About This Class

This is the last class in the Handcrafting Your Holidays series.  Students may like to take the first two classes in the series, as the actual skills are taught in class one -"How To Iron On Paper"  and class two-How To Make Fabric Yo-Yo's.

Using the techniques and skills from the previous classes students will create their own handmade ornaments or small gift item.  These gifts will make snazzy "Stocking Stuffers", as well as thoughtful tokens of remembrance, by creating a "Keepsake Ornament".

The warmth of love shared, speaks loudly, in a gift that is handcrafted with the unique individual in mind.

Make a:

  • fabric yo-yo Christmas tree hanging ornament,
  • yo-yo Christmas garland
  • a "stuffed" yo-yo ornament
  • fabric covered Christmas ornament
  • a fabric covered Gift Tag for Food Gifts
  • fabric covered gift card holder,
  •  and more.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       I will give you LOTS of ideas of how to use your new skills making your own custom creations. Once you start, it will be hard to stop, as the creative juices begin to flow and take over.

Come join in this fun class and lets get crafting for the Holidays.

I worked 30+ years in the retail craft industry, at all levels from sales to buying. Six years ago, I started my own business on Etsy, called PearCreekCottage. I love crafts. I f...
