great class. Goes at a good pace. You see the code side by side with the result in real time.
I´ve been trying to learn how to do this many times unsuccessfully. This video is really helpful. Mr Shinde's strong accent is a bit hard to follow at times.
This class effectively teaches students how to create the parallax effect.
