Get going with easy-to-follow cinemagraph lecture. Very good!
This was a very good, concise tutorial on creating a cinemagraph in photoshop. The loop is the key to a good cinemagraph. I would like to see how to make the file size smaller than 7mb. One other suggestion is to choose a clip where there is action that is masked. The chosen clip doesn't really need to be masked since nothing else is moving. A true cinemagraph would have a part of the image that would naturally have motion but is still like a photo. But none the less, this video shows how to create a cinemagraph.
