About This Class

This class is the second in a series of 9 classes that show you a very profitable business model to sell your digital art online. Now if this is the 1st class of mine you have enrolled in, I would advice you to go to the 1st class in this series so that you can better understand the setup. The link of the 1 st Class Selling Your Designs Online : A System That PRODUCE Predictable RESULTS!!! . I just want to tell you again how excited I am to have you in this class. This is a journey that I am pretty sure will have a positive impact on your life for years to come.

In the last class I gave you an overview of our system, I also walked you through the ways we are going to monetize our blog and social media platforms. Now in this Class I am going to show you the process My clients use for picking a niche market aswell as Filling out our customer profile or customer avatar as some marketers call it . But first I want to walk you through the concept of a Niche market.

Wikipedia define a niche market as "a subset of the market on which a specific product is focused." Which is a pretty decent explanation. But to me the definition of a niche market is slightly different. Before I give you my definition of a niche market, I 1st want to give you a little analogy. you see to me as a business owner and digital artist coach, I see myself as a problem solver. I see myself as someone that help digital artist market ther businessses better online. Now if you look at the sentence again you will see that I choose to focus on a small segment of a big market. And that is exactly what a niche market is.

In my example, Instead of going for all Artists, I choose to help digital Artist , and Instead of trying to help digital artists solve all of their problems, I choose to focus just on solving one problem of being a digital artist. Make no Mistake, I could have tried to help digital artists solve all kinds of problems, from how to handle finances to creating their websites to doing their slogans, but I dont think I would have been so succesfull. In this age, customers are looking for specialist. And by choosing a small segment of a big market, all of your messages to market will feel so much more personal.

So Lets talk a look at a couple of succesfull niche market examples

our first example is a company called Blackbaud

Businesses have many different options when it comes to accounting software. MYOB, Quickbooks, Freshbooks and Sage are all successful companies in that market. It would seem difficult to stand out among all this competition.

But Blackbaud has achieved just that with an average revenue growth rate exceeding 15% over the last 10 years. They do it by focusing on one group of customers with unique needs: Nonprofit organizations.
Blackbaud produces accounting and other software solutions for NPOs. The nonprofits’ needs are not met by standard accounting software.

Our second examples is a company called

There is no shortage of online clothes retailers. You can buy at Amazon, Zappos, or the Gap.

But has achieved similar success by focusing on only a single item of clothing.

Specializing in ties has allowed them to provide the largest selection of neckwear on the planet. There may be a lot of places you can buy clothes online. But, if you are looking for a unique tie, has become the dominant online market leader.

So as you can see for yourselves, there is alot of money to be made by choosing just a small segment of a market to serve.

As soon as you are ready to pick a niche market for your Digital Art business, hit the blue enroll button to get started.
