There were many little tips and ideas throughout this relatively short class that -- if applied -- can really make a positive impact on your mental wellbeing. I agree with the starting premise, that how you start your day has a big effect on how the rest of your day goes. We might as well be mindful about that fact and play a role in shaping that mindset.
