1. Meet Joseph: Hello. My name is Joseph Drumheller, and I am your instructor for this course would like to start off by thanking you for your interest in this course and extending you a very warm welcome. So please allow me to introduce myself just a little bit further. I've been working in the worlds of meditation and healing since 1991. I started off as a clinical hypnotherapist, then later evolved into what I would call an energy healer. And I really honed my chops as a healer When I spent six years working in a cancer radiation treatment facility using meditation and healing techniques to help cancer patients. I'm also a four time award winning author on the topics of meditation, healing and spirituality. So any time if you get stuck in this course I have a question. Please don't hesitate to contact me because I love asking questions for my students. So thanks once again for your interest in this course. Now let's go to class and I'll see you there 2. Lecture - Passion Motivation and Protection: Hello and welcome to the lecture on guided meditations for passion, motivation, and protection. A meaningful and successful life is a life filled with passion. It's the raw energy underlying our motivation to achieve our goals and business, sports relationships, health and spirituality. And once we tap into that energy, it will always be there for us even when we get challenges. So in order to ignite passion as your foundation for your motivation, it's an excellent idea to remember where it came from. What's that passion remembered? It can be anchored into the subconscious mind and sent as a base for your motivation. So take just a moment to reflect. What is it you love about your area of interest? Feel that emotion. And notice where you feel it in your body. Now remember it will come back to later in the contemplation and meditation and exercises that follow. So we all know life requires action. And when we engage in action, we can hit up resistance. So at some point in the pursuit of your goals, you will have to reach deep within yourself to ignite your fire in order to conquer the opposition. Especially if that opposition is yourself, you may need to enter power for only a few seconds, or you may need it for an extended period of time. The raw emotion of passion can be very similar to rage or intense, exciting. They are similar energies on the opposite side of the same coin. However, for the purposes course, passion is tweaked to be calm and controlled. Very specific and positive outcome might be cheating or goal. Once you tap into the energy of your caching in the meditation exercises, well anchored into your subconscious. So it will go with you permanently after the meditation is over. However, keep in mind meditation and creates new biochemical pathways in your brain. So we're actually training your brain to work differently. So in order to get those pathways established, you have to use them over and over again. So please meditate regularly, ideally, once a day. So also at some point in the pursuit of your goals, you'll hit an obstacle, snags and Roblox, that's normal. Hitting emotional bot points afterward is also normal. However, nothing damages the quality of life, like wallowing in past failures. Therefore, it's imperative to process emotion quickly and move on. So you can stay focused and get back to the joy of pursuing your goals. Then resiliency is commonly referred to as mental toughness, especially in athletics. But it's actually a form of emotional tetanus. So emotional toughness can also be created through meditation exercises. Of course, just like passion and motivation. Once it's created, it will act as a future impenetrable shield after a tough loss, failure, or disappointment. So that's it for the exercise of things. Now let's go to the contemplation and meditation to create passion, motivation, and emotional toughness. I'll see you there. 3. Contemplation - Passion & Motivation: Let's begin by slowing down your mind. By slowing down your breath. Take a few deep, slow breaths. Doing this a few times. Until you feel relaxed. Take a moment, press manner, reflection, and ask yourself, why is it? I want to pursue this particular goal? Is your reason to improve your health, boost your performance, create success, and hatcher relationships, or to inspire others. What would it be like to have these things as part of your life? What would it be like to connect your reason and purpose was strong, powerful emotions. By passion, striped, or excitement. Allow yourself to give you the permission to make purpose, motivation, and passion, your inner truth. Okay? 4. Meditation - Motivation, Passion, and Protection: Hello and welcome to the meditation on motivation, passion and protection. Let's start this meditation by making ourselves comfortable. So within a wreck spine and will be inter. Relax. So what I would like to do first, to begin the relax ation process is to take a few deep breaths in three or nose and up through your nose so they had inhale nice and slowly and then exhale. Do this for a few times until you become deeply relax, and if your mind wanders, that's normal. Just bring your attention and your awareness back to your breath. - And with your next inhalation, I'd like you to breathe in the sensation of relax ation, so breathe in and allow the relax ation anti your lungs and to begin to expand throughout your entire body. But it can feel the relax ation in your heart and in your mind and at all the extremities of your physical body to your feet, your hands and your fingers top of your head, and allowed this relax ation to just wash over your body like a very comfortable way of deep peace. Did you allow yourself to become more and more perfectly relaxed and and more deeply at peace. While you breathe and relax, I should breathe. And as you relax, coming more and more deeply aware, the presence of relax ation that you feel inside your body and perhaps even outside of your body as you continue to breathe. And as you continue to relax, breathe and relax, breathe, relax. Just allow yourself to sink down into even a deeper and deeper state of relaxation. Coming very peaceful, you very calm and deeply at ease as your breathing slows down. So it is your mind as you relax and as you breathe and as you breathe and dodgy relax. And as you continue to slow down and unwind, let go to open up number. I'd like you to ask yourself the question in regard to this meditation as you breathe and as you more deeply relax, why am I engaged in this meditation? And in this course of self reflection three. Relax and just take a moment to contemplate on that question. Why are you engaged? This meditation in this course of self reflection, what is it you want again? What is it? You know and as you reflect on the answer to those questions. I want you to allow those questions to form the inner truth of what you're doing and to set the foundation for your motivation. So allow yourself to reflect on your own inner truth. And as you continue to sink more deeply into the awareness of their own inner truth, there's something that's just outside of your awareness right now. And it's about to make itself No, it may be a spark fire, a passion, excitement, tingling peace or whatever it ISS. So take just a moment and allow that sensation come into your awareness and pay very close attention to where you feel it in your body. And as you continue to gently rest your attention on whatever it is that has come into your own awareness being a spark fire passion our excitement, I want you to feel it into the very core of your being. - And as you feel, this object of awareness consigned the core of your being, whatever it ISS, I want you to allow it to expand into every cell of your body, strengthening and intensifying as it goes. This feeling of passion, excitement, fire a spark and allow it to resonate tingle and to become alive in every single cell of your body and now allow this sensation to intensify and to grow and to integrate into the very fabric of your being and allow this passion to merge with your motivation deeply, strongly and passion. Fire of excitement and passion, emerging with your motivation of why you're doing what you're doing. Allow those to merge for a few moments that you continue to relax to allow this incredible experience, motivation and passion merging together into the fabric of your being. I want you to create a protective barrier around this incredible passion, this incredible motivation and allow it to encapsulate you and deformed this sheet of protection around your entire body. He may seem like translucent gold or blue or whatever it ISS. It's almost like it's an energy field of protection around your body, and this emotional protective layer will not only protect your passion and your motivation , but also keep you emotionally strong and intact in the event on a setback or perceived failure. So feel that protection around your passion around your motivation and allow those three elements to form this one motivation, passion, protection for and as this continues to integrated the fabric of your being, I want you to imagine taking these three elements acting as one in your being and imagine yourself taking your motivation, your passion and your protection into the future and pay very close attention how your future has improved and has changed. No, to continue to bring to relax until allow this entire experience to integrate deeply, deeply into your being and into your subconscious. And know that the motivation, passion and the protection go with you permanently from this day forward to help you achieve the goals you have set for yourself that you continue to breathe to relax. When you're ready, there's absolutely no hurry at all. When you feel like you're finished, you could slowly open your eyes and drift back into the conscious world. - No , - you know. 5.
