About This Class

"A picture [can be] worth a thousand words." We know that not all of them are.

But how do you create images that tell powerful visual stories? Images that make people stop scrolling on Instagram and capture their eye when flicking through a magazine?

In this class, I'm showing you how I do it. And I’m going to do this by taking you behind the scenes of the creation of this Photoshop composite:

We are going to look at

  • Story Telling and how I develop my ideas,
  • Sketching and the crucial part it plays in preparing a shot,
  • Space and Light and how to get the most out of them when shooting in natural light,
  • the Gear I'm using,
  • how Styling and Details can make or break your image and, last but not least,
  • how I Shoot my images.

This class is technically intermediate to advanced, but even beginner stylists and photographers will get a lot of helpful inputs from it.

Enjoy and don't forget to download your FREE "Creative Photography Checklist" in the project tab for a summary of the most important points of this class as well as links to further resources.
