The class was well presented. The teacher put out a simple step by step illustration of how to make pastry dough and Bake an apple pie to the class, for clear understanding. Well done.
I would suggest to not mute the volume when using the food processor as we can not hear what Ms. Judy is saying because it is not unmuted immediately. That was the worst part of the course. Other than that, job well done. I do lattice top crusts for all my fruit pies...never have done a floating crust. I will have to try one.
