About This Class

This cooking class shows you a step-by-step approach to creating my best-selling chicken curry recipe that I learned from my extended family years ago, from a region in South India. The videos are short and approachable. Towards the end you simply wait for the dish to come together. You can incorporate a couple of skills you learned from my first class on mastering techniques for Indian cooking, but you certainly don't need that class first by any means as they will be reviewed here. Flavors that are prominent are garlic and ginger and of course chili powder and garam masala. Watch the video to see what the additional secret ingredient is that makes this recipe one of the most popular dishes at my cooking class parties over the last 10 years.
