About This Class

In this class you will learn all the steps you need to make dairy free fettuccine with mushrooms and roasted red peppers. First, we will learn how to roast red peppers. Second, we will make the creamy dairy free sauce. Third, we will learn how to water saute the mushrooms without using any oils.
