About This Class

This class is about the importance of keeping your team engaged, and how successful leaders do so. Students will learn about the 5 keys to keeping people engaged and motivated via mini case studies and examples. They will also learn how these keys can help their company stay competitive. In their project, they will brainstorm how they can begin tweaking things in their company based on the 5 main activities of successful leaders. The class is geared toward business owners and entrepreneurs with team members - either employees or contractors. However, it is still beneficial to newer business owners so they can begin envisioning what their future team will need to keep them happy and engaged.
