About This Class

In Part 2, we will be going over the Pomodoro Technique.

This is a very powerful technique as when implemented, it forces you to focus intently for short durations (something anyone can do) and in that short focused time-space, you are thus able to get a great deal of work done.

These small units of work are cleverly broken up with short breaks so you can "recharge" and be ready for the next intense session.

In this way, you can get a GREAT deal more done in a short amount of time by doing several of these "Pomodoro" sessions in a row.

You can be do or have anything you want!

Hey everyone!

The 3 areas which I can help you to excel at are:

  1. Internet Marketing
  2. Self Development/Self-Help
  3. Weightloss/Muscle Building

I've been a full-time Internet Marketer since 2009, been heavily involved in the self development field for the last few years and have been learning since the age of 16 what it takes to sculpt the body you desire with techniques which make the process easy and effortless.

I'll be teaching you the success tactics/techniques and principles I have picked up in all of the above fields and sharing it with you throughout the courses I release here on Skillshare. :)

If you have any questions about my courses, you could leave me a comment in the 'Community' tab of one of my videos, or reach me via Skype at "michaelalleniser".
