About This Class


Arancini are are a traditional Sicilian Street Food, but these stuffed fried Risotto balls are also a great appetizer that anyone can make at home. They are extremely versatile, being appropriate for both casual gatherings and sit down dinners. This class will teach you everything you will need to know to make Arancini at home, including making Risotto.

The nice thing with Arancini is that the possibilities for variety are endless. You can find them stuffed with sauce and peas or different combinations of cheese, cured meats and/or vegetables. In this class I will show how to make two variations--one stuffed with Smoked Mozzarella and Basil, and a Fig Prosciutto and Gorgonzola Arancini. Trust me you will be the most popular person in the room if you serve these at your next get together!
