Informative, short and concise and always included a summary of the steps again at the end of the videos. However, would prefer if there is a "goal" clearly set out in the beginning of the video so that we know what we are trying to achieve through the video. Overall: Learnt lots of new stuff about Pivot Tables; great if you have just 1/2 hour to spare and want to improve your Excel skills. Loved it!
I'm a fairly experienced Excel user but I still learned something new (there's always more to learn with Excel), particularly in the later lessons. I like Tom's concise style.
