Thank you, Mr Miller for recording this course. It's a great breakdown of Motivation, the main components as well as all the nuances, which can only come from years of experience. Streamlined into 3 hours is amazing! Quick feedback (personal wishes): 1. Would love to see more detailed breakdown especially on Intrinsic Motivation & how to apply them effectively. Maybe more direct, pragmatic examples which we can try out. 2. Step-by-step application guide? E.g. Applying the ABC analysis on a case study
whether you're a mom or a leader in corporate America at sometime you will need how to motivate those you are engaged with. This class will leave you feeling well equipped for the task!
