Because I would like to make sure that I cover everything that is possible and you have access to all their knowledge. Ryan, I'm presenting to you. Additionally have also prepared an exercise sheet. You can follow along while I'm presenting you to be the use that you can take some notes and didn't exercise is because that is going to take the next step to becoming the leader you want to become. When you already see you in the next video, where we're going to dig a bit more deeper, what we are going to actually cover on this whole trading. See you there. 2. 2 What To Expect: Welcome back to the leave UT effectively online training. In this video, I'm going to tell you what exactly we are going to cover in this whole course. And what my personal machines and how I'm going to touch it and twisted. So you can learn a very most from this whole trade. I would like to share my mission with you because as I travel around the girl, I realized that I would like to learn something all of everyday, not new something on. And if we think about it, everything in our role is somehow 4D is just only new for us. I would like to bring back some ancient wisdoms so we can all live a better life. And you will get a bit of understanding how this works in my world, because I will have a few ancient wisdoms included in this presentation from libraries to you for today is that I will show you that how knowing your team and every single person in ads will help you become a better leader. Once if eta and delegates, and have your pen and paper next to you, I would like to first ask you a question, Mommy, it's times in a week. Can you think about it? You work in a team, writes rebel yell answer is that quite often? And how many times do you feel like you need some negotiating skills or knowing how to motivate under is sometimes you have a shoe that you just don't know how to solve a problem or how to communicate with others. You just don't seem to be on the same ground. And there is some fights and there are some misunderstanding and the project is not moving ahead. So there is a combination of what goes on in team work and we just need to know it people. So first, I would like to ask you, what is your goal for today? Why are you here? Because I believe teamwork is not easy even Derby thing that oh, yeah. We just need to record people. You're never told hots duties. So it would be nice to get a better understanding on how to do it exactly, because it can be quite challenging to working teams. We are also different. We are motivated by different things and we never understand what goes on behind the someone else's mind. What is the personality, what's going on? And we didn't know how to communicate. That's a thing. And for some reason, I don't understand why. But we are never taught how to do this in school. And as I said, we have no idea how to be leaders. We watch these movies and videos and we have an idea in our head that, OK, this is the leader I should be. But that is not gross level, not the reality. And it doesn't fit everyone that type of leadership. We do not believe that we can be good leaders. That's another thing. Some people are just born to be leaders. So we think that we can be, we cannot learn to be leaders, but that's also a false idea. And we can easily learn how to become better leaders. So first we need to learn how to work with people. What is demotivation? What's, encourages them that they're personalized to in general. First, as I said so many times already, we need to communicate, communicate, and communicates. We misunderstand each other so much. We might see a rude and via different meanings for it. We need to motivate and empower each other. We need to have a loyal following. And this means that you can start in front of people and they are listening to your advisors, what's happening around you? Be Fidel, these people behind you. You are the leader. You are just trying to be a boss who is telling others what to do. But having the trust, this loyalty is the thing that makes you earlier leader. You need to know your people and you need to grow yourself. Most successful people understand that without drawing themselves, they cannot grow their team or adapt projects. So I'm so happy that all of you guys are here because this is where all its starts. It starts with you and stars with growing yourself, and then you can bring it onto your projects. Our agenda for today is going to be the six principles of leaders. First, what are the moral leaders say about leadership? This is where I'm going to bring in a bit of ancient wisdom. Because I met a few Maori leaders in New Zealand and I learned quite a lot from them. I really enjoyed it. The second is going to be your team and your personality and how to do some delegation fingering God, what is your main values? And when do you need to pay attention to in your own personality? Then we are going to talk about good leadership, how to motivate, communicate, and delegate things. And finally, we are going to work on you personally. And who do you need to become to be a good leader? If your values and your existing skills aligned with who you want to be as a leader. So this is what we are going to break on today. I hope you are excited for this agenda. So why are we here and why is this important to me? As I mentioned before, I'm a Eastern European who grew up with the mindset that you need to do everything on your own. So what I got to Denmark and I started to work in teams. I was like, OK, what am I doing? I had kind of header, a bushy leadership personality that I just like doing things and I can stand in front of people, but it didn't know how to deal with people. So I started learning about this because I'm quite interesting and quite measures, but leadership. I just never been taught how to do it. So I will share my tips and tricks with you today and how you can develop yourselves in leadership. So this is my motivation for you guys. And now it is finally time to dig into the old ways that all knowledge that I've been talking about it before. Say the next view, I'm going to cover it as six main principles of Maori leaders. And what each of them is that they can implement in your daily life as leader. See you there. 3. 3 The 6 Principles of Maori Leaders: Effectively all led astray. On this video, I'm going to share with you all the six different ethics and moral leaders use and leading their own teams that ONE tribes, because that is what we want. We wanted to build a triad around us, loyal following, as I've said before, and make sure that we are bringing the very best of ourselves. First, as I said, I'm going to shut up six principles of Mari leaders. There's a quote that came across me, but I was there and I really enjoyed it. Like there was a deep message behind it. Because many times we think we have to say or have to feel that we are leaders. But the martyr leaders do not feel that way then they don't think they are leaders. They are led by the feedback of death following. And this is very loyal following. And the people behind you matters because in the style of leadership, you are not the person who stands in front of everyone and makes the decisions for them? No, you listen to your team, you listen to that feedback. And you are led by deaf feedback. And you go further on. And you involve everyone in the team. The five highest rated skills that moral leaders talk about is being inspirational than being participative. So involving everyone in the team than being a visionary, having an idea, a goal for everyone, being able to motivate others and being performance oriented. Then we can break this down a bit more to the six main principles. The first one is managing, mediating and settling distributes. Here, you need to have a good communication to EME bought somebody, being able to manage everything, you need to be a bit more assertive. And this is what we are going to cover in the next session of this, are you need to deal with conflicts. And many times you need to negotiate and compromise. But we don't know how to do these either. And we need to create a common goal that we can all circulate around mediator on and go further on and work towards that together. The second one is ensuring that every member of the group is involved and provided their basic needs. This is us by asking questions, making sure that you pay attention to them. And not only on what they see, but also if they are really quiet or if they tried to close down, they are not having open nonverbal communication. I'm not going to go more in-depth in non-verbal signs when you can research that leads you on as well if you are interested. And you need to know your team, you need to know their strengths and build on those. So this is where knowing your team's comes into question. Because you cannot delegate and cannot motivate others without knowing what is behind their desk, personalized what, what is interesting for them. And this is when you know their strengths and understand them and you give the tasks for them that they are excited about. You need to be brave and courageous to be in front of people and uphold the rights of the tribe. And here you need to stand up for yourself and you need to stand up for your team. Meaning that when you stand up for yourself needs to ensure that all of the rules are followed and everybody in the team looks up to you and follow what you are saying. And they think of you as leader, you need to be able to trust. And for that you need to stand up for the whole team in front of others. If there is an extreme the team, you might need to be poor solves that issue because you are the one God that responsibility and you are responsible leader. And that is what you want our team to look at you like you need to stand up for yourself, but you need to stand up for your team to. The fourth one is leading the community forward and believing that every single person has its own power. Here comes the empowerment, the motivation, the to move forward to work on that strength, whatever they wanted very con, be optimistic and had a vision. We don't erosion people, you'll be lost. So it is part of your job to have a common goal to create something that all the team members can work towards. And you need to delegate the task accordingly. Like what artist strengthen weaknesses of others, and you need to empower them when you give these task two down. The fifth one is to make sure that everybody feels ball comes into team. That you need to listen to them. Three, to community, involve them in the process and create a positive environment. This is again, we go back to assertive communication, which I am going to cover just in a few seconds. This is just a starter of what you need to be better off, man, you are a leader. Also when you need to create a communist, it's nice to not only just be together in the workplace or in the school, but also an organized something that the whole thing comes strictly thrown and whose short socializing where you can get to know each other on a deeper level, on a different level as well. Listen to them. This is so crucial. And I would like to give you two techniques and how you can make sure that you are listening to these people of your team. The first one is to just f, you are having a conflict and you don't know how to solve the problem. And it feels like that no one really knew since new auteur, everybody caught everybody off and no one knows what's really going on. A technique that you can start using is to set a timer on your phone for two minutes, sitting in the middle of the table and circulate around everyone. And every single person is going to have two minutes to talk. And that's it. And no one else can say ever, you just listen to that one person for two minutes to two minutes is up. The next person comes and they speak for two minutes and no one else speaks until you go around in circles and then you understand this way, okay, what is the point of view of the person? This is kind of like a starter technique. If you want to go more in depth than I would like to use the same technique. But after the two minutes, you stop the timer and you choose one person in the team who reflux and repeats what the other person just said. This is going to make them feel a lot more understood on what is going on, that they are part of the team, they are listened to. This engages all data members to really pay attention because they need to repeat back what this person has just said. And the person who just thought is going to feel like they are welcome than they are understood. And that is what you would like to create in your team, this positive environment that everybody's listened to. So I hope you liked those two techniques. We are going to move further on. And the sixth is to know your team's culture. Because most of you are probably working in international teams. You are just listening to me speaking in English to all of you. Summaries probably you are open to working in international teams and understanding that all these cognitive honor backgrounds that these people have is not the same. They might have different techniques that they use in their everyday lives than they have been used to growing up process in their old schools. So it is very crucial to understand holiday break and what's motivates your four down. Some people just like to listen to music, and that doesn't mean the artist disrespectful to you the derivation of working. So other people need more breaks or they need to be more social, or I need to talk more. This is also different and you need to understand what's the background of the person and why they do what they do? And there is my favorite quotes that I learned from Molly leaders is that, I mean, I empower you, you empower me. And together we empower everyone. I think this is a very powerful message because this says that I gave you to attention. I give you the energy, you give it back to me. And together, the two of us just bring everybody else up to our level and be shared at energy, leading the team and the empower everyone, then v are motivated, but I'm motivated, I'm motivates you. And together we motivate everyone. And this is how team virtue, virtue. I think now that we have covered all the six principles for you to think about. How you can implement it in your own life. How can you learn to read your theme? And then you have third, that's true. I will see you in the next video. We are going to avert further on you personally about your personality. If you're going to figure out what person that you are. And then what you can actually adds to people and how you are personally leading others. And you already see you in the next year. 4. 4 Find Your Personality Type: Welcome back to lead your team effectively online trading. In this video, I'm going to talk about you personally and your personality type. You are going to figure out what time the leader you are and what that for person you are, and how you can use your special class that you were born with in your leadership style. So now we are going to start digging more in-depth beads, who you are as personality, and who your team is. First, I would like you to open the exercise sheet. So I will first start with the seven fascination advantages. I don't know how many of you heard up this fund? Probably most of you heard about the disk or heard about different personality types and how you can define what your personality is. But I just fallen recently at a new technique which I personally really enjoyed. And I think you will enjoy it as raw because it has some funny bands. You can order these seeds on your exercise she, that we're going to figure out what Marvel here you personally are. So I think that's super fun and that was one of my favorites. So hope you guys are Marvel fans do. So first we are going to go through your fascination advantages. I would like you to pay attention and speak your top two that this gives you the most. I know some of them are going to be quite similar or you are going to feel like that, oh, I'm this one as well, but that one as well. It is fine because most of us are a combination of many things. I would like you to pick your top two. So first one is the power advantage, dishonesty, or type of people. While they're born to be leaders, they are very confident. They are good at communists and gutters. They have their own opinions. They are willing to take risks, make difficult decisions. However, if there are too many of them in a team, they just go against each other, they just fight crazy because they are way too stubborn. So it is important to have one person like this in your team, but no more, because then you're just going to have fights and conflicts all the time. The passionate advantage is someone who has a good charisma and people just circulate around them. They are really friendly, emotionally open, and they connect with people who had radically, they have a high level of energy and they are enthusiastic about new ideas. They are really listening to that ancient nations and we don't care so much about facts. They are good at giving presentations and connecting people with costumers and connecting with other people in general. And their difficulty is that they are really open, they are really honest by the health. Sometimes problem is hiding their emotions. Let's get on to the second and the third one is the mystic advantage. And these are the people who are experts, Annalise scientists. They are really data oriented. They liked to observe and just listen the I usually quiet ones into team. But the I really needed because the ADA wants to go in depth the research. And they are really analytical or they are not really open mid-air emotions. But they are really good at managing small things and making rational decisions. Just figuring out all the things that are the small things that is needed for a project. And they really think things through. And you can read this and you can think through everything. And the prestige advantage is just thriving for excellence, DR. really motivated by other people or they usually look up to someone, the have an idol in front of them and they would like to be liked them. Good enough is not good enough forties that what people want, perfectionism, they want excellence. And usually they, when they have these idle, the Innu corrupted, they study them and look at all their videos if they want to do a good presentation, for example, the writer wants to watch all the videos that are available on presentation skills. Then they tried to understand the practice in front of the mirror. And they analyzed themselves. If they have done good, if they have gotten something that is not so good and where they can improve the constantly reflecting on their personal skills to be able to become better. And they usually have a person in mind through D would like to be alive. Alert advantage is for an IT project managers and colleagues managers. They are really detail oriented, but in a different way than mystic people. They're quite precise. They are always on time. And these are people who usually taxi five minutes before meeting, that they are going to be five minutes late or something that they're not gonna make it on time. They are so time conscious. They just know that danica, beyond time and the variety effect, which is crazy. And they are super loyal and very responsible. Innovative advantages, someone who always has some new ideas, they are really visionary. They think outside the box and instead of trying to solve a problem that is already present, they just come up with something totally new and trying to figure out new things. And they need to be paired with some alertness that the alert advantage people, because they are outside the box, they are savagery, that the needs someone who brings them back on Earth. And everybody needs bonds. Silly term. We are going to work on what balances you've personally meet as well in your team to be able to work most effectively. And finally, the trust advantages. Someone who works hard and really committed. These are the people who got full AES no matter to subject because they just want to be good at everything that they are really reliable. And when they say that they need to finish something, Livio finishes, if you ask something from them, they will do it no matter what. They never miss deadline. And they really like to stick routines. So now I will like you to find your top two. I hope you paid attention just in case into exercise sheets. You have them written data again, other Give you a few minutes to run through again, read through, and figure out what's your top two because fluid or we are going to work the dose. And in the chat, I would like to see your answers. A few relied to share. If not, then that's totally fine. Just say yes, you have found it not at the center position advantages. And you have chosen your two main characteristics. To me impersonally dives instead to go to the next video and figuring out your personal values. See you there. 5. 5 What Are Archetypes?: Welcome to lead your team effectively online training. So why do these personality type? Because now we are going to dig deeper into it and figuring out what are the values that you can build on, then you are leading a team, but also the six main things that you need to be aware of that you reverting with someone else. Let's see, very 49 personalized the archetypes. And this was created by Sally hawks stand. She has written a book which is about these seven fascination advantages. And you can see that and that combination. So you have two types that you choose for yourself. You have a primary and the secondary. Then you look at these stable and you say I said I'm a power that alert. So my primary espoused my secondary is alerts. That means I'm the defender. I'm very proactive, cautionary and strong wield, but he fight dirty around and my primary is alerts and my secondary espouse that I'm very decisive, tireless than four tried. So most of you said that you have power and passion. That means you're motivating, spirited, and compelling, but also you are dynamic, inclusive and engaging. Try to find your combination and ride Belen those six values that you are personally working on. And then you have bed. It is time to think about the problems that can rise from your personal loyalty. Because it is all good that we have all these positive things in our lives. But however it comes back and forth and we never know how it usually can be challenging for others to understand. So for example, on the power advantage. When I look at the power and power from the primary and the secondary, that means I'm an aggressor. I'm highly dominant, overbearing and domestic. And this is when the pushing us and don't dominance comes into question. If you are oppressed age than you are, arrogant, cold, and superior, you feel like that. You are above others. If you are, I don't know. A trust person, trust and trust. That means you are predictable, safe, and unmovable, which is in some cases really nice. But other cases but need to change something or there is a change coming. You just want to stay safe and you are not willing to move you in on a million to go further. So these are the issues and needs to be aware of those combinations to i. We did this and Y. B are working with these six values that are in the description of the 49 archetypes. It is to figure out what are your main strength remain a values. And we will invert fruit drawn with this in the last session of Dan webinar, when you need to pick on you yourself, you've figured out together 12 main characteristics that describe you. Then in this archetype t bar, i also like that you have the six things that you need to personally pay attention to when you are leading. So I'm personally need to pay attention to not to be too dominant, not to be overbearing or dogmatic, or not to be too compulsive or too driven. Because for some people that's not derived, think for people who are really passionate, they can be really emotional, very theatrical. But that is not the right way to lead a team. So this is why we did this exercise and this is why I love it so much, because it also gives you the six values that you need to work on. And then you need to also have the things that you need to pay attention to. So now that you have written down and found your six main values and what could be your problems, VDD, those personality types. Let's try to find your superhero. It works the same way that you need to look at your primary and secondary advantage. And we superhero Are you, I'm Doctor Strange and Bucky bonds. But I think you guys said passionately notation. And that is Armen and Spiderman. I don't know if you are excited by these guys, but I just loved Marvel movies. When I found this, I was like, this isn't a deal. I love it. So I really let you guys to just look through and have some fun with this and figure out what is your personal antilog. And it is really interesting as well like to look at the power, power, for example, that means that you are tunnels, which is like one of the evil guys. Like if you look at the cross, that is where you have the cruel people and that is where usually you have the best type of your personality. So let's move on. You will have this in at the end of your exercise. She does well serially through them and you come back and you want to have some fun with your friends or your teammates, you can also look at it. So at the end of your exercise sheet, I put these as, as an appendix so you can go back to it and try again. Have some fun. You have the 12 values coming from our personal lives. It is time to go through and actually are, and figure out what our ideal team will be and who could complement us as leader. Who will be neat to have on our T. C, you add an extra year. 6. 6 Who complements you? - Find Your Ideal Team: Welcome back then lead your team effectively online training. It is done to figure out who is your confidence three-person, who would be the ideal team meet for you because they all have different personalities at the offline to do different things. And that is fine. That is why we love deriv together with others instead of working alone because we can complement each other and they don't need to be perfect in every single thing that we do. So now it is time to choose a team that compliment. And who could be complimenting you? What is the question there? We said already that people who have, for example, them, which one was the innovation, they need someone who is an alert to keep them on track, brings, brings them back to earth. And it is realized to think about it that innovation is the language of the creativity. Passion is for relationships. Power is the confidence like wage. Prestige is for Excellence. Thrust this four-step LET mistake is for listening and alertness is for details. So think about these and what you are missing from your own life. What you need to pay more attention to you as a powered LLC person. I'm more of a power, so I still need someone who works a bit more on the mystic side, on the thrust side, who is really detail-oriented and lies to go more in-depth things. But it's also nice to have someone who is more of an innovator who comes up with new ideas and I can be open to those. So tried to go through these table and see what type of personality even needing your team to Belen Sue. Most of you were like power, which means that you need someone who goes more in depth three things, but also is more visionary. But you guys were also like combination of innovator and power. That just means that you have to have someone who is on-time knows the pros and cons and understands what is going on behind the scenes. So just have a few moments on thinking about who would be the right team made for you. And don't think of your teammates and the mind. Just think of people in general who would be nice to compliment you next to you in your team. But not like, OK, I have these underestimates now, our day like this or that. We will work on that a bit later. Just for now, think of yourself and who would be a complimentary person next to you? And when you have debts, I will give you guys a few more seconds to think about it and goes through. Usually like it's nice to distinguish color wise, as well as people who are on the yellow and orange and red, they need someone who is at the Green. I think it's two blues like library ran dark blue. And if you are purple, you need someone who is more of an innovator and more of an alert sir tried to go around the table, used a colours to understand how you can distinguish from people to people. Now that we have put together our ideal team is time to think about what skills you definitely need to develop when you want to become a better leader. See you in the next video. 7. 7 The 3 Fundamental Skills of a Good Leader: Welcome back some lead your team effectively online training is don't just talk about what makes a leader a good leader. What skills you need to develop to ideally lead your team? Here is a favorite quote of mine, and I have a story for days to share. B to. The first one is Tell me and I will forget. Show me and I'm y-naught, remember, involve me and I will understand. So many of us just tell her things to others and we expect them to remember. We show it to them. They do not remember how to do it. And the asic same questions again and again. How many of how many times have you actually involved your teammates? Showed them, told them, made them to do it too, and still guide the questions. Probably not too often because SMS, you're involved somewhat. You start to use a different part of the brain that Hobbes them remember, and Hobbes them to be more productive. It's doing it by themselves. There was a story that I heard from one of the persons I made during my travels. He is also a civil engineer. He was more in sewage systems, working with pipelines. And he was in China. And he said that one day he was just walking down the streets. And he's so some people digging the hole for the pipeline China and they did not do the right way, didn't fit, couldn't do it. Like they just didn't understand what needs to be done. He ran that. He tried to explain because he doesn't speak Chinese and the Chinese don't speak English. They couldn't understand each other. So he tried to tell him it didn't work. Then he jumped into the pit. He decided to show it to them. So he took the shoveling his town, he started to dig, he started to show how to assemble the pieces, but it is not enough. So then he stood there and waited for all the Chinese people, Hall of workers to start doing it by themselves. He encouraged them and if they had a mistake, he showed it again, and he made it to meet them to do it again. And this is how it all works. That SMS, you involve someone in the process. They will most likely understand what he's going on. So the three main parts of good leadership that I'm going to cover today is first communication. Than being a bit more motivates L and a little bit on delegation. But, uh, to mean, I'm going to concentrate on communication and the motivation. Now that we have covered the three main skills that you need to develop to be an even better leader. It is sent to dig deeper into them unless starts with communication. See you in the next video. 8. 8 Build Your Communication Skills: What is a lead your team the fact that the old lecturing, it's time to talk about communication because there's no way not to communicate via always communicating one way or another. Even though we are silent. We can be talking about body language that I'm not going to cover industry and I'm going to add an extra article that you can lead further on that topic. I'm going to talk about the federal communication and how to make sure that we understand each other and they are on the same ground. First, I'm gonna start with communication. And I didn't know how many of you heard about assertive communication and assertive AT assertiveness, it is a learnable activity. So I really like to emphasize its learnable activity that helps you to present yourself more confidently. In hard situations. Tell your thoughts, your feelings, being listened and listened to others to. It helps you to express yourself more clearly to reduce stress, to solve problems, negotiate, and come to a common ground. Bid one another to leave conversation that both of you feel like okay, even though we did not find a compromise, did did not make it to the end. It was still a good meeting. We still managed to do something is to fleeting bit hard feelings in your heart. This is what assertive communication is about. That you take responsibility for your own actions. You don't blame others. You don't think of other situations. You are responsible for your own things. You stand up for yourself, your thoughts and your feelings the right way. Because there are so many different ways that you can communicate. And now I would like you to think about which one you usually talk from, from the following five. The first one is being aggressive communicator. And this is a person who only thinks about themselves and just dominates others. Is a person who is really pushy and don't think about what others think others feel. As long as that thing is done and he's feelings are good. He doesn't care. He usually have negative feelings, anger and judgment awards, honors, and tries to dominate the person who was most common statement these, you know, i'm right. You just know. I know I'm right. Why are we still discussing this or even though it didn't say it and you can just read it in their body language that this is what they think. The second person is true is more passive. These are people who lead themselves to be so aggressive person usually dominates the passive person. These we don't stand up for themselves. They only care about others and they feel like that the feelings of others and their ideas are served more important than his or her own ideas. And the everything is just secondary. They post their responsibility to others. We don't like to take personal responsibility. They avoid conflicts. That's also really common. You don't lie to get into conflicts because they, you'll know that probably they lose because they let others to dominate them. This is a person who says, I don't care, I don't know. You decide I don't have the same base. I know, you know, we'd better. I don't care. So these are the people who need to stand up more for themselves. There's a passive aggressive person who is usually a subvector, DR. And they're willing to work on a common ground. There. Really sarcastic and go CP the joke about adders to make funny drugs that can be quite hurtful. Sometimes they are very critical and we will not take responsible. Usually play the victim card. The most important thing here, that you need to be better off. They do it because they probably lack the confidence. And their means sentences. Sure, sure. I agree. However, I think this and this and this and this would be better. So d try to hide information. They tried to go wrong and make it their own way. They then there is a manipulatives that the person who lacks the very specious day black honesty and they want to donate, but not the clear v. They go around the back. They make others feel guilty and they blame others for their own responsibilities. So they usually say it was because of you. It was because of the situation. If it because of work, it was because of the project, it was because of something else, but it was never for now and they never take the responsibility. And finally, the ideal way of communication should be to assertive communication, which is about facing your fears. That does that crossover to line and you share it openly. You stand up for yourself. You are willing to compromise, express your feelings your third freely and can control your anger, which is also really important. You are honest and straightforward. You avoid sneaking Garan and joking about adders. You communicate as clearly as you can and you take responsibility for your own actions. You don't blame others. You don't try to push it to other people. You take responsibility for yourself and you stand up for it. And men didn't need assertive communication. We need to negotiate when we feel like we are happy or angry. So in both cases, when he would like to be heard and we want to give feedback to one another. And this is why I stayed at communication is not only 40 time venue working teams and in a project, but it's also for partnership, friendship, or really any type of relationship that you can think of. The need to learn to talk as assertively as we can. And the steps are that first you state the problem as clearly as you can. Just be really objective and say defects. And then you try to express your feelings that I feel like this and this and this. And then you come up with a solution and an action. So you ask, how would you feel about the solution? Or would the speech you? And you ask a feedback on days, you suggest a solution, suggests an action, and you agree all of you on this. So to bring that more doubt, First, you need to listen. You need to listen to what your teammates are saying. Keep eye contact, make sure that you don't have any of these structures around you. You switch off your phone, put away your computer, and you just look in the eyes of the other person and you truly listen. This is one. You can also try to use the two techniques that I've shared with you before on listening, two minutes exercises. And it is really important that you don't judge. You just listen openly. And you gave shore feedbacks like yes, I understand. Yes, I agree. And just sometimes just nod along that shows that you are listening. So here, instead of saying that I need this in time, you can say it is important for me to receive the same time so I can prepare myself for the next project. C, How can you hear the difference? So the second is to confirm, come from what you just heard, make a positive summary of what the other person said. This is the next step of bitumens exercise that we said before. You ask back if needed. If you didn't understand something, feel free to ask, but it doesn't mean that you are stupid that you didn't understand something. We all think so differently that it is fine that we don't understand something, just us by him and make sure that you understand every single thing that the other person just said. Here you can say it. We just don't agree. Or if you want to communicate more or suitably, you can say it is important for both of us to reach a common ground. It is important for both of us to find an alternative for the solution. And you can summarize. So to summarize, we need to find a solution for decently. So in this problem. So this, you can refer back what you just heard in the listening part because probably that person just shared with you some problems that they have. So you can summarize here that, okay. Your problem was the following MRI. Would you live to include anything else here? Then comes the third, which is about informing. You need to avoid generalization. You need to talk from your own perspective. You need to start your questions. We'd ie I, based on this, you need to be concrete and avoid judging others. Instead of saying that people make mistake. Then you Brewster is buzzwords to honors. No, you need to take the responsibility for yourself. I made a mistake. I'm sorry. Or instead of saying you always or you never are two verbs that really pushed a button on a person. Because we are never, always. If that makes sense for you. We can say Yesterday I felt like this last week and on the last meeting to UV or acting like this, find a time, then these persons. Did some way that you did not live and breathe it as an example, never say always or never. And the fourth is which I made a mistake because that should be Fourth. The solution is to clarify what has been discussed. Repeat what you are unsure OFF AS questions. Agree on the next steps and search for a solution that is good for everyone. Instead of saying that you need to finish this by next week, you can say, please, phases by next week. Would that suits you? Or can you? You can say that. Can we agree that we take the following steps and you say what steps you're going to take. Or can we agree that we're going to do this and this and this or why you are not shirt off. You just ask questions like, what did he mean by this? How did you would you describe this again for me? Because I didn't understand. So just think of these and now we have an exercise time where we're going to transfer seven sentences that I gave you the exercise sheets. So you can think of these sentences and how you personally would maybe sentences to be assertive. And then I'm gonna give you some, some of my synthesis. So how I would turn them around. But it is finding them on the same because we might think about a different situation or different wording and is going to show you one likes answers. So you can get an understanding on how it could look like. But maybe yours is totally fine to you. So just in the next ten minutes, vertical on these in your exercise sheep, I left these previous sentences for you that you can get an inspiration from and what you need to pay attention to when you are trying to talk more aseptically. So my example sentences VR For you never pay attention. Here. E need to be God, the never rise. You can say, I would like to ask you to be a bit more attention to your work or I've I realized less time on our last meeting that you've or destructed are your rights. I would prefer you to pay more attention on the next meeting. I think your communications kills need some improvement. You do not talk clearly. Here you can say, for example, it, it all depends on the situation. So I just wrote out the situation and this is how I translate state. So here you can say that during our last meeting, some colleagues misunderstood what you just said. In my opinion, you could work better or heaven better corporation with your colleagues in a more open and clear communication. I don't like your attitude. That one can be translated that during our last meeting, you've concentrated on the problems and the whole theme was affected by it. I would prefer if you would concentrate on the solution and not the problem next time. So think about what was the attitude exactly and how that could be improved. Then why can't you understand this? Even Achad would have understanding binary. You can say, I see that this time was not enough for you to work on this, to understand this? Shall I repeat it? Or would you prefer me to explain it in a different way? Would you like me to cool it over someone that they can explain it differently? Here you need to make sure that the other person doesn't feel stupid or that you are impatient or that you are pushing them to understand. The Foster just tried to be genuinely understanding and tried to help them as much as possible. You can try the involvement that if teleworking or showing is not enough, try to involve them in the process and showing, tell it and then make them do it and practice it. I don't think I will have time. Call me and we will see here you can explain. Why didn't you have time? So I need to do plenty of verb for school. I gotta love homework and need to go to work to please give me a call later this week. And I can tell you how my beacon looks like. So we can schedule a meeting. Describe the background that you create a connection businessperson. Don't just push off the responsibility. I have told you already that I will not have time to go to this meeting and it catch up tomorrow. You can say that I have many things to do at the moment. There are few inform important assignments that I need to finish today. Therefore, I cannot attend our reading, but please make a meeting journal and send it to me so I can catch up with you on what you decided. So I can be on board next time we meet. Again, explain what is going on behind the scenes and why you cannot be on the meeting and give a solution on how you're going to catch up tomorrow. Maybe see that OK, maybe someone you're going to sit down with tomorrow and have an understanding of a discussion on under things. And finally, I don't mind if not now, but could you maybe pleased duties calculation. This is a typical passive communication that you cut your reading indecisive. He didn't know what to do. Here. You need to be more confident. It would be important for me that you've finished the calculation because I need to be able to move on with my own work. That way we can all stay on track with our goals. Here you share that. Why is it important that you get that calculation? Why is it better for the whole team that you move forward? So I hope these seven sentences made sense for you. If you had different situations, you thought of different things, that is also totally fine. It was just my example on how it could look like. And yes, so you can make a screenshot of Davis or later on I said this is recorded. So you can go to the YouTube channel, write these down if you want to, have it next to your own examples, whatever you prefer. And let's move on now, if the presentation was OK. So to summarize, what is assertive communication is standing up for yourself. Being yourself in the situation, expressing your feelings, your third, being responsible for what you have done and what you are thinking. What are your jobs or your responsibilities? And it meant something brothers, you just express it. Tell it to others. Be DOD being manipulative or passive-aggressive, just pushing it back, tried to assertively nicely della them how you feel and see the person behind the behavior. Try to see why are they acting like that. This is part of being a leader and someone is acting not assertively towards you. Just try to understand what's going on in their head, what type of communication already using, how you could translate it. Maybe you could ask them to spend some time in 22 and you can tell them how you feel about their situations or maybe you can us down if you could help them some way because they may, might seem destructed. Or my saying that the analog data being fashion, something's off. Then you can have a conversation with them openly. Just think about all the situation where you can use your assertive communication skills. But yeah, I finished all the exercises. And you have transferred different sentences to be more. Then we already said the next video. We're going to talk about motivation and how you can want to need to deem that you have at the moment. See you there. 9. 9 Motivate Your Team: One effective online training ever had struggle with motivating your team finally got what's fixed then? Why don't the verb the way you want to wait, I don't understand why they don't have the motivation. Again, you need to know your tea personalities and need to know what every single person in your team, what they are representing, what are their personalities. And then you have that. Then you can start with eating them the most effectively. So this is what we are going to cover in this video. The next point is motivation. And there are many different reasons why people have low performance. This could be the lack of civility, lack of knowledge, lack of tools, but most probably it's lack of interests. And how could you improve their interests? Well, there are two ways of motivation. The first one is inner motivation, and the second one is ultimately. The inner motivation is very simple. I do this because I like it. It is the action that gives you satisfaction. You do it because you like it. The outset motivation is something that you do because you have to, but you are interested in the results. And that the results are the ones that are going to motivate you and give you the satisfaction at the end. So here you see I did because I will reach something by doing it. And this also motivation can be something like a common goal. And this is your job as a leader to create this common goal. To involve the visionary people in the team and set some deadlines, make some decisions. On my previous presentation, we thought a bit about smart goals. So here I'm not gonna go in depth with this. Smart goals are something specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and time bound. So this is what you need to think about when you think about your common goal. Clarified expectations of everyone. Make decisions, have some milestones, set deadlines, plan, organize, and prepare on what you need to have to reach this common goal. And then finally, agree on it, discuss it assertively, and make sure that everybody is on board and they are motivated by a common goal. This could be anything. It could be finishing your project period earlier, which is doing something else. But it is crucial that you have a common goal with your teammates. So here we are going to go more in depth. How can you motivate each and every single person in your team? Now you, I would like to think about your team members and for yourself as well. It can be fight that. Think of yourself and what, what gets you and whatnot. When I was doing this presentation, I again went through my notes. I was just so funded at all. My god. This is so much me. And this is what I'm whatever they did by, and this is what I am frustrated, but so did could be interesting for you to, but I didn't bat. It is mostly important to understand your teammates and what their strengths are and what they need to improve on. What type of person they need, what are they motivated by? Frustrated, but, and what you need to do when you have that type of person in your team and want to continue to provide. So talking about the people of power or prestige advantage, the, their strength is dead. The lactate control that they like to get things done. They meet for us the seasons, daylight challenges, quick thinking and energetic. Talk really fast. As you can see on a power advantage. I'm sorry guys, I do talk fast. They are confident and they seek personal success and the pressure others. And this is van being pushy comes into question because you're like, I want to achieve. So you need to want to achieve as well, even though their personal these totally different. If you have someone like being really energetic and really fast on your team than fun, used this cushioning. But others might feel it to be intimidating. The need to improve on their patients and working in teams, listening to others, listening to their feelings. That is something that these two type of personal and things need to work on. The needs someone who lives to their routine jobs. Because these people don't like today just 12 due to challenges they want to work on new things all the time. Also needs someone who thinks about the pro and contra that checks the details. You need someone who is more of an alert or mistake or trust. The I'm motivated by control over their own version. So deciding on what they want to do, where they wanted to do it and bending it wants to do it. They liked to guide others to give advices. They love new challenges and the like, rewards after achieving goal. So DER to people who like to pick the things that they have done, the lungs, who would like to celebrate this small win. And they are frustrated by the loss of their independence. When you decide for down, when they don't have a choice, they get super frustrated by it. They don't like routine work either. Close supervision. The people who can be signed on vent and how they work and the project is probably going to be finished. But if you supervise them too much, they will get frustrated by it and they will not do it just because of that. And the also feel like that they are frustrated when they cannot move forward. It can be either VDD, a project, or a calculation with these can be also in a team or at work. So you need to think about how you can have them move forward if they feel stuck. Maybe you can go in there and help them to move forward. What you need to do. If you have a power prestige person on your team, you need to give short and direct onsets. And direct thats. You emphasize on what needs to be done, not how and not when. Just descended says this and this is the exercise, then you give them a choice to choose. B, foster clear and short. They hate to be indecisive. If you are in the size of their gonna eat you. That's that's how I work as well. Many more indecisive these people about takeover. And they are going to be the leaders because as we said, the power Person is a CEO type. So if you come up the air and you are indecisive, they are just going to eat your hat and they don't do it instead of you. When, when you are problem-oriented desk, not the way to also get a connection with them. They like solution. They lie to solve problems. So when you are concentrated on the problem, does not motivate them. Also, if you decide for them, they are not going to accept it and they're going to rebel against it because they live to decide for themselves while you could do is to give different solutions. So he begins to different ideas and become pick which one they want, or three different ideas, different projects and different calculations. And they say, okay, this is what I wanted to work on. Denier, be very decisive and they will do it quickly. You don't need to vary on that, the anodic side. Next personality is the innovator or the passion type. Their strength is that they lived to Beall's connection, that they talk. They decreased motivating environment. They are very optimistic. They talk clearly, they are relationship oriented. The advisees and help others by the need to improve on finishing exercises. And because they lose interest quite quickly, they're not really good with the time. They are usually laid the talk too much and think. They don't really think about the small things. They are really visionary that you want to be over the top. So they need someone who concentrates on the small things, who are detail-oriented and will be more organized. Who keeps them on track and back on the ground, as we said before, they're motivated by positive human relationships, expressing their feelings and their sharing ideas and being. But they are frustrated when they don't get in this friendly connection letters. When they need to be routine jumps when they cannot use their visual, visual thinking. And the Auster Haidt that men, they have tight deadlines as we said, they don't they don't really get DNR really good with time management. So when you give them tied deadlines and plants, they are not really going to be keeping to that. You probably need to think today's ahead and give these people like, okay, I will live to finish it by the star. And we've permuted begun unfinished two days later and you're still on time. So just plenary death. What do you need to do when you are working with these people? You need to emphasize a new interesting things. Because as we said, They don't like routine jobs. Jobs. So they always need to recall something new that they don't lose their interests. Be friendly, excited, listen actively, and be really patient because we said these people like to talk and they live to create connections. And if you are a power, personal refresh this person, you're going to be probably impatient and you just want to move on. But no, you just need to take a big breath. And okay. Let them talk, but try to keep them on track. Steel that you are only talking about the right things. Be nice when you need to cut off, try to bring back them on the track and say, okay, now B, we're talking about the sleds get back on track. One that needs to be understanding with the time and be more flexible, as we said before. What you need to avoid is take over the conversation. Because as we said, date laugh, talking about sharing the ideas. If you shut them down, they're not gonna appreciate it. They gotta feel like that they are not understood. You should listen to their ideas and you say yes and not no bot or not cutting down their ideas, just listen and try to see how these could be implemented in your project. Don't be colon to be objective and delegating. They don't lie that either. And SSN don't get off the track. Just try to bring that bring them back on the right conversation. Then when we talk about the trust people, we need to think about the strength is they really be a calming others Dowling, they are reliable, patient. They are really humble and loyal. But in each or improve fun once resists changes and they are in this size, if they procrastinate, needs someone who life's challenges, stakes, fast action, then I get tasks to them. These are people who like to be land usually. But if you are put into a leadership position, they need to stand up for yourself. You need to be more decisive and more on time and idea motivated by working with editors and organized environment. But they are frustrated when their conflicts and lack of support, when they're quick, unexpected changes. What you need to do as a leader. To trust people, you need to be patient, figure out their personal goals. They are usually quiet, so they don't like to share their by themselves. So you need to think about and be patient on understanding what could be their personal motivation and try to motivate them that way. Listen carefully and talk quietly and slowly. This could be a challenge. I'm, for me at least it is. And what you need to avoid is to be to direct and being too fast and place pressure on them. They don't like it. And jumping from one question monitor, that's also not their thing. So this is what you need to pay attention to. I mean, rekey these people. And finally the mystic and alert people. They like norms and orders. They pay attention to detail. The are very precise and they like quality. What do you do to improve is that they usually get lost in the details and they cannot delegate. They are, they can be quite pessimistic and deal not try new things they know their way. And this is how we do it. So the needs someone who thinks Fest and the unconvincing at optimistic. But most importantly, someone who is flexible. They are motivated by following the standards, following the rules, logical way of thinking, facts. But they're frustrated vendor or changing their rules. And there is tumor socializing it, the much talking, just losing time on unimportant stuff. So what you need to do is to talk facts. Literally, just say this fact after these fibers, after that fact, and that is what they understand, numbers and statistics. They emphasize quality. So make sure that you give them exercises. Maddie can go in depth and then the drawings and can do really amazing calculations. And but make sure that they are not lost in the track on the, they still keep the time. Just check on them a few times. Where you need to avoid is personal questions. They are usually quiet Wednesday lied to train themselves. Don't ask to me personal questions. Even though if you are a passion or an innovator, personality a wants to talk. These people don't want to talk that much and avoid load speech and pressure. So here now we can see a table on what's your type and what is the type of your teammates and how you need to communicate. So when my power personalized, see for example, if I need to talk with someone who in my team with a trust advantage, denied, see, okay, I need to be slower. I need to tell the details. Give them time to consume that information. If you're an innovator and you have, let me stick in your team, for example. Then don't try to be too entertaining. Give numbers and facts. Be prepared, and don't waste their time. With the TAS. Trust vantage and power advantage for example. You need to be confidence, reliable, and don't let yourself be afraid from this power person. You need to stand up. You need to be decisive and just give defects is wrong. But what needs to be done with the mystique or an innovator for example, using they'll go more too much in detail. Be open talk a bit more, be more excited. So I hope is stable, makes sense for you guys. And you can use it for developing your own skills, what you need to pay attention to when you talk to one another, how to motivate each other, what to pay attention to, and how to act even in your team. Now that we know all about a seven to figure out how to delegate to these people. How does that in front of them, and what principles to follow when you need your ideas to your team. See you in the next video. 10. 10 The 6 Rules of Delegation: Welcome back to the lead your team effectively online training. Are you ready to learn about delegation? In this video, we are going to talk about the principles that you can ferment, delegating to your team. The honor that need to Fuller and find what their civic person is motivated by. And then we can give them the exercises that they would want to do. This is all about delegation, and this is all about knowing your team. Now it came to the third that is delegation. Here you need to think about, okay, now I know my team. I know what they like, what they don't like, what they're frustrated about, what they are motivated about. Gluttony give them torques that are elevating that debt are better for that. So make clear goals and discuss the results. Then clarified if toss and priorities, it is your job and your seems to have to say, okay, what do we need to do first and what comes after Dad? What needs to be done by you first. So you give that exercise to utter person nature on what parts of the project depend on one another and how can you make sure that you've finished the priorities first? Then work for Deuteronomy. The Ireland's. You need to provide materials. You need to credit phi the mood of fried back. If you're going to have some accountability breaking, winning the team. So it will be nice to have at least one person your team that you are accountable to. So you can make a circular on scene that when you sit around the table, everyone for the left-hand person, they're accountable for. For example, I just said something and every day or every week need to report the dispersive and the item was to keep them accountable, have them be on track. And what did they eat them so it doesn't have to be everything on the leader. You can have team leadership, team accountability, and then you as a leader, look over that these accountability partners are working the right way. So not everything is on you, not all the push ins and older delegation is on you. Because I feel like that people have responsibility, not power. And this is where we share the responsibility within the team and rebirth together. Instead of I'm your boss and I lead you. Now that we have talked about the stream may skills that you need to develop to become a more effective leader. It is time to learn about different situations because you might use different leadership styles according to the situation that you are putting into. This is what we are going to cover in the next video. See you there. 11. 11 Leadership Styles - Adapt To The Environment: Welcome back to the linear TV factory, all enshrining it. He started to talk about what environments that you can leading and how to change your leadership style according to the situation that you are grouped into. Plus One thing that can help you to be a good leader is to notice situation. First. Situation could be to be a prescriptive style. What does this mean when you decide on who does what an embedder. This is a leader rat where the me, the final decision. Maybe they listen to their teammates but they're, and wants me to finally season. They describe the tusks very simply and ride to deploy and make sure that all the tasks are delegated and aids the team members along the way. This could be an arrived situation at the very beginning of the project are very beginning of working together where you leave your leader and they're the ones who are like make sure that everything versus the right way that all decisions are made. And then after that, when you decided that, okay, how you are going to work together, what are the main rules that you all agree on that you can go to the cheering stops where you're encouraged to other members and you make sure that you're motivated. And beyond the confidence, build the trust in the team. You cheered them on, that they can do it. This is my, you know, your team, you know, their motivations and you make sure that you give that motivation to them. And it's not enough to just say, oh, you can do this. No. This is why we've gone through all the personality types before. You need to know what that person is motivated by. Give them that type of motivation. If it's an innovative person, maybe just get them out from the desk and take them for a cup of coffee. Anything that could be a bit more and motivating to the other person. And make sure that you think of dam instead of just yourself. And finally, if the coaching style, which could be fun your weekly meetings or daily meetings, when you discuss on an inform each other on who did what and where and how and why they vary. The steel the leader makes the final decision, but it's more informative. Everybody just puts in their inputs, discuss the details, and make sure that you encourage asking questions, that everybody understands everything. This is good when you want to pitch an idea, explains something, clarify or communists your teammates says I set for your weekly meetings, for example, when you share all your information, maybe you have a new way of doing something so you can reach that. Siddharth could beat a coaching style. Many times we may ask, okay, I'm an introverts, can I be the leader here? I don't know how many of you aren't interests because quite a few said that you are power advantage debt. That could be quite the opposite of an introvert. However, it might tell us we have a misunderstanding what introvert means, because it's just that they get that energy. Oscar, instead of standing in front of people and making presentations and talking, they are more quiet once they get their confidence from being quiet and being on their own or just having a quiet conversation. And that is totally fine. People can still be leaders and they are introverts. Think of Steve Jobs, for example. He is a very known leader and he was an introvert. You can learn to improve certain skills. But it is important not to change your own personality just to be a leader. You can be probably even more motivating when you can lead quietly. You can be able to trust, you can be an outlet, okay? You have a team that you trust. Every single person knows their rate and you are just sometimes checking up on them. That could be an introvert way off leading while an extrovert probability would be all over the place and try to make everybody do their jobs and child tell them what to do. And that is also fine, but just different way of leadership. So it's, you're personalizing and how you would like to lead is the question. Now that we have answered this question and we know that we don't need to change our personality types. Are all the personalities to become good leaders. It is sound to figure on. We could actually improve it because it's one thing that we don't need to change. The core of our beliefs, the core of our ideas, of the core of our personalities. But the God leaders always felt themselves, they always wanted to become even better. So the next year, you're going to see what your core values are and how you can build on them. How to become the leader. And you want to see you there. 12. 12 Who Do I Need To Be?: When the Olivier's effectively online training, we know that good leaders started themselves. They start developing themselves. They always improve the read they learn. And I'm certain that you are here with us because that means you are activity the first step to become a better leader. In this video, we are going to cover your national guests for national values, what you are living according to. And then we are going to us questions on how you can even become barrier. How you can improve the skills. So who do you need to be to be a good leader? Some people don't like to speak that much. I would like you to pick the top three soft and hard values that you have. And why do we do this? At the end, you are going to have 12 characteristics. Then you convert further on that describe you personally. The soft values are something that are emotion related and people are related. And most of us are thinking about that immediately, that I'm loving on others. I'm friendly, visionary and all that things. Inspirational. But being thinking about your hardest values is the one that is going to distinguish you from all the others. And knowing your hard values is something that helps you become more successful. Because most people only know their soft values, do not know their Hall values, which are some teachable abilities, are related on thinking or logic, is could be about strategy, could be about organizing or, or any different things like just pick three of those logic related hard values. And then with this six and the six that we had from the beginning, now you should have above characteristics together. You have an exercise on the axis, actually the space to write all these things. And this is something that you leave every single day. By that, for example, for me, I have empowerment on it, or I have integrity, organizational skills, positivity, optimistically, thinking, growth. Since all these things are the things that represent me on my every single day. This is the values that I leave according to. And these are the things that I don't want to get rid off if I'm a leader. This is very important for me that I represent these values and this is why I have a life to do this exercise as well. To realize what your personality is at the moment, what you don't want to negotiate on and what you are willing to improve. So just think about your three soft values and three hard values. And this should be something that you leave according to every single day. I will continue with the presentation and then at the appendix you can find them and you can think about it later on. And if you have any questions later, you can just write me a private message. L each one I realized, you know, f. So now I would like to think about your reactions because we don't want to change people. We want to have a common ground. We want to make everybody feel that there is a win-win situation. But sometimes segue in some situations. We just get that gut reaction and we just got to get rid of it. And this can be sometimes that you want to give orders or you are really judgmental. Some situations you just X, X from your gut and you might not know why it is, but this is what it comes. You might want to give advice which is nice, or you start praising or joking. So think about what reactions come from your gut and just ride down one or two. You may be start lecturing gutters. So what do you, what is your core motivation that is, might not be the best way to react to certain situations. Think about the situation and how you usually react. Yes, you're here, you just think about what situations usually get into when you are talking with your teammates. Something they might just say and then you snap. And what happens when you snap? What do you do? Do you leave during or do you just start being quiet that you are not saying a word and that's your way of reflecting and agreeing. The start joking, maybe. Do you start like questioning gutters, that why did they make it like that? Maybe you stop being judgmental event. It's all because of them. So just think about these situations. So now you need to ask yourself who you need to be, to be a good leader. We have gone through your personality, we have big your top values. So you can think about now, where do you need to improve? What skills is it that you might need to still including those? Or how do you think a leader should act? And what reactions Did they meet to show their team? And how do they need to present themselves? Is there anything you personally to improve or change? I don't like the verb change because it's not, not scared you shouldn't change yourself. Well, you need to improve yourself. Be aware of your full flows, and then make sure that you are not triggered by him. Think about these situations that could be critical. Now usually snap. And why is it? Ask yourself, what is the thing that situation that is just triggering Judah is pushing your buttons. Do your values align with the leader that you want to be? When maybe you need to have some other values that you will also need to concentrate on. Think of the six values that you got from your personality and the six values that he chose for yourself. Are they the ones that are going to help you become a better leader? Maybe you need to include a bit of more empowerment. Meet more on team work. Maybe you just really concentrating being persistent or just goal-oriented. But if you don't include the team, how you are going to be a leader. So what else could you include in your schemaless bed, you need to develop what even improvements do you need and you could get that. And most importantly, how could you use your existing skills, those 12 skills and values that we've wrote down to your advantage. Because that is you, that is your personality. But of course, some parts of it you need to be aware of. But other times you just need to go with mine is free, some integrity. I cannot show off that dogs walking my talk. It is very important for me that whatever I do and whatever I say is authentically me. And this is how I did things in my own life as well. I couldn't be a leader. Be doubt that. So think about your existing skills and how can you turn them to your advantage? When you have answered all these questions? And you really think that deeper into your own personal on the end, who you person wants to become in a few years. What do you want to be and what skills you need to develop to reshape point. Then we can go to the next video. We're going to talk about your next steps. And what do you need to do from now on. See you there. 13. 13 The Choice: Welcome back to the lead your team effectively all my training, it is time to make a choice. You can either decide to just listen to this video and don't learn anything, don't implement it in your life. But if you want to become the leader, I know you want to become, then it is time to implement all those techniques that we have learned about. So here is the time to choose because, you know, need to practice. And those who view who had been in my previous presentation, they might have heard above these persons because we are all a result oriented one way or another. And then our actions and behaviors are actually guided by our brain. And to be able to reach all the conscious and subconscious. The information I told you goes into your thinking side of the brain to conscious mind, which is only 1% of your brain. And what I told you, you probably going to lose it am 70-90 percent of median for weeks. So now it's time to practice and that is my head exercise sheet. You can come back to it again and again to be able to change direction or reflect on the action and the behavior and had the result that you want and the result in the style that you want to have a functioning team that works well together. And you can all motivate each other and get the results that you want. But for that, you need to reflect on the seminar again, goes through to exercise. She goes through the personality types. We did few, few times again and again. Think about your teammates and how you can motivate them. If you feel like that you cannot, then you come back to the sheet and then you're like, okay, these personas like this, how else can I motivate them? Just try to use the techniques that we told about. Reflect again on yourself how you personally can grow. Because that is what's going to help you to move forward. I will like you to think of one action, something small that you could implement in your daily life from this webinar, how you're going to start being a better leader? What's your first step, an actionable step. I would like to hear it from you, so I will like to see it in the chat box. What is your first step that you are going to implement from this webinar to be a better leader. What part of it is going to be that you gotta try? It's enough to just pick one thing because I think I shared quite a few different techniques. So it could be a bit overwhelming to figure out and try to use it all at the same time. So I would like to hear what is going to be your first step and what you are going to concentrate on. I know I've shared knowledge base, you love details. As I said in the last question. And it's time for you to decide what is the one small step that you are going to take, what situations you are going to implement this knowledge in, and what you are going to pay attention to on her tweak on your next streaming, on your next meeting. What is that? One small thing that you will do to implement all the knowledge that we have covered in this whole training. When you're ready and you have the unserved senior on the last video. 14. 14 Conclusion: Welcome back to the leaders here effectively on training. This is our very last video.
