About This Class
In this supplemental follow-up to my Introduction to Gypsy Jazz Guitar course, we will learn three songs typical of the La Pompe style of accompaniment (also known as "comping"). In learning the basics of these chord changes, we will discuss rudimentary song structure, Gypsy Jazz chord voicings, and I will also show you how to efficiently learn and get comfortable with new chord changes. You will be able to sit in at a jam and comp in no time!
