Project Description

Let's Make Homemade Fresh Pasta from Scratch

We're going  to learn how to mix the dough, as well as cut it into pasta shapes—in this class we'll be working excluslively with long pastas (like fettucine and pappardelle), but with these skills you'll be able to expand into different shapes, styles, and colors.

Your assignment will be to make a batch of long pasta, take a picture, and share it on the class page. Have fun! Let me know if you're stuck.
