The meditative work were doing in this course can have a very powerful and positive effect on your subconscious mind. There's a cause and effect component to it. If your intention is to heal depression or create peace and then you put some effort into it, chances are results will occur. Furthermore, as you work along with the contemplations and the meditations, you may notice that certain aspects of your life improve over and above what we actually worked on. These are referred to as side benefits, and they're very common in this type of work. For example, as you're working along on the meditations, you may notice an increase in your creativity, a boost in your health, a windfall in your finances or improvement in your relationships. So in order to increase your overall level of awareness, I've created a verification sheet. It's attached as a resource file. Download it and pull it out once a week when you're using the meditations and see if you can check off any of the boxes if you can. It's a very clear indication that what we're doing is actually working. So have some fun with checking your progress and please enjoy using the verification sheet 4. The Importance of Deep Relaxation: hello and welcome to the lecture on the importance of deep relaxation. Deep relaxation is a crucial element when you're using meditation techniques. When you're deeply relaxed, the subconscious mind will open up, exposing the subconscious emotional influences that we talked about earlier. Once those emotions are exposed, they can be safely and effortlessly released, using numerous healing techniques. Then it's absolutely imperative Toe Learn and master the initial step, which is deep. Relax, ation. The first thing to understand is that going into a deeply relaxed state is a learned skill . It's like anything else that's worth learning. It takes practice. It takes commitment, and it takes discipline. Now. With that said, let me remind you that the discipline of learning how to relax deeply is a very pleasant discipline. It feels great, So setting time aside to do it is something you can look forward to. Now let's ask a few important questions about deep relaxation and meditation. The 1st 1 is How often should I meditate? It's a good question. Well, if you're just starting out, I highly recommend doing it at least once a day. For most people, the most convenient times are the first thing in the morning or just before going to bed in the evening. So, for example, I meditate every evening for about 15 minutes or so just before going to bed. Also, if you're just starting out, I suggest using some type of guided meditation, audio or video, such as the meditations in this course. It's much easier when someone guide you through the process of relaxing. Plus, the results tend to be much more noticeable and significant with the help of a guide. Okay, the next question like to ask is, What are some of the benefits of deep? Relax ation? Well, as you progress and developing your own meditation practice, relax. Ation will start to become part of your subconscious. That means relaxation become interwoven into the fabric of your being. When that happens, you'll be able to enter a relaxed state at will, like when you're in the shower or you're driving your car during breaks, at work or even in the middle of a challenging conversation. Another way to say it is that learning to relax will reduce your overall level of stress. Also, as you master the art of deep relaxation. The techniques offered in this course will become much more effective. So in the following relaxation exercise will be doing a technique referred to as progressive. Relax, ation. It's a simple guided meditation technique, directing you to relax your entire body, use this meditation regularly and start opening the channels of deep relaxation. Okay, that's it for this lecture. I'll see you at the relax ation exercise. 5. Exercise - Progressive Relaxation: Hello and welcome to the meditation exercise entitled Progressive, Relax, ation. So what we're gonna do in this exercise is simply relax your entire body so you can begin to learn the art of deep relaxation. So get yourself situated in a nice, comfortable position with your spine straight. Close your eyes, take a deep breath and will begin to relax. So if you begin the process of relax, ation, what I would ask you to do is to imagine, or to feel this beam of warm and peaceful. Relax ation coming down from above and entering the top of your head and feel the relax ation as it begins to penetrate into your brain. So the cells of your brain become very deeply relaxed to become more and more at peace, and you can actually feel your thoughts as they begin to slow down, take another deep breath and allow this relaxation to continue its journey by drifting down into the stem of your brain. You can actually feel it drifting down your spine, slowly moving and opening energy centers along your spine as it goes so that you can feel this relax ation drifting all the way down to the tip of your spine. So if you continue to breathe and to relax, allow this. Relax ation to move out from your spine and into your nerves so that the relax ation drifts all the way out to the very end of your nervous system. So you're very deeply relaxed, very calm and totally at peace. Now bring the awareness of this. Relax ation back to the top of your head and allow the relax ation to begin to drift over the outside of your head so it moves into your scalp in your hair, gently moving into your forehead in your temples, relaxing your ears and the skin on your face so that your eyes become very deeply relaxed and very peaceful. And you could feel the relax ation in your eyebrows, your nose, your cheeks and into the muscles of your face so that your job becomes incredibly heavy and very deeply relaxed. And you can feel the relax ation as it drifts into your lips into your teeth and into your tongue, so that your entire head is very deeply relaxed, very calm and totally at peace. Now allow this relaxation to continue by moving down into your neck and into your throat so the muscles of your neck become very relaxed and you can swallow without effort as this relaxation drifts down into your shoulders, which are becoming increasingly heavy. And you can allow this relaxation to move down into your arms as they become heavier and heavier and heavier as the relax ation moves into your biceps, your triceps swirling and moving into your elbows, your forearms out into your hands, to the tip of each finger and each thumb so that from the top of your head, all the way down to the tips of your fingers, your very calm. You're deeply relaxed and you're very much a piece now. Allow your attention to rest again on your shoulders, which are very relaxed and very heavy so that you can feel this. Relax ation moving down your back. This it moves into the muscles of your back as they relax, and any tension in your back starts to dissolve as the relax ations all the way down into your lower back so that your entire back is very comfortable and deeply relaxed. Now allow this. Relax ation in your back to drift into your torso in your upper body so you can actually feel it moving into the organs of your upper body, especially your heart, which beats in perfect peace and harmony. And you could feel the relax ation as it drifts out into your lungs and to the center of your breath, and you can feel the relax ation continuing. Does it moves into your stomach and your liver, your intestines and all of your other internal organs, which are very deeply relaxed and functioning in perfect harmony with one another as your entire upper body. Six. Deeper and deeper and deeper into a state of perfect an absolute peace Now allow this relaxation to continue its journey by drifting down into the lower half of your body so that your legs begin to become very heavy and very deeply relaxed. As the relax ation gently moves into your Quander steps, your hamstrings, your thighs has your legs become heavier and heavier and heavier so you could feel the relax ation moving into your knees and into your shins and your cabs as your legs become increasingly heavy and you feel the relax ation moving down into your ankles. No and into your feet. So it drifts out to the very end of your toes so that from the top of your head all the way out to the tips of your toes, you're very deeply relaxed. You're very calm and you're totally at peace. And I'd like you to take just a few moments to continue to relax and to breathe and to enjoy this feeling of incredibly deep peace. 6. How to Use the Contemplation: Hello and welcome to the lecture entitled How to use the contemplation. The exercise following this lecture is the Contemplation to help you seed from a new perspective. However, the contemplation differ slightly from the meditations, so allow me to explain. First off, the contemplation can be done with your eyes opened or closed, whichever is most comfortable for you. Then the contemplation will lead you through a series of questions to gain deeper insight into your situation. Please keep in mind that the questions are not designed for you to think and rationally figure out solutions to your problems. Instead, they are inquiry's thrown out to the universe in a state of relaxation. When your mind is calm, wisdom will provide answers and insights you may not have considered before. You may have insights of clarity or intuitive perceptions and known as aha moments. Or perhaps the contemplation will trigger healing sensations of energy in your body. So whatever it is, your only job will be to relax, to pay attention, and to allow the process to unfold. If you do experience moments of insight, awareness, or healing, then it's a clear indication that the contemplation is a technique that works for you. And if that's the case, keep using it regularly. Then once you've mastered the contemplation, you'll be primed and ready for the deeper meditations that follow in the course. Okay, that's it for the brief discussion on contemplation. And let's go there now and open ourselves up to some wisdom. I'll see you there. 7. Contemplation - Sadness: Thank you for joining me today and allowing me to assist you on your road to peace. Let's start by relaxing deeply. Take a few deep, slow breaths. Until you feel completely centered. Take a moment to be aware of feelings of sadness or happiness. Where do you feel it in your body? If you could put a word or two on that feeling, what would it be? Now? Take a moment to be aware of feelings of sadness or unhappiness with curiosity. What would it be like if that curiosity created beneficial, a gap of detachment between you and those feelings. And those feelings, or not part of UK. But only something you experience. What if he emotions of sadness or happiness? Or only feelings and images created from somewhere long in your past. What if you could shift your perception to allow those emotions to release back to where they came from. What would it be like if your experience of sadness or happiness was the result of negative energy connections to someone or something else. And what if you could effortlessly released connections? Back to why they originated? What would it be like? If you could call back all of your energy you have in appropriately given away to someone else. What if you could actually feel that energy come back into your body? How would that invigorates and enhance your experience of life? 8. Subconscious Emotional Influences: hello and welcome to the lecture on subconscious emotional influences. So the first question, I'd like to ask is, where do subconscious emotional influences come from? And the simple answer to that question is subconsciously emotional influences come from trauma based in your past. However, to understand the concept more fully, it's important to understand the nature of emotion. So there are four main points to understand. First, we must recognize that emotions are born to be experienced, so human beings are designed for growth and experience of life to the fullest, and that includes all of our emotions. Pain, jealousy, anger, enthusiasm, joy, contentment, etcetera are all part of the human experience. So look at a small child who dropped its ice cream cone on the sidewalk. A few moments of intense agony are almost guaranteed, however, in a few minutes after the emotion has been experienced, the tears dry and the child is back to experiencing life. In the moment when emotions are experienced fully, they dissipate. The problem arises when we avoid experiencing unpleasant emotions. We essentially put them in the closet to re emerge at a later date, and they do, sometimes with vigor. And if you're like me, you'll do anything to avoid it. In fact, avoiding unpleasant emotion is a natural response. So that brings us to our second point to understand in regard to underlying emotions. And that is un experienced. Emotions get suppressed into the subconscious mind without conscious knowledge or intention on our part. So what that means is, we don't know we're doing it. And when that happens, they get stuck inside of us. In layman's terms, it's commonly referred to as stuffing your emotions. And for most of us, this happens when were quite young. Our third point to note is suppressed emotions create repeating patterns of pain. Now, when emotions from the past get trapped inside of us in our subconscious mind, they'll continue to recreate uncomfortable circumstances so those emotions can eventually be experienced and released and dissipated into the ether. Emotions want to live out their life cycle. However, if we keep stuffing them down, repeating patterns can last a lifetime. And so this brings us to our fourth point on. Our fourth point is, is that subconscious emotional influences are your creation. So even though they may have been created long ago and it difficult or even abusive interactions with someone else. The emotions living inside of you now are yours and yours alone. It may seem unfair, but that's how it works for everyone. Therefore, past painful emotions are never about someone else. You can't blame anyone else for your problems. They are your creation and your experience on Lee. Other people who trigger your unresolved emotions or your depression, our only props in your one person play. So to kind of emphasize this point a little bit further, let me tell you a brief, hypothetical story about a little girl named Susie. Okay, so Susie's this two year old little girl, and today is a very special day because she gets to drink milk out of a real glass container. So it's not one of those little plastic sucky cups that kids use, but it's a really glass container. Has milk in it. Now her mom is that the stove cooking dinner. She is under a lot of stress. She's the mother of three Children, which Suzy is the youngest, and she's been divorced for a year and 1/2 and hasn't seen a dime of child support, and she's working very hard just to barely make ends meet. So what happens at Susie's in the kitchen, drinking a glass of milk, of course. Long behold, she drops a glass of milk, the glass falls on the ground. It shatters glass and Milko everywhere. And Susie's mom on her wits and spins on Suzy says, Dammit, you'll never amount to anything. Okay, so in that instant, a subconscious emotion was instilled in Susie telling her that that she's not worth anything and for Susie, that's a very depressing. So does that mean she's going to grow up to feel worthless and depressed her whole life? No, of course not. However, she gets that same message over and over again throughout the course of her growing up years. That message is going to be instilled into her subconscious until finally, when she grows up, she will start to see repeating patterns that are associated with not being good enough. So she may get fired from one job after another. She may go from one worthless relationship to another, or she might even start to see it in her physical health. So so that is a typical not a typical, but that is a scenario That's very possible when someone gets suppressed emotion that can create depression. Now, the good news is that the meditations in this course can help you, uh, not only focus and open up to those suppressed emotions that cause depression, but we can also release them through states of relax, ation and healing. Okay, so that's it for this lecture on subconsciously emotional influences. Now let's go to the next lecture and learn how to heal them and let them go permanently. I'll see you there. 9. The Curious Mind: Hello and welcome to the lecture on the curious mind. The following meditation is a very simple guided meditation that could be a great starting technique to create a lasting sense of inner calm and peace. As you will find, it cultivates a certain level of necessary detachment between you and any internal sadness or unhappiness you may have. So as you sink into the meditation, you realize that whatever unwanted emotions you may have our Onley emotions you're experiencing. So, in other words, your sadness where your unhappiness is not you, it's only something that's happening to you and you will experience. This awareness creates a beneficial space between you and the emotion, a very helpful gap that enhances the process of letting the emotion go completely. Please keep in mind that creating an internal sense of emotional detachment does not mean you will not engage in your life fully afterwards. In fact, just the opposite is true. In fact, you'll be able to engage fully. It'll just be in the present moment, and you won't be burdened with unwanted emotions that may come from somewhere in your past or from an imagined future. So in the following meditation Here's what we're gonna do. First, we'll start with a clear cut intention of creating lasting inner peace. Then you'll sit or lie in a comfortable position and then next on guide you into a deeply relaxed state. Then, when you're there, we'll have you become aware of any sadness or unhappiness that you feel they don't ask you to pay attention to where you feel it in your body. It may be in your head, your heart or your stomach or wherever. Also, if you give bombarded with met with mental mind chatter or distracting thoughts, just let them come and go, like watching clouds drifting by in this guy. Next, you'll simply pay attention to the emotions as you're experiencing them. So be curious. Say to yourself, something like, Oh, isn't that interesting? I feel sadness in my heart, How curious. And as you focus on that experience, you'll begin to feel a weakening a softening or letting go of the emotion then will direct the emotion to release. You may feel it as it begins to spend or swirl or move out of your body. It may also start to let go or to dissolve in some way, and they create interesting sensations in your body, like tingling, warmth or deep peace. But whatever happens, keep your focus on what's taking place. Don't wallow in the emotion, but stay with it until it's completely gone. And then when it's gone, all that's left will be deep peace. Okay, that's it for the curious mind. It's all very easy. So all you have to do is relax. Pay attention, and I'll do the rest. So let's go to the meditation now and be curious about creating peace. I'll see you there. 10. Meditation - The Curious Mind: Hello and welcome to the meditation on the curious mind. What I would like you to do before we begin is to get yourself seated in a comfortable position. Close your eyes, take a deep breath and we'll start to relax. Now, what I would like you to do before we get started is to locate the emotion of interest that you would like to release in this meditation. Pay attention for a moment. I feel it in your body. Notice where it is, and if you could put a word or two on that feeling, what would you call it? Okay, just go ahead and allow that feeling to release. You can forget about it for just a moment, and then we'll to get medication. So go ahead, take a deep breath and relax, and we'll get started. If you've ever dropped a pebble into a serene, calm pool of water, then you've learned something about how to let go. It's very relaxing toe watch. The ripples slowly and move out as the pebble floats effortlessly to the bottom of the pool , drifting, floating and coming effortlessly to rest. And I don't know, but I do know that everyone has a place they can go a relaxing space deep down inside, where they can really let go of all of their cares of all of their concerns and wonder at the wonder of those waves of relax ation at that smooth heaviness of arms and legs. As relax ation continues. Maybe it was the warm smoothness of the soft white sand. You could hold it in your hand and watch it flow effortlessly through your fingers, the same sand that flows through an hourglass hour after hour after hour with nothing to do for a while. Except let go and flow heavy sand while you are listening to those waves of relax ation secure inside and out while you were sitting there forgetting to make three effort. It takes Teoh even try to be aware off when or where that relax ation began and the soothing sounds or sensations were. And as you continue to breathe and to relax, I'd like you to feel the emotions that we talked about earlier. Inside, no, and maybe even outside of your body. Allow your attention to gently rest and focus on those feelings without judgment, without analysis and without criticism and If the feelings don't come up readily, just pretend you can feel them and it distracting thoughts. Come up. Just let them drip through like clouds floating by in the sky. Now bring your awareness back to your emotions of interest and simply pay attention as you experience those feelings. Bi curious, say to yourself something like, Oh, isn't that interesting? I'm feeling that emotion wherever you're feeling it in your body. How curious. It's fascinating, and as you focus on that experience, you will begin to feel a weakening, a softening or letting go up the feeling it may begin to spin to swirl or to move out of your body. It may start to dissolve or let go where it may create interesting sensations like tingly, warm, very deep peace. But whatever happens, keep your focus on what's taking place. Don't wallow in the emotion, but relax and stay with until it's gone. So stay with these experience for a few moments in silence, and you don't have to do anything except relax and allow your curious mind to do all the work for you as you continue to breathe and to relax and to enjoy your experience I'd like to remind you that any healing or release that has taken place today is permanent and goes with you from this day forward to improve and to enhance every aspect of your life. So go ahead, take another deep breath, relax and when you are ready and there's absolutely no hurry. But when you feel like you're done and you feel like you've had enough, you could slowly open your eyes and gently drift back in to the conscious world anyone I know. 11. Age Regression: hello and welcome to the lecture on age regression. It's not always necessary, but there are times when finding the root cause to a problem can produce enormous therapeutic benefit. Age regression is a detective's approach to emotional healing. It requires a bit of digging around that could be an extremely effective tool. So in the following meditation, here's what we'll do first. We'll start by relaxing very deeply. Then I'll have you identify your unwanted feeling and where you feel it in your body. After that, we'll have you imagine yourself going back in time to the first time that you experienced that emotion. If nothing, if nothing comes, just pretend that you could feel it. And then when you get there into the past, I'll ask the question. Is this a new feeling or a familiar feeling you felt before and just trust your answer? If the answer is I felt it before, then we'll continue to go back in time, and we'll repeat the process until the answer is This feeling is new. You may end up somewhere you never expected, like in your crib or your mother's womb or some place that makes no sense. But don't worry about the details. Just trust the process. And then once we've identified the first time you experience that emotion, will simply release it to the past and allow it to dissolve. Then you'll continue to relax and observe the emotion until it's gone. Okay, that's easy enough. So let's go to the meditation now and we'll heal the past. I'll see you there. 12. Meditation - Age Regression: miracles are a natural and constant occurrence in everyone's life. They are part of a divine scheme. Sometimes they are soft, but very often they are not. And we can recognize miracle and the grace from which they float very often in our relationship. After all, spirituality is about relationships with ourselves. Our families, our friends are calling, and our community, our environment, our world and our God challenges and relationships can basically be traced to hurt. You either hurt someone where you get hurt, and this discord can often manifest itself in the external world as difficulties in health , finances, career, lack of spiritual growth or even in the relationships themselves. This is because our experiences in the external world are essentially a reflection of our own internal world, and the makeup of our internal world is heavily influenced by our relationships. My God, this is why we encounter custom made life situations to you, which are designed especially for us. In the face of those situations, we can experience true love by forgiving and seeking forgiveness from those we have heard. In that process, our hearts flower and we begin to experience grace once again, another way to say is greater. You love greater nor experience a grace and miracles will be So let's let ourselves go and expand into the world of love and the slow of miracles and grace. So as you continue to breathe, does you continue to relax? What I'd like you to do now is to call up your emotion of interest just allowed to come into your awareness. Not so it's overwhelming. Just so it has your complete and full attention, pay attention to where you feel it in your body. Now, when that emotion has your complete and full attention gonna ask you to drift back in time to the very first time that you experience this emotion using your imagination, I'm going with your first impression. I'd like you to go there now. Just allow yourself to be in that situation. Pay attention to how old you are, who you're with and what's happening. And I'd like you to be in that experience fully. And as you're in that past experience, I'd like you to ask yourself the question. Is this the first time I felt this feeling or is this a familiar feeling I felt before and just go with your first impression with an answer to that question. If your answer is this is the first time I felt this feeling. Go ahead and stay here. But if this is a familiar feeling that you felt before, I'm gonna ask you to drift back in time once again going to the very first time that you experienced this emotion. Then when you get there, I want you to be in the experience fully as if you were actually there. And I want you to ask yourself the question one more time. Just the first time I felt this feeling. Where is this a familiar feeling I felt before. I can go with your first impression to that answer. This is the first time he felt this feeling you could stay right here. If it's a familiar feeling you felt before just gonna continue to drift back in time one more time, back to the very first time you experience that feeling. Go ahead, take another deep breath. Can I want you to be in this past experience that as if you were actually there, their attention to the details, attention to who you're with, pay attention to what's happening, and I want you to observing in a slightly detached way. And as that emotion comes up, I want you to release it back into the past. So just allow that emotion to rise up and out of your body, to dissolve, to transform or to explode into color. But just allow it to drift into the past. Releasing the past, releasing the past, releasing the past and just take a few moments in silence on allow this experience to run its course, releasing emotions into the past. - Now , as you continue to breathe and to relax, just allow the release process to continue and to gently and successfully come conclusion to run its full course. And then when you're ready, you can take your time. There's no hurry, but I'd like you to relive this experience again. Except this time I wanted to turn out the way you wanted it to turn out. Maybe you have the perfect parents there to support you or the perfect people. Maybe it was a perfect situation where you're totally supported and just wrapped an unconditional love. So it turns out feeling incredibly wonderful even more than you can imagine. There may be. People are circumstances. Events too deeply support you and love you through this whole process. Just take a few moments to go through that process, and I want you to pay very close attention to how wonderful it feels. Have the situation turned out the way you wanted it to? Maybe even more than you could imagine. Just a Let allow that experience to unfold in front of you now. No anyone with . Now, as you continue to breathe to relax, to sink deeply into this experience, I want you to pay very close attention to the positive feelings and sensations that you've created in this moment and allow those to sink deeply into the fabric of who you are into the very essence of your being and deeply into your subconscious. So these feelings will go with you permanently from the state, forward to shape, to enhance the quality of your life in every way possible and imaginable. So soak it all in, take it in as deeply as you can. There's absolutely no hurry. And when you feel ready and when you feel like it's time, you can slowly open your eyes and gently drift back in to the conscious world. No, no, 13. Releasing Attachments: Oh, and welcome to the lecture on releasing attachments. Have you ever been around someone who drains your energy where you simply feel worse after you think of them or after you spent time with them? It may be someone you know, or it may be even be someone who's no longer alive and a rare occasions. It could be even someone you don't know if you ask yourself the question. Is anyone sucking my energy? Chances are, if you say yes, you'll know exactly who it iSS. Furthermore, you can actually feel where the connection is in your body as if you're attached by some type of invisible M. Belykh accord. This energy zapping happens on a subconscious level and is essentially an unbalanced give and take of the life force. Left unchecked, it can lower your personal vitality, create mental fatigue and affect your physical health. However, more often than not, these unwanted connections can be very easy to let go. So here's how we'll do it in the next meditation. First, you'll drift down into a deeply relaxed state. Then I'll have you draw your attention to the location of where you feel the attachment in your body. Once you locate it, you'll simply allow the attachment to release by sending it back to where it came from. Then, after that, we'll call back your energy that you've inappropriately given away to someone or something else. And hopefully you'll actually be able to feel your energy, come back into your body very noticeably and feel the very positive difference. Okay, it's not much to it. Very simple. So let's go to the releasing attachments Meditation now, and I'll see you there. 14. Meditation - Releasing Attachments: Hello and welcome to the meditation on releasing attachments. So before we begin, what I would like you to do is to get yourself in a very comfortable position. Close your eyes, take a deep breath and will begin the process of relaxing. But before we do, what I would like you to do is to do a sensory scan of your body and to see if you can feel if anyone is sucking your energy. So just take a moment to see if you can feel that location in your body and then just forget about it, and we'll come back to it later in the meditation. So go ahead and take another deep breath and begin to relax more deeply. Let go of any worries and concerns of the day. Just leave them on the other side of your door and as you breathe again, allow your body to start to become heavy. Very heavy. In fact, your body is so heavy it feels like it's not even there at all. And as you continue to gently breathe, I'd like you to imagine yourself in a very peaceful and relaxing forest, and before you in this force is a magical trail leading through the trees and you can see in the distance the trail winds its way down toe an incredibly beautiful meadow. So you follow the trail as it takes you into relax ation more and more with each effortless step, and soon you find yourself on the edge of a glorious meadow. The sun is shining and the weather is perfect, making you even more and more relaxed for in deep peace. You walk out into the meadow and lie in the soothing and comforting green, and as you look above you see clouds drifting by sinking you into a deeper and deeper state of calm and effortless piece. All is peaceful, calm and relaxed, peaceful, calm and relaxed, peaceful, calm and relaxed. And as you continue to drift into a state of very deep piece, I'm going to count backwards from five, using the words down and deeper to take you into even a deeper state of relaxation. So number five feel yourself going down, down, drifting deeper in deeper. Four drifting down, down deeper and deeper. Three. Drifting down, down deeper and deeper, and to drifting down, down, deeper and deeper. Anyone drifting down down deeper and deeper. And as you continue to relax and drift into a state of deeper piece, I want you to take another deep breath and just allow yourself to sink in just a little more deeply. And as you continue to breathe and to relax, I'd like you to feel the location in your body where the energy sucking umbilical cord is attached. No, it may be in your stomach, your bag, your forehead or wherever, and as you allow your attention to gently rest on that location with intent, simply allow back cord to release. And as it releases, send it back to wherever it came from. Whether you are aware or not of where you're sending it to feel that energetic sucking cord leaving your body now, what I would like you to do is to call back all of your energy that you've inappropriately given away to anyone else. I feel that energy as it comes back in to your body, and you'll noticeably feel the difference as your energy comes back to you. But now be aware of the location where that umbilical cord of energy was attached and allow that part of your body and your energy field to heal and whatever way possible. And and as it heals on a very deep level, notice how there is no way possible for an energy sucking court to reattach. Allow that area of your body to be protected whole and energized. Now allow yourself to rest in focused. Relax ation for a few moments in silence as the healing process continues to deepen and fortify your body, your mind and your soul. - No . So just continue to breathe and to relax, has your body in your mind and your soul engage in the healing process and keep in the back of your awareness that the release of draining energy and the calling back of your own is permanent. And it goes with you from this day forward to enhance every aspect of your life as deeply as you can feel in your body, in your mind and in your soul. So take it all in as deeply as you can, and when you feel like the time is right and there is no hurry. But when you feel like you're finished and you feel like you've had enough, you can slowly open your eyes and gently drift back in to the conscious world. - Okay , 15. Taking Action: Hello and welcome to the lecture on taking action. If you've made it this far in the course, then you're serious about overcoming your challenge with emotions, and you've had at least enough energy to make it all the way to the end. So well done. You have my admiration. I know firsthand that when you're feeling sad or unhappy, there is nothing more difficult and taking the necessary action to keep you from being that way. But that's what I'm here to inspire you to do. It's time to get out of bed, get off the couch and get off your phone and get away from your TV and your computer. So here's what I want you to do. The following meditation is a meditation on motivation. I want you to not only watch it, but to soak in the energy that's coming out of the meditation. If you can actually do that and continue to watch a daily, then find the homework assignment attached to this course, where you will be required to do three things that you love to do. And if you can't think of three things you love to do, then pick three things you think you might like to do so. Whatever it is you decide to do, it must include at least one other person. Interacting with other people is essential in overcoming sadness and unhappiness because it helps get you out of yourself. And if you really want to go for it, go visit someone else who has it worse off than you do. Go read stories to sick Children, visit a nursing home or visit someone who's disabled. You'll be amazed at how much you have to give life. Giving interaction of that magnitude can have a way of making some unhappiness seem meaningless. And after you've decided what to do and when you're involved in doing it, notify me through this platform so I can hold you accountable. I'd be more than happy to help you do that. Okay, that's it for this lecture. Now let's go out there and put this course into action. 16. Meditation - Motivation, Passion, and Protection: Hello and welcome to the meditation on motivation, passion and protection. Let's start this meditation by making ourselves comfortable, so within a wreck spine and will be into relax. So what I would like to do first, to begin the relax ation process is to take a few deep breaths in three or nose and out through your nose so they had inhale nice and slowly and then exhale. Do this for a few times until you become deeply relax, and if your mind wanders, that's Norman. Just bring your attention and your awareness back to your breath. - And with your next inhalation, I'd like you to breathe in the sensation of relax ation, so breathe in and allow the relax ation. Tow anti your lungs and to begin to expand throughout your entire body so you can feel the relax ation in your heart and in your mind and at all the extremities of your physical body to your feet, your hands and your fingers top of your head, and allowed this relax ation to just wash over your body like a very comfortable way of deep peace. Would you allow yourself to become more and more perfectly relaxed and and more deeply at peace while you breathe and relax as you breathe. And does your relax coming more and more deeply aware the presence of relax ation that you feel inside your body and perhaps even outside of your body as you continue to breathe, does you continue to relax? Breathe, relax, breathe, relax. Just allow yourself to sink down into even a deeper and deeper state of relaxation. Coming very peaceful, very calm and deeply at ease as your breathing slows down. So it is your mind as you relax and as you breathe and as you breathe and dodgy relax and as you continue to slow down and unwind, let go to open up. No, I would like you to ask yourself the question in regard to this meditation askew, breathe and as you more deeply relax. Why am I engaged in this meditation? And in this course of self reflection three. Relax and just take a moment to contemplate on that question. Why are you engaged? This meditation in this course of self reflection, what is it you want again? What is it you and then? And as you reflect on the answer to those questions. I want you to allow those questions to form the inner truth of what you're doing and to set the foundation for your motivation. So allow yourself to reflect on your own inner truth way. And as you continue to sink more deeply into the awareness of their own inner truth, there's something that's just outside of your awareness right now, and it's about to make itself known. It may be a spark fire, a passion, excitement, tingling peace or whatever it ISS. So take just a moment and allow that sensation. You come into your awareness and pay very close attention to where you feel it in your body . And as you continue to gently rest your attention, whatever it is that has come into your own awareness being a spark fire passion our excitement, I want you to feel it into the very core of your being. You're. And as you feel, this'll object of awareness consigned the core of your being. Whatever it ISS, I want you to allow it to expand into every cell of your body, strengthening and intensifying as it goes. Thats feeling of passion. Excitement fire a spark and allow it to resonate, tingle and to become alive in every single cell of your body and now allow this sensation to intensify and to grow and to integrate into the very fabric of your being and allow this passion to merge with your motivation. Deeply, strongly international fire of excitement and passion, emerging with your motivation of why you're doing what you're doing. Allow those to merge for a few minutes now that you continue to relax to allow this incredible experience, motivation and passion merging together into the fabric of your being. I want you to create a protective barrier around this incredible passion, this incredible motivation and allow it to encapsulate you and deformed this sheet of protection around your entire body. He may seem like translucent gold or blue or whatever it ISS. It's almost like it's an energy field of protection around your body, and this emotional protective layer will not only protect your passion and your motivation , we'll also keep you emotionally strong and intact in the event of a setback or perceived failure. So feel that protection around your passion around your motivation and allowed those three elements to form this one motivation, passion, protection and as this continues to integrated the fabric of your being, I want you to imagine taking these three elements acting as one in your being and imagine yourself taking your motivation, your passion and your protection into the future and pay very close attention how your future has improved and has changed. All right, continue to breathe and to relax until allow this entire experience to integrate deeply, deeply into your being and into your subconscious. And know that the motivation, passion and the protection go with you permanently from this day forward to help you achieve the goals you have set for yourself that you continue to breathe to relax. When you're ready, there's absolutely no hurry at all. When you feel like you're finished, we could slowly open your eyes and drift back into the conscious way. No work. 17.
