Welcome to this course Indian Contract Act: Must Know for every Finance Professionals.
We all know, in business, transactions are entered into by agreements. Have we ever thought how agreements should be drafted? What are the legal requirements behind a valid agreement? What makes a contract? What are the different types of contract? What is breach of contract?
You will learn all those from this course. But be clear, in this course you will understand things only from Indian perspective as the course covers only the Indian legislation. So, this is not a right course for Non Indians.
