Very interesting
I originally saw this "Diet" almost 2 years ago from a friend of mine and I worked my way up from 10 hours of fasting to 16 then finally to around 20-22 hours. I was also eating a keto diet along with this and lost 60 lbs without working out. I was just doing my normal work day which is ALOT of walking. I am really pleased with this meal plan and really recommend it to everyone to at least try and see if it works for them.
Very good course. I lost 10 Kg with 4:3 Method and can recommend IF for everyone who wants to permanently lose weight and fat.
