What students are saying:

…I wanted to tell you that I’ve taken a lot of online courses & yours are some of the best I’ve come across… Lauren Carter

…the meditations are next-level awesome. Courtney Seard

This course was delivered in a simple to follow fashion. I especially enjoyed the meditations and feel as though I really connected with them and was able to truly feel a presence and full-body energy vibrations from each of them. This is a huge plus for me! So many courses and meditations out there that you end up not really connecting with and you leave feeling empty or dissatisfied. This was not the case with this course. If you are in the early stages of a spiritual journey that you give this a try. You need to be connected with yourself and in the right frame of mind and this course walks you through each stage clearly and with easy-to-follow exercises. So worth it! Kevin Dickens

Drumheller asks me to go deep right off. He is gentle in his delivery, providing a safe space for me to resolve stuff I thought I had taken care of. I am looking forward to the rest of the course. Susy Goins

Excellent clarification and just amazing. Wow!! Mollie Shannon Rama

Before you dive into the course, I'd like to make a few recommendations. First, do the course as it's laid out from day one through day 20. What we'll be doing is training your mind to work differently. So it takes time to assimilate that into your subconscious mind. So go slow and be patient. Also if the medications are helpful, keep using them after you finish the course. If it's possible to find someone else or a group of people to take the course with. Support is a huge component in Overcoming Eating Disorders. Find a friend or family member or even a coach to take the course with. Success tends to increase with support. So try not to go it alone. Also don't hesitate to reach out to other students on this platform. They may be able to provide answers, insights, and encouragement that are just beyond your reach. Remember, they're interested in the same thing you are, namely coming to peace with themselves and their behavior. So thanks once again for your interest in this course. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to shoot them my way because I love hearing from my students. So best of luck. And may you create the intercom you so deeply desire? I'll see you in class. 3. The Verification Sheet: hello and welcome to the lecture on the verification sheet. The work we're doing in this course can have a very powerful and positive effect on your subconscious mind. There's a cause and effect component to it. If your intention is to heal or create something and then you put some effort into it, chances are results will occur. The same is true with meditation exercises. Furthermore, as you work along with the contemplations and meditations, you may notice that certain aspects of your life improved over and above what we actually worked on. These are referred to a side benefits, and they're very common in this type of work. For example, as you work along on specific areas, you may also notice an increase in your creativity. What boosting your health, perhaps, or a windfall in your finances or possibly improvement in your relationships. So in order to increase your overall level of awareness, I've created the verification sheet. It's attached as a resource file. Download it and pull it out once a week while you're using the meditations and see if you can check out any of the boxes if you can. It's a clear indication that what we're doing is actually working. So have some fun with checking your progress and please enjoy using the verification sheet . 4. Types and Symptoms: Hello and welcome to the brief lecture on eating disorder types and symptoms. Although there are at least six types of eating disorders. In this course, I'll just be focusing on the two major types, anorexia and bulimia. If you're suffering from another type of eating disorder than the ones mentioned here, please rest assured that the meditation's offered in this course will be just as effective and helping you find some relief. So let's talk a little bit about Anorexia. Anorexia is the most well-known eating disorder and usually develops in people between their teen years and in their early 20s when social pressure tends to be highest. Although boys and men can become anorexic, girls and women tend to be more susceptible. People with anorexia generally see themselves as overweight. Even when they're obviously underweight to other people, they tend to be obsessed with watching their weight. They avoid eating certain foods and severely limit their eating. Sometimes to the point of becoming ill. Their thoughts may be constantly obsessed with food. For instance, they may excessively collect recipes or even hoard food. And eating and public can be very stressful because in those situations, they are not able to control their environment. And anorexia can be seriously damaging to a person's health because they are essentially starving themselves to death. Telltale signs can collude the thinning of bone matter. In fertility, brittle hair and nails, and sometimes the growth of a layer of fine hair over the entire body. Some of the symptoms of anorexia may include being seriously underweight. They usually restrict eating patterns severely. There's an intense fear of gaining weight. There's an obsession with being thin. And there's an obvious distorted view of their body image. And of course, they have a denial of being seriously underweight. Usually they're the last ones to admit it. So let's move on to the next type, and that's Bolivia. So like anorexia, bulimia usually develops between the teen years and the early twenties when social pressure is very high. Again, girls and women tend to be more susceptible. People with bulimia frequently eat a huge amount of food over a short period of time until they become painfully full. It's as if their behavior is completely out of control and they can't stop what is happening after the bench to beyond what is comfortable. They purge themselves to get rid of the food and the pain in their stomach, usually by forced vomiting. Bluemix may also fast too much, use laxatives, diuretics, and enemas, or even exercise excessively. Unlike the people who suffer from anorexia, individuals with bulimia usually maintained relatively normal weight and appearance. Some of the symptoms, excuse me, some of the symptoms of bulimia may include recurrent episodes of inappropriate bingeing and purging. Lack of control. In regard to bingeing. Their self-image is overly influenced by their body appearance. There's a fear of gaining weight despite having normal body weight. And they can be constantly active to avoid the demon that is waiting for them when they're alone. And at times they tend to hide, becoming reclusive or anti-social. Long-term bulimia can have very serious side effects, such as damage to the throat and salivary glands, worn-out tooth enamel, tooth decay, acid reflux, irritation to the gut, severe dehydration, and hormonal disturbances. In severe cases, millenia can also create an imbalance in electrolytes that can eventually lead to a stroke or a heart attack. Okay, that's it for the types of symptoms and eating disorders that I want to discuss in this class. So let's keep moving and get you on the path the homeless. I'll see you at the next video. 5. Causes: hello and welcome to the lecture on eating disorder causes. So let's start by asking what causes eating disorders? Well eating disorders may be caused by a variety of factors, especially when one or more factor is at play in the following list. I've created seven factors, and of course there may be many more. So the 1st 1 I'd like to touch on briefly is that there are some research that indicates genetics, brain structure and biology may contribute to eating disorders. But to what extent? It's not really certain. The second thing I'd like to note is that personality traits, maybe an influence. People who are abnormally sensitive and high, strong with tendencies towards neurosis, obsessive compulsive disorders, extreme perfectionism or impulsiveness tend to be at higher risk. The 3rd 1 I'd like to mention, which is very important. It's called conditioning and conditioning is such a powerful influence and eating disorders that dedicated the following lecture to it exclusively. So we'll talk more about it at the next lecture. The fourth influence, I'd like to admit I'd like to mention, is pre existing and underlying emotional issues. These unresolved issues are most likely present within the individual before the eating disorder began, thereby setting the stage for one toe happen. A few of these issues may include depression, unworthiness and low self esteem, fear of abandonment or addiction within the family. And that's just the name of very few of them. So for more information on healing some of these pre existing and underlying emotional issues, please see some of my courses, um, in this platform. So I have a lot of courses that deal with the underlying emotions. The 51 I'd like to note is emotional trauma. So I have known people who were sensitive and concerned about their body image but didn't have an eating disorder. Then one day, someone who was in a very bad mood rips into them with a comment like, Well, what do you know your fat ugly anyway? So a violent comment like this one could be the last straw for a sensitive soul who has already displeased with their body due to heavy conditioning, stress or pre existing and underlying emotional issues. So this type of hurtful comment can push him over the edge and into an eating disorder. Number six on the list is stress, excessive stress condemn it. Any area of life and flair, pre existing emotional conditions. Stress can also trigger eating disorders. Furthermore, if you work in dance, in theatre or any of the performing arts, you are under extreme pressure to look and be a certain way. And unfortunately, this type of industrywide dysfunction and stressful coercion has pushed many dancers and performers into eating disorders. The last one I like to mention number seven on the list are entities, and these are unusual, so you probably won't read about them in any medical research paper. But entities are not physical conscious and disembodied life forms, and they act independently, usually in a negative way, sometimes with malicious or damaging intent. They can be distinct beings, kind of like evil spirits, or they may be created from negative thoughts and intentions. So if an entity latches onto your aura, it may cause all sorts of problems, such as lowering your vibration and energy, disrupting your thoughts or creating out of control behavior like eating disorders. So an example I'd like to give us that I had a client many years ago who was struggling with an eating disorder, and it began during a phase in his life when he was using marijuana regularly to help mask his depression. So he went to see a clear Point therapist just before it came to see me. And she told him that smoking pot everyday burned a hole in his aura, and those holes created openings for entities to attach, which resulted in very intense and out of control behavior and for him that manifested as an eating disorder. So I agree with her assessment in the lumber because after he did a few entity release sessions with me, his eating disorder almost completely stopped. So that's one way meditation could help heal eating disorders. So that's it for this lecture. Now let's move on to the next video. I'll see you there. 6. Conditioning: Hello and welcome to the lecture on conditioning. This is one of the most significant influences with eating disorders, so I've created a separate lecture for it. So let's start by talking about body image. So what I'm referring to are the thoughts and the feelings that you have about your body. So go ahead, take just a moment to do a little self inventory and imagine yourself looking at your body in front of the mirror. What do you feel and what do you think about yourself? Are you depressed? Are you disgusted? Are you filled with self hatred or self loathing? Are you frustrated? Now let's take another look at these same perceptions of yourself and ask a deeper question . Why do you even feel or think these things about yourself when you imagine yourself looking in a mirror? What is it that causes you to have such deep and distressing inner conflict? I'll tell you in one word. It's called conditioning, and it's influences are huge and shaping your perception of yourself in the context of the world in which you live. So if we can negotiate and overcome the hurdles of conditioning your road to healing your eating disorder is going to become significantly easier. It's one load you won't have to carry. So what is conditioning? Well, conditioning is received input through thought, word or action that influences your behavior. For most of us, it happens in the subconscious mind when we're quite young. So what that means is, we don't know. We've been conditioned. We simply accept the ideals and beliefs that have been placed upon us from somewhere on the outside. Okay, well, where does this conditioning come from? That well, we usually don't have to look very far. For most of us. It starts in our immediate families. Like the young Children in the family who constantly heard about their famous cousin, Twiggy. She was a rich, famous and skinny Hollywood model who garner all the family's positive praise and attention . Buttle, second cousin Donna, was the butt of family jokes and was frequently called chubby behind her back. It's family attitudes like these that can create a child view of the world. How the world is supposed to be so, However, conditioning isn't just limited to our families. You can probably think of numerous influences from our culture, schools, religions and peer groups who measures up to conform to a certain way of being and looking . And sometimes that measuring up could be quite ruthless. And most strongly of all, conditioning is bombarded, honest, all from the media, beginning from the time before we're even born TV magazines and the Internet all reinforced over and over again that we need to be young, beautiful, sexy and skinny in order to be important and happy. Furthermore, we have all seen how negative and vicious social media can be a times when you're young and trying to fit in and belong. That type of negative influence could have a severe impact on what you think and feel about yourself. So what's the result of all this conditioning? Well, first and foremost, conditioning trains us to compare ourselves with the perceived ideals that other supposedly uphold. Remember, we're supposed to look and act like cousin Twiggy. From there, comparison creates inner conflict because none of us can live up to the ideals were conditioned to. And once we've created inner conflict, we're positioned to live a life filled with stress and suffering, and those stresses can push us relentlessly into depression, self hatred, eating disorders and even suicide because it's simply not possible to be someone else, although that's who were trained to be so. One of the first steps in healing eating disorders will be to unwind the entanglements of conditioning through deep reflection, contemplation and meditation. We'll create a frame of mind rooted and self love, peace and acceptance, regardless of the size and shape of your body. If you can accept yourself as you are in this moment, then you begin the process of creating a deep and meaningful relationship with your body. From there, the process of healing and eating disorder will begin to flow. So that's it for this lecture. Now let's go to the one after this and will begin the process of realizing the perfect you I'll see you there. 7. Importance of Deep Relaxation: Hello and welcome to the lecture on the importance of deep relaxation. Deep relaxation is a crucial element to healing eating disorders. When using meditation. When you're deeply relaxed, the subconscious mind will open up, exposing suppressed emotions from the past. Once those emotions are exposed, they can be safely and effortlessly released using numerous healing techniques. If you are a notion that you're eating disorder is caused or influenced by past trauma. And do you think meditation may be the tool to assist you in your healing? Then it's absolutely imperative to learn and master the initial step, which is deep relaxation. So the first thing to understand is that learning how to deeply relaxed is a learned skill. So this is important. So let me say it again. Learning how to deeply relaxed is a learned skill. So like anything else that's worth learning, it takes practice, it takes commitment, and it takes discipline. Now, with that said, let me remind you that the discipline of learning how to relax deeply is a very pleasant discipline. It feels great. So setting time aside to do it is something you can look forward to. So let's look a little deeper and ask a few questions about deep relaxation. The first one is, how often should I practice deep relaxation? Well, if you're just starting out, I highly recommend doing it daily. For most people, the most convenient times, R the first thing in the morning or just before going to bed in the evening. So I meditate every evening for about 15 minutes or so before I go to that. Also, if you're starting out, I suggest using some type of guided relaxation, audio or video, such as the meditations in this course. It's much easier when someone guides you through the process. Plus the results tend to be much more noticeable, insignificant, with the help of a guide. So the next question that I'd like to throw out there is, what are the benefits of deep relaxation? So as you progress and develop in your own relaxation practice, relaxation will start to become part of your subconscious. That means relaxation will become interwoven into the fabric of your being, which is a really great thing. When that happens, you'll be able to a relaxed state at will. So like when you're standing in line at the grocery store driving your car during breaks at work or at school, or even in the middle of a challenging conversation. So another way to say it is learning to relax will reduce your overall level of stress. And that may be extremely beneficial. And dealing with your feelings that underlie an eating disorder. Also, as you master the art of deep relaxation techniques in this course to help heal you're eating disorder will become much more effective. In the following relaxation exercise. We'll be using a technique referred to as progressive relaxation. It's a simple guided meditation that directs you to relax your entire body. So use this meditation regularly and start opening up the channels to integrate relaxation into the fabric of your being. Okay, so that's it for this lecture. So I'll see you at the relaxation exercise. 8. Exercise - Progressive Relaxation: before we get started, I would like you to do is see their sick, their spine erect. Why, in a comfortable position, close your eyes and take a deep breath. So as we began, what I would like you to do is to imagine if you can, that there is a beam of golden light coming down in through the top of your head. It's very relaxing. It's very warm. It's very peaceful and just allow this tremendous light to penetrate your brain so your brain starts to relax on your thoughts. Start to slow down and your brain becomes very deeply relaxed, very calm, very peaceful. And does your brain becomes more and more relaxed? Allow this wave of relax ation in this peaceful life to begin to move its way down your spine so it moves into the stem of your brain and slowly works its way down all the way down to the tip of your spine and feel this. Relax ation as it extends out from your spine and into your nerves so that this relax ation extends all the way out to the ends of your nervous system so that from the top of your head all the way out to the tip of each nerve. You're very deeply relaxed. You're very calm, and you're totally at peace. No, bring the awareness of this. Relax ation back to the top of your head and allow it to begin to drift over the outside of your body so you can actually feel it in your scalp and in your hair. And you could feel the relax ation as it gently moves into your temples in your forehead, slowly moving into your ears, your eyes down your nose, into your cheekbones, your jaw on all the muscles of your face. And you can feel this. Relax ation as it slowly penetrates into your lips, your teeth, your tongue in your entire mouth so that your entire head is very deeply relaxed, very calm and totally at peace. Feel the relaxation as it continues by moving down into your neck and into your throat, solely working its way down into your shoulders and you can feel your arms. Aziz. They begin to become very heavy asses. The relax ation moves down your arms into your biceps, your triceps, your elbows, your forearms and out to your hands to the tip of each finger and each done from the top of your head away, down to the tips of your fingers, your very deeply relaxed You're very column and you're totally at peace, and it feels so nice to be so deeply relaxed. Now. Allow this. Relax ation to drift back to your shoulders as you feel it, beginning to move down into your back so the muscles of your back begin to relax and unwind . You could feel the tension of your back starting to drain away. Your back becomes so peaceful, so relaxed as the relax ation drifts all the way from your shoulders away down to your lower back. And you couldn't allow this relaxation to begin to drift inwards from your back into your torso so you can actually feel your internal organs beginning to relax. To slow down. To function in perfect peace and harmony, you can feel the relax ation moving into your heart. Your heart begins to open and beat in perfect peace. Assess the relax ation drifts out into your lungs into the center of your breath so you breathe without effort. With every breath you take, you become more and more deeply. Relax, and you can feel the relax ation continuing by moving into all of your other internal organs your intestines, your stomach, your liver so that everything's functioning perfectly and peacefully. As the relax ation moves down, your waist slowly begins to move down into your lower body. You can feel your legs has it become increasingly heavy, and as your legs become heavier and heavier and more and more deeply relaxed, you can feel this peaceful relaxation drifting into your thighs down into your knees, your shins and your cab's apparently down. It's here to the tip each toe, so that from the top of your head, all the way down to the tips of your toes, you're very deeply relaxed. You're very call, and you're totally at peace. We're and just allow this relaxation to sink deeply into your subconscious. It becomes interwoven into the fabric of your being. So enjoy the state of relaxation for as long as you like. There's absolutely no hurry. When you feel like you're done, feel like you've had enough. You can slowly open your eyes and gently drift back in to the conscious work. No way 9. How to Use the Contemplation: Hello and welcome to the lecture entitled How to Use the Contemplation. The exercise following this lecture is a contemplation to help you open the doors to meditate of healing. Hopefully, the contemplation will help you reflect and perhaps shift your perception on your area of interest. However, the contemplation differs slightly from the meditations, so allow me to explain. First off, the contemplation can be done with your eyes open or your eyes closed, whichever is most comfortable for you. Then the contemplation will lead you through a series of questions to help gain deeper insights into your situation. Please keep in mind that the questions are not designed for you to think and rationally figure out solutions to your problems. Instead, there are enquiries thrown out to the universe in the state of relaxation. When your mind is calm, wisdom will provide answers and insights you may not have considered before. You may have insights of clarity or intuitive perceptions known as ah ha moments. Or perhaps you will trigger healing sensations inside your body. No matter what happens out, your job will be to relax, to pay attention and to allow the process to unfold. If you do experience moments of insight, awareness or healing. It's a clear indication that the contemplation is a technique that works for you. If that's the case, keep using it regularly. Once you've mastered the contemplations, you'll be primed and ready for the deeper meditations that follow. In this course, it's OK, that's it for this lecture on contemplation. Now let's go to the contemplation exercise and open ourselves up to some deeper wisdom. I'll see you there. 10. Contemplation - Body Image: I'd like to invite you to take a few deep breasts, slow down your mind and start to relax as I ask you a few questions. Imagine yourself looking at your body in the mirror. What are you thinking? And what are you feeling? Are you depressed? Disgusted, frustrated or filled with self hatred? Or are you stressed and concerned about your health? Can you see how these thoughts and feelings are influenced from outside conditioning? Like from your family, your friends, your schools, your religion, your society mediator. All right. What if no one ever judged you for the way your body looked? Are you ready to transcend outside conditioning and accept the universal truth of who you really are? Someone who is perfect as they are, even with their perceived imperfections? Yeah, uh 11. How Meditation Can Help: hello and welcome to the lecture, entitled How Meditation Can help to Understand How meditation can Help. Let's start by asking the question. What is an emotional trigger on emotional trigger is an emotion you experience that causes you to eat inappropriately. They are very likely a significant contributing factor. So why you are suffering from an eating disorder? So, for instance, you may be thinking one day. Okay, this is a day I break this stupid eating disorder, but by the end of the day, you're back in the same pattern. What happened? Well, most likely an emotional trigger flared up and sent you back into the cycle of unhealthy eating patterns. Okay, so if they exist, then where do emotional triggers come from? The simple answer to the question is emotional triggers come from trauma based in your past . However, to answer the concept more fully, it's important to understand the nature of emotion, and there are four main points to understand. First, we must recognize emotions are born to be experienced. When emotions are experienced fully, they dissipate. The problem arises when we avoid experiencing unpleasant emotions. We essentially put them in the closet to re emerge at a later date, and they do, sometimes with vigor. How many of us know someone who refuses to eat? Because someone told them that they were fat? Well, how about someone who reaches for a box of Twinkies after they've had an argument with their parents? They're all avoiding unpleasant feelings, and we've all done it. In fact, it's a natural response. Our second point to understand in regard to trigger emotions is un experienced. Emotional triggers gets suppressed into the subconscious mind without conscious knowledge or intent on our part. So what that means is, when we avoid unpleasant emotions, they get stuck inside of us. In layman's terms, it's commonly referred to as stuffing your emotions. And the thing is about stuffing your emotions is, we don't know we're doing it. Our third point to note is suppressed. Emotional triggers create repeating patterns of pain. Emotions want to be experienced so they can live out their life cycle. When emotions from the past get trapped inside of us, they'll continue to recreate uncomfortable six situations and circumstances so they can be experienced. However, if we keep stuffing them down, repeating patterns can last a lifetime. So in regard to trigger emotions in a condition like bulimia, the dynamic can be very easy to see. The box of Twinkies gets emptied over and over again each time a difficult emotion comes up from the past. Our fourth and final point to note is emotional triggers are your creation now, even though they may have been created a long time ago and difficult or even abusive interactions with someone else. The emotions living inside of you are now yours and yours alone. It may seem unfair, but that's how it works for everyone. Therefore, your trigger emotions are no, never about another person. You can't blame someone else for your problems. They are your creation and your experience Onley. Other people who trigger your unresolved emotions are only props in your one person play. So let's briefly recap. Trigger emotions can underlie unhealthy eating patterns to your emotions. Get trapped inside of us. Trigger emotions can can cause repeating patterns of pain, like eating disorders and trigger emotions are yours to deal with? Okay, that sounds like a lot. So how can meditation help? Well, healing any trigger emotion can easily be done in a relaxed, meditative state when you're deeply relaxed, the subconscious mind will open up. And when the subconscious is open, there are numerous healing techniques that can be used to let suppressed emotion go. So if you're eating, disorder is attached to a suppressed emotion, then it's quite possible to see a noticeable shift in your behavior, which means you're eating. Disorder may stop, and in this course, that is what we're intending to do. Plus, the meditation techniques are deeply relaxing, effortless and painless. Okay, that's it for this lecture now is we want to the next one. I'll see you there. 12. The Inner Critic: Hello and welcome to the lecture on the inner critic. Your inner critic is the negative voice that lives inside your head, and it probably has a very strong influence on your eating disorder. It can fuel issues like self hatred, comparison toe, unattainable ideals, feelings of unworthiness and so on and so on. And the chances are the voice in your head may not even be yours. So in the following medication, we'll be visiting your inner critic to do three things. First, we're gonna simply observe it. When we observe your inner critic, it will increase your awareness, and then that awareness will decrease its power. When you know your inner critic exists, then you will know that you don't have to listen to it said. The second thing we'll do is it will dialogue with it. So what I'll do is I'll direct you to have a conversation with your inner critic. The intention will be to create a mutual understanding and an agreement to make and maintain peace. And then the third thing will do so after you observe and make peace with your inner critic or directly to transform it into something incredibly positive to help heal your relationship with yourself. Okay, that's it for the introduction to the inner critic Meditation. Let's go there now and creates a transformative piece. I'll see you there. 13. Meditation - The Inner Critic: Hello and welcome to the meditation on your inner critic. In this meditation, we're going to observe your inner critic and get to know a little bit, and then we're gonna transform it into something very positive. So get yourself comfortable and situated with your spine straight. Close your eyes, take a deep breath and will begin to relax. I know that sometimes it can be difficult to relax or to learn how to relax more than you ever have before. And so as you lie or as you sit there with your eyes closed, breathing easily as you begin to become aware of their own thoughts and of your own sensation. And I begin to wonder if you have ever had the pleasure sitting on the bank of a river for the shore of a lake or a notion. Because there is something very comforting about just sitting there listening to the peaceful sound of waves washing on the shore as they move in. And as they move out in a continuous flow that just seems to go on, yeah, relaxing in the sun, feeling the soothing more and just letting the mind drift effortlessly. With that almost quiet and silence sound in the background awareness. I'm not sure you've ever done it that way. Relaxed in just that way, Way listening to the peaceful quietness with water washing on the shore. Or perhaps it was a waterfall. We're just a silent place in the center of the woods. Ah, happy memory of deep content. Or maybe it was just a dream of a place so comfortable of a place so safe that it was easy to allow the body to relax everything, to relax into a state of calm peace and effortless awareness where you become calm, content and very deeply relaxed, very deeply relaxed, very deeply relaxed. What I would like you to do now is to imagine yourself above some beautiful place, a healing place, a sanctuary place. And as I count backwards from five, using the words down and deeper, I'd like you to drift down to this place and into a very deep and peaceful state of calm and peaceful relaxation. Number five feel yourself going down, down drifting deeper and deeper. Four. Drifting down, down, drifting deeper and deeper. Three. Drifting down and down deeper, deeper, two drifting down, down deeper and deeper in one drifting down, down. We're deeper and deeper and deeper. If you are now in your sanctuary place, I just ask that you imagine yourself being there as if you were actually there, and with every detail that you notice, I'd like it to take you into a deeper and deeper place of calm. Yeah, and peaceful. Relax ation. So you become calm, peaceful and deeply relax. Call peaceful and deeply relaxed. Calm, peace. Relax. Com Peaceful. Relax as you continue to breathe and to unwind and relax. I'd like you to call up your inner critic in whatever way it comes. Teoh. Maybe a person or you may be aware of your voice inside of your head, or you may be aware of someone else's voice inside your head. But however it comes to you, I'd like you to just pay attention to it, to observe it and to be aware of it. Because when you become aware of your inner critic, you then realize that you don't need to listen to it, and that puts you into a position of power and control. Take just a few moments of silence. Just observe your inner critic now as you continue to breathe and to relax. Now that you're aware of your inter critic, I'd like you to begin a conversation that and at first I want you to just listen to what it has to say. And then when your inner critic is finished speaking, I wanted to listen to what you have to say to what you need from your inner critic. And then, after the two of you discussed with each other, I want you to make an agreement to do whatever it takes to create and maintain inner peace . So just take a few moments and have that discussion now with your inner critic. No. - Now , as you continue to breathe and to relax now that you've come to an agreement into an understanding or a place of peace and understanding with your inner critic, I'd like you to allow it to transform into something incredibly positive. It may turn into a very wonderful and positive person. It could transform this incredible, spiritually being. You could explode into color or whatever your imagination comes up. Just allow your inner critic to transform into something positive now way, and when you're in, your critic has completely transformed. I would like you to allow to do one of two things, one likely either release and dissolving to float away into the ether. Or if it's appropriate, you can have a dissolve into your heart and into your mind so that you can become one with your transformed inner critic. So take a moment or two just to allow one of those two things. - No , just take a moment to reflect and to be at peace with the transformation that has happened inside of you to be aware of it and to recognize that it goes with you from this day forward to improve every aspect of your life, we just take it and deeply for as long as you can. And when you feel like you're ready, and when you feel like you've had enough, you can slowly open your eyes and drift back in to the conscious world 14. Age Regression: Hello and look into the lecture on the introduction to the age regression meditation. It's not always necessary, but there are times when finding the root cause to a problem can produce enormous therapeutic benefit. Age regression is a detective's approach toe underlying emotions related to eating disorders. It requires a bit of digging around, but can be extremely effective tool to help in healing. So what we'll do is we'll start by relaxing deeply. And then when you've identified your emotion of interest, you'll imagine yourself going back in time to the first time when you experienced it. If nothing comes what's okay? Then you can just pretend. And then when you get there, will ask the question. Is this a new feeling or a familiar feeling? I felt before and now, at that point you have to do is trust your answer. And if your answer is I felt it before, then we'll continue to go back in time, and we'll repeat the process until the answer is This feeling is new, which means you'll be at the first time it ever happened, and you may have end up somewhere you never expected, like in your crib or in your mother's womb or some place that makes no sense. So don't worry about those details. But just trust the process. And then, once we've identified the initial event, will simply release the emotion and allow it to dissolve into the past. Then we'll continue to relax and observe the emotion until it's gone. Okay, so that's it for the lecture on the age regression meditation. Now let's go to the meditation now and do some healing. I'll see you there. 15. Meditation - Age Regression: Hello and welcome to the meditation on age regression. Now, before we get started, what I'd like you to do is to think back in time when you're eating, disorders started. And I'd like you to pay attention to what was going on in your life at that time. And as you think back, I'd like you to pay close attention to any emotions that were also present. Just reflect on that for a moment. Okay, Now you can let that go, and we'll come back and visit it later in meditation. So I had get yourself situated in a comfortable position, either seated or lying down the straights. Fine. Take a deep breath, close your eyes and will begin to relax. If you have ever dropped a pebble into a serene and calm pool of water, then you've learned something about how to let go. It's very relaxing to watch the ripples slowly moving out as the pebble floats effortlessly and calmly to the bottom of the pool, drifting, floating and coming effortlessly to rest. And I don't know, but I do know that everyone has a place they can go a relaxing space deep down inside where they can really let go of all of their cares of all of their concerns and wonder at the wonder those waves of relax ation at smooth heaviness of arms and legs as relax ation continues. Or maybe it was the woman smoothness of the soft white sand, and you could hold it in your hand and watch it slow effortlessly through your fingers. Same sand that flows through an hourglass. Our after our after our was nothing to do for a while, except let go and slow warm heavy sand and listening to the waves of relax ation secure inside and out while you were sitting there on the shore. We're getting to make the effort. It takes even to try to be aware off when or where that relax ation began and the soothing sounds where the sensations were. Peace, calm and Serie. Relax, ation. What I would like you to do now is to imagine yourself above some beautiful place, a healing place, a sanctuary place and as I count backwards from five using the words down and deeper, I'd like you to drift down to this place and into a very deep and peaceful state of calm and peaceful relaxation. Number five Feel yourself going down, down drifting deeper and deeper four drifting down, down drifting deeper and deeper three drifting down and down deeper and deeper two drifting down, down deeper and deeper and one drifting down, down deeper, deeper and deeper. If you are now in your sanctuary place, I just ask that you imagine yourself being there as if you were actually there. And with every detail that you notice, I'd like it to take you into a deeper and deeper place of calm and peaceful. Relax, ation. So you become calm, peaceful and deeply relaxed. Call peaceful and deeply relaxed. Call peaceful, relaxed, calm, peaceful. Relax. So, as you continue to breathe, does you continue to relax? What I'd like you to do now is to call up your emotion of interest just allowed to come into your awareness. Not so it's overwhelming. Just so it has your complete and full attention pay attention to where you feel it in your body. You know, when that emotion has your complete and full attention, I'm gonna ask you to drift back in time to the very first time that you experience this emotion. Using your imagination. Going with your first impression, I'd like you to go there now. Just allow yourself to be in that situation. Pay attention to how old you are, who you're with and what's happening. And I'd like you to be in that experience fully. And as you're in that past experience, I'd like you to ask yourself the question. Is this the first time I felt this feeling? Or is this a familiar feeling I felt before and just go with your first impression with an answer to that question. If your answer is this is the first time I felt this feeling Go ahead and stay here. But if this is a familiar feeling that you felt before, I'm gonna ask you to drift back in time once again going to the very first time that you experience this emotion. Then when you get there, I want you to be in the experience fully as if you were actually there. And I want you to ask yourself the question one more time. Thats the first time I felt this feeling. Where is this a familiar feeling I felt before I can go with your first impression to that answer. No. If this is the first time he felt this feeling, you could stay right here. If it's a familiar feeling you felt before just gonna continue to drift back in time one more time, drift back to the very first time that you experience that feeling. Go ahead, take another deep breath and I want you to be in this past experience that as if you were actually there, pay attention to the details. Attention to who you're with. Well, pay attention to what's happening, and I want you to observe it in a slightly detached way. And as that emotion comes up, I want you to release it back into the past. So just allow that emotion to rise up and out of your body, to dissolve, to transform or to explode into color. But just allow it to drift into the past, releasing the past, releasing the past, releasing the past and just take a few moments in silence and allow this experience to run its course, releasing emotions into the fast way. Now, as you continue to breathe and to relax, just allow the release process to continue and to gently and successfully come conclusion to run its full course. And then when you're ready, you can take your time. There's no hurry. But I'd like you to relive this experience again. Except this time I wanted to turn out the way you wanted it to turn out. Maybe you have the perfect parents there to support you or the perfect people. Maybe it was a perfect situation. We're totally supported and just wrapped an unconditional love. So it turns out feeling incredibly wonderful even more than you could imagine. There may be. People are circumstances events too deeply support you and love you through. This whole process would just take a few moments to go through that process. And I want you to pay very close attention to how wonderful it feels. Have the situation turned out the way you wanted it to? Maybe even more than you could have met. Just a let allow that experience to unfold in front of you. Now what now is your continue to breathe and to relax to sink deeply to this experience. I want you to pay very close attention to the positive feelings and sensations that you've created in this moment and allow those to sink deeply into the fabric of who you are into the very essence of your being and deeply into your subconscious. So these feelings will go with you permanently from the state, forward to shape and to enhance the quality of your life in every way possible and imaginable. So soak it all in. Take it in as deeply as you can. There's absolutely no hurry. And when you feel ready, when you feel like it's time, you can slowly open your eyes and gently drift back in to the conscious world, No. 16. Dialoguing with your Body: Hello and welcome to the lecture for the introduction to the meditation Dialoguing with your body. If you're taking this course, then I'm guessing you and your body may not be the best of friends. Maybe there's some self loathing going on. Or worse yet, maybe you're at war with your body. Obviously, this isn't the perfect situation. So what you'll be doing in the following meditation is having a conversation with your body in order to create peace, love and appreciation between the two of you. Here's how it will work. First on guy do into a state of deep relaxation. Then, once you're deeply relaxed, we'll have you call up an image of your body. Now you may see your body in a mirror, or you may find yourself outside of your body and talking back to your body. Or you may just be aware of your body as you're inside your body. Next, you'll have a conversation with your body. You'll ask it what it wants as you listen very carefully, and then you'll tell your body what you need as it listens very carefully to you. Then you'll agree to do whatever you both need to create and maintain peace. Then the two of you will merge into one with deep appreciation, respect, understanding and love. When the meditation is over, your relationship with your body will hopefully improve and start to heal the underlying emotions that may be causing your eating disorder. Okay, so that's it for the introduction on the meditation to dialoguing with your body. Let's go there now to relax and to heal. I'll see you there. 17. Meditation - Dialoguing with Your Body: Hello and welcome to the meditation entitled Dialoguing With Your Body in this meditation will be having a conversation with your body in order to get the two of you in alignment with each other to live in a state of peace and harmony. So go ahead. Either lie down or sit in a comfortable position with your spine straight. Take a deep breath, close your eyes and we'll start to relax. So let's start by taking a deep breath and begin to calm the mind. And as you begin to relax and let yourself go, and as you begin to sink into a state a very deep peace, imagine yourself floating on a cloud or maybe floating on an air mattress in a very comforting and very still late or a warm in common swimming pool just relaxing, floating into a state of extremely deep peace. There are no cares and no concerns. As your body become so light it feels as if has disappeared. Completely relaxed call and deeply Eddies. Peace tranquil, serene and rest ful. Very deeply relaxed and comfortable state of mind as you breathe as you relax as you let go , trusting deep into a state of calm and very deep peace. What I would like you to do now is to imagine yourself above some beautiful place, a healing place, a sanctuary place. And as I count backwards from five, using the words down and deeper, I'd like you to drift down to this place and into a very deep and peaceful state of calm and peaceful relaxation. Okay, Number five, feel yourself going down. You down drifting deeper and deeper. Four drifting down, down drifting deeper and deeper. Three drifting down and down. Deeper, deeper two drifting down, down deeper and deeper. And one drifting down, down deeper, deeper and deeper. If you are now in your sanctuary place, I just ask that you imagine yourself being there a Ziff you were actually there. And with every detail that you notice, I'd like it to take you into a deeper and deeper place of calm and peaceful. Relax, ation. So you become calm, peaceful and deeply. Relax, calm, peaceful and deeply relaxed. Calm, peaceful. Relax, call. Peaceful. Relax. As you continue to breathe inter lines and to unwind and let go, I'd like you to call up an image of your body. You may see yourself in the mirror. Or perhaps you could step outside of your body and turn to face your body. Or you can just be aware of your body with you inside of your body. So, Bill, I had just observed your body for a moment, and then we'll begin our conversation now. As you continue to be aware of your body, I want you to be aware that your body has something incredibly important to see, and it's waiting for so long for this opportunity. So what I would like you to do is to take a few moments in silence and just listen to what your body has to say to you in whatever way the message comes. So just allow your body to begin to communicate with you now. So just continue to breathe, to relax, to receive and to take the message in premier body. And now it's time for you to communicate to your body. And I want your body to listen to very closely as you tell your body what it is. You need to take a few moments in silence and tell your body what it is that you need. Well, now as you have received, the message from your body in your body has received communication from you. Now it's time for both of you to make an agreement together, to agree to move forward in this life as a team together in whatever way it takes. So allow yourself to make that agreement and then the sealed with a handshake or a hug or contract order is the most appropriate way for you to come to terms, to be at peace and to work together to take a few moments and make that agreement. - Now , with that agreement made, I want you to observe your body as a team person. There's a support person as an ally, and then, with openness and respect, I want you to allow you and your body to merge together as one. Go ahead. Just do that now and allow the both of you to merge together. That's one. And as you and your body merge together, I want you to pay very close attention to the feelings may feel peace or strength or compassion. Whatever it is, just pay attention to where you feel those sensations in your body to allow them to sinking as deeply as you can feel in your body, in your mind, in your soul. So go ahead and breathe and relax, and to take the experience and fully and as deeply as you can. And when you are ready, you could take your time. But when you are ready, you would slowly open your eyes and gently drift back in to the conscious world. - No , no. 18. Entity Release: Hello and welcome to the lecture on the introduction to the entity released Meditation. As I mentioned in the earlier lecture entitled Causes Entities are nonphysical, disembodied life forms kind of like evil spirits. If you have one attached to your energy field, they can make life quite disruptive in a way that seems completely out of context with your normal life, something like an eating disorder. So before we get started, let me mention that entities seemed to be fairly rare, and most of the ones that do exist are probably lost and confused sometimes do to their sudden physical death. And they may have latched on to you if you were available at the time. Entities usually just want to go home so we can use the meditation toe open a window and a way for them to get out. So the following meditation will be very simple, and here's how it will work. First, you'll just deeply relax and then, after relaxed, will simply observe and be aware of the entities presence, and then we'll simply directed to go home to the light. So if the medication is effective and the entity is released, you may notice a significant positive shift in your eating disorder, and that's what we're hoping for. Okay, so that's it for the introduction to the entity release Meditation. So let's go to that meditation now. I'll see you there. 19. Meditation - Entity Release: Hello and welcome to the meditation on entity release. Now this meditation is designed to help you heal any behavior problems that you may be experiencing that seemed out of control and out of context with your normal life. So what we're gonna simply do in this meditation is relaxed deeply. We're going to become aware of the entity, how you experience it, Maybe where you feel it in your body. They were very simply gonna let it go to the light will direct it very strongly to go there and then we'll hear Leora So the entity cannot reattach once it's gone. So go ahead, get yourself relaxed and in a comfortable position. Take a deep breath, close your eyes and we'll begin at some point in their lives. Most people have played with magnets I felt them pulled toward and push away from each other. Felt that invisible force, that invisible connection between separate things that can only be seen with iron filings on paper that dance between and line up along Kurt that connects one to the other to show us what we feel you cannot touch or can. It's like the unseen connections between everything everywhere that are felt but not seen and really are there holding everything together, making everything work Adams and corks on up to the stars those invisible forces that give things their form sources of energy that power our son that feed plants as they grow and lights up our sky that flows through our bodies and powers our minds minds that reach out a Sfar as the stars and minds that can wonder at the wonder of it all And wonder at the power that flows through it all that connects each to all and attracts our attention and makes us aware that somewhere inside, when that door opens up and the breeze flows through, you can feel something different. A warm, clear light. It shines from within, filling your body and the space beyond touching and becoming one with it all feeling that force, that source of attraction that pulls all into one and one into all and letting yourself go and going with that flow and letting yourself know that it really is okay to go on that journey. To visit those places and to find what you need deep down inside that connects you to something, something beautiful and something true But let's you be there exactly where you want to be so free to hold creative field and free to know But it all day long extinct you What I would like you to do now is to imagine yourself above some beautiful place a healing place , a sanctuary place. And as I count backwards from five using the words down and deeper I'd like you to drift down to this place and into a very deep and peaceful state of calm and peaceful relaxation number. Sign. Feel yourself Going down, down drifting deeper and deeper. Four drifting down, down drifting deeper and deeper three drifting down and down Deeper, deeper two drifting down, down deeper and deeper and one drifting down, down deeper, deeper and deeper. If you are now in your sanctuary place, I just ask that you imagine yourself being there as if you were actually there. And with every detail that you notice, I'd like it to take you into a deeper in deeper place of calm and peaceful. Relax, ation. So you become calm, peaceful and deeply relax. Call peaceful and deeply relaxed. Call peaceful, relaxed, calm, peaceful. Relax. So just continue to breathe and to relax. And as you allow your awareness to open up to your subconscious, I want you to observe and to pay attention and to feel or see if you have an entity attached something that is not yours does not belong to you. And to just be aware of it. At this moment you may see an image where you may feel a sensation in your body like something's attached, whatever it ISS. So just allow yourself to be aware of that for just a moment. No. So if you are aware of a presence of that sort, we're going to give it very clear directions were simply gonna command it to release to the light. So this entity you're gonna now release to the light you're gonna go home. What we're gonna do is we're gonna call down this incredible, brilliant white light and allow it to actually fill up the entire room that you're in to fill up your body to encapsulate your entire being. Just be aware of this presence. Now, this incredible, brilliant white light, it's healing light. We're going to let it completely take over our experience of this benevolent healing presence. Then the entity can now release. Let go into the light we could transform. You can go home, so feel this attachment released from your aura from your body from your mind, you can release from your past from your present and your future across all time and dimensions. We're just gonna allow the white light to begin to lift off and taking this entity with it as it dissolves into the white light. So just allowed to completely release now allowed to drift off, to dissolve and to completely dissipate, taking with it. Any memories are attachments from the past. Just let it all go now, when that entity is released and you feel like it's gone, I want you to imagine yourself encapsulated. This incredibly protective energy presence may be bright light, but it's a cocoon of energetic protection. It's very strong, and on the outer layer of this cocoon, there's an incredibly brilliant blue light, very protective. I want you to allow this protective presence toe amp up and to intensify so it goes into every cell of your body becoming permanently interwoven into your subconscious that the fabric of your being so it's not possible for entities to attach and so allow that for the next few moments in silence to strengthen and to become one with you. You No, no. Take a deep breath. No, relax. And to realize that this release is permanent and the energy protection that you have set, it's also permanent. It goes with you from this day forward to strengthen and to improve the quality of your life in every aspect. Well, go ahead, take another deep breath, take it all in as deeply as you can and when you're ready and you could take your time. But when you feel like time is right and slowly open your eyes and gently drift back in to the conscious world. 20. Tips for Changing Behavior: Hello and welcome to the lecture on tips for changing Behaviour. So what I would like to do in this last lecture is just to share with you a few things that I've seen along the way that have helped people overcome eating disorders. So the 1st 1 is that to overcome in an eating disorder, you need support. You're gonna need some help on some level, and ideally, the best support will come from your family. But I know that's not available for everyone. So there are groups out there specifically for eating disorders, so don't hesitate to look up on eating disorder group and get involved in that somehow, so you can have some support to get through the process. Also, don't count out seeing a therapist or a counselor to help walk you through the process of healing. So that's another avenue of support that you might want to consider. Also, what I've seen work for a number of people with an eating disorder is that they put themselves in a situation where they have to be held accountable daily. So one way to do that is to get into a relationship now getting into a relationship just overcome an eating disorder may not be the greatest motivation, but it is very helpful. If you can get in a situation, we have to be accountable on a daily basis through interacting with another person. Another good idea is to get a roommate where you have to share your daily experiences with someone else. And I have a new one person that overcame an eating disorder by working on a ship. There just wasn't enough personal space to indulge in the negative eating behaviour that they were going through. And I know this next one is like to try something new and try and break your pattern. I know this is much easier said than done, but it takes a lot of strength. So for one person that I knew in particular, who overcame bulimia, they did something very courageous that took all their strength. Is that after they they bend it on food, they didn't pert. And so what happened is that over the next few days they just felt gross. But they learned that they could control their behavior because they didn't want to feel that girls feeling of needing too much food afterwards, and so if you're anorexic. I know this is much easier said than done, but try and break your habit by eating. And so I'm trying some putting on weight. Of course, I need some support in that process also. And then I knew another person who overcame an eating disorder by what I could recall replacement. And this was very clever because they had this incredible urge to put something in their mouth they really couldn't control. And so instead of fighting that urge, that kind of went with it. And so what this person did is that they learned to play the flute, and so two things happened when they overcame the eating disorder. And the second thing that happened, they got very good at playing the flute. So I was very creative way to overcome that. Also, the last thing I'd like to mention is just meditation, So it do meditation every day. If you can't sink into a deeply relaxed state that's gonna reduce your overall level of stress, it's gonna calm your mind. And if you do meditations that are specifically geared for healing like the ones in this course No, that's gonna put you in a much better frame of mind internally, which will reflect into your external world. Okay, so that's it for a few extra tips I'd like to share. Now, let's go to the bonus part of this course and I'll see you there. 21. Meditation - Peaceful Words: Hello and welcome to the meditation entitled Peaceful words. In this meditation will be using the power of language to help you drift into a very deep and peaceful state of mind. So get yourself comfortable and situated with your spine straight. Close your eyes. Take a deep breath and we'll begin to relax. Throughout the course of my life. I've been amazed, odd, and mesmerized by the power of words. Seemingly simple sentences and phrases can have an intentional or unintentional impact on the entire course of someone's life. Personally. I've always been fascinated by the word relaxation. It's a word that can't really be grasped by many other similar words, right? Peaceful, calm, or serine, or effortless, tranquil, soothing, or RESTful. And some of my favorite relaxing words are very often found in nature. Like a gentle sky or a placid Lake. A cool breeze, or the stillness of night. And sometimes an image can capture the same feeling. Like a silver moon or a motionless flake. Or the majesty of a glorious mountain peak, or the divinity of an incredible sunset. The words and the images are all leading us to that sacred space that we all have. Deep down inside. Our L1. And then E is in a state of peaceful and serene piece. Very calm, very peaceful, very deeply relaxed. Very calm, very peaceful. And very deeply relaxed. Calm. Peaceful. Relaxed. Calm. Peaceful. Relaxed. Calm. Peaceful. Relax. Relax. Relax. Relax. 22. Meditation - The Shore: I know that sometimes it can be difficult to relax or to learn how to relax more than you ever have before. So as you lie or as you sit with your eyes closed, breathing easily. As you begin to become aware of your own thoughts, your own sensation. And I begin to wonder if you have ever had the pleasure sitting on the bank of a river, by the shore of a lake or an ocean. Because there is something very comforting about just sitting there, listening to the peaceful sound. Avoid washing on the shore. As they move in. They move out. And a continuous flow just seems to go on. And on. Relaxing the side. Failing, assuming warm, and just letting the mind drift effortlessly. Almost quiet and silent. A background of awareness. I'm not sure you've ever done it that way before. Relaxed. Just that way to a peaceful quietness of the water. Washing on the shore. For perhaps. There was a waterfall. So comfortable. The body into a state of awareness. Mm-hm. 23. Meditation - Sailing: Hello and welcome to the meditation entitled sailing. This is a very simple guided meditation renders gonna help you drift off and relax into a very peaceful state. So all you need to do is to get yourself comfortable. Take a deep breath, close your eyes, and will begin to rely. As you drift off. Not long ago. I went to visit a friend who lived on the edge of the sea. Next door to my friend. Lived an old man with a grizzled white beard who's found salty yarns about fasting ventures he had had out on the open sea. I was thrilled and excited on the day. He asked me to join him as he took his boat out to sail on the living sea. Never in my life. Had I sail before. And I can only imagine how adventuresome and magical it would be. And as we pulled out from the dock, a breeze kicked up as if by magic to welcomeness onto a seascape that was more vast than the imagination itself. As I hoisted the sale, I felt the dominion of the wind. As a powered our craft, cutting effortlessly to the water. As the breeze chilled my skin and blew through my hair. I felt a deep and profound stirring in my soul. It took a few moments. But soon I realized the amazing sensations. I felt adventure. I felt wonder. I felt free. And at that very moment, my white haired captain beamed an enormous grim and began to laugh until tears rolled down his cheeks. Because he knew. I understood. And in the next breath are magical boat lifted from the sea and began to sail through the endless SKY over the islands. Through the classrooms. And into the weightlessness of space. Pass planets, moons, stars, galaxies pass time and space. And into the unity of the great unknown. Tranquil, peaceful, relaxed, serene, calm, and effortless flow into the one, into the all that is. Drifting and relaxing. Relaxing hen drifting into calm, into piece and into very deep relaxation. Calm. Peace. Relaxation. Calm. Peace, relaxation. Relax, relax. Relax. 24.
