About This Class


This class teaches you an easy way to create a homemade gourmet meal in 20 minutes or less. The class project is a simple sauce that can be used in many ways to make putting together a tasty meal a snap. No experience necessary but the class is not only for beginners. It's for anyone who wants to start making more homemade delicious meals but doesn't want to spend a lot of time doing it.

I love food! And in one form or another have been cooking my whole life. Before kids I did a lot of entertaining. With small kids I cooked a lot of family dinners. Now, with older kids and a lot more time on my hands I (ironically) don’t want to spend all my time in the kitchen!

I do however love to eat well and by that I mean healthy, fresh, delicious and homemade. Over the years, I have lots of tips and tricks for making food that feels and tastes like that (homemade & gourmet)- without spending hours in the kitchen.

In this class I’ll walk you through a sample of how I do that. We’ll take some simple ingredients and turn it into a healthy gourmet meal in a matter of minutes. Plus I’ll show you ways to use the leftovers so you can make multiple meals from the same ingredients.

This is a great class for any level cook. It’s simple enough for a complete beginner while at the same time not too basic for even the most seasoned cook.

I believe everyone should have a simple ‘wow’ meal that takes minutes to prepare. That’s what we’ll be learning in this class.
