Project Description

5 Easy & Healthy Mornings

Part 1

First, download the worksheet to write on while you watch the class. You'll gain helpful tips and ideas for ingredients as you see the photos and videos, so be ready to write with a pen or pencil.

Fill in the top "Brainstorm" portion with all your ideas of toppings.

Next, go to the bottom "Meal Plan" portion and start filling out each day with a variety of toppings. Make sure you get every category covered.

*BONUS TIP - Add in some additional "boosts" (like bee pollen, superfood powders, or protein powders) if you wish.

Take a photo of your worksheet and upload to the Project Gallery. Then head off to your pantry or local store to gather your ingredients.

Part 2

Once you have your workspace set up with all your ingredients and containers, take a photo of your meal prep work and share in the Project Gallery. Other students will love to see the combinations you come up with! Creativity spurs all of us on!

Part 3

Every morning pull your oatmeal out, add your water, and cook it in just a couple of minutes. Snap a photo of your steaming hot meal and let us know how you liked it in the Project Gallery or the discussion area. Other students will be able to learn new recipes & combinations from you.
