About This Class

In this class you will learn the skill of making fabric Yo-Yo's!  Fabric yo-yo's are fun embellishments that are used to add decoration, dimension, and delight to crafting and sewing projects.

Fabric circles turn into little round "puffed" disc that look very much like a yo-yo. Often used in "country cottage chic", or farm style decor and clothing.

No sewing skill is required.  If you can thread a needle, and cut out a circle, then you can easily make these little fabric yo-yo's.

Great to use for decorating for Thanksgiving garlands, place cards, Thankful cards.  Use for Christmas package decorations, tree garland, Christmas stocking embellishments, cards, tags, ornaments and more.

Enroll in this class for some fabric fun, and see how creative you can be; attaching fabric yo-yo's  to your knitting, crochet, quilting, paper crafts, mixed media art, wearable art and more.

The last class in this series will use this skill of making fabric yo-yo's to make a handmade Christmas ornament, so you might want to take class 1 and class 2 in the series:

I worked 30+ years in the retail craft industry, at all levels from sales to buying. Six years ago, I started my own business on Etsy, called PearCreekCottage. I love crafts. I f...
