About This Class

This course will go over the specific components necessary to plan a usability test. Usability testing/user testing involves recruiting participants and letting them try out a specific product. UX research incorporates user testing as a means to make software/products easier and more fulfilling to use. Doing user research to understand customers has become the norm among prominent companies.
