Working in teams and working with others could get very challenging. We are all different, thus we are motivated by different things and additionally, we communicate our ideas and needs differently. Understanding your team, the people around you could be the most needed skill that you can learn as a person, as a leader.

Most times we are fixated on the results, the vision, the dream, but it is our team, it is our people who help us make it happen. 1. 1 Introduction: Hello everyone and welcome to lead your team effectively online training. First of all, let me congratulate you for being here and taking their very first step to becoming even better leader, both your team and your staff are going to develop so much by taking this whole course. My name is any Cu and either be your facilitator and trainer for this whole course. I will do my very best to deliver on all the expectations that you might have on this course. We're going to cover it away to communicate, motivate analogy to your team, and how personally you can become a better leader. On this presentation are going to use some PowerPoint sides. Because I would like to make sure that I cover everything that is possible and you have access to all their knowledge. Ryan, I'm presenting to you. Additionally have also prepared an exercise sheet. You can follow along while I'm presenting you to be the use that you can take some notes and didn't exercise is because that is going to take the next step to becoming the leader you want to become. When you already see you in the next video, where we're going to dig a bit more deeper, what we are going to actually cover on this whole trading. See you there. 2. 2 What To Expect: Welcome back to the leave UT effectively online training. In this video, I'm going to tell you what exactly we are going to cover in this whole course. And what my personal machines and how I'm going to touch it and twisted. So you can learn a very most from this whole trade. I would like to share my mission with you because as I travel around the girl, I realized that I would like to learn something all of everyday, not new something on. And if we think about it, everything in our role is somehow 4D is just only new for us. I would like to bring back some ancient wisdoms so we can all live a better life. And you will get a bit of understanding how this works in my world, because I will have a few ancient wisdoms included in this presentation from libraries to you for today is that I will show you that how knowing your team and every single person in ads will help you become a better leader. Because I believe teamwork is not easy even Derby thing that oh, yeah. We just need to record people. You're never told hots duties. So it would be nice to get a better understanding on how to do it exactly, because it can be quite challenging to working teams. We are also different. We are motivated by different things and we never understand what goes on behind the someone else's mind. What is the personality, what's going on? And we didn't know how to communicate. That's a thing. And for some reason, I don't understand why. But we are never taught how to do this in school. And as I said, we have no idea how to be leaders. We watch these movies and videos and we have an idea in our head that, OK, this is the leader I should be. But that is not gross level, not the reality. And it doesn't fit everyone that type of leadership. We do not believe that we can be good leaders. That's another thing. Some people are just born to be leaders. So we think that we can be, we cannot learn to be leaders, but that's also a false idea. And we can easily learn how to become better leaders. So first we need to learn how to work with people. What is demotivation? What's, encourages them that they're personalized to in general. First, as I said so many times already, we need to communicate, communicate, and communicates. We misunderstand each other so much. We might see a rude and via different meanings for it. We need to motivate and empower each other. We need to have a loyal following. And this means that you can start in front of people and they are listening to your advisors, what's happening around you? Be Fidel, these people behind you. You are the leader. You are just trying to be a boss who is telling others what to do. But having the trust, this loyalty is the thing that makes you earlier leader. You need to know your people and you need to grow yourself. Most successful people understand that without drawing themselves, they cannot grow their team or adapt projects. So I'm so happy that all of you guys are here because this is where all its starts. It starts with you and stars with growing yourself, and then you can bring it onto your projects. Our agenda for today is going to be the six principles of leaders. First, what are the moral leaders say about leadership? This is where I'm going to bring in a bit of ancient wisdom. Because I met a few Maori leaders in New Zealand and I learned quite a lot from them. I really enjoyed it. The second is going to be your team and your personality and how to do some delegation fingering God, what is your main values? And when do you need to pay attention to in your own personality? Then we are going to talk about good leadership, how to motivate, communicate, and delegate things. And finally, we are going to work on you personally. And who do you need to become to be a good leader? If your values and your existing skills aligned with who you want to be as a leader. So this is what we are going to break on today. I hope you are excited for this agenda. So why are we here and why is this important to me? As I mentioned before, I'm a Eastern European who grew up with the mindset that you need to do everything on your own. So what I got to Denmark and I started to work in teams. I was like, OK, what am I doing? I had kind of header, a bushy leadership personality that I just like doing things and I can stand in front of people, but it didn't know how to deal with people. So I started learning about this because I'm quite interesting and quite measures, but leadership. I just never been taught how to do it. So I will share my tips and tricks with you today and how you can develop yourselves in leadership. So this is my motivation for you guys. And now it is finally time to dig into the old ways that all knowledge that I've been talking about it before. Say the next view, I'm going to cover it as six main principles of Maori leaders. And what each of them is that they can implement in your daily life as leader. See you there. 3. 3 The 6 Principles of Maori Leaders: Effectively all led astray. On this video, I'm going to share with you all the six different ethics and moral leaders use and leading their own teams that ONE tribes, because that is what we want. We wanted to build a triad around us, loyal following, as I've said before, and make sure that we are bringing the very best of ourselves. First, as I said, I'm going to shut up six principles of Mari leaders. There's a quote that came across me, but I was there and I really enjoyed it. Like there was a deep message behind it. Because many times we think we have to say or have to feel that we are leaders. But the martyr leaders do not feel that way then they don't think they are leaders. They are led by the feedback of death following. And this is very loyal following. And the people behind you matters because in the style of leadership, you are not the person who stands in front of everyone and makes the decisions for them? No, you listen to your team, you listen to that feedback. And you are led by deaf feedback. And you go further on. And you involve everyone in the team. The five highest rated skills that moral leaders talk about is being inspirational than being participative. So involving everyone in the team than being a visionary, having an idea, a goal for everyone, being able to motivate others and being performance oriented. Then we can break this down a bit more to the six main principles. The first one is managing, mediating and settling distributes. Here, you need to have a good communication to EME bought somebody, being able to manage everything, you need to be a bit more assertive. And this is what we are going to cover in the next session of this, are you need to deal with conflicts. And many times you need to negotiate and compromise. But we don't know how to do these either. And we need to create a common goal that we can all circulate around mediator on and go further on and work towards that together. The second one is ensuring that every member of the group is involved and provided their basic needs. This is us by asking questions, making sure that you pay attention to them. And not only on what they see, but also if they are really quiet or if they tried to close down, they are not having open nonverbal communication. I'm not going to go more in-depth in non-verbal signs when you can research that leads you on as well if you are interested. And you need to know your team, you need to know their strengths and build on those. So this is where knowing your team's comes into question. Because you cannot delegate and cannot motivate others without knowing what is behind their desk, personalized what, what is interesting for them. And this is when you know their strengths and understand them and you give the tasks for them that they are excited about. You need to be brave and courageous to be in front of people and uphold the rights of the tribe. And here you need to stand up for yourself and you need to stand up for your team. Meaning that when you stand up for yourself needs to ensure that all of the rules are followed and everybody in the team looks up to you and follow what you are saying. And they think of you as leader, you need to be able to trust. And for that you need to stand up for the whole team in front of others. If there is an extreme the team, you might need to be poor solves that issue because you are the one God that responsibility and you are responsible leader. And that is what you want our team to look at you like you need to stand up for yourself, but you need to stand up for your team to. The fourth one is leading the community forward and believing that every single person has its own power. Here comes the empowerment, the motivation, the to move forward to work on that strength, whatever they wanted very con, be optimistic and had a vision. We don't erosion people, you'll be lost. So it is part of your job to have a common goal to create something that all the team members can work towards. And you need to delegate the task accordingly. Like what artist strengthen weaknesses of others, and you need to empower them when you give these task two down. The fifth one is to make sure that everybody feels ball comes into team. That you need to listen to them. Three, to community, involve them in the process and create a positive environment. This is again, we go back to assertive communication, which I am going to cover just in a few seconds. This is just a starter of what you need to be better off, man, you are a leader. Also when you need to create a communist, it's nice to not only just be together in the workplace or in the school, but also an organized something that the whole thing comes strictly thrown and whose short socializing where you can get to know each other on a deeper level, on a different level as well. Listen to them. This is so crucial. And I would like to give you two techniques and how you can make sure that you are listening to these people of your team. The first one is to just f, you are having a conflict and you don't know how to solve the problem. And it feels like that no one really knew since new auteur, everybody caught everybody off and no one knows what's really going on. A technique that you can start using is to set a timer on your phone for two minutes, sitting in the middle of the table and circulate around everyone. And every single person is going to have two minutes to talk. And that's it. And no one else can say ever, you just listen to that one person for two minutes to two minutes is up. The next person comes and they speak for two minutes and no one else speaks until you go around in circles and then you understand this way, okay, what is the point of view of the person? This is kind of like a starter technique. If you want to go more in depth than I would like to use the same technique. But after the two minutes, you stop the timer and you choose one person in the team who reflux and repeats what the other person just said. This is going to make them feel a lot more understood on what is going on, that they are part of the team, they are listened to. This engages all data members to really pay attention because they need to repeat back what this person has just said. And the person who just thought is going to feel like they are welcome than they are understood. And that is what you would like to create in your team, this positive environment that everybody's listened to. So I hope you liked those two techniques. We are going to move further on. And the sixth is to know your team's culture. Because most of you are probably working in international teams. You are just listening to me speaking in English to all of you. Summaries probably you are open to working in international teams and understanding that all these cognitive honor backgrounds that these people have is not the same. They might have different techniques that they use in their everyday lives than they have been used to growing up process in their old schools. So it is very crucial to understand holiday break and what's motivates your four down. Some people just like to listen to music, and that doesn't mean the artist disrespectful to you the derivation of working. So other people need more breaks or they need to be more social, or I need to talk more. This is also different and you need to understand what's the background of the person and why they do what they do? And there is my favorite quotes that I learned from Molly leaders is that, I mean, I empower you, you empower me. And together we empower everyone. I think this is a very powerful message because this says that I gave you to attention. I give you the energy, you give it back to me. And together, the two of us just bring everybody else up to our level and be shared at energy, leading the team and the empower everyone, then v are motivated, but I'm motivated, I'm motivates you. And together we motivate everyone. And this is how team virtue, virtue. I think now that we have covered all the six principles for you to think about. How you can implement it in your own life. How can you learn to read your theme? And then you have third, that's true. I will see you in the next video. We are going to avert further on you personally about your personality. If you're going to figure out what person that you are. And then what you can actually adds to people and how you are personally leading others. And you already see you in the next year. 4. 4 Find Your Personality Type: Welcome back to lead your team effectively online trading. In this video, I'm going to talk about you personally and your personality type. You are going to figure out what time the leader you are and what that for person you are, and how you can use your special class that you were born with in your leadership style. So now we are going to start digging more in-depth beads, who you are as personality, and who your team is. First, I would like you to open the exercise sheet. So I will first start with the seven fascination advantages. I don't know how many of you heard up this fund? Probably most of you heard about the disk or heard about different personality types and how you can define what your personality is. But I just fallen recently at a new technique which I personally really enjoyed. And I think you will enjoy it as raw because it has some funny bands. You can order these seeds on your exercise she, that we're going to figure out what Marvel here you personally are. So I think that's super fun and that was one of my favorites. So hope you guys are Marvel fans do. So first we are going to go through your fascination advantages. I would like you to pay attention and speak your top two that this gives you the most. I know some of them are going to be quite similar or you are going to feel like that, oh, I'm this one as well, but that one as well. It is fine because most of us are a combination of many things. I would like you to pick your top two. So first one is the power advantage, dishonesty, or type of people. While they're born to be leaders, they are very confident. They are good at communists and gutters. They have their own opinions. They are willing to take risks, make difficult decisions. However, if there are too many of them in a team, they just go against each other, they just fight crazy because they are way too stubborn. So it is important to have one person like this in your team, but no more, because then you're just going to have fights and conflicts all the time. The passionate advantage is someone who has a good charisma and people just circulate around them. They are really friendly, emotionally open, and they connect with people who had radically, they have a high level of energy and they are enthusiastic about new ideas. They are really listening to that ancient nations and we don't care so much about facts. They are good at giving presentations and connecting people with costumers and connecting with other people in general. And their difficulty is that they are really open, they are really honest by the health. Sometimes problem is hiding their emotions. Let's get on to the second and the third one is the mystic advantage. And these are the people who are experts, Annalise scientists. They are really data oriented. They liked to observe and just listen the I usually quiet ones into team. But the I really needed because the ADA wants to go in depth the research. And they are really analytical or they are not really open mid-air emotions. But they are really good at managing small things and making rational decisions. Just figuring out all the things that are the small things that is needed for a project. And they really think things through. And you can read this and you can think through everything. And the prestige advantage is just thriving for excellence, DR. really motivated by other people or they usually look up to someone, the have an idol in front of them and they would like to be liked them. Good enough is not good enough forties that what people want, perfectionism, they want excellence. And usually they, when they have these idle, the Innu corrupted, they study them and look at all their videos if they want to do a good presentation, for example, the writer wants to watch all the videos that are available on presentation skills. Then they tried to understand the practice in front of the mirror. And they analyzed themselves. If they have done good, if they have gotten something that is not so good and where they can improve the constantly reflecting on their personal skills to be able to become better. And they usually have a person in mind through D would like to be alive. Alert advantage is for an IT project managers and colleagues managers. They are really detail oriented, but in a different way than mystic people. They're quite precise. They are always on time. And these are people who usually taxi five minutes before meeting, that they are going to be five minutes late or something that they're not gonna make it on time. They are so time conscious. Innovative advantages, someone who always has some new ideas, they are really visionary. They think outside the box and instead of trying to solve a problem that is already present, they just come up with something totally new and trying to figure out new things. And they need to be paired with some alertness that the alert advantage people, because they are outside the box, they are savagery, that the needs someone who brings them back on Earth. And everybody needs bonds. Silly term. We are going to work on what balances you've personally meet as well in your team to be able to work most effectively. And finally, the trust advantages. Someone who works hard and really committed. These are the people who got full AES no matter to subject because they just want to be good at everything that they are really reliable. And when they say that they need to finish something, Livio finishes, if you ask something from them, they will do it no matter what. They never miss deadline. And they really like to stick routines. So now I will like you to find your top two. I hope you paid attention just in case into exercise sheets. Because now we are going to dig deeper into it and figuring out what are the values that you can build on, then you are leading a team, but also the six main things that you need to be aware of that you reverting with someone else. Let's see, very 49 personalized the archetypes. And this was created by Sally hawks stand. She has written a book which is about these seven fascination advantages. And you can see that and that combination. So you have two types that you choose for yourself. You have a primary and the secondary. Then you look at these stable and you say I said I'm a power that alert. So my primary espoused my secondary is alerts. That means I'm the defender. I'm very proactive, cautionary and strong wield, but he fight dirty around and my primary is alerts and my secondary espouse that I'm very decisive, tireless than four tried. So most of you said that you have power and passion. That means you're motivating, spirited, and compelling, but also you are dynamic, inclusive and engaging. Try to find your combination and ride Belen those six values that you are personally working on. And then you have bed. It is time to think about the problems that can rise from your personal loyalty. Because it is all good that we have all these positive things in our lives. But however it comes back and forth and we never know how it usually can be challenging for others to understand. So for example, on the power advantage. If you are, I don't know. A trust person, trust and trust. That means you are predictable, safe, and unmovable, which is in some cases really nice. But other cases but need to change something or there is a change coming. You just want to stay safe and you are not willing to move you in on a million to go further. So these are the issues and needs to be aware of those combinations to i. We did this and Y. B are working with these six values that are in the description of the 49 archetypes. It is to figure out what are your main strength remain a values. And then you need to also have the things that you need to pay attention to. So now that you have written down and found your six main values and what could be your problems, VDD, those personality types. Let's try to find your superhero. It works the same way that you need to look at your primary and secondary advantage. And we superhero Are you, I'm Doctor Strange and Bucky bonds. But I think you guys said passionately notation. So I really let you guys to just look through and have some fun with this and figure out what is your personal antilog. Like if you look at the cross, that is where you have the cruel people and that is where usually you have the best type of your personality. So let's move on. You will have this in at the end of your exercise. She does well serially through them and you come back and you want to have some fun with your friends or your teammates, you can also look at it. So at the end of your exercise sheet, I put these as, as an appendix so you can go back to it and try again. Have some fun. You have the 12 values coming from our personal lives. It is time to go through and actually are, and figure out what our ideal team will be and who could complement us as leader. Who will be neat to have on our T. C, you add an extra year. 6. 6 Who complements you? - Find Your Ideal Team: Welcome back then lead your team effectively online training. It is done to figure out who is your confidence three-person, who would be the ideal team meet for you because they all have different personalities at the offline to do different things. And that is fine. That is why we love deriv together with others instead of working alone because we can complement each other and they don't need to be perfect in every single thing that we do. So now it is time to choose a team that compliment. And who could be complimenting you? What is the question there? We said already that people who have, for example, them, which one was the innovation, they need someone who is an alert to keep them on track, brings, brings them back to earth. And it is realized to think about it that innovation is the language of the creativity. Passion is for relationships. Power is the confidence like wage. Prestige is for Excellence. Thrust this four-step LET mistake is for listening and alertness is for details. So think about these and what you are missing from your own life. What you need to pay more attention to you as a powered LLC person. I'm more of a power, so I still need someone who works a bit more on the mystic side, on the thrust side, who is really detail-oriented and lies to go more in-depth things. But it's also nice to have someone who is more of an innovator who comes up with new ideas and I can be open to those. So tried to go through these table and see what type of personality even needing your team to Belen Sue. Most of you were like power, which means that you need someone who goes more in depth three things, but also is more visionary. But you guys were also like combination of innovator and power. That just means that you have to have someone who is on-time knows the pros and cons and understands what is going on behind the scenes. So just have a few moments on thinking about who would be the right team made for you. And don't think of your teammates and the mind. Just think of people in general who would be nice to compliment you next to you in your team. But not like, OK, I have these underestimates now, our day like this or that. We will work on that a bit later. Just for now, think of yourself and who would be a complimentary person next to you? And when you have debts, I will give you guys a few more seconds to think about it and goes through. Usually like it's nice to distinguish color wise, as well as people who are on the yellow and orange and red, they need someone who is at the Green. I think it's two blues like library ran dark blue. And if you are purple, you need someone who is more of an innovator and more of an alert sir tried to go around the table, used a colours to understand how you can distinguish from people to people. Now that we have put together our ideal team is time to think about what skills you definitely need to develop when you want to become a better leader. See you in the next video. 7. 7 The 3 Fundamental Skills of a Good Leader: Welcome back some lead your team effectively online training is don't just talk about what makes a leader a good leader. What skills you need to develop to ideally lead your team? Here is a favorite quote of mine, and I have a story for days to share. B to. The first one is Tell me and I will forget. Show me and I'm y-naught, remember, involve me and I will understand. So many of us just tell her things to others and we expect them to remember. We show it to them. Everybody just puts in their inputs, discuss the details, and make sure that you encourage asking questions, that everybody understands everything. This is good when you want to pitch an idea, explains something, clarify or communists your teammates says I set for your weekly meetings, for example, when you share all your information, maybe you have a new way of doing something so you can reach that. Siddharth could beat a coaching style. Many times we may ask, okay, I'm an introverts, can I be the leader here? I don't know how many of you aren't interests because quite a few said that you are power advantage debt. That could be quite the opposite of an introvert. However, it might tell us we have a misunderstanding what introvert means, because it's just that they get that energy. Oscar, instead of standing in front of people and making presentations and talking, they are more quiet once they get their confidence from being quiet and being on their own or just having a quiet conversation. And that is totally fine. People can still be leaders and they are introverts. Think of Steve Jobs, for example. He is a very known leader and he was an introvert. You can learn to improve certain skills. But it is important not to change your own personality just to be a leader. You can be probably even more motivating when you can lead quietly. You can be able to trust, you can be an outlet, okay? You have a team that you trust. Every single person knows their rate and you are just sometimes checking up on them. That could be an introvert way off leading while an extrovert probability would be all over the place and try to make everybody do their jobs and child tell them what to do. And that is also fine, but just different way of leadership. So it's, you're personalizing and how you would like to lead is the question. Now that we have answered this question and we know that we don't need to change our personality types. Are all the personalities to become good leaders. It is sound to figure on. We could actually improve it because it's one thing that we don't need to change. The core of our beliefs, the core of our ideas, of the core of our personalities. But the God leaders always felt themselves, they always wanted to become even better. So the next year, you're going to see what your core values are and how you can build on them. How to become the leader. And you want to see you there. 12. 12 Who Do I Need To Be?: When the Olivier's effectively online training, we know that good leaders started themselves. They start developing themselves. They always improve the read they learn. And I'm certain that you are here with us because that means you are activity the first step to become a better leader. In this video, we are going to cover your national guests for national values, what you are living according to. And then we are going to us questions on how you can even become barrier. How you can improve the skills. So who do you need to be to be a good leader? Some people don't like to speak that much. I would like you to pick the top three soft and hard values that you have. And why do we do this? At the end, you are going to have 12 characteristics. Then you convert further on that describe you personally. The soft values are something that are emotion related and people are related. And most of us are thinking about that immediately, that I'm loving on others. I'm friendly, visionary and all that things. Inspirational. But being thinking about your hardest values is the one that is going to distinguish you from all the others. And knowing your hard values is something that helps you become more successful. Because most people only know their soft values, do not know their Hall values, which are some teachable abilities, are related on thinking or logic, is could be about strategy, could be about organizing or, or any different things like just pick three of those logic related hard values. And then with this six and the six that we had from the beginning, now you should have above characteristics together. You have an exercise on the axis, actually the space to write all these things. And this is something that you leave every single day. By that, for example, for me, I have empowerment on it, or I have integrity, organizational skills, positivity, optimistically, thinking, growth. Since all these things are the things that represent me on my every single day. This is the values that I leave according to. And these are the things that I don't want to get rid off if I'm a leader. This is very important for me that I represent these values and this is why I have a life to do this exercise as well. To realize what your personality is at the moment, what you don't want to negotiate on and what you are willing to improve. So just think about your three soft values and three hard values. And this should be something that you leave according to every single day. I will continue with the presentation and then at the appendix you can find them and you can think about it later on. So now I would like to think about your reactions because we don't want to change people. We want to have a common ground. We want to make everybody feel that there is a win-win situation. But sometimes segue in some situations. We just get that gut reaction and we just got to get rid of it. And this can be sometimes that you want to give orders or you are really judgmental. Some situations you just X, X from your gut and you might not know why it is, but this is what it comes. You might want to give advice which is nice, or you start praising or joking. So think about what reactions come from your gut and just ride down one or two. You may be start lecturing gutters. So what do you, what is your core motivation that is, might not be the best way to react to certain situations. Think about the situation and how you usually react. Yes, you're here, you just think about what situations usually get into when you are talking with your teammates. Something they might just say and then you snap. And what happens when you snap? What do you do? Do you leave during or do you just start being quiet that you are not saying a word and that's your way of reflecting and agreeing. The start joking, maybe. Do you start like questioning gutters, that why did they make it like that? Maybe you stop being judgmental event. It's all because of them. So just think about these situations. So now you need to ask yourself who you need to be, to be a good leader. We have gone through your personality, we have big your top values. So you can think about now, where do you need to improve? What skills is it that you might need to still including those? Or how do you think a leader should act? And what reactions Did they meet to show their team? And how do they need to present themselves? Is there anything you personally to improve or change? I don't like the verb change because it's not, not scared you shouldn't change yourself. Well, you need to improve yourself. Be aware of your full flows, and then make sure that you are not triggered by him. Think about these situations that could be critical. Now usually snap. And why is it? Ask yourself, what is the thing that situation that is just triggering Judah is pushing your buttons. Do your values align with the leader that you want to be? When maybe you need to have some other values that you will also need to concentrate on. Think of the six values that you got from your personality and the six values that he chose for yourself. Are they the ones that are going to help you become a better leader? Maybe you need to include a bit of more empowerment. Meet more on team work. Maybe you just really concentrating being persistent or just goal-oriented. But if you don't include the team, how you are going to be a leader. So what else could you include in your schemaless bed, you need to develop what even improvements do you need and you could get that. And most importantly, how could you use your existing skills, those 12 skills and values that we've wrote down to your advantage. Because that is you, that is your personality. But of course, some parts of it you need to be aware of. But other times you just need to go with mine is free, some integrity. I cannot show off that dogs walking my talk. It is very important for me that whatever I do and whatever I say is authentically me. And this is how I did things in my own life as well. I couldn't be a leader. Be doubt that. So think about your existing skills and how can you turn them to your advantage? When you have answered all these questions? And you really think that deeper into your own personal on the end, who you person wants to become in a few years. What do you want to be and what skills you need to develop to reshape point. You can either decide to just listen to this video and don't learn anything, don't implement it in your life. So here is the time to choose because, you know, need to practice. And those who view who had been in my previous presentation, they might have heard above these persons because we are all a result oriented one way or another. And then our actions and behaviors are actually guided by our brain. And to be able to reach all the conscious and subconscious. The information I told you goes into your thinking side of the brain to conscious mind, which is only 1% of your brain.
