About This Class
In this easy, 38 minute lesson, you will learn how to make your own photo tile coasters with just a few simple steps. Illustrator, Christine Kornacki, will show you how to make professional looking coasters that you can use in your own home, give as a gift, or even sell online.
Together, you will go over all of the materials and walk through each step in the process. Once you’ve completed this course, you will be able create coasters whenever the mood strikes. These coasters are the perfect heartfelt and customizable gift that can be given on any occasion.

My name is Christine and I am an illustrator/writer living in southern Connecticut. I received my BFA from the Hartford Art School and have returned to get my MFA with a focus in children's books.
When I was two years old I used to yell at my older brother for coloring wrong (he would always color outside the lines). Today I work as a freelance illustrator doing what I love most. I have created colorful, oil illustrations for a wide variety of clients in the advertising and KidLit industries. With experience as a graphic designer, photographer, and educator, I use this strong foundational background to bring my illustrations to life.
My recent work includes the children's books, The Sparkle Box, The First Christmas Night, and The Sparkle Egg, and the six book series for the American Girl historical doll characters Marie-Grace and Cecile.
