1. Ways to kick A and achieve more: welcome to my course ways to kick ass and achieve more. Today I'm Mike and I'll be your course instructor today. In this course will be looking at ways to make your day a much better and more productive. I've had relative success in what I do. I've sold millions of dollars for outs. You can have more success, too. By achieving more each day, you'll be happier. So will the people around you, too. I'm gonna show you some new skills that you can easily learn to make your day more productive. I want to share with you for a successful strategies. If you have any questions or comments about the course, please feel free to contact me. You will be asked to leave a short review, and I would be grateful if you could do this. This will enable me to get more students into the course, help them to be successful. It's time to get on. Now let's get on with the course. Learn, handle to be more productive, Hunger 2. Ways to get better sleep: Lesson one. How to get better sleep. You've probably heard that we need eight hours of sleep every night to be at almost productive. But do we actually need this amount? Scientists have proven that taking regular sleep breaks may actually be better for us than eight hours straight to sleep. Some very famous people followed this model, including Albert Einstein, Leonardo da Vinci and Winston Churchill, who alone took regular naps throughout the day. Now, obviously, many of us work during the day or night in solid blocks and are unable to take regular sleep breaks. In that case, it's far better to get a decent amount of sleep. But remember, not everyone needs the same amount of sleep. For example, both Donald Trump and Robert De Niro both get up in the early hours to be more productive and you can do to. So how do you get the best sleep number one. Stick to a regular schedule Number two. Don't exercise less than three hours before bedtime unless it's sex. Turn off your mobile at least an hour before you go to sleep. Drink some water. It's relaxing and rejuvenating, but not too much so that you have to get up and pee in the middle of the night. Ensure your warm during the night. That means between 16 and 21 degrees Celsius. Sleep in complete darkness. The sleep Chemical melatonin is produced in total darkness, leading to a better night's sleep. Put your alarm clock out of reach so that you don't roll over and hit the snooze button in the morning and finally plan a fun and exciting breakfast. So you have something to look forward to. Thanks for watching this picture about sleep, and I'll see you in the next lecture. 3. Achieve more daily: in this lecture, we'll look at some daily productivity packs and hits number one. Look the part. Get dressed for work, even if you're working from home. Yes, you heard right. Sit around your jars full day. You're far less likely to be productive if you're dressed. To go outside mind is a powerful thing, and if you're dressed for work, it's likely that you will achieve your goals. Booth. Two minute rule. David Allen, who is the offer off getting things done, says when you receive a task that takes two minutes or less, do it immediately. It forces you to cut procrastination and make a quick decision on what needs to be done next. So obey the two minute rule. It's simple, it's fast and it's effective. E mail. How much time do you spend each day? Looking at email? I'd wager is quite a lot. Get rid of your junk mail unsubscribe from sites that sending junk mail or use a service that does it automatically for you by cutting the amount of emails you get every single day , you're going to achieve far more. Do you have your mobile cell phone with you times. If you do. Switch off your phone alerts. Researchers at the University of California have discovered it takes 23 minutes and 15 seconds to footy. Recover from an interruption, such as your phone alert going off. I think the time it take you to get back on with the task in hand, check your phone at semi regular intervals throughout the day. Might suggest every couple of hours. So that's it. Switch your fewer less. Leave your phone well alone. Come on, hands up. Wear are guilty of this. Stay away from social media. Social media is great for catching up with friends, finding out the latest news or playing games. But the thing is, it's really best for draining your time. How many times have you gone on Facebook, Twitter or any of the other social media platforms? Only to stay on there for several hours when you're trying to be productive? Social media is not what you need. Allow yourself time, social media sessions when only according these courses, my computer is turned off. Now go to talk to you about burritos principle. Take regular breaks and try to take them before you tell yourself out. Burritos Principle says that you achieved. Keep said, If your work in 20% of the time, which therefore shows your knee achieve 20% of things in the other, keep sin of your time. By breaking your day into regular, well managed segments, you're gonna achieve far more. Try taking a five minute break for every 30 minutes worked, and you really will achieve more by maximizing each sex friend of your work. For instance, with this course, I've written various ideas for you to increase your productivity. I keep them or on my iPhones note pad. I add to each section every time I have something useful to say and don't stretched over unfinished portions, as are no. Eventually, words will flow in. Each lecture will be finished. You've no doubt heard that adults should be drinking X amount of water every day to stay healthy. But what is the right amount? The most commonly held belief is that you should drink approximately two litres of water each and every day. That's the equivalent of drinking eight medium size glasses full of water daily. Very hot conditions. You may need more to ensure you're properly hydrated and your body is working correctly. Saga reports that if you go somewhere hot, you could lose up to 10 liters of water through sweating in a single day. Another way, it may be possible to tell if you're dehydrated is if you're you're Ayn is a very dark color that's an orange yellow color. Use your common sense and drink water regularly. How much time have you spent trying to get things perfect and still not achieving the result you're after? How many times have you started something like a site or provoke? It didn't sound exactly right. So guess what? It went straight into the trash. How many times are you going to do the same things over and over again? How many times have you started something? No. Finished. I could have done that in the 1,000,000 times with his course. Procrastination can kill productivity. It doesn't have to be 100% perfect back. Never going to achieve that. Because you're always gonna be striving for something better Notice when you're doing it and move on. Procrastination kills productivity. Thank you for watching this lecture. 6. Stop poisoning yourself!: Welcome to this lecture entitled Beverages. You may be like I used to be and drink loads of tea or coffee each day. If you're drinking regular tea or coffee with caffeine in it, you need to read ours that the caffeine has no nutritional value to you, and it will give you electoral high or increase in energy by taking it. Try to country caffeine intake, and if you need it, use it wisely. You don't need to can't caffeine completely from your diet. Pretty King Longevity Center even suggests there are associating health benefits off caffeinated coffee, such as those drinking it on this likely to have heart rhythm disturbances. There is a increased chance of Type two diabetes lost that green tea contain ingredients that may have many health benefits, such as reduced risk of cancer, heart bone or gum disease. However, caffeine does have some nasty side effects, such as an increase off the production of stomach acids, which leads to things like indigestion and acid reflux. It also could give you an increase in my pressure and also interacts with lots of other medications. Other side effects include things such as restlessness, insomnia and panic attacks. In my opinion, like most things, it should be taken in moderation. In fact, I've actually switched to mainly decaffeinated tea and coffee. Now, thanks for watching this lesson in the next one. Work like Duane Johnson ! : this lecture is entitled Motivation to motivate yourself questions like hell. Will life improve if I get this thing done? Alternatively, you could ask yourself, What will it do to me and my family if I don't get it done? For instance, on making this course now my son's going to his granddad's and my wife and daughter are set close to me talking about hurrying Sands. I could be doing other things. I could be at soccer right now watching sport on TV, or I could be down at the pub with my mates, but instead I'm here concentrating on making these scores. Why? Because I want better things in life. My dream is to live in a warmer climate. It runs here a lot in England, so to live in Spain or in Southern us, I would be my ambition. To do that, I need to build on my sources of income. One of those sources of income is from these corpses. Always keep in mind the end goal to keep yourself motivated. People don't ever see the amount of work that goes into be successful like an iceberg. Most of it is under the water. They only ever see the end. There are instructors with hundreds of courses like this. They have worked hard to get their courses out there, and they're reaping the rewards. You can motivate yourself to achieve the things you want in life way equal chances from the day you were born way. Start with nothing and we go to nothing. It's what you do with your time.
