Are you disappointed that planners never quite do everything you would like them to?

This video class will take you through my process of creating my own, personalised planner for 2017 and invite you to create yours too. 

There are easy steps and tips for you to create a planner which you will love using throughout the year. 

I have included information on what you need to make the planner and also ideas of what you may want to include - such as reflection inserts, gratitude & affirmation spaces and adding quotations and other creative touches to make the planner truly your own.

My journey to the soul started in 2001 with a visit to an Ayurveda retreat in India.

I discovered how good it was to receive deep natural health-care and what a difference this made to my life, I embarked on a course in India to learn more of this ancient art. The year-long study in India included theory from the ancient scriptures, learning the poetic language of Sanskrit, vedic-astrology, yoga, meditation and herbs. It was an amazing experience and on returning to London, I set up my business helping people with the knowledge I had gained.

While treating people for various conditions, I realised that the key to a lot of physical problems lay in emotional issues. I started meditating more myself and teaching more of this ancient practice as a technique for healing.

Healing myself from a past life trauma led to the development of the Soul Healing Meditation. In this meditation the person directly connects with their inner self and essence, the soul. The insights received from this connection help the person heal on a deeper spiritual level.

At the moment I am writing my first book based on life coaching techniques which have helped me and my clients.
