Instructor is very knowledgeable, and the class was easy to understand, quick but very thorough.
I actually hadn't used Affinity Designer before watching this class. It looked like so much fun that half-way through watching it, I paused the class, downloaded the software, and just started trying some things I saw. This really made everything much less intimidating. I love how the teacher doesn't try to speed up the actions, you get to watch him draw an original character, take a picture and upload, trace it, color it and add finishing touches to it, from start to finish. I hope I can find more videos like this one to help me along.
Thank you for this class. I was looking for a class that would quickly help me get started coloring my pencil sketches with this software and this was perfect. I always wondered how the different elements of vector images were made. The texture was a surprise as I thought that textures would be made with brushes but this was an eye opener. Really enjoyed it and I would gladly watch anymore tutorials on this software from you in the future.
