Lynley is a curious cook, writer and mom who loves to travel and learn, and bring people together over food. Based in Montclair, New Jersey, she loves sharing new discoveries with anyone polite enough to feign interest, and especially the children and adults in her cooking classes.

She is the creator of Adventure Kitchen, a website for curious cooks of every age, as featured on NPR's food blog The Salt.  She has fun developing quirky recipe series such as People Like Pie, Why Did the Chicken Cross the Globe? and A Series of Unfortunate Cooking Lessons (based on the Lemony Snicket books).

Through Adventure Kitchen, Lynley hosts cooking classes and events in the NYC area, and is proud to be a featured Skillshare teacher with the launch of her first class, How to Make Perfect Pie Crust Like a Boss.
