1. Course Introduction: Procrastination is like a credit card. It's a lot of fun until you get them when there is what Kusto for Parker has to say about procrastination. And in this class we are going to learn about how you don't get that bill of procrastination in your life, Just to let you know what is procrastination? Procrastination is a science of delivery. It's the signs of extending your task and doing that in the last possible minute. And in this course we are going to learn the super techniques to kill procrastination from your life. So in all of our procrastination slide, you're going to learn about the facts, the effects, how you broke arsenate and phi you procrastinate. Then we're going to discuss the exact technique, the Eisenhower matrix, the building elephant habits technique, the Pomodoro Technique to kill procrastination from your leaf. Then by the end of the course, I'm going to share with you, eat super pointers you need to keep in your mind to actually overcome procrastination. Then the last one will be, of course, a tank you slate for completing the boys. Just a brief introduction about me. I am these go nanny. I'm a professional fees so you know, detect uncertain and a full-time lifelong, but I love to define causes and help each one of you with my quasi as I share my learning and in return, I just want your willingness and excitement to learn and stay in the voice. So what are you waiting for? Let's join back in slowest and learn how you can actually killed procrastination formula. 2. All About Procrastination: Hi folks, This notation and in this video I'm going to share with you all about procrastination. What are the effects, whether the facts, why we procrastinate and how do we do it. But before that, let me give a brief meaning of what is procrastination or revisit the concept of procrastination. It is the science of delete is pulling tasks off to the last possible minute. It is when you share things you shouldn't be focusing on right now for something else. And this We all do. You will definitely agree with me and I'm going to share with you the facts on procrastination. According to researcher in speaker periosteal, 95 percent of US flow Cassidy to some degree. Studies show that 80 to 95 percent college students engaged in procrastination to some degree, approximately pause and consider themselves to be broadcasting nice doors. And approx. 50 percent procrastinate in a consistent and problematic manner. In a study conducted on adults, 74 percent of the people surveyed, they indicated that they go to bed liter than the plan at least once a week, with no external reasons for doing so. I'm going to share my story short. I was living two years back. I was residing at a place where my office was and I had a daily habit of brushing twice a day. And when COVID time scheme, we, all of us went to our home. And I just laid down my habit of brushing twice a day to once a day. And I just thought that I'll pick bag, bag that habit up in upcoming bees. And I just wanted to relax at home for some time and not brush at the nighttime. And you know what? For fall close to 1.5 CEO's has happened. And mostly till now, I haven't started brushing twice, which was my habit earlier. Just that I deleted it and just that it has become part of my habit now that I have procrastinated. So there is one other facts which we all go through that we deal in the most important, maybe the origin task of our life, which can have a great impact in our lives. So this, these are the facts and procrastination. Let me share with you the effects of procrastination. So the first and foremost effect, which we often see fascination is that we lose precious time. And here I would like to share this story of famous YouTuber initial Medan. He has close to 6 million subscribers as of now. And it wasn't an interview that he was asked TO. How have you started and he was initially telling that he has put on the first video in 2006, 77. And then he took a two-year gap to publish his next video. And he published around 23 videos in the year 2008 to 2009. And then he again stopped and then he started in full flow from 2011, he has actually broken, become became a professional law YouTuber. And one thing which was mentioning that he has said that he put his first video in 2006 and from 2011 he has become a professional YouTuber. And he said that he lost five years of his life. He lost five years of his YouTube channel where you could have generated an impacted more lives, maybe more leeway in terms of helping them and more wealthy could have created. He just told that he lost so much of precious time just by dealing that. When you just by not investing in that video where you could have invested in, gained so much of time and impacted so many lives five-years before. And that's what those story of image Madonna has 6 million subscribers or their discuss with you. So you, you lose a lot of precious time in your life and you can relate it with your life. I can relate it with my life, right? So you blue allele opportunities, you do not meet your goals, right? You have lower self-esteem because you're not confident enough intaking of what you want to, because you believe that you wouldn't be able to fulfill it, right? You make poor decisions, how you make poor decisions, because the time period on which you are delaying your task is now less than it was when you have decided to do the task grade. So in that short period of time, you're forced to make a poor decision or it can be a poor decision, right? So these are the effects, the bad effects of procrastination and why we procrastinate. This is one of the important reasons to understand that if I do the actually barely things. So first of all, we feel overwhelmed with regard to task. It can happen that a task is so choose that. It doesn't become easier for us to build on that task can, without even starting it with just feel to avoid it and not do it right? Or if we find task boating and unpleasant, or when your goals are vague and abstract and not concrete and clearly defined. And here I would like to narrate my story. So I usually had a goal like to monthly goals are used to keep earlier that I have to make to productivity causes per month. And then I have to also expand on my YouTube channel. And men, men, it was succumbing to the goals were, and I had to create two classes. I was able to conquer that goal. But when it comes to my YouTube expansion, I couldn't even make a single video because there was not a strategy behind it, there was not a plan behind it. And that's one of the reasons that I couldn't even design a single video for YouTube back, right? So my goal was vague and abstract and I just delayed that. I delayed not to buy one or two months. Actually a delayed by eight to nine months in coming on, on a YouTube, right? So my goals were vague and abstract because I didn't have a clear strategy. So you procrastinate because your goals can also be vague at times. And you also plays bad in, in her own way and use Outlook oscillation as a scapegoat in your failures. And we all do it right. There is, of course, a fear of failure which definitely can keep, you know, keep your procrastination meters on. So the other factor, which is the last factor, is that you can be influenced by the people that person spends time with, right? So look at the surroundings. Are you surrounding yourself with people who procrastinate or with active people? This would be one of the reasons as to why we procrastinate in our life. And how do we procrastinate? This is the real facts which which I have presented your it's the it's the R's you have spend reading email. It's the checking social media thing, right? When a notification come, you immediately check and you deviate yourself from tasks which you are doing at this point in the excessive preparation and seeking perfection. Here I would like to narrate a story of one of my colleagues are she is a wonderful Reiki healer and she is designing a course maybe from 11 months or 12 months. But because she is preparing so much, it is that she has not even started or no completed the course. So even 10 percent. So see she's a wonderful lower Reiki healer. But because she's preparing so much that she wants to seek perfection, that she has not even started one or 2% of the cost. Every time. I ask from Word, What's her cos Theta Xi says that she's going to begin that. And that's what excessive preparation and your info perfection can also do. The coffee breaks which you take, the time you spend on tasks that you could have safely left for next week. That's how you procrastinate. And you feel that there will be or tried to write mood, which will come when you actually do the do your walk, right? This can, this can be possible for some of the cases, but generally that right mood is when you decide yourself that this is the right mood to actually pursue my task. So if you keep waiting for the right mode, then possibly that right mood may come very, very often and you just become a slave of your mind, right? So these are the techniques on how we actually do procrastination. And in the next lecture I'm going to share with you Eisenhower metrics which you can use to overcome procrastination and stop laziness in your life. 3. Eisenhower Matrix: Hi folks. In this video I'm going to share with you Eisenhower metrics that technique which will help you overcome your procrastination. So this technique was given by President Eisenhower and he has used in his ten newer to actually prioritize on his decision-making. So this matrix is where you prioritize your task by urgency and importance, which have four quadrants which I'm going to show you. And that requires a separate approach and strategy in order to sort task by urgency and importance, this matrix helps you identify tasks that you should delegate what completely removed from your life. Let me show you the matrix. So the matrix is divided into four quadrants, right? So the first coordinate is Q1, where you divide the important task, you divide the urgent task and this becomes the Q1. And these are the first task and I'm going to share with you what our Q1 task and how you can accomplish it in the later slides. So if it is, if the task is important and if the task is urgent, you put it in Q1, which is the quadrant one, and which is the first step. And if the task is important, but the task is not urgent, which is not to be done at this moment, I'm going to share with you example this later in the slides for short. You have to plan it. And the task which is not important but urgent, which may seem to be origin, right? Like checking your mobile phone when your notification comes late. So that could seem to be an urgent task in your life, but it is not an important one, right? So that comes under the Q3 catechetical in which you can delegate, of course. And there are times when you play video games, when you watch Netflix and all of the YouTube videos, which may not be important and which are not urgent. Those other Q4 task which you can eliminate rate. So this is in brief the matrix. And in the next slide I'm going to show us share with you, where is Q1 and how you can understand Q1 and what tasks you can put in your Q1 quadrant, which is due first task, right? So these are the do first eyes because they're critical for your life courier and need to be finished right away. Why? Because they're important and they're urgent, right? So these are the tasks which you need to do to avoid negative consequences. For example, if you have to answer or time-sensitive email from a client and you have prepared a report, and you have to meet your deadline, right? So it becomes an important task in an urgent task because you have a deadline for it. And your Q1 task and Posner life could be on medical emergency or you have placed some food in your oven and you want to remove that and prevent it from burning so that you have to close a timer on time. So that becomes an origin and an important task. I'm going to share with you how you can actually derive your tasks in a sheet where I'm going to share my, my Eisenhower Matrix. And this is not you when does so do versa. So whatever tasks your life falls under this category, you put it in under the Q1 head right? Now, if the task comes under that Q2 category, what is Q2 category? These are the important as C, this is important and this is not urgent, which means you don't have to do it at this moment, but they are the important task of your life. For example, exercise that would for your health. You know, it, it is important for you, but this doesn't mean that you have to do it in office time. So this is not a virgin. So these are decide when tasks they can have an amazing impact, but don't seem immediately critically like Q1. So Q1, you can also have a medical emergency in your family got 4-bit, that doesn't happen. But if that happens, you do it urgently, right? Butt exercise, you cannot just do it right now. So those are the not urgent tasks, but they are important for your life. So whatever is important in your life, you put it in 22 category if it is not origin, these can definitely relate to your long-term goals. So exercise is important for your health. This example I have given, spending time with the family. This is super important, although this may not seem to be origin, but this is definitely import audio working on a certificate that will help you improve career path. So this, these tasks will also come under Q2 head, right? Usually nobody pushes you to complete Q2 because you, most of the time we actually remained in 24 category and I'm going to share with what Q4 is all about. But before that, we are going to learn about Q3. Q3 is quadrant three. So when we are coming under the delegate quadrant, which is the Q2, Q3, that task is origin. That task seems to be origin, but it may not be important. In retrospect, it may not turn out to be an important test, right? So these tasks seem urgent, but they can often be automated or paws off to someone who is better qualified to handle them. These task in hindsight, don't want out to me. Not very, very important. I think I missed way here, but no worries. So for Q3 task, it's important to learn and remember how you can delegate things. So for example, when you think something is urgent, but it isn't, for example, as I told you, checking your email or phone or responding to people as soon as they tried to contact you. You know, that may seem too urgent to you, but it is not very important rate, it can happen that you discover that they were just calling you for the sake of calling and not discussing any important thing in your life, right? So these are the tasks which you can delegate, which maybe you can do it after, after what you have been doing at this point in time, which has been important to you. Or you can delegate it to your staff, right? So this is the Daily good strategy which comes under the quadrant 3. These are the tasks which may seem to be urgent, but they are not important and you discover it later only right? So what is Q4? Q4, other tasks which are not important in your life, which are not urgent as well. These are actually the deleted tasks because these are activities that you should avoid at all costs. These are complete waste of time. If you eliminate all of Q4 does, then you can free much needed time that can be reinvested in Q2 tasks, which is spending time with family, which is spending time on your certificate course, which is spending time on a gym, doing an exercise rate. So examples of Q4 tasks are playing video games. You've spent a lot of time. They are not important in your life. And if they're not giving new revenue or they're not giving you a piece than they are, of course not important, right? And they're not urgent as well. You're watching TV shows, which is of course not important and not urgent. You're mindlessly browsing the web that is of course not important and is not important. So, so does that mean that you shouldn't be involved in these activities? Definitely. That is not what I am seeing. Downtime definitely hits you reading your energy, but it's the right balance which you have to find so that you can invest more of your time on q2. You know, once you start decreasing and reducing your Q4 tasks, you can invest more of your time in Q2 category, which is the important and not so urgent, right? But these are something which will help you on a longer-term, right? So how we can use Eisenhower Matrix in your life? So get out a sheet of paper and divide into four sections. Make seven copies of these blank grids each day of the week. So you have to take seven copies of this chat each day of the week. Each day if I'd done the tasks that you'd like to accomplish, putting them in appropriate quadrant. So for example, if I have to design a course, i'll, I'll show you my Friday matrics, which I have prepared just before this course, so that you get a feel of how you can actually divide your task of the day. So if something new pops up as a task, take a minute to think about the nature of the task, a task and put in appropriate quadrant. So if, for example, if you have to take of visitors coming at your home, that becomes origin tasks and an important task. And you do it straight away that can, that can be an immediate response from a relative rate. So at the end of the week when all grids are full, evaluate how effectively you spend your time and whether your process needs to be organized. Keep adjusting your schedule until you are spending as much time as possible completing Q1 and Q2 activities, right? Let me show you my Friday matrix where I have put in my task of the day. So it was so important I'm the urgent Q1 category. I have to shoot across which I'm doing right now. I'm actually doing it on Saturday because I have got the skin infection yesterday. So as you can see on my face, it reflects right? So these were my important task. It's important and urgent shooting across, completing face readings. I had few of his readings left of my clients, so I finished my face reading of the day. So the word my important task and login deaths, then my not so urgent but important task word quasi creation, right? Which is of course important listening to scriptures. I love scriptures and listening to them. So that is the folder to my mental body. If I have to say, then I have to plan on extending my group, which is my Facebook group. I'm helping more people then I have to walk an exercise which is my daily routine. So these are important task and not so much task. This is my Friday matrics late, then the urgent task and not important, it's to respond to me notification that I've put profile I have updated a profile picture today I think or make made a post today. Yeah. So I need not necessarily respond on that, right? And we have if I'm shooting for my class, right? So these are the Q3 does, the Q4 task is eating well, yeah, Pi's, which is one of the favorite food of mine. And watching a TV series which I was doing yesterday. And that definitely seem to be origin and important rate. So I have to cut down on 24 tasks so that I can focus more on my Kyoto enqueue when task to accomplish it fully and avoid procrastinating. So let me know how you find Eisenhower Matrix in the project section. And I'm going to share with you the next technique where you can learn how to not procrastinate and how you can work on listening in your life. I hope you have enjoyed this video and make sure that you share your metrics in the project section. 4. Build Elephant Habits: Hi folks, isn't the issue. And in this video, I'm going to share with you elephant habits which you can develop to avoid laziness and stop procrastination in your life. So what are the elephant habits? Elephant habits are one value break down large, complex goal in small chunks. What's your goal here? Goal here is to chip away a simple but time-consuming project in FY 2015, delete increments, find 250 million increments means you, you, you do phi units at one go at one day and 15 units and the other day. And I'm going to give you an example of my mom. So my mom had a target to give trap 60 gift-wrapped, so sweet though, give it to the relatives or my sister was offending. And what she had decided was back three gift-wrapped sporty for the next 10, 15 days so that she can reach a goal of packing 16-year flaps for them. So she started with 30 liter, liter by the arrows for women, the manager was close to the near my deed. She started wrapping around 45 Spalding. So ultimately she reserved target of packing 60 kip flaps and around I think nine to 10 days. So she has actually finished packing. But imagine if she has to give traps, all those 16 barcodes in one day. Imagine the tasks which is unpleasant Of course, which can sound to be boring of course, which is of course not exciting. Packing dysphoria is not exciting rate. She has broken down that large goal of 60, give flaps in 23 to forgive flat sporty and she has accomplished it in the next 10 days. And that was a very timely decision which he has made, right? So these elephant habits you can use, especially in tasks which are simple, late, de-cluttering you, like if you're backing for a move. So my mom also has a habit where eventually packs for a move or when we are going on a vacation or a crepe, she actually used to start backing from the from the last five to six days of when we're starting the vacation. Whereas I personally because I am a bachelor, maybe you can say that I back on maybe one day before the my travel. So she actually needs a task very easy and low, you know, what, taking so that we can actually be more at ease or not traveling. So when you're packing for a move and your client de-cluttering your own if the task is simple, but it down into smaller chunks, that definitely helps. You can also apply in when you're studying for your exam. Maybe dedicating half and then you have to dedicate for 45 hours just before the day of the exam. You dedicate half an hour for the next six days and you're accomplishing your goal in terms of finishing of the chapters you intended. So apply these elephant habits in your life for the simple tasks. For the simple tasks which may sound boring and unpleasant. And you'll observe that your procrastination habits are definitely going to reduce that. So in the next video, I'm going to share with you Pomodoro technique, which is going to be super effective in killing and breaking procrastination from your life. 5. The POMODORO Technique: Hi folks, is a dish. And in this video we are going to learn Pomodoro Technique. What's the meaning of pomodoro first, let me tell you that. So Francisco Carrillo has developed this time blocking system in 1980 and this has been embraced of quantum noise and work professionals. So pagoda row is an Italian name of tomato and this technique is they've loved seeing a kitchen timer. So that's why this Pomodoro come, came into existence. So Carrillo recognized humans can focus on only a limited amount of time before becoming distracted. And this you can observe in your daily life like when we are actually eating, we're not only focused on what's eating, they're watching TV. We were picking mobile phones and we are calling our friends, right? So it becomes difficult for us to actually focus for a very long period of time, even when we're reading a book, maybe we get a distraction or a notification message that someone or your boyfriend or girlfriend has texted you rate, so you become distracted. So he has observed is that humans can focus only on a limited amount of thanks before becoming distracted. And then he said that it's better to create a system where people focus for a condensed period and big break before beginning next frame. So what is a technique and how you can use the Pomodoro technique. So here is a short example of how you can use the Pomodoro Technique. Like choose a task. First is choose a task, set a timer for 25 minutes, hope for 25 minutes without succumbing to any distractions. Then take a five-minute break by getting up and walking around. So just to give an example of how I have used Pomodoro Technique in my life. So for the course creation, I have to write scripts so as to what I'll be putting out in the course, right? So what I do is I concentrate myself for 25 minutes on thinking what content I'll be putting in the past. Then intentionally, I take a five-minute break because that brings me, that brings with it the quality that gap brings with it, the quality of the content. Then I again work on my scripts for the next 25 minutes. After I have done this three or four time blocking techniques, then I pick up 15 to 30 minute break. So this is what you have to do when you have to follow Pomodoro technique. So choose a task. For example, if you have to do writing, choose, choose a task, set a timer for 25 minutes. You don't have to do writing or so. Maybe you have to do some other thing. Maybe let say you have to prepare for an exam. So Matt exam becomes your tasks for the day, maybe the subject which you want to read. So for example, if you have to read algebra, say you have set a timer for 25 minutes and you have four cores. Your all of the energies towards learning algebra for the next 25 minutes. And you are putting off your phone or whatever distractions is coming your way, then you're taking a five-minute break. Then you are again starting for the next 25 minutes. Then again you're starting with a break of five minutes for the next sprint, so it's late spring for 25 minutes. Then if I imminently then estimate of 25 minutes, then a five minute break. And this does work superbly. Am telling you when I have created my course content, I have found this thing that when your focus, when you are having an elongated attention span and many are taking specified short breaks that actually helps you overcoming your objective and goal in your life, right? So this is a technique which can use to overcome procrastination. So you'll ask me that, does this actually work? I have an answer for that. Right. So think back to those times when you tried to do tasks for an extended period of time. In all likelihood, you would energize at force, then you raise a point when your concentration dropped off. And finally you see that you are all from your current tests. I would like you to imagine a book which you have started so excitingly and passionately that you have finished almost 40 to 50 percent in the first day. And then you have dropped it to that extent that you have never picked it up. It has happened with me. It has happened with you. And I'm sure it has happened with many others. It's because we are focused for a certain period of time. Human mind is channel A's and energize that way that we can focus only for a certain period of time and have a concentrated attention span for only zoom in, it's late. Then after that we have to take a break and we have to be productive. You know, you'll ask me that we are losing time by this strategy, but ultimately the quality of your task is becoming way higher than you can ever imagine when you're continuing on doing a particular task. So this technique prevents distractions and keeps your mind fresh and focused. So even though you may think that you're working for less than the quality of content. The quality which you'll be producing will be way better than what you could when you are walking at us, treat stretch of maybe say to us or three years, right? So use this technique and overcome procrastination in your life. In the next video, I'm going to share with you each tuple pointers which you need to keep in your mind so that you can overcome this and stop procrastinating in your 6. 8 Super Pointers: Hi folks. In this video, I'm going to share with you, eat super pointer is you need to keep in your mind to overcome procrastination from me. All right, so first is recognized when you procrastinate. That's the super important thing. Because if you don't recognize it the first place that you're procrastinating you may not be able to overcome. So recognize at points where you are actually procrastinating, where you are actually putting off your tasks which you need to do at this moment, right? And the second, which I mentioned in here is risky or riskier love means you have to put a risk of one of the things, clauses and DRS to you, and you're risking that to accomplish a particular task in your way. So for example, I want to share a story of my life. So I resigned from a company to us back and and I was searching for a good job and I resign in full. There is a notice period of cost for the three months, right? So for the first two months, I plan to search for a job and I plan to design more courses so that I can have a cost revenue also. So during those two months, I created a lot of courses. And when I really got a job and when I was in my comfort zone, back in my comfort zone, then the next cause which I'm into existence was after five to six months. Whereas when I was on my notice period, I created two causes which really hold out well. But when I when I was in my comfort zone, when I got the job, I actually designed the next course in the fifth or sixth month, which was a very long duration when it comes to designing a course. So I was in my comfort zone. So risk or what you love the more so it was my job which was at risk grade because I was going to be unemployed may be in the next 15 or 20 days that that debt pressure that I have to get a job, I have to have certain revenue aspect so that we can have a normal living. Right. So I was risking my job. I'm not saying that you have to riskier job, but have something which is at risk, have something which Mozi out of your comfort zone that is super important for you to help you overcome your laziness and keep you at a zone where you are actively working towards what you want in life, right? So riskier love. This story which I wanted to share late. And having a to-do list is also very, very important. This is what my sister usually does, that she puts her task or daily into into a list. And what are the tasks for today? She puts all those pointers in that in that vision board and she makes it to make sure that she completes that. You can actually use their to-do lists in the technique which we have learned in Eisenhower and metrics to actually complete your task of the day, right? Then you can also prioritize your tasks. You know, remove low priority tasks from your life and engage in more high priority task so that you can fall in the Q2 category as we have learned in the Eisenhower matrix. Then the fifth which you need to remember is that you don't have to immerse yourself and beer, fruits, rewards of what you have done in your past. And here I would like to share the story of Michael Phelps. As you know, he, he has won many gold medals for the US and he was the best swimmer in the world. Now he's a former champion. But after the Beijing Olympics in 2008, he actually lost track. And he got engaged in a lot of substance abuse and he was found by the news channel and he was just losing shape of his life. And he just squat. Lot of lottery lacks in his life, lot in a comfort zone, lot in a zone where he was enjoying rewards of a success, which of course you need to do. But he was so much into it that he completely, you actually got got in a fight with his coach also. And absolutely worse which would have happened has happened with him. And, you know, that that's because he, he immersed himself on a lot of rewards on the role of financial rewards. Then later he recognized, came back on track, work toward his goal and then achieved and accomplish various gold medals in the coming years of olympics, right? So it's very important that you don't immerse yourself on the rewards which you have received from the pastor, good acts which you have done in your life. So if you want to keep doing tasks which, which brings you glory, which brings your victory, you know, you have to make sure that you are not imposing your cells in the success part of it, right? You enjoy for a period of time, then it's very important that you get back on track and you do what you do the best, right? So don't a most on rewards. And next point is ask someone to check on you. And I. This, this actually is followed by corporates or also where a sales manager reports to brand manager and the ground field workers report to. The area sales manager, right. And even I report to my sister for what I do when she keeps a check on me on how I'm doing in my life, I actually perform better rather than you being the sole died. So as someone who is your friend, who is your loved one, who may be your family members to keep a check on you, teach him to keep a check on your goals rate. That is super important because if someone keeps a check on you, then you are more prone to working than when you are working for yourself, right? Even if you are an entrepreneur, make sure that somebody is keeping a check on you because that's super-important. Then rephrasing the internal dialogue, instead of saying that you have to do it, you say that you need to do it and you want to do it. Say for example, you want to study at last, you want to study a class on how to overcome procrastination Rather than you have to write. So rephrase those internal dialogues with yourself, then you can really improve, right? So 8, which I would like to mention here is you have to minimize distractions in your life. There are a lot of distractions nowadays. In a one law remedy, which I would give you your ISP was a lot of you do. And I would say that, you know, take you to premium because when you are taking the normal YouTube, there are a lot of ARDS which comes, which act as distractors which deviates you from your boy. And even though this is a very small thing which I'm asking you to do, but it has a great impact on your mind. And I'm not, I'm not sponsoring into premium but adds actually distracts your functioning of the mind. And when your mind dysfunctions, when your mind actually distract yourself on the task which you are doing all when you are watching a particular video, you actually click that and redirect yourself to a different page, which actually deviates you from a goal on a longer term. It's like you may not be seeing the impact of that at this moment, but when you are distracted, you actually lose track of what you were doing, so minimize distractions in your life. You may have observed that I have written this point actually that when you started to look or research for something on a website or, or, or when you are browsing for something very important and you got an Amazon ad where you, where you, where you went to buy a dress which you are not even looking for at the first place. So these are the distraction which you need to avoid so that you can complete the task which you have decided for yourself on tiny, right? So these are the eight super pointers which you need to keep in mind. First is recognize when you procrastinate. Second is risk what you love. Third is to have the cruelest. Fourth is prioritization and prioritizing high priority task. 50s don't images on rewards. Remember the microfinance story? Sixth is ask someone to check on you seven days rephrasing in toner dialogue where you want to do a particular thing rather than you have to do a particular thing. It is minimize distractions in your life. And last is, you will be able to stop procrastination. That is what you have to believe. And these five boxes are covered.
