About This Class

This class is aimed at basic users of LinkedIn and shows via video lessons how to super-charge your basic profile into something that will actually work for you. 

So many people have no idea how to use LinkedIn and make mistake after mistake. In LinkedIn you want to stand out from the crowd. In this lesson I will guide you through the basic set-up of your LinkedIn profile page. With a few tweeks and understanding how LinkedIn works your profile will go from a bog standard nothing special profile, to a standout profile that attracts attention.

There are no advanced techniques in here to confuse you. That is not the point of this lesson. In this class we are aiming at a basic user with basic understanding of the platform. I will move you up from a basic user to an above average user.

Hello everyone, I have been involved in business networking since 2010 when I launched a business networking breakfast meeting in my local area. Never doing anything like this before I was unsure of how it would work out. Anyhow, it was a big success and within 3 month I had launched 3 other groups locally and then over the next 9 months launched another 12 groups. This then led to me running a national group of networking meetings that expanded to 50 groups in the UK over the following 12 months. I have seen the good, the bad and the ugly when it comes to how people network.

As well as doing the offline networking I also discovered LinkedIn in 2010 and learned how to do online networking through LinkedIn. I have nearly 2000 connections in LinkedIn and and have used it as a source to find new leads and well as setting up business meetings with people who could use my products. Its a great way to generate warm leads for any business.

For 25 years I have also been involved in network marketing and recently affiliate and online marketing. I use social media only to promote these opportunites with the most success coming from Facebook and YouTube video's in recruiting downlines.
