This was an easy to follow, step-by-step fun and informative class. I highly recommend it!
Hello, Skillshare folks! I am an independent illustrator and designer living and working in the rural village of Yarrow, British Columbia, Canada. I primarily work in editorial and retail illustration, and my client list includes Wired UK, Monocle, Laurence King Publishing, Papyrus (the greeting cards, not the font!) and Chipotle Mexican Grill. On the side, I regularly collaborate on letterpress projects, such as greeting cards and multi-illustrator print sets with my friend Vincent Perez at Everlovin’ Press.
My work is characterized by physical textures and handmade linework combined with simple, solid shapes and bold colour palettes. I have a passion for the peculiar and enjoy depicting the often subtle but humourous things that I find in everyday life.
