This course is designed to be a survey of the major topics of Information Systems. The material covers major topics that drive computing and information technology today. The course is broken down into sections that cover a survey of topics of information systems. These topic include:

  • An overview of mobile computing
  • Cloud computing and the services that are offered by the leading vendors on the market today

I have been involved in software development and IT operations for 30 years. I have worked as a Software Developer, Software Development Manager, Software Architect and as an Operations Manager. In addition for the last five years have taught evening classes in various IT related subjects at a local university.
