About This Class

This course is filled with valuable daily living skills that I teach in therapy sessions. If you would like an inoculation for daily struggles there will be something in this course for you. Perhaps you have never attended therapy and wonder what happens behind the closed door.  This is your chance to take a peek.            In my therapy room 50% is therapy and 50% is education. Herein lies a smattering of what may arise in discussion and the education that assists.
