1. Introduction: Hey, Menendez, James Cans and Alan, welcome to my course Hotted chooser niche. Even if you don't know where to start, it's really cool the happy here. So what this course is all about, obviously, is helping you choose your niche. But the biggest thing I want you to get out of the short course is to be able to give you insight on how you can do it right now. If you don't have a niche picking that is going to be a very important decision, you do not want to screw it up. Because if you go into a niche and realize that's just gonna be wasting your time, not only will you waste time, you can waste effort. Money could be very, very frustrating. So do not make that big mistake. Go ahead and and roll now, give you plenty of insight. So by the time you're done, you'll have a great idea what niche you should jump into. I'm James Kansan. Ella, go ahead and roll now and I'll see you on the other side. 2. How To Choose Your Niche Even If You Don’t Know Where To Start: Hey, it's James Kansan all and welcome to my course how to choose your niche even if you don't know where to start, It's really cool to have you here. So what this little course is going to be all about is I want to give you a few main points . But most importantly, I want to give you insight. So you know exactly what to look for right now. You might have five niches. You might have 10 niches. You might have one. You might you might even have zero on your mind of where you want to get started. So by the time we finish this, I want to give you enough insights. You could make a good enough decision, actually, start going, pick your niche and go from there. So that's the main goal for this course. And now that we've got that other way, let's move to the first slide. So first I want to talk about broad verse specific. Right. When it comes down, the niches you can basically separate them into these two categories. I'm gonna give you the difference is a few examples and we'll go from there. So first and foremost broad basically, always comes with more money. Okay, When you go for a broad niche, which I'm going to tell you about in the examples, it means there's going to be many, many more people. The target. Okay, think about make money online, which is pretty broad compared to hot acri Amazon sites and make money. OK, Do you see how that's a little bit more specific? Actually, a lot more specific and much more targeted. And because of that case, specific is usually easier money. And when I see easier money, it's a much easier sell. Okay, So broad is a lot of people specific is usually a nice little focused area. Okay, I'm going to get into the more money and easier money in the examples just to give you a better idea. But if you wanted to kind of differentiate them more money, verse, easier money. Okay, so you're really broad. We got health, wealth and relationships. I can tell you right now if you want to dive into any niche that is a part of any of those type of health. Well, the relationships you were going to be good to go, okay, can tell you right Now those are the three biggest evergreen niches, and they just have billions upon billions upon billions of dollars, probably trillion. When you combine it all, it's insane. Examples of that that are abroad make money online, build muscle, lose weight and dating Justin example. There's plenty more, but those are a few examples of broad. I'm sure you probably know those. Another example could be like about golf. Okay, golf is pretty broad, Okay, but then you can niche it down to being like how to improve your drive. How to improve your putting, how to improve your chipping. All right, he wrote specific. All right, these are just some random ones you might even know or think about. So getting six pack abs, OK, like six pack shortcuts. Now the thing here is that you would say you had your own six pack shortcuts. You. Let's say you were Mike Chang and you were doing that as your business. Now, just because you talk about getting six pack abs does not mean you can't talk about anything else. This is where a lot of people kind of get it wrong, because if you've ever seen their videos, would be like, you know, one move for, you know, better biceps or he'll do like he'll have videos. Which chest workouts? An arm workout. So it's not just getting six pack abs. Yes, a lot of it is going to be losing belly fat, getting six pack abs AB workouts and so on and so forth. They also got supplements, training routines. They got it also. So don't be afraid to kind of niche yourself down and think that you're like painting yourself in a corner and you can't talk about anything else. OK, a lot of times it's not going to work that way. And if you look at six pack shortcuts, they have plenty of other videos that aren't just about losing body fat. And, of course, getting a six pack. Okay, next would be affiliate marketing are a great example of This is a Phil O Rama. If you've ever heard of them before, basically a place that got forums, they got a few what do you say products and so on so forth. But they're specifically mostly about affiliate marketing. Now, of course, affiliate marketing is making sales of other products you don't own, but you can really expand upon that. Okay, Maybe you want to do it with being Maybe you want to use Facebook. Maybe you want to use social media. Maybe you want to do C p. A. Offers came. Maybe you on use click bank offers. Maybe you want to use Amazon. All right, Just because it's affiliate marketing doesn't mean you have to stick with, like, just doing click bank offers. Okay, so affiliate marketing is a little bit more specific, but there's still a lot of stuff you can do with it. Okay, Next would be another example. Facebook marketing. I think it's Jon Loomer. I always see Facebook ads for he's like the Facebook guy that I know of. I know there's, Ah, Kim guards to his boom social. She's all social media stuff, But either way, another one. Okay, get your girlfriend back. As you can see, this is much more specific. So this is specifically going to be for males. If you wanted to do a specific age, you could do that. And the reason why people go after specific age categories. Either they're more prone to buy or they speak their terminology. They speak their language their lingo there, jargon. That's going to be up to you. Okay, Another great one is Get clients for online biz. Okay, this is Ah, perfect example of why it's easier money. Okay, because think of it this way. Whatever your niche is, you got to think about who you're going to be targeting and what kind of frame of mind there. And so, for example, I'm kind of make money online. I do a lot of affiliate marketing. I'm a great example of that. Like, I want to look for people who want to make money online. But I can introduce affiliate marketing. I can introduce creating products. There's a lot of different ways I can go. Okay, But when you do get clients for online biz for an online business, think about it. What does the person need to do? What do they need to have for qualifications? All right, they have to have some type of online biz already, which means they're they're way ahead of the group, so to speak, right? They're also looking for clients, which means they're probably a coach or consultant. Okay, so someone like that is gonna have much more money compared to someone who is just, you know, looking to make money online, where if you went toe, get them on a phone call and say, All right, this package is gonna be $10,000 for coaching. They'd go crazy. But when you get someone who already has a business there farther down the road, that's why I say by easier money, All right, I say this specifically because I took coaching. It was $10,000. And he's like, Oh, you can do the pay it all in once painful $9000 or you can do to payments of 5000. I'm like, Do you have pay bell? Yes, right. Painful. Right now. Let's get it done with easiest sell ever. Okay, so that's what I mean by easier money. The cell. Usually when you're more specific, you're going after someone who is. I guess you could say deeper in the rabbit hole. It's gonna be easier money. Okay, Next to CSCO, which is search engine optimization, it could be sourced ways. It could be the Hoff that could be, ah, CEO Ma's whatever it is. But either way, those were just a few examples of specific ones right. There's a ton of examples. You have to go crazy with this ice. Want to give you the difference? So once again, broad is more money because you can target so many people. Right? Next. You could be specific. It's gonna be a little bit easier money. Okay? It's an easier sell. A little less people, but those of the main differences. Okay, let's move on. Next. We have the four big questions. So let's see, you got a niche in your head. Maybe it's already in health wealth relationships. Obviously, there's plenty more out there. So if it's not one of those, you're probably gonna be wondering whom can I still go with this? Well, this is what's gonna help you figure that out. So this is the most important. Which is why it is number one. Is it a money maker? Okay, look, if you're looking to get into a niche, I don't care if you want to be super passionate about I don't care if you want to help is many people. If you can't make money with it, it's not going to be a business. It's going to be a failed hobby. Okay? Because if you can't make money with it. You're not going to invest in it. You're not going to get the tools you're not gonna put in the effort. You're gonna stay up longer. You're not gonna do all the things that a normal person who wants to run a profitable business is going to dio. So it has to be a moneymaker. Okay, first question. Gotta answer that. That to know there's a good sign that you don't want to jump into it, All right. And another thing, when it comes to quote unquote competition, the more people are in a niche, the better kits because that means that's one of the money is That's why so many people are in health, wealth and relationships, right? So is it a money maker? It's got to be a yes. Okay, two. Is it passionate? And what I mean by passionate is that our people passion about this or is it a big problem to solve? Okay, that once again, this is why the evergreen one's health, wealth and relationships. That stuff will never go old. People will not stop wanting to build muscle. People are never going to stop wanting to lose way. They're never going to want to stop getting in relationships, increasing their love life, making money, getting out of debt and so on and so forth. So this is going to be up to you. All right, a lot of those niches that I mentioned. There's gonna be plenty of others out there that are just as passionate. For example, if I say golf alright, golf is one of those, obviously could be broad niches that you can target it down more. But think about the targeted audience or I've been in the golf image, so it probably be around like 40 to 60 male. If they're at a country club, you know you need some money for that. Golf isn't exactly the cheapest sport in the world, so that's going to be a little bit of an easier sell. Right really depends on the niche. But if you're going after like underwater basket weaving and there's like three people there, it's not a good sign, all right, there's so many niches out there. Heck, I know there's someone who does really well in click bank with, like creating like chicken coops, like seriously, someone does really well at that so? Either way, there's going to be some research that needs to be done. I'll give you a few spots where you can look, but moving on. That's number two. Number three. Are you knowledgeable? Alright, this isn't definitely a make or break, but this makes it much easier. What? I mean, here is how much information do you know about this niche? Okay. Can you relate to the targeted audience? Okay. All the niches that I basically started in was basically what I would do is I would learn I would do, and then I would basically show off and buy show off. I mean, teach other people. Okay, This is how it was with weight loss. This is how it was with muscle building. Heck, even before I started selling stuff, I'd kind of report back to people. Hey, this is when I used to be a fat ass. And now I'm like, rep and people go. Oh, my God. How you do how you do it. So that's kind of how it always start off. Even with making money like I was on unemployment. How do I make money? So I started doing stuff I started making money, and it just snowballed. So I taught people how to do it, and that's basically how it caught on. So in the beginning, I wasn't extremely knowledgeable. I might have gotten some information, but I put it to use, got results, and I showed other people how to do it. Okay, so you don't have to be super knowledgeable. I know people who just interview others, and they make a ton of money. Do it. I know people who just do product reviews, and they make a ton of money doing it. Do you really need to be knowledgeable to do that stuff? No and no. Okay, cause you're leveraging off of either a product or someone else's expertise, so that's definitely not a make or break, but it can help. Okay, it's one of those convenient things, right? All right, Number four. Do you like the niche? Notice how I put this last and also says the least important. This is basically about what your quote unquote passionate about. And you know what? Passions can change really quickly. Okay, When I was on unemployment, making money was like a living nightmare for me. But now it's freaking awesome. So things change all the time. You can really almost get used to anything. So don't always count that out, OK? In terms of like, Oh, I don't have a huge interest in the niche unless it's something you really despise and you can't even stand talking about. OK, then, yes, maybe you don't want to do that. But aside from that, I wouldn't go crazy if you're not, like, super passionate about it. Because you can always build upon that and get better. Okay, so those are the four big questions. Next. Basically, last but not least, we have research. Okay, so let's say you have a specific niche in mind. Let's see, you haven't picked something out. What you want to do is basically look for research. You want to see that people are selling products. So what I recommend doing is going to click bank. Okay. Click Bank literally has niches for everything, even some of the smallest niches ever that you never would have thought Could have had products for. I mean, go there and check it out. Okay, so maybe it's within fitness, like niche down that I know they have, like paleo, they have nutrition, their specific weight loss diets. They've got six pack abs. They got, like, removing Celje late, which is obviously very niche down. Okay, they got tons of them. So what you want to do is check that out. Are there a lot of products? If there are, that's a good sign. Like if there's no products whatsoever. Like if you're niches like how to shoot reindeer at night in December and there's no products, that's probably not a good one. I don't know how I came up with that off the top of my head. Not really. An edge is giving a random example. That wouldn't be good. Okay, next, What you can do is look on YouTube, okay, and what you want to do here is you're looking for stuff that people are passionate about her a. Every time I go online, it's like you can't get away from any type of make money online or entrepreneur, or for me, it's like fitness, weight loss and muscle building. Those things are everywhere, so you can tell people are passionate about it. There's always tons of videos with tons of use. A lot of people are monetizing it it gets pretty obvious to see next that put being add to you can also check out, I guess, YouTube ads If you're on YouTube or even Google ads, right, what you want to do here is look and see our people advertising for it. Okay? People don't advertise in the long term. If they're not going to be making profit. It's a simple is that so If you got a ton of ads all over the place, that's a really good sign. That means it's profitable. That means people are looking the maker profitable, and that's another good sign. OK, last but not least, his Facebook. You can look at fan pages. How big of a niche is it like if you go in the bodybuilding, it's just millions upon millions upon millions. It's easy to see that it's a great niche. You can even do the same thing with, like, skateboarding and whatnot. You could look for cooking like you talked about before recipes, anything with entrepreneurship, online business and so on and so forth. But that's basically all you gotta do is really not that difficult. It's more of just the most. I guess you could say quote unquote difficult Part of picking a niche is picking one and just diving. Diving right in with both feet. That's it. Okay, after that, you're gonna be good to go. You just got to commit to actually going through it, all right? That's right. Knows a lot of people usually know. They have a good idea that. Hey, this is a great news to go with. So I'm like, All right, why don't you start? It is usually just getting cold feet, all right? Like, Oh, no, I got to do something else like, No, you don't. You got to get this done. Do it right away, and then you'll be good to go. So with that being said, that's my kind of short course. Which one? A little bit more than I thought it was going to be. Either way, if you found this helpful, give it a thumbs up. If you got any type of insight whatsoever, give it a thumb's up. Okay. That's why I created this for juice. You can kind of go in the right directions. You can pick that niche that you want to dive into. All right. So with that being said, I am James, Ken's and Allah. Thank you for watching my course, and I'll talk to you soon.
