What students are saying:

… the meditations are next-level awesome. Courtney Seard

This course was delivered in a simple to follow fashion. I especially enjoyed the meditations and feel as though I really connected with and was able to truly feel a presence and full-body energy vibrations from each of them. This is a huge plus for me! So many courses and meditations out there that you end up not really connecting with and you leave feeling empty or dissatisfied. This was not the case with this course. If you are in the early stages of a spiritual journey that you give this a try. You need to be connected with yourself and in the right frame of mind and this course walks you through each stage clearly and with easy to follow exercises. So worth it! Kevin Dickens

Drumheller asks me to go deep right off. He is gentle in his delivery, providing a safe space for me to resolve stuff I thought I had taken care of. I am looking forward to the rest of the course. Susy Goins

Excellent clarification and just amazing. Wow!! Mollie Shannon Rama

Before you dive into the course, I'd like to make a few recommendations. First, do the course as it's laid out from day one through day 11. What we'll be doing is training your mind to work differently. So it takes time to assimilate that into your subconscious mind. So take your time. Also, if it's possible, find someone else or a group of people to take the course with. Support is a huge component and healing and worthiness. Find a friend, family member, or even a coach to take the class with. Success tends to increase with support. So try not to go it alone. Also don't hesitate to reach out to other students on this platform. They may be able to provide answers, insights, encouragement that are just beyond your reach. Remember, they're interested in the same thing you are, namely inner healing and increasing their joy for living. So thanks once again for your interest in this course. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to shoot them my way because I love hearing from my students. So best of luck and may you create the inner peace you so deeply desire. I'll see you in class. 3. The Importance of Deep Relaxation: Hello and welcome to the lecture on the importance of deep relaxation. Deep relaxation is a crucial element in the world of meditative healing. When you're deeply relaxed, the subconscious mind will open up, exposing suppressed emotion from the past. Once those emotions are exposed, they can be released using numerous healing techniques. Now if you are of the notion that your feelings of unworthy Venus are caused or influences, influenced by past trauma. And you think meditation, maybe the tool to assist in your healing, then it's absolutely imperative to learn the first step of deep relaxation. The first thing to understand is that learning how to deeply relaxed is a learned skill. Let me say that again. Learning how to deeply relax is a learned skill. So like anything else worth learning, it takes practice, it takes commitment, and it takes discipline. Now, with that said, let me remind you that the discipline of learning how to relax deeply is a very pleasant discipline. It feels great. So setting time aside to do it is something to look forward to. So you may ask yourself the question, how often should I practice deep relaxation to get question? Well, if you're just starting out, I highly recommend doing it daily. For most people, the most convenient times, R The first thing in the morning or just before going to bed in the evening. I meditate every evening for about 15 minutes or so just before I go to pet. Also, if you're starting out, I suggest using some type of guided relaxation or guided meditation, audio or video, such as meditation's in this course. It's much easier when someone guides you through the process. Plus the results tend to be much more noticeable and insignificant with the help of a guy. So as you progress and develop in your own relaxation practice, relaxation will start to become part of your subconscious. Now what that means is relaxation will become interwoven into the fabric of your being. When that happens, you'll be able to enter a relaxed state at-will when you're standing in line at the grocery store, driving your car during a break at work, or even in the middle of a challenging conversation. So another way to say it is learning to relax will reduce your overall level of stress. And that may be extremely beneficial if your feelings of when more than us are triggered by stress. So in the following meditation, we'll be using a technique referred to as progressive relaxation. It's a simple guided meditation directing you to relax your entire body. Uses meditation regularly and start opening channels to integrate relaxation into the fabric of your being. So that's it for this lecture. And I'll see you at the meditation. 4. Learning to Enter the Meditative State: Or when you're beginning, I would say give it a go five minutes, twice a day. Oh, that's that's manageable. We have C because in my mind, I speak for a lot of people. I'm sure you thinking like 2-3 hours of meditation, Nada, not only for people who are really advanced, that are really dedicated their life to that. And, and I've never done that, you know, likes meditate for a I mean, there were stretches in my life where I would meditate for like, you know, half hour a day or something. But now it's like I would go into like five minutes in the evening is about the only time I meditate. More. I consciously sit down and close my eyes and go into the formal meditation mode. Yet throughout the day, I can feel them. I can go, I can consciously focus my mind on that meditative feeling of awareness and go right into it. So as you progress, it becomes more of a natural state of mind. So it's all about being stages. It seems to me what he's saying is it's important to have schedule. You go, you find a quiet place where you can literally, right? And so and so it's hard in the beginning because the reason it's hard in the beginning is because you're, you're essentially both of those in a new road, focus into new pathways in your brain. And so you're teaching your brain to be different. And so it takes, it takes practice. 5. Exercise - Progressive Relaxation: So before we get started, I'd like you to do is to either sip your spine erect, lie in a comfortable position. Close your eyes, and take a deep breath. So as we begin, what I would like you to do is to imagine, if you can, that there is a beam of golden light coming down into the top of your head. It's very relaxing. This very one. Very peaceful. And just allow this tremendous light to penetrate your brain. Your brain starts to relax and your thoughts start to slow down. And your brain becomes very deeply relaxed, very calm, very peaceful. And as your brain becomes more and more relaxed, allow this wave of relaxation in this peaceful light to begin to move its way down your spine. So it moves into the stem of your brain and slowly works its way down, all the way down to the tip of your spine and feel this relaxation as it extends out from your spine and interior nerves. So at this relaxation extends all the way out to the ends of your nervous system. So that from the top of your head all the way out to the tip of each nerve. You're very deeply relaxed. You're very calm, and you're totally at peace. Now bringing the awareness of this relaxation back to the top of your head and allow it to begin to drift over the outside of your body. So you can actually feel it in your scalp and in your hair. And you can feel the relaxation as it gently moves into your temples, in your forehead. Slowly moving into your ears, your eyes, your nose, into your cheekbones, your jaw, and all the muscles of your face. And you can feel this relaxation as it slowly penetrates into your lips. Your tongue in your entire amount, so that your entire head is very deeply relaxed. Very calm and totally at peace. Now feel the relaxation as a continues by moving down into your neck and anterior throat. So the working its way down into your shoulders. And you can feel your arms as they begin to become very heavy. As the relaxation moves down your arms into your biceps. Saps her elbows and your forearms, and your hands to the tip of each finger and thumb. So that from the top of your head all the way down to the tips of your fingers. Your very deeply relaxed. You're very calm, and you're totally at peace. And it feels so nice to me, so deeply relaxed. Now, allow this relaxation to drift back to your shoulders as you feel it beginning to move down into your back. So the muscles of your back begin to relax and unwind. You can feel the tension of your back starting to drain away. Your bag becomes so peaceful and so relaxed as the relaxation drifts all the way from your shoulders, all the way down to your lower bag. And you can allow this relaxation to begin to drift inwards from your back into your torso. So you can actually feel your internal organs beginning to relax the slowdown. And to function in a perfect peace and harmony. You can feel the relaxation moving into your heart. Your heart begins to open and beat in perfect peace. Relaxation drifts out into your lungs and into the center of your breath. So you Bree, without effort. And with every breath you take, will become more and more deeply relaxed. And you can feel the relaxation continuing by moving into all of your other internal organs, intestines, your stomach, your liver. So that everything's functioning perfectly and peacefully. As the relaxation moves down, slowly begins to move down into your lower body. So you can feel your legs. As it become increasingly heavy. And as your legs become heavier and heavier and more and more deeply relaxed, you can feel this peaceful relaxation drifting into your thighs, down into your knees, to your shins and your calves. And finally down at your feet to the tip, each toe. So that from the top of your head, all the way down to the tips of your toes. Here are very deeply relaxed. You're very calm, and you're totally at peace. And what I would like you to do now is to simply touch your fingers, your pointer finger, to the tip of each nominee chain. And as you're feeling very deeply relaxed. And whenever you'd like to go into a relaxed state, all you need to do, touch your pointer finger to the tip of your thumb. Try it once. Index finger to the tip of your thumb. Relaxation in place. So feel free to use that any time when you need to go into a deeply relaxed state. And just allow this relaxation to sink deeply into your subconscious. Becomes air and woven into the fabric of your being. So enjoyed a state of relaxation as long as you'd like, here's absolutely no hurry. When you feel like you're done. If you like you've had enough. You can slowly open your eyes and gently drift back in to the conscious part. 6. Unworthiness: Hello and welcome to the lecture on healing and worthiness and the wounded inner child. Feelings of an worthiness or not being good enough affect the lives of millions of people throughout all cultures. They're created in the past and can have a significant negative impact on living your God-given life potential. Those feelings can really bogged down and almost all of us get a taste of it. The reason is, is that no one gets enough love. It's just not possible. That's because we entered this world completely dependent on someone else, physically and emotionally. 24 hours a day, seven days a week. And there hasn't been one set of parents throughout human history, we've had the ability to satisfy the insatiable needs of an infinite. It literally takes a village to raise a child at another kid or two into the mix and forget about it. We all grew up competing for love and attention and will do anything to get it. Will be perfect, troublesome, depressed, sick, hurt, or even a superstar. If you throw in some parental neglect and abuse on this ravenous need for love, it can produce some very, very deep-seated pain that we can carry with us into our adult lives. Unworthy. And this can be expressed in a variety of ways, but tends to gravitate into two extremes. Under achieving and over achieving. How it's expressed isn't just limited to our jobs and careers either. But it can also show up and have an effect on our relationships and our health. One example might include a workaholic executive who's always vying for supervisor approval. The proverbial yes. Men in the company and they'll do anything to please the boss. Or another example might be someone who continually sabotage is seemingly healthy, intimate relationships. As soon as the relationships get close enough, they either cut it off or they get dumped. And the underlying message in both of these cases is the same. And that message is, I'm not good enough. And the results show up in their lives. So take just a moment and reflect. Can you feel feelings of an worthiness or not being good enough? If so, where do you feel it in your body? If you could put a word or two on this feeling, what would you call it? So remember this feeling and we'll come back to visit it later in the contemplation and the meditations that follow. So just a moment to talk about the meditations that do follow is that we'll be using two techniques to help heal feelings of an worthiness. The first technique will be to release the emotion of unworthy nests from your past. And a second technique will help you remember the amazing truth of who you really are. So that's it for this lecture. Now let's go on to the contemplations and the meditation's now. And I'll see you there. 7. Unworthiness and the Nature of Emotion: Hello and welcome to the lecture on worthiness and the nature of emotion. Anyone who's experienced genuine, unworthy Venus, or feelings of not being good enough? No, just exactly how deep those feelings can run. They can be so powerful and so deep, they prevent you from living the life you were born to live. So as we begin the pursuit of healing these feelings completely will be going deep into the subconscious mind to release unwanted emotions buried in your past, their grasp the concept of what we'll be doing more fully. Let's start with a discussion about the nature of emotion. There are four main points to understand. First, we must recognize emotions are born to be experienced. Human beings are designed for growth and to experience life to the fullest. That includes all of our emotions. Pain, jealousy, anger, enthusiasm, joy, contentment on worthiness, et cetera, et cetera, are all part of the human experience. Look at a small child who drops it's ice cream cone on the sidewalk. A few minutes of intense agony are guaranteed. However, in a few minutes after the emotion has been experienced, the tears will dry and the child's back to experiencing life in the moment. When emotions are experienced fully, they dissipate. The problem arises when we avoid experiencing unpleasant emotions. We essentially put them in the closet to re-emerge at a later date. And they do sometimes a vigor. How many of us know someone who has gone from relationship to relationship experiencing the same problems. Or how about the person who avoids conflict with authority to the point of becoming seriously ill? Or how about someone who feels a sense of low self worth to the point of being unable to live up to their full potential. They're all avoiding unpleasant feelings. We've all done it. In fact, it's a natural response. Our second to understand in regard to trigger emotions is unexperienced. Trigger emotions get suppressed into the subconscious mind without conscious knowledge or intention on our part. That means we don't know we're doing it. When that happens, they get stuck inside of us. In layman's terms, it's commonly referred to as stuffing your emotions. Our third to note is that suppressed emotions can cause repeating patterns of pain. When emotions from the past get trapped inside of us and inside our subconscious mind, they'll continue to recreate uncomfortable circumstances. So the emotions can eventually be experienced. Emotions want to live out their life cycle. However, if we keep stuffing them down, repeating patterns can last a lifetime. Now in regard to unworthy Enos, repeating feelings of not being good enough may come up over and over again to Savage, excuse me, to sabotage your relationships, your career, or worse yet, keep you from even trying in the first place. Our fourth and final point to note is trigger emotions or your creation. So even though they may have been created a longtime go even in difficult or abusive situations with someone else. The emotions living inside of you are now yours and yours alone. It may seem unfair. That's how it works for everyone. Therefore, suppressed emotions from the past are never about another person. You can't blame someone else for your problems. They are your creation and experience. Only. Other people who trigger your unresolved emotions are only props in your own one-person play. So let's briefly recap this lecture. Unpleasant suppressed emotions from the past, like on worthiness can underline real life problems. These emotions can get trapped inside of us. And none, no suppressed emotions can cause repeating patterns of pain. And the last point is that suppressed emotions are yours to deal with. So that's it for this lecture on the nature of emotion. Now let's go to the next lecture and learn how to heal them and let them go permanently. I'll see you there. 8. Healing Techniques: Hello and welcome to the lecture on healing techniques. In this part of the course, we'll be using one contemplation and three specific meditation techniques to release emotions of unworthy and us from the past to heal your wounded inner child. The contemplation is not designed for you to think and rationally figure out solutions to your problems. Instead, it contains questions thrown out to the universe in a state of relaxation. When your mind is calm, wisdom will provide answers and insights you may not have considered before. Now once you do the contemplation, you'll be ready for the deeper meditations. The techniques we'll be using are the flower technique, age regression, and self-acceptance. There are numerous other techniques beyond the scope of this course that may be helpful to you. You can find those and some of my other courses on this platform. Or feel free to contact me and I'll stay in the right direction for more information. So allow me to introduce the meditation's we'll be using in this course. The first one is the flower technique. I've used the flower technique countless times in my one-on-one session with people, It's not uncommon for my clients to notice immediate shifts afterwards. Here's how it works. While you're deeply relaxed and focusing on your emotion from the past, you will imagine a beautiful flower hovering above you. You will allow it to be big and powerful. So you can actually feel its presence as if it were right in front of you. Then you'll recognize that the flower has enormous, enormous healing powers and actually pulls suppressed emotion out of your body. At this point, you don't have to do anything. Let the flower do all the work by pulling the emotion out of your body. Then keep your relaxed focus on the process until it's finished. The second technique will be using is called age regression. It's not always necessary. But there are times when finding the root cost to a problem can produce enormous therapeutic benefit. Age regression is a detective's approach to healing suppressed emotion. It requires a bit of digging around, but can be extremely effective tool. So we'll start by relaxing deeply. And when you've identified your emotion of an worthiness, you'll imagine yourself going back in time to the first time you experienced it. If nothing comes, then just pretend. And then when you get there, we'll ask the question, Is this a new feeling or is this a familiar feeling? I felt before? And your job would be to trust your answer. If the answer is, I felt IT before, then will continue to go back in time. We'll repeat the process a few times until the answer is, this feeling is new. So you may end up somewhere that you never expected, like in your creative or your mother's womb or someplace that makes no sense. But don't worry about the details. Just trust the process. And once we've identified the initial event, simply release the emotion and allow it to dissolve into the past. Then it will continue to relax and observe the emotion until it's gone. The third technique will be using is called self-acceptance. And my private sessions, this technique is one of the most profound and transformative techniques I've ever used because it allows my clients to completely reframe their perception of themselves. So what we'll do is first of all, deeply relaxed and then you'll recall everything you don't like about yourself. And then see those attributes of yourself for what they really are. And that's namely expressions of divine energy. Then it will dissolve them into your body. As you realize a divine truth. You are perfect as you are. And this experience can be very moving. Okay, so that's it for the lecture on healing techniques. Now let's go to the meditation's and I'll see you there. 9. Contemplation - Healing Unworthiness: Well, let's start by slowing down the mind. Take a few deep, slow breaths until you feel completely relaxed. Take a moment to be aware of your feelings of an worthiness. Or any way you judge yourself as not being good enough. What would it be like if you were born to your version of the perfect parents? Cool, welcomed you into this world with absolute unconditional love. What would it be like if your feelings of unworthy illness or not yours? But only something someone else gave to you. What it influenced the way you see yourself. Imagine yourself loving yourself. With unconditional love. What would it be like if your personal truth was? You are perfect as you are. Regardless of your perceived imperfections, how would that perception changed her life? Okay. 10. Meditation - The Flower: Hello and welcome to the meditation entitled The flower technique. So what I would like to do before we get started is I'd like you to remember a time in the not-too-distant past when you felt like you are unworthy? He felt deflated, felt like you weren't good enough or something along those lines. So just take just a moment and visit that memory as if you're actually there. And I'd like pay attention to where you feel that emotion in your body. And if you could put one or two words on that feeling, what would you call it? Okay? So just remember that feeling where you feel it in your body and we'll come back and visit it in the meditation. So before we get started, I'd like you to do is to either sip your spine erect, lie in a comfortable position. Close your eyes, and take a deep breath. So as we begin, what I would like you to do is to imagine, if you can, that there is a beam of golden light coming down into the top of your head. It's very relaxing. Its very warm, very peaceful. And just allow this tremendous light to penetrate your brain. So your brain starts to relax and your thoughts start to slow down. And your brain becomes very deeply relaxed. Very calm, peaceful. And as your brain becomes more and more relaxed, allow this wave of relaxation in this peaceful light to begin to move its way down your spine. So it moves into the stem of your brain and slowly works its way down, all the way down to the tip of your spine. And feel this relaxation as it extends out from your spine. And interior nerves. At this relaxation extends all the way out to the ends of your nervous system. So that from the top of your head all the way out to the tip of each nerve. You're very deeply relaxed. You're very calm, and you're totally at peace. Now bring the awareness of this relaxation back to the top of your head and allow it to begin to drift over the outside of your body. So you can actually feel it in your scalp. Your hair. And you can feel the relaxation as it gently moves into your temples, in your forehead. Slowly moving into your ears, your eyes, your nose, into your cheekbones, your job, and all of the muscles of your face. And you can feel this relaxation as it slowly penetrates into your lips, your tongue, and your entire amount. So that your entire head is very deeply relaxed, very calm, and totally at peace. Now feel the relaxation as it continues by moving down into your neck and anterior throat. Working its way down into your shoulders. And you can feel your arms as they begin to become very heavy. As the relaxation moves down your arms, into your biceps, your triceps, your elbows, your forearms, and out to your hands, to the tip of each finger and thumb. So that from the top of your head all the way down to the tips of your fingers. Your very deeply relaxed. You're very calm, and you're totally at peace. And it feels so nice to me, so deeply relaxed. Now, allowed this relaxation to drift back to your shoulders as you feel it beginning to move down into your back. So the muscles of your back begin to relax and unwind. You can feel the tension of airbags starting to drain away. Your bag becomes so peaceful and so relaxed as the relaxation drifts all the way from your shoulders, all the way down to your lower back. And you can allow this relaxation, begin to drift inwards from your back into your torso. So you can actually feel your internal organs beginning to relax. The slowdown to function. And in perfect peace and harmony. You can feel the relaxation moving into your heart. The heart begins to open and beat in perfect peace. As the relaxation drifts out into your lungs and into the center of your breath. So you Bree without effort. And with every breath you take, you become more and more deeply relaxed. And you can feel the relaxation continuing by moving into all of your other internal organs, intestines, your stomach, your liver. So that everything's functioning perfectly and peacefully. As the relaxation moves down to your waist, slowly begins to move down into your lower body. So you can feel your legs. As it become increasingly heavy. And as your legs become heavier and heavier and more and more deeply relaxed. You can feel this peaceful relaxation drifting into your thighs. Down into your knees. Tear shins on your calves. Finally down at your feet to the tip, each toe. So that from the top of your head all the way down to the tips of your totals. Here very deeply relax. You're very cool and you're totally at peace. What I would like you to do now if you can, is to imagine yourself above some beautiful place, the healing place, sanctuary place. Knows I count backwards from five using the words down and deeper. I'd like you to drift down to this place into a very deep and peaceful state of calm and peaceful relaxation. Number five, feel yourself going down, down, down, drifting deeper and deeper. For drifting down, down, down, drifting deeper and deeper. Three, drifting down, down deeper and deeper. To drifting down, down, deeper, deeper. N1 drifting down, down, down deeper and deeper and deeper. If you are now in your sanctuary place, I just ask that you imagine yourself being there as if you were actually there. And with every detail that you noticed, I'd like you to take you into a deeper and deeper place of calm and peaceful relaxation. So you become more and more perfectly relaxed. More and more perfectly relaxed. More and more perfectly relaxed. Very calm, very peaceful. And very deeply relax. Very calm. Very peaceful. And very deeply relaxed. Calm, peaceful. Relaxed. Calm, peaceful. Relax. And as you continue to breathe. And to become more and more deeply relaxed. I'd like you to call up the feeling that we discussed earlier. Matzo, it's overwhelming. But just so it has your complete and full attention. So just take a moment and allow that emotion to arise. Now as you continue to relax and to breathe and to experience that emotion. I'd like you to imagine a flower in front of you. It can be any kind of flower. Then you desire are the ISI and allow that flower to be big. Speak as you can comfortably make it. Seats details. Feel its presence in front of you. And maybe even perhaps known as fragments. So just go ahead and be aware of that flower now. Now this flower has an incredible healing property. And what it does is that it, it pulls emotion out of your body. So just allow them more emotion that you're focusing on to begin to release to the flour. And the stronger the flower pulls, the more effortlessly you let go. And the more effort you let go, the stronger the flower poles. Just relax and allow the flower to do its work. As you release the motion from the very depths of your being. Putting the flower, do all the work. Releasing suppressed emotion from the past. And you may release other things as well. Such as people. Events from the past. And circumstances and whatever it is. Just let it go as deeply as you can feel in your body, in your mind, and in your soul. And just continue on in a few moments in silence and allow the flower to do its work. Releasing a motion from the past. Really seeing the past. Really seeing the past. So just continue to allow the flower to do its work. As you continue to relax more deeply, releasing the emotion and allowing it to live its life cycle fully so it can dissipate and dissolve into the flower. The flower has completed its job, or at least as much as it needs to do. Now. We can release the flour and all of the emotion that goes with it. To dissipate, to dissolve, to transform, to explode, and to color, or whatever your mind can imagine and feel. Now as you allow the emotion and the flower to drift off into fade away, I'd like you to play. Pay close attention to the place in your body where you released the emotion from. You may feel an emptiness or avoid, or a hole, or just a space. And in just a moment, there's something that's just outside of your awareness that's going to come into that space and just allow it to show up now. And what it is, it's a credible healing energy. You may feel it as warm, tingling sensations or white or vibration or color or movement. But whatever it is allowed that Sensation to enter your body now, pay very close attention to where you feel it. And as you begin to become aware, allow it to expand into every cell of your body. Deepening and intensifying as it goes. Deep. And profound. Healing energy. Take just a few moments in silence to allow that deep healing energy to integrate into the fabric of your B. So just continue to breathe and to unwind and to realize the healing and the release that has been done today is permanent. And it goes with you from this day forward to improve and to enhance the quality of your life in every way possible. We take just a moment to allow the experience to integrate. Maybe take a deep breath, become aware of your body. And when you are ready, there's absolutely no hurry, so take your time. But when you are ready, you can slowly open your eyes and gently drift back in to the conscious world. 11. Meditation - Age Regression: So go ahead and take a deep breath. All the way down to the tips of your toes. And just let your breath out. Allowing yourself to begin the process of relaxing very deeply. I've always enjoyed camping because activity, right, can deeply relax and feel completely at ease. I love to camp next to a soothing streamed. Just listening effortlessly. And I can really let go, sinking into a state of incredibly deep peace. And at night, I can stare for hours and hours into the hypnotic campfire. Relaxing so deep as the embers globe. And the fire sparks and dances in Gentle Piece. And now and again, pop into Spark. Will float up toward the sky. Rising up and up and up, up toward the infinite display of star. And the sound of the soothing stream in the background. With the spark of the mesmerizing fire. And the peaceful grandeur of the infinite night sky. Relaxed, calm deeply at t0 is boundless, endless. Extremely at peace. Eternally. Restful. No cares, no concerns. Just peace and stillness. So as deep as the soul can feel. And as you continue to relax, I'd like you to remember and emotion your past and emotion. And when you are ready, I'd like you to drift back in time to the time you first experience that emotion. Just use your imagination and go there now. And just go with your first impression. Continue to relax. And as you slowly become aware of yourself in that past experience, I'd like you to be there as if you were actually there. Notice your age, and notice your surroundings. Now, be aware of the emotion that brought you here. Not so its overwhelming, but just so it has your full attention. And notice where you feel it in your body without effort and without trying. Just release the emotion back into that experience. Back to where it was born. Allow it to release as deeply as you can feel in your body and your mind and in your soul. And when you are finished, allow yourself to go through that. Once again, however, this time, it turns out, the way you desire. You may be with the ideal and perfect parents. You may be endlessly supported and unconditionally loved. Whatever it is. Let it be far better. And you can possibly imagine. As you go through that new experience, again, pay attention to how you feel. And notice is the exact opposite of how you felt before. Perhaps you feel endless LA are tremendous confidence or magnificent self-acceptance. Or maybe it's simply incredible feelings of joy and endless peace. So go ahead. Until way those sensations for as long as you'd like. And when you're finished. And when you are refreshed, simply open your eyes and drift back in to the conscious world. 12. Meditation - Self acceptance: Hi and welcome to the meditation that's going to raise our vibration through self-acceptance. And this is one of the most profound meditation that I've done with people throughout my career as a healer. Because what we're gonna do is we're going to take you into experience that reframes your perception of who you are as a person. So it can be quite transforming and quite touching. So before we do that, what I would like you to do is just take a moment and I'd like you to think of everything or anything that you don't like about yourself. So go ahead and just take a moment. Whatever it is. Okay. So whatever you thought of that you didn't like about yourself, I'd like you to keep that in the back of your mind. And we're going to visit it a little later in this meditation. So go ahead and get yourself comfortable. Close your eyes and will begin to relax. So what I would like you to do to start this meditation is to just take a deep breath all the way down to the tips of your toes. One more graph. And as you breathe, as you unwind. And as you start to relax, I'd like to tell you something that happened to me not too long ago. What happened is that I saw in one of the most amazing things I've ever seen. And what I saw was a single raindrop fell from the sky. And when it hit the ground, it exploded into countless smaller raindrops. And as more raindrops fell from the sky, they began to merge together, forming miniature streams and reveal its moving together. Not knowing where they're going, but just flowing to the dictates of gravity. And as they flow down, they joined other regulatory that turned into tiny streams. And these tiny streams washed around small little pebbles carrying silt and flowing downhill. And effortless flow. That was deeply relaxing. And as the stream continued, moving its way down. If flowed into other streams, coming down from the hillside. Making a river that was strong in cascading. With powerful waves. Going higher and higher. As the rain continued to fall. And the force of the river move dirt and rocks and trees flowing in a powerful flat on its way and the sea. And it was amazing to hear boulders the size of cars bouncing along the bottom of this enormous cascading river form by the streams, regulates and then drops. That effortlessly fell from the sky. And as that enormous river continued on its journey, it came to the plains. Or this powerful and forceful River. Again, TOR, lack and meander into the flat lands as it slowly and effortlessly flow to the sea. Without a care, without a concern. That a worry. Gently floating AC. And when that river finally made it to see all of the drops that if come down and this guy merged together to form a massive body of water that forms two-thirds of the surface of the place we call Earth. That's fed by the rivers and the glaciers. The tremendous forces that shape the face of R. And as the ocean swells and moves and the tides move in and out, it's in unison with an endless dance with our moon. As the tides move in, nasa tides move out. An effortless, calm and peaceful. And with the and one of my favorite things to do is to go out on the massive sea in a protected bay. Take my boat and let the anchor down in the middle of a calm summer night. And just calmly. Much the mode. Very relaxed, very peaceful, very calm. Breathing without effort. Relaxed. Peaceful and calm. Sitting on the Bay, watching the movie. Calm, peaceful and relaxed. And as you continue to imagine yourself watching the moon over the bay, you can begin to feel like you're drifting. Drifting down into a state of peace. Drifting down deeper and deeper and deeper. Drifting down, deeper. The deeper. Drifting down, down, down deeper and deeper. Down, down, down. So that you're deeply relaxed. You're perfect, peace. Then you're totally at ease. Calm, peaceful, relaxed. Peaceful, relaxed. Calm, peaceful, relaxed. And as you continue to relax, become more and more deeply Aires. I'd like you to recall those things we talked about earlier. Those things that you don't like about yourself. Whenever it is. All of our perceived flaws, imperfections, or perhaps things that you've done. And I want you to bundle those all up. And I'd like you to pull them into your heart and to love them and to see them for what they truly are. And knows perceived flaws, imperfections. Are the direct expression of divine grace. They're an expression of u, which is an expression of your Creator. And in that moment, you become aware of a universal truth. You are perfect as you are. You are perfect as you are. And just resonate with that feeling for just a moment. And this moment of self-acceptance. And then I'd like you to imagine taking that feeling of being totally accepted by herself and drifting back in time. Time. Before you were born, before you had a body. And all you are is energy. But the awareness that you are perfect as you are. And you're about to enter this world. Conceived by your version of perfect parents. Whoever they may be, whoever you can imagine it, you or someone else. You imagine as perfect parents. And you are conceived in an act of absolute unconditional love. And as you entered your mother's womb, you can feel that your parents are anticipating your arrival with incredible joy. And as you grow and as the months go by, their joy is increased, as their anticipation is increased. Until finally, the day comes and the day arrives. When you are born into the arms. The most loving parents. And the parents who loved most dearly. Hold you in their arm and looks you into the eye. Is complete at oration, incomplete law. And says, you are perfect as you are. You are perfect. As you are. And in that moment of absolute unconditional, it sets the foundation for your entire life. A life built on the foundation of deep and profound self-acceptance. You know, deep in your heart, you are perfect as you are. And in that awareness you can feel the feelings of self-acceptance. And you can feel that it carries a sensation or a vibration that you can feel throughout your whole body. It's raising your vibration to the higher aspects of yourself. Bringing you in and alignment with your creator. You are perfect as you. So take just a few moments in silence to feel that sensation to resonate with the energy of your own divine objection, your own divine perfection. And feel that sensation that you are perfect as you are. And just continuing to breathe and relax the sink into that sensation of self-excite. And to realize that that vibration goes with you permanently from this day forward. Woven into the fabric of your being in raising your vibration into alignment with the higher aspects of yourself. Go ahead, take your time. And when you feel like the time is right, there's no hurry. Take your time. When you feel like you're done. We feel like you've had enough. You can slowly open your eyes and gently drip back in to the conscious. 13. The Verification Sheet: Hello and welcome to the lecture on the verification sheet.
