Project Description

Your sketchbook exercises:

Exercise 1: Drawing a Pattern. Pick a reference photo for inspiration, and turn it into a full-page pattern in your sketchbook.

Exercise 2: Drawing from Life. Pick an object around you to draw, and create 2-3 different drawings based upon that one subject.

Exercise 3: Observational Composition. Draw your surroundings! Maybe it's the corner of your room, your kitchen cabinets, or the window over your bed. Capture your space in one composition.
