Really nice, short and informative for those just starting with project management
Nice overview - definitely give it a watch before going on to more in depth classes on project management if you're unfamiliar. The reading list and resources are especially nice to have.
Great, concise introduction to how to get a complex projects completed successfully, effectively, and on time. Nicole shares useful vocabulary and themes, and her case study on planning a fundraiser makes her insights very tactical. Highly recommend as an intro or refresher!
