Welcome to the class!

In this class we are going to paint a quick delicious donut in watercolors, using wet in wet technique.

The aim of the course is to get used to painting in wet in wet technique and have a relaxing time with painting. We are going to learn how to apply water layers, blend colors on layers and create highlight with a clean damp brush etc.

Here is the list of the supplies you will need in the class

- A pencil and an eraser

- A4 300g/140lb Watercolor Paper (In the class I used Canson Aquarelle)

- Water color brushes in size 4, 6 and 12

- A small flat synthetic brush as an eraser

- A towel

- Two glasses ( one for cleaning brushes, one for applying clean water layers)

- A palette

Colors used in the class

- Burnt umber (by Mission Gold)

- Yellow Ochre (by Schmincke)

I hope you enjoy the class!

My name is Shiho Arich, I'm a lover of nature and watercolors. As an adult I came back to my childhood love and started painting again, it has been an adventure to teach myself, with hours of learning and practice. In my classes, I would love to share as many things as I can, that I have learned to paint beautifully in watercolors. I would be very happy if it could make your painting time even more relaxing and fun.
