About This Class

Welcome to Guided Meditations for the Golden Age of Awareness. Over the last three or four decades, humanity has gone through an unprecedented leap in evolution. In our external world, it can easily be seen because it's expressed in our technology.

There's also a parallel evolution going on inside of us. Our awareness is exponentially expanding because we're learning how to tap into our vast inner worlds, in a way that's never been done before. Furthermore, the challenges facing us on the planet today are inspiring us to discover our inner realms and explore beyond the limits of the three-dimensional physical world. Many people are calling this the Golden Age of Awareness.

In this experiential and thought-provoking course, I'll provide lectures, contemplations, guided meditations, and homework. These will help you gain personal insight and expansion into your experience of the higher aspects of yourself, during these evolutionary times.

Topics in the course will include:

Although there are no prerequisites for this course, some experience in meditation will be helpful. But more than anything, what you really need is a burning desire to take a realistic look at our world, then take the necessary action to expand yourself and your experience of reality.

Furthermore, there's a parallel evolution going on inside of us. Our awareness is exponentially expanding because we're learning how to tap into our vast inner worlds in a way that's never been done before. The challenges facing us on the planet today are inspiring us to discover those perceptions and explore beyond the limits of the three dimensional physical world. Many people are calling this the golden age of awareness. Hello, my name's Joseph Drumheller. I've been working in the worlds of meditation and healing since 1991. I'm also a four time award winning author and spent six years working as a clinical hypnotherapist in a cancer radiation treatment clinic. I've also helped numerous students and clients opened up to their vast inner worlds in this experiential and thought provoking course. I'll provide lectures, contemplations, guided meditations and homework to help provide personal insight and expansion into your experience of the higher aspects of yourself. during this evolutionary time. This course is very near and dear to my heart, because I've experienced the incredible expansion of these times firsthand, and I've seen the enormous benefit it is caused in the lives of my family, my friends, my clients and my students. So thanks so much for interest in this course. Now let's go to class now and begin the journey into your expanding universe. I'll see you there 2. Intro: Hello and welcome to the Introduction to guided meditations for the golden age of awareness. If you've taken any of my other online courses, then you've probably noticed I more or less stick to certification courses or individual topics regarding growth or healing. However, in this class, I'm going to step back and look at the bigger picture and hopefully inspire you to launch your inner journey during this remarkable times of transition. I'm also going to take a brief look at some of the enormous challenges we're facing at this time. Obviously one person or maybe even all of us together can't solve these problems. However, the reason I'm bringing them up is to encourage you to take charge of something that you can have an impact on. And that's your own perception of how you want your personal life to be. For most of us are only real arenas of influence are the little bubbles we live in. If we place our focus, they are collectively than maybe together. We do have the power to create a positive and powerful transition. In this course, you'll find an assortment of lectures, contemplations, and meditation's to help you expand your inner world. As you prepare to dive into this course, I'd like to make a few recommendations. First, make sure to watch the lectures in each section before doing the contemplations or the meditation's, they have valuable information that will help you maximize their effectiveness. And don't forget to do the verification sheet homework that will help you chart your progress. If you find the contemplations and medications are making a noticeable impact in your life, then keep doing them regularly. Daily would be ideal. Also, if it's possible find someone else or a group of people to take the course with. We're going to need each other during these days that lie ahead. So try not to go it alone. Also, don't hesitate to reach out to other students on this platform. They may be able to write answers, insight, encouragement that are just beyond your reach. Remember they're interested in the same thing you are, namely expanding into the golden age of awareness. So thanks once again for your interest in this course. The Importance of Deep Relaxation: Hello and welcome to the lecture on the importance of deep relaxation. Deep relaxation is a crucial element in meditation and will be the foundation of your personal expansion. As you evolve into the golden age of awareness. When you're deeply relaxed, the subconscious mind will open up, exposing you to realms beyond the physical three-dimensional world. So if you're interested in growing and maturing at this critical time in human history, then it's absolutely imperative to learn and master the initial step, which is deep relaxation. The first thing to understand is that deep relaxation is a learned skill. This is important to understand, so I'll say it again. The Art of deep relaxation is a learned skill. So like anything else, it's worth learning. It takes practice, it takes commitment, and it takes discipline. Now, with that said, let me remind you that the discipline of learning how to relax is a very pleasant discipline. It feels wonderful. So setting time aside to do it is something that you can look forward to. So let's look a little deeper at deep relaxation and ask a few questions. First one is, how often should I practice? Well, if you're just starting out, I highly recommend doing it daily. For most people, the most convenient times, our first thing in the morning, or just before going to bed in the evening. So for example, I meditate every evening just before going to bed at night for about 15 minutes or so. Also, if you're starting out, I suggest using some type of guided meditation, audio or video, such as the meditations in this course. It's much easier when someone guides you through the process. Plus the results tend to be much more noticeable, insignificant, with the help of a guide. Next question I'd like to ask are, what are the benefits? It's a good question. As you progress and develop in your own meditation practice, relaxation will start to become part of your subconscious. That means relaxation will become interwoven into the fabric of your being. When that happens, you'll be able to enter or relaxed state at will. When you're walking, standing in line at the grocery store and driving your car during breaks at work, or even in the middle of a challenging conversation. Another way to say it is learning to relax will reduce your overall level of stress. And that will be extremely beneficial in your personal evolution. Also, as you master the art of deep relaxation, the techniques in this course will become much more effective. In the following deep relaxation exercise. Try to let go as much as you can and attempt to do nothing as deeply as possible. The energy of relaxation will do the rest. So use this meditation regularly and start opening the channels to integrate relaxation into the fabric of your being. Okay, that's it for this lecture. I'll see you at the relaxation exercise. 4. The Verification Sheet: Hello and welcome to the lecture on the verification sheet. The work we're doing in this course can have a very powerful and positive effect on your subconscious mind. There's a cause and effect component to it. If your intention is to heal or create something, and then you put some effort into it. Chances are results will occur. The same is true with meditation exercises. Furthermore, as you work along with the contemplations and meditation's, you may notice that certain aspects of your life to improve over and above what we actually worked on. These are referred to as side benefits and they're very common in this type of work. For example, as you work along on specific areas, you may also notice an increase in your creativity, a boost in your health perhaps, or a windfall in your finances, or possibly improvement in your relationships. So in order to increase your overall level of alertness, I've created the verification sheet. It's attached as a resource file. Download it and pull it out once a week while you're using the meditation's and see if you can check up any of the boxes. If you can. It's a clear indication that what we're doing is actually working. So have some fun with checking your progress and please enjoy using the verification sheet. 5. How to Use the Contemplations: Hello and welcome to the lecture entitled How to use the contemplations. In this course, I've created a number of contemplation exercises to assist you in gaining insight into expanding yourself into the golden age of awareness. The contemplations will give you the opportunity to reflect and perhaps shift your perception of reality and the underlying influences that shaped your decision-making and your behavior. The contemplations also differ slightly from the meditation. So allow me to explain. First off, it's important to acknowledge that everyone processes internal information differently. For some, meditations are the way to go. Because the meditations take them deep into their subconscious mind to open the doors of profound awareness. And that's great. However, some people are more suited for contemplation because their minds are more reflective and more cerebral. So if your inclination is a little more mental than I've included some contemplations for you. And of course, you may be comfortable with both contemplation and meditation. And that's great too. One difference with the contemplations is that they can be done with your eyes opened, Closed, whichever is most comfortable for you. Then they will lead you through a series of relaxed questions to help you gain deeper awareness into your thinking. Please keep in mind that the questions are not designed for you to think and rationally figure out solutions. Instead, their inquiry's thrown out to the universe in a state of relaxation. When your mind is calm, wisdom will provide the answers and insights that you may not have considered before. You may have intuitive flashes of clarity known as aha moments. Or perhaps the questions will trigger healing sensations of energy in your body. But no matter what happens, it will be your job to relax, to pay attention, and to allow the process to unfold. Also, if you do experience moments of insight, awareness, or healing, then it's a clear indication that the contemplations are a technique that work for you. And if that's the case, keep using them regularly. Okay. That's it for the brief discussion on the contemplations. Let's continue on and explore your expanding sense of self. I'll see you there. 6. Exercise - Deep Relaxation: hello and welcome to the meditation on deep relaxation. So let's get started by getting in a comfortable position. Close your eyes. Take a deep breath. We'll begin to relax. Throughout the course of my life, I've been amazed. Oh, and mesmerized by the power of words. Seemingly simple sentences and praises can have an intentional or unintentional impact on the entire course. But someone's life. Personally, I've always been fascinated by the word relax ation. It's a word that can't really be grasped by many other similar work, like peaceful, calm or serene or effortless, tranquil, soothing or rest ful. And some of my favorite relaxing words are very often found in nature, like a gentle sky or a placid lake, a cool breeze or the stillness at night. And sometimes an image can capture the same feeling like a silver moon or emotion, this lake majesty of a glorious mountain peak. What the divinity of a golden sunset words and the images all lead us to a sacred space deep inside way are at one and at ease in a state of blissful and serene peace. Very calm, very peaceful and very deeply relaxed, very calm, very peaceful, and very deeply relaxed. Calm, peaceful, relaxed call. Peaceful, relaxed, peaceful. Relax, relax. Relax. What I would like you to do now is to imagine yourself above some beautiful place. A healing place, a sanctuary place. Asai, count backwards from five. Using the words down and deeper. No, I'd like you to drift down to this place and into a very deep and peaceful state of calm. A peaceful relaxation. Number five. Feel yourself going down, down drifting deeper and deeper. Four drifting down, down drifting deeper and deeper. Three drifting down and down. Deeper, deeper two drifting down, down deeper and deeper. And one drifting down, down deeper and deeper and deeper. If you are now in your sanctuary place, I just ask that you imagine yourself being there as if you were actually there. And with every detail that you notice, I'd like it to take you into a deeper and deeper place of calm and peaceful. Relax, ation. So you become calm, peaceful and deeply. Relax, calm, peaceful and deeply relaxed. Call peace relaxed. Call peaceful. Relax. So go ahead and take one more deep breath. And when you are ready, there's absolutely no hurry. But when you feel like you're ready and slowly open your eyes and release the meditation way 7. Introduction - Bumps in the Road: hello and welcome to the introduction to bumps in the road. In spiritual circles, there's a saying that goes energy flows where attention goes in order to manifest the positive. It's a great idea to focus on positive outcomes. However, in the historic 21st century, it won't serve anyone to ignore the obvious dark clouds looming on the horizon. So we need to look at both a positive future and the immediate warning signs. As I mentioned earlier, we're heading into the golden age of awareness. We're on the threshold of this historic evolution and transition. Everything we've experienced as human beings throughout history has led us to where we are right now. We were born to live through these times, and there will be no going back. Global climate change, Catastrophic flyers pandemic viruses are all just external writing on the wall for this significant era of transformation. Sometimes it seems like what is coming is overwhelming and inevitable. It may be very possible that the only control we have is how we will experience it. Will it be tragic, or will it be miraculous? Over the course of my life, I have seen many people, including myself, go through major life transitions more often than not. In the beginning, it looks like their entire life has fallen apart. Maybe they lost someone they loved through death or divorce. Maybe they contracted a life threatening disease. Or maybe they experienced a huge reversal in fortune. Many times it seems like what's happening is beyond their control. But it's really being orchestrated by their own subconscious mind. It's pushing them down the path of personal growth to find the deeper parts of themselves, like strength, intention, commitment, resolve or a tangible connection to their spirituality. In short, they're forced to give up certain things in order to create a better, more mature and evolved version of themselves. I'm of the pitch of the opinion that humanity as a whole is going through a similar maturing process directed by our collective subconscious. The only question is, will we find the deeper and more evolved version of who we're meant to be in the following lectures, I'll be touching briefly on particular global challenges. However, it's important to note that all of them are rooted in disconnection from ourselves from each other and from the higher consciousness that binds us all together. What follows are things we may need to give up in order to successfully negotiate this transition together. So I'll give you a few moments to ponder that before we move on to the next lecture. I'll see you there. 8. Bump #1 - Greed vs. Wealth: Hello and welcome to the brief lecture entitled Bump Number one. Greed versus Well. In order to pull through this transition as a more mature and evolve species, we may need to have to give up our selfish attachment to money. The only problem is that the entire global economic system is entrenched and fixated on the short sighted vision of maximizing profits, and the profits in that system need to be maximized as quickly as possible. The net result has been exploitation of people and nature. An acceleration in consuming, limited resource is on an overpopulated planet and the resulting egregious disparity of wealth. We cannot collectively thrive under such conditions. With such limited foresight, the entire system may fall apart. Part of our increase in collective awareness will not only be an understanding but actually experiencing that we're all connected. On a deeper level. Finances are just a external expression of that deeper connection. The Corona virus outbreak of 2020 was a forceful reminder where one suffers. We all suffer not only physically but financially as well. A system focused exclusively on short term gain and the hoarding of resource is for a select few is leading us down a path of no return. Can we adjust our thinking and behavior to create a system where one thrives, We all thrive? Perhaps it can start by readjusting our concept of what wealth really is. What if our concept of wealth stretched beyond the traditional perceptions of wealth, which usually is limited to stockpiling things and money? What if it included physical and emotional health, the quality of our relationships and a collective sense of well being? For all in the flowing contemplation? Let's take a few minutes to ponder the ideas of a more expansive and comprehensive definition of wealth. I'll see you there. 9. Contemplation - What is Wealth?: Let's start by slowing down the mind, get comfortable and take a few deep breaths until you feel deeply relaxed. - Take a moment to reflect. What does wealth mean to you? Is it the money you have house you live in the things you own or the car you drive? Or is it something more? - What if your concept of wealth stretched beyond the traditional perceptions of wealth to include your physical and emotional health, the quality of your relationships on your overall well being? No. What if your experience of wealth included living your best possible life filled with options to make positive choices? - What if your experience of wealth included not only financial wellness but also opened a path of self discovery to experience the higher aspects of your being? - See how your expansive experience of wealth has a positive impact on yourself, your family, your friends, organizations on your community? Enjoy that vision deeply. Maybe your inner truth. No 10. Bump #2 - Overpopulation: hello and welcome to the lecture entitled Bump Number Two. Overpopulation. When people talk about taking steps to reduce the human impact on the environment, you hear things like reducing the carbon footprint, and that's all fine and dandy. But rarely does anyone discuss the number one environmental threat, which is overpopulation. It seems like the topic is a giant, uncontrollable elephant in the room of life, and no one knows what to do about it. Science and common sense are telling us that exponential population growth is not sustainable. As a species, we're way out of balance. The population of the planet has more than doubled in my lifetime alone. We've been beyond the carrying capacity of the planet for quite some time, and it's had a profound impact on every other creature living on this planet. Nature gravitates towards balance and equilibrium. If we cannot take conscious steps to reduce our numbers, then it's a good chance nature will do it for us. And who knows what that will look like? However, if you do the math and there was only one new child per family, human population would trend toward sustainable numbers, and only one or two generations. However, overcoming the immensely powerful urge to co create seemed like a task beyond human capability. It seems that to consciously control ourselves on that level would take some form of radical inspiration. Perhaps it would take some type of powerful influence from an overriding supernatural force like a miracle, and we'll get to those later on in this course. So now that I brought our attention toe a seemingly insurmountable obstacle, please join me in the next contemplation. Where will exercise our powers of creative visualization to ponder the problem of overpopulation? I'll see you there. 11. Contemplation - A Sustainable World: thank you for joining me today and allowing me to assist you on your road to sustainable peace. Let's start by relaxing deeply. Take a few deep slow breaths until you feel completely centered. - Take a moment and consider the human inhabitants of our planet. How and where do you find yourself? As one in the billions? Are you calm? Are you at peace? Way? Nature is in constant search of balance and equilibrium. What would it be like if the population of our planet naturally gravitated? Toe a peaceful state of stability way How would you feel if the population on the planet I was able to not only survive but thrive in a symbiotic relationship with our home called Earth? What would that look like to you? - If you can imagine how the numbers of our species arrives at a sustainable and healthy level? What would it take? Where would our higher level of consciousness come into play? You If you could do anything in your life to bring it into a place of health, sustainability, equilibrium, balance and stability, what would it be? How would you feel? Way. Okay, 12. Bump #3 - Disregard for Nature: Hello and welcome to the lecture entitled Bump Number Three. Disregard for Nature. If you want to get me stirred up, then talk to me about abusing the planet. I'm talking about nature, Mother Earth at our home. It's from here where we have come, the very source that feeds us and nurtures us. We've done an extremely poor job in expressing our gratitude for this gift of life. Sometimes we treat the sacredness of our home as if it doesn't exist. I was born with a deep spiritual connection to nature. By the time I was four or five years old, I knew exactly what that meant. And that connection inspired me to study geology in the hope of experience, the vast a lightness of nature in the furthest, unexplored regions of the planet. I've been very lucky in that regard. However, I've asked myself time and again. Why was I born in this heart retching era? I've had to watch people mindlessly consume and trash the planet the life of which I hold most dear. And I often wonder, when will the earth respond? Well, I don't wonder anymore because the time is at hand and I could go on and on, but I won't whether we acknowledge it or not. We are deeply connected this planet physically, emotionally and spiritually. It does not need us, but we need it for everything to explain. Nature is nothing more than a commodity without regard, knowledge or experience of its life. Giving spirit isn't just ignorant, it's suicide. So let's take a few precious minutes to think about it and join me in the next contemplation. May it lead you to ponder your inner truth about this wonderful place we call home. I'll see you there. 13. Contemplation - Nature: thank you for joining me today to contemplate the off nature, take a few deep, slow breaths, relax, unwind and begin to open up. - Take a moment to consider where we have all come from. How would it feel? And what would it look like if we had a deep sense of gratitude for the planet that feeds and nurtures us? Take another moment to consider some of the underwear acts people have done toe harm or mind what, This? No. What would it be like if humans could allow the resiliency of nature to thrive while assistant to nurture us in a way that is healthy for both us and the planet way? What would it be like if you could actually experience on and appreciate it the life giving presence that exists behind the Plas Matic three dimensional physical world way? How would our lives change if we could actually interact with life force behind the veil of nature in a very meaningful, purposeful way? How would that change the way we treat our home called Earth 14. Solution #1 - Connecting to the Higher Aspects of Yourself: hello and welcome to the lecture entitled Solution Number One. Connecting to the higher aspects of yourself. It's common knowledge that as human beings, we only use a small percentage of our brain would have. Part of our evolution during this time is learning how to tap into the parts of our brain that have been underutilized. And what if that way of using our brain is different than rational thinking and the use of the intellectual thought process? There's been quite a bit of attention lately focused on accessing the higher aspects of our consciousness, and what I'm referring to is not a religious belief or some fluffy new aged idealism. What I'm talking about is a tangible neurobiological change that happens in your brain. It's a physical, flush, emotionless, last neurological slash spiritual experience that creates a shift in the way you perceive reality. For most people, it happens in a meditative state. Once you experience it, you'll never forget it. You'll also never be the same again. Over the past two decades or more, millions of people across the entire planet have gone through experiences awakening them to their higher levels of consciousness. When we reached a tipping point. Some people think it will open our collective doors into the golden age of awareness. The resulting benefits of such awakenings are countless, but they include the experience of regular deep peace, elevated intuition, clarity and decision making and experiencing higher human virtues such as healing, creativity, love, joy, purpose, enthusiasm, compassion, self acceptance, forgiveness, gratitude, commitment to excellence and so on and so on. There's a good chance we may not be able to rationally think our plant our way out of the challenges that we're facing their overwhelming and they're coming in way too fast. So to stimulate the creative change we may need, it will be very beneficial to turn inward to excess are higher levels of intelligence and that lives inside all of us. It may be an evolutionary imperative to connect to that source, and meditation could take us there. It's there will be able to collectively create solutions that may seem like miracles to us today, and we may need those miracles and those creations desperately in the years to come. Never before have people collectively focused on their higher intelligence to create a mass positive change. However, in these unprecedented times if we tune into our higher level of consciousness with the intention of bringing the needed changes into synergistic fruition, we may be in for one of the most remarkable times in human history. So please join me in the next meditation for some deep exploration as we connected to the higher aspects of our being. 15. Meditation - Connecting to the Higher Aspects of Yourself: Hello and welcome to the meditation for connecting to the higher aspects of yourself. So before we get started, get yourself situated and a nice, comfortable position. Take a deep breath. Close your eyes. We'll begin to relax at some point in their lives. Most people have played with magnets I felt them pulled toward and push away from each other. I felt that invisible force, that invisible connection between separate things that only can be seen with iron filings on paper, the dance between them and line up along curves that connects one to the other. Show us what we feel you cannot touch. We cannot see, like the unseen connections between everything everywhere that are felt but not seen and really are there holding everything together, making everything work from Adams and quirks on up to the stars. Those invisible forces give things there for sources of energy that power our son and peak plants us. They grow and lights up our sky that flows through our bodies and powers our minds, minds that reach out as far stars minds that can wonder at the wonder of it all, and wonder at the power that flows through it. all that connects each to all and attracts our attention and makes us aware that somewhere inside, when that door opens up and the breeze flows through, you can feel something different. A warm, clear light that shines from within, feeling your body and space beyond touching on, becoming one with it all feeling that force, that source of attraction pulls all into one into letting yourself go. Going with that flow, letting yourself know that it really is okay to go on that journey. To visit those places and to find what you need deep down inside that connects you to something, something beautiful and something true that lets you be there where you want to be treat to feel it, try to hold it free to know that it all it belongs to you. And as you continue to breathe and to relax, I'd like you to imagine your version of higher consciousness in whatever way it comes to you. Perhaps it's a religious figure, like Jesus or Buddha. Or maybe it's a friend or an ancestor was crossed over to the other side. Or maybe it's an animal. We're a color, a sacred object. Or maybe it's a feeling a sensation like warrants or tingling or feeling of deep peace. Whatever it ISS welcome it in was an open heart of gratitude and recognize it. Israel. Now just continue to relax and for a few moments in silence, just bask in this benevolent presence. Your No. So just continue to breathe, to relax, to enjoy your experience. There is no hurry. And when you're ready, you feel like you've had enough. Slowly open your eyes, gently drift back in to the conscious world. 16. Solution #2 - Connecting to Each Other: Hello and welcome to the brief lecture entitled Solution Number Two. Connecting to each other. The global outbreak of the Corona virus in 2020 demonstrated an undeniable human condition , and that is we're all in this together. The transition into the golden age of awareness won't discriminate between nations, ethnicity, religion, socioeconomic status or special interest groups. How we pull through will be a function of how we connect and relate to each other. So the big question is, well, we transition together into the golden age of awareness. Or will we resist? Well, it all starts with the relationship to yourself. Are you at peace and well adjusted with who you are? How your relationship with yourself exists will be how it's reflected back to you through relationships with your partner, your families, your work associates, your communities and your world. What's put before us now is the opportunity to unite our hearts and souls by focusing on what what we have in common, rather than on the differences that terrorist apart. The foundation of that commonality and the quality of our relationships will be discovered in our connection to our higher levels of consciousness. That's the force that binds us all together. When we pull together with common goals and vision, we will create what's called synergy. It's an incredible collective force where the net result is greater than the sum of its individual parts. Can we create global synergy for a positive transformation? It may not be a matter of if we can. It may be a matter of that. We must, and we will need the assistance of a higher level of intelligence. So please join me in the next meditation that could help connect us all by experiencing the human virtue of compassion. I'll see you there. 17. Meditation - Compassion: Hi. Welcome to the meditation where we're going to be raising our vibration through the experience of compassion. So what we'll be doing in this meditation is that we're going to be visiting some pain from the past, something that ive experienced that was painful, and we're not going to get to dwell on it. But what we're gonna do is use it as a vehicle and as a tool to create a universal oneness with everybody who exists on the planet. So let's begin our meditation by getting in a comfortable position, take a deep breath and will begin to relax. A couple of days ago, I woke up in the morning and I decided to go for a drive to the top of a mountain not far from where I lived. It was about an hour. It was a beautiful day. It's a wonderful drive, and I went to this mountain for the incredible view record, relax and be at peace. And when I arrived at the top of the mountain, what awaited me was an incredible view I could see in all directions. As far as my eyes could see, I could see forests and lakes and grassland and there were trees nearby in the meadow and it was sunny and the clouds were floating by like little balls of cotton. And so to relax more deeply and to enjoy the view. I went out into the meadow and I sat on the ground. And as I continue to relax, soaking in the view and being in deep peace, I started to feel a strange sensation, as if my legs were becoming one with the earth. I could feel the energy of the earth, which was calm and peaceful as it started to move into my body and slowly work its way up my spine. I could feel the base of my spine being very relaxed and very peaceful. As this gentle energy began to work its way towards the top of my head, peaceful and relaxed, the energy continued to move up into my lower back to my stomach as it gently touched my heart, moved up to my throat and into my forehead as it gently touched the top of my head. And as I was sinking deeper and deeper into a state of peace, viewing my surrounding, breathing deeply and just soaking it all in. And then I could feel the top of my head as if it opened to an incredible energy or a sensation that was connected to something far about. I felt wonderful and peaceful, and in that same instance, I could feel the energy from the base of my spine moving down into the Earth a Z if it were moving in a straight line to the center of the Earth. And for just a brief moment, it felt as if my entire energy, the entire essence of my being, was connected from the center of the earth to the heavens far above. And in that moment I was in a state of incredibly deep peace. Relax, com and one with all that IHS. And as I sat there in that experience, the only thing I could think of was how much I would love to share this experience with someone like you to feel that energy from the center of the earth, moving up from below and running through your entire body as it connected to the hands above, taking you into a very deep state of calm and wonderful effortless piece because it feels so nice to be so deeply relax. And as I sat there relaxing, enjoying this incredible state of being, I felt as if I could just sit on a cloud and watched the scene below valley far below forests, links and the grasslands far below. And as I continue to imagine, I imagine that I was drifting down, down deeper and deeper into a state of peace, and I drifted down, down deeper and deeper, drifting down, down deeper and deeper, drifting down, down, deeper in deeper, drifting down, down, deeper and deeper. 15 down, down, down, deeper in deeper and deeper. And as you continue to relax and to drift down deeper into incredibly deep state of peace, just like you to be more and more perfectly relaxed, more and more deep. Eddy's very calm, very peaceful and very deeply relaxed, very calm, very peaceful and very deeply relaxed. Peace. Relax, peaceful. Relax. And as you continue to breathe and to gently relaxed, I'd like you to call it the memory from the past. It could be some place from the distant past. We're somewhere from quite recent, and in this experience, perhaps you were experiencing loss, perhaps a relationship that ended someone had died. You've lost your job or something. Didn't wait work out the way you intended. Or perhaps you were struggling with your health. Whatever it ISS, I would like you to just visit that situation for just a moment as if you were actually there. Not so. It's overwhelming. But just so that memory and that experience has your complete in full attention. And as you continue to experience whatever situation that you're yet I'd like you to feel those feelings. And then I'd like you to imagine pretend that you're looking in the mirror, experiencing those feelings and looking in the mirror. However, as you look into the mirror, the person that you see is not you, but someone else. Maybe much old, maybe much younger, or maybe your age. 18. Solution #3 - Connecting to Nature: Hello and welcome to the lecture entitled Solution Number three. Connecting to Nature Nature is a physical expression of universal intelligence. Anyone who has had a breathtaking encounter with beautiful scenery has experienced it firsthand. If you take some time to go out into nature away from technology, noise and people, you'll discover something fascinating. First, your mind will slow down and all of your senses will come alive, including the sixth sense of your intuition. If you tune in and remain silent, you will soon discover that everything is alive not just the plants, birds, bugs and beasts, but everything that includes the water, the sky, the wind, the ground fire and the rocks. Everything is alive. And as you continue to observe and be aware, you'll sense that there is a living presence of consciousness behind the Plaza Matic reality of all that exists, it's very dynamic, and it's very real, and if you continue to pay attention, it will interact with you in a very personal way. It may be through meaningful encounters with wildlife, weather or events, and if you're alert to your experience, you wouldn't know that you're not alone, and that's when you realize you're experiencing the living consciousness of nature now, if people knew how to experience the living consciousness of nature, it would radically change the way we treat our planet, including every living creature that resides here. But even in our ignorance and unawareness, Earth has always responded. But because we have been unwilling or unable to listen, Earth is taking more drastic measures to get our attention. We just have to hope that it's not too late. Earth is an incredibly resilient creature. If humans were removed from the landscape, life on the planet would be flourishing again within 100 years. The question is, can we learn to listen? So we conform a symbiotic relationship with our home so both of us can not only survive but thrive. Meaningful action is necessary. But what's and even needed even more, is to learn how to listen and connect with our living planet. It's in that connection where we'll find life. Okay, so that's it for this lecture. Please join me in the next five minute meditation to connect to the essence of nature. I'll see you there 19. Meditation - Nature: Hello and welcome to the meditation for nature. This meditation is intended for you to be outside or to be somewhere where you can view nature undisturbed for a few moments, so get yourself situated. It will be in. So as we began, just take a deep breath and start to relax. Start to pay attention to your surroundings. Attention to the ground on the rocks, the plants there's trees around or grass. Bush is just everything that covers the ground and continue to breathe deeply, paying attention. And then I would like you to observe the horizon where the land touches the sky. It's smooth, jagged. There's trees or hills or water and breathe again. And now I like you to focus your gaze towards the sky. Pay attention, the colors and the light in any shadows. There are clouds or disguise and blue whatever ecology, see, or perhaps the sun. Or, if it's at night, the moon or the stars, the dark. Just take it all in, breathe and relax, and now shift your attention to the air. Perhaps there's wind on your face. Perhaps there are aromas in the air that air fresh, and then move your attention to any animals. If there are any any birds in sex, any kind of life and then pay attempting to the water. If there is any in your surroundings, maybe you're near an ocean or a lake stream. Just take it all in and breathe and relax and enjoy this moment of serenity. And then I'd like you to gently shift your focus and kind of step back and observe everything the ground sky and everything in between. And to just be aware that this is an incredible living presence, that everything you're observing is alive, and everything you're observing knows that you are there. So take a moment to relax, to sink in and to be aware of the presence that is behind the three dimensional veil that we call nature. So just breathe and relax and take it all in and allow yourself to sink into the center of a still point and into the center of life itself. Just breathe and relax and take it all in to be aware of this presence and just take one more deep breath, and when you're ready, you can release this meditation and I invite you to continue to enjoy thats natural setting younger and without the use of technology 20. Solution #4 - Look Where You Want to Go: Hello and welcome to the lecture entitled Solution Number four. Look where you want to go. It's a very peculiar trait of the human species, but pain and fear are great motivators. They're indicators of where we don't want to be. If we take, he'd taken guide us toward growth and awareness. However, we only want to acknowledge them. We don't want to wallow in our pain or be controlled by our fear. That's the very definition of suffering. I'm a whitewater kayaker. Every once in a while, a potentially life threatening hazard will unexpectedly appear in the river like a down tree or a powerful world pool. The first thing that happens is your heart rate skyrockets as you shift into panic mode. Then your training kicks in. What we're trained to do is to look at the hazard and do a quick assessment. Then you don't look at it again. Instead, you shift your laser focus onto the safest path and put all your energy into reaching that destination. What follows this some type of river magic without thinking about it, you and your boat end up where it's safe. In kayaker lingo, it's called Look where you want to go, the same holds true for the times were facing. We can clearly see the danger, but we don't want to focus on it. Instead, we need to put our laser focus and our energy on where we want to go. The only problem is, do we know where we want to go? Do we know what we value? Is it more than the shadow pursuits of stockpiling money? Do we want a planet filled with spiritually connected people sustained by clean air, food and water? Do we want a world where wealth is more evenly distributed with political systems that actually govern the needs of the people? Do we want health care, education and legal systems to be fairly accessed by all? Do we want a more meaningful connection with other people? We want a sustainable population that lives symbiotically with the nature that sustains it , the clarity of our questions and hopefully their solutions will come more sharply into focus if they're based in connection to our higher intelligence and that intelligence is found in the heart first and supported by the conscious mind. Second, it's the first place to look and where we want to go. So please join me in the following contemplation exercise where we will ponder our inner truth of where we want to go. I'll see you there. 21. Contemplation - Look Where You Want to Go: Let's start off by taking a few deep breaths to relax the body, mind and soul. Breathe in and breathe out. Let go of your cares and concerns. As you slip into deep peace. - Take a brief moment to reflect on your pain and your fear. Where do you feel it in your body? What is it related to? Can you relax, reflect and be aware that these air signals telling you where you don't want to be way What's turn your awareness away from your pain and fear? Where is it they are telling you to go? Place your focused awareness in that direction is the direction you are being stared influenced by your values. If so, what are they those things that you hold most dear? - What if you knew exactly where you wanted to go and lived? What you valued to the best of your ability with your life change? If so, how you what if your values and the way you lived were in direct alignment with your higher consciousness? How would that impact your life and everyone you come in contact with way? Okay, 22. Solution #5 - Exercise Your Level of Influence: Hello and welcome to the lecture entitled Solution Number Five. Exercise your level of influence. All of us have an arena of influence. I'm a healer, teacher, writer and nature boy. By focusing my efforts there, I can most effectively exercise my greatest level of influence. What is your arena of influence? Is it in your family? Maybe it's an industry government, the military technology, communication, education, recreation, science, politics or the arts. Wherever you are, that's where it is. But what is your influence? Well, in the context of the great transition we're facing, your influence will be greatly enhanced by your connection to your higher levels of consciousness. And if you so choose, your job will be to help transform our world into the golden age of awareness. Now I'm not talking about evangelizing, convincing, preaching or convincing anyone of anything. Your job is simply to be. If you're being is rooted in connection to your higher consciousness, the new will radiate out and touch everyone you come in contact with from their synchronicity. Ease, creativity and opportunities will merge into a synchronised IQ flow, guided by the intentions of transformation that you set. Do you want to make the world a better place. Well, I hope you do, because you're effort, Intention and focused are needed now more than ever. And it all starts by connecting within. If we take our individual experiences of flow and combine them into a collective experience guided by our higher consciousness, then there is no limit to the positive impact we can have on ourselves on each other and on our world. Furthermore, if you find yourself in a position of leadership such as in business, government, politics, the media, education or wherever your exposure puts you in a unique position of leverage, you have an incredible capacity to reach more people. It also carries with it some significant responsibility. During this time, connected and aware leaders will be the necessary cornerstones to facilitate our arrival into the golden age of awareness. The world desperately need you now. Your vision, strength and creativity will be what leads us to a higher version of ourselves. Do you have the courage to stand up and be in that space? Okay, that's it for this lecture. Now let's move ahead and contemplate on how we could exercise our levels of influence. I'll see you there 23. Contemplation - Exercise Your Level of Influence: Thank you for joining me today. Toe. Look into the truth of who you really are. Take a deep breath. Relax and we'll begin our journey inward. Take a brief moment to reflect on your arena of influence. Is it with your family friends? Is it in business or government? Perhaps the military, technology, communication, education, recreation, science, politics, healing or the arts. Where is it that you touch people? What would it be like if your influence was enhanced by your connection to your higher consciousness? How would that help transform our world? No, no way would be loath. Power of your influence was rooted in the simple expression of your being. What if all you had to do to change the world was BU? What if that power of being you created synchronicity, ease creativity and opportunities to make the world a better place? How would that change your view of your place in the world way? What would it be like if your place in the world rooted in your being created a synergistic flow with people on organizations you were involved with? You know, where could that possibly lead you? No. Uh 24. Solution #6 - Trust: Hello and welcome to the lecture entitled Solution Number six. Trust Unprecedented Times call for unprecedented action in the lectures, contemplations and meditations that have preceded this lecture. I've just got some of the components that will go into the golden age of awakening. Now comes the hardest part of all trust. We know we can't pull off this transition on our own. It's too big, and it's happening way too fast. It almost seems, by some grand design were being forced into a position where we'll have to trust our collective higher intelligence. The tough part for us will be to do what we can, then surrender and at some point turn it over to something larger, eventually will have to let go, and that will take enormous courage. However, anyone who has been a sports fan knows that success builds confidence. The principle applies to almost every endeavor in life. However, the trick lies in attempting to get your first success. That takes risk and it takes courage. So how does that apply to trust? Well, when we set an intention, put some effort into it and then trust and let go, we can track our successes once we begin to recognize a small synchronicity here, a fortunate opportunity there and creative insights popping up all over the place will start to build confidence in the trusting process. Once that snowball starts to roll, we could combine our intentions and creativity with confidence, trusting that the transition will lead us to a higher version of who we're meant to be. Also, as we build up strength in our trusting muscle, it will help pull this through. When times are tough as a species, we are still remarkably talented, creative and intelligent. If we could somehow combine all of our amazing gifts and merge it into a collective intelligence, there would be no limit to the positive transformation we could miraculously create. However, in the process, it might be a good idea to not to try it, to hang onto tightly to the way you think things should be. We're in unchartered territory. Where we are going may not be what it looks like today. The process of transition that were in has been in the works for hundreds, if not thousands of years. We're right where we're supposed to be, and one thing is for certain now is a time for growth. So will you join me? How amazing would it be if we could pull off this transition together? 25. Meditation - All That Is: Hello and welcome to the meditation entitled All That IHS. So before we began, just get yourself in a nice, comfortable position. Take a deep cleansing breath, close your eyes and will begin to relax. Direct the course of my life. I've been amazed and mesmerise by the power of words. Seemingly simple sentences and phrases can have an intentional or unintentional impact in the entire course of someone's life. Personally, I've always been fascinated by the word relax ation. It's a word that can't really be grasped by many other similar words, like peaceful calm, more serene or effortless, tranquil soon or rest ful. And some of my favorite relaxing words. Our bettering often found in nature like a gentle sky, a placidly cool breeze or the stillness of the night and sometimes an image capture the same people like a moon on emotionless late or the majesty of a glorious mountain people, or the divinity of a glorious sunset. Words and the images all leading us to that sacred space inside where we are at one, and that he's in a state of blissful and serene peace. Very calm, very peaceful, very deeply realized, very calm, very peaceful, very deeply relaxed, calm, peace Relaxed, calm, peaceful. Relax. And as you continue to breathe to relax, I'd like you to see in front of your eyes face of your parents and thank them for the strength, guidance and support they have given you deeply Wish for their well being. Take a deep breath and as they merge into the core of your being silently say to yourselves , we are seeing in front of your eyes the face of your siblings and friends. Thank them for the fun and learning they have shared with you Deeply wish for their well being. Take a deep breath and as they merge into the core of your being silently say to yourself way are one see in front of your eyes the face of your partner, past or present. Thank them with love and understanding we have given you. I deeply wish for their well being. Take a deep breath and as they merge into the core of your being silently say way are one see in front of your eyes The face of your Children were Children that, you know, I think that we're being part of your life. I deeply wish for their well being. Take a deep breath and as they merge into the core of your being, Simon say way are one. See in front of your eyes the face of your colleagues and associates. Thank them. We're being part of your contribution and success deeply wish for their well being. Take a deep breath and as they merge into the core of your being, silently say to yourself, way are one see in front of your eyes all life on our planet. Connect with all people, animals, birds in six and all of Earth itself. Their existence is inseparable from yours. Deeply wish for the well being of all life. Take a deep breath has emerged into the core of your being silently say to yourself, are one now become aware of the entire universe with physical and the non physical become one with the realms beyond time and space? There is nothing else but the vast field of consciousness and the source All that IHS take a deep breath and realize that you are that field of consciousness. And as you merge into that field silently say to yourself, we are one. We'll continue to breathe and to remain in this field of consciousness. Just a few more moments in silence. - So as you continue to free and to relax, you could take your time because there is no hurry. But when you feel like you're ready and you feel like you've had enough, you may slowly open your eyes and gently drift back in the conscious world. No anyone way . 26.
