About This Class
This class is for creatives that are looking to built a robust yet flexible stance and attitude towards themselves and their work. By looking at areas such as doubt, fear, unworthiness and confidence, I unfold the "imposter syndrome" and how the sciences of Yoga and Ayurveda can help in alleviating such feelings.
Lack of self-worth is a common attribute to freelance creatives in the beginning of their journey. The sciences of Ayurveda and Yoga focus on building a core strength within the self, knowing the self and also healing the mind. Through knowledge of the self, movement and proper breathing techniques, we can slowly start to align with that part of ourself that no longer needs external validation for our work.
In small steps, we can make a big difference to our overall wellbeing, which means that as a creative, you can more easily find that flow and align with your true self and creative spark.
