About This Class

Guided Meditations for Love, Money, Creativity & Consciousness is a continuation of the introductory meditation course, Guided Meditation - The Ultimate Guide for Beginners, This course focuses on improving real-life circumstances we all face.  Three different guided meditations will be presented, to help strengthen finances, boost creativity, and expand consciousness. The presented mindfulness techniques will help you expand into the deeper influences that impact your practical day-to-day lives.

This is not a how-to class. It's experiential. These are guided meditations taking you into the deeper parts of your being, to teach you how your internal meditative process works.

Each section will focus on real-life circumstances we all face. Three different guided meditations will be presented, to help enhance intimacy, strengthen finances, boost creativity, and expand consciousness. 

Course material will be presented through video lectures, text summaries, and guided meditations. Students will come away feeling better, with a profound sense of inner awareness.

The course will include:

I've spent over 25 years working in the worlds of Meditation, Healing, and Spirituality.  Six of those years I spent working as a Clinical Hypnotherapist in a cancer radiation clinic in Bellingham, WA.  Since 1991, I've performed over 2,000 private sessions, led numerous seminars, workshops, online courses and retreats, and published an assortment of books for adults and children.

1. Promo: Hello and welcome to meditations for love, money, creativity and consciousness. This is a beginner level course, however, this course does build on the principles that were laid out in my first course guided meditation, the ultimate guide for beginners. So what we'll be doing in this course will be using for guided meditation techniques to touch on topics that each of us hold most dear. Hello, my name is Joseph Drumheller, and I've been working in the worlds of meditation and healing for over 25 years. I'm also a three time award winning author, and I spent six years working in a cancer radiation treatment facility using meditation and healing techniques to help cancer patients. And in those years I was completely transformed because that's when I discovered how powerful meditation could be. And our first meditations will be going into deep states of relax ation to remove blocks and barriers that prevent us from reaching our full potential as human beings. As we progress in the course will expand into enhancing our creativity and expanding our awareness into consciousness that's bigger than all of us. What you can expect to learn will be how to remove emotional blocks that prevent us from entering, maintaining deep one on one meaningful, loving relationships with another person. You learn how to remove the barriers that prevent you from reaching your full potential with finances. And as we go deeper will expand into our subconscious and the deeper parts of our being to become conduits for creativity and in doing so will become aware of an energy or presence that is uniquely us that connects us to something that's much bigger than us. This course is very near and dear to my heart. I have used the principals in this class to not only attract to maintain long term loving and intimate relationships. It's also improved my relationship with my own financial situation. And more than anything, it's opened me up to be a conduit of creativity and also to expanding to a higher level of consciousness, which actually has allowed me to do this work. And my hope is that this course will get you on the path to do the same or get even more of what you want for yourself. And please don't forget, I am also here to help you. So at any time during this class feel free to contact me and ask me questions because I've been through all this stuff personally and I've taken lots of people through it. So all you need to do is to sign up for this course. It's really easy to do. There's nothing to it. All you have to do is hit the button and I'll see in class. 2. 01 Lecture - Relationships are Sacred: there's a saying in spirituals circles that states spirituality is all about relationship. So after all, God is love, right? So this brings us to the point that relationships are sacred. And why are relationships sacred? Well, there's a few things I've discovered in the course of my life that I'd like to share with you and as an introduction into this course, first of all, close, intimate one on one relationships can expand our horizons like we never dreamed imaginable . So in the initial phase, when you fall in love emotionally, those relationships can take you to a place of emotional expansion that you never dreamed of. And also there's, ah, for most intimate relationships. There is a sexual component to it. And so, you know, deep intimate sexual relations can almost take you to a place like you feel like you're one with your creator but also circumstantially. Those close loving relationships can also take us to places we never been before. So, for instance, I have married to a ballerina and never in my wildest dreams throughout the course of my life that I ever dreamed I would get to see arts on the level that I have got to see it and just to see what the performance, the stage in the theater, at a real high levels all about. So that's been something that I never expected have grown from immensely from that, and the relationships can also encourage us to grow. And that's why they're sacred. Because if we're actually seen and accepted and loved and appreciated for who we are as we are, we can achieve things that we've never dreamed we could do before. So if you're supported in that way, by your significant other than you can achieve things that you probably couldn't have by yourself. So behind every good woman, there's a good man, right? And so behind every good man, there's a good woman, too. And also, uh, another reason why relationships are sacred is because they can help us heal. So once the romance wears off, you know if however long that takes, what do you have that's left? What you have left is what's riel, and it's so at some point in that relationship, sometime or another's, it's gonna happen. They're gonna start to push each other's buttons you're gonna hit. You're paying your fear, your insecurity And so what that does that creates an opportunity for healing. And if the healing actually occurs in a Loveridge relationship like that, that could be very profound and actually draw the two of you closer together as time goes. And so another reason besides all of these good things is that close, intimate relationships can be the ultimate expression of creativity, so you can actually create the coolest people you'll ever meet. And those people are called your Children. The last thing I have that makes relationships very sacred is that there's just a lot of fun, and so you can have a lot of fun and joy. And why is, that is because, well, it's all about love and its long great. So that's kind of it for the introduction of my relationships are sacred. So let's go ahead and move on to the next topic. I'll see you there 3. 02 Lecture - We are Mirrors: there's a saying that states were all mirrors for each other, and in the world of relationships, we have close, intimate relationship with someone else. That means that they're going to reflect back to you. What's going on inside of you. Another way to say it is that we are all in accumulation of everyone we've ever loved or hated because they were created a reaction or response, and they formed us into the people that we are today. So all of those people that we've loved or hated, we carry little bits and pieces of them around inside of us that includes the good, the bad and the not so good. An intimate one on one. Relationships, because they are so close, are the truest mirrors to our inner soul. This brings us to the spiritual law of attraction, with simply states like attracts like so when you draw someone into your life, they're going to be reflection of some of your greatest strengths, but also your greatest weaknesses. So if you happen to be the greatest lover in the world, first let's say then you're gonna you may attract into your life the greatest lover in the world also, However, if you have issues with finances that say, you may pull someone into your life, who's gonna help you explode those issues around finances. So another way to say it is to find the perfect mate. You must be the perfect mate. And so this takes us one step further into our little talk today and is that those close one on one? Intimate relationships can create incredible opportunities for healing. So, as I mentioned in our last lecture after the love wears off in a romantic love affair and you get down into the business of being a couple, what happens? At some point, sooner or later, you're going to start to push each other's buttons. You're gonna create scenarios were insecurities your anger, your fear or whatever is going to come up in the context of arguments or or whatever of day to day living. And most people are not aware that when those issues come up, they are created from your past, and they live inside of you, and they were there long before the relationship started. And so the other person is just a prop in your one person played to help you experience what's going on inside of you. And so when those issues come up, it's a perfect time to do healing. And one great way to do healing is like in the meditations that are part of this course. So you go deep into a relaxed state, you find where those suppressed emotions are, and then you release them. And when those are released and healed, then then those issues don't come up anymore in your relationship and those repeating patterns that they create. Stop. So let me kind of summarize again. We're all mirrors for each other. People that we interact closely with us are just bringing up what exists in us already that , like attracts, like you're gonna attract people into your life who reflect your greatest strength, your greatest weaknesses. And then when issues do come up in your relationship, it's a great opportunity for T Ling. It takes a little awareness, Um, but it's a It's a great time to let those things go and to stop the cycle of the repeating patterns of pain and to be free of those emotions from the past that allows you to be intimate in the relationship that you're in. Okay, so that's enough for this one. I'll see it the next lecture. Thanks 4. 03 Lecture - The Blame and Defend Ritual: Okay, so now we've looked at some of the dynamics that underlie intimate personal relationships. But what is an intimate relationship actually look like, Which is a very good question. The easiest way to answer that question is by first looking at what an intimate relationship is not. And so this is where I would like to take a look at the blame and defend ritual. So what happens in the blame and defend ritual is that an emotion will come up in one of the spouses or one of the couples, and what they'll do is they'll project that emotion into the situation they're in. So it may come in the form of an argument. And so the emotion that's coming up, maybe from somewhere in the past. But they're projecting it onto their spouse in the form of blaming them for whatever is there feeling. And the natural response of the person being blamed is that they're going to go into defending themselves, which is probably a repeating pattern from somewhere in their passes. They're slipping into the victimhood role, so here's what it might look like. Damn it. How come you never clean up after yourself? This place is a pig sty, and the other person may respond. Hey, wait a minute. Uh, back off. I mean, where is this coming from? It's like I'm out of here. Okay, So what happened in that situation is that anger of the place being dirty was triggered inside of the first person that was blaming the other. And so that anger may have come very likely from somewhere in the past, in his childhood or whatever. And so they're just project to get into the argument. In that situation, the other person is falling into the victimhood role, which may be part of their their past journey to and there, uh, the way to deal with it was to not deal with it, so they just took off. So what happens in kind of an unaware, uh, relationship is that blame and defend ritual will go round and round like a merry go round , and nothing will ever get resolved so it can go on for months, weeks, years, And at some point, they may come to a point where the relationship itself breaks off. Uh, they can't come to a resolution. The relationship deteriorates, and finally they split up, and both of them will eventually get into other relationships. And what they will probably find is those same patterns were going to repeat themselves in the next relationship. So what's us? What that's telling them is that whatever their issues air coming up, they're not about the other person. It's about what's going on inside of you. And the best way to deal with that is to go into some deep, meditative states or to do some healing work. So that's the blame and defend ritual. So let's move along and go on to our next topic and see what a more evolved relationship might look like. See you there. 5. 04 Lecture - Intimacy: Now let's take a look at what, um or, uh, intimate or evolved relationship might look like. So let's say the same scenario exists. There's an argument about the house being messy. The other person might even take off the exact same circumstances or present there. However, when the argument is over, the more intimate couple will take responsibility for their own situation. So the person that got angry might say something like this. Hey, you know, I got really angry the other day. Uh, you know is really inappropriate. You know, there's something going on inside of me. It's probably from my childhood, So I need to take a look at that. I'm gonna get some healing work done this week, and the other person might say something similar, like, Yeah, it's OK. You know, I got defensive. This is like, reminds me of my dad when he used to attack me. So, you know, I'm gonna get some healer down to and do a little meditation, see what I can do. So what happens in that scenario is that both people are taking responsibility for their emotional situation and both of them are going to go do their healing work. They can do it together, or they can do it separately. But when they go in deeply, like in a meditative state or the healing session, release those, um, events from the past. Those arguments and stuff will stop coming up in the repeating patterns of the blame and defend rituals stop. And in the end, what will happen is that the two people that are involved each other will actually come closer together. So this is really the work of, like soulmates or twin flames. It's not easy because you have to take responsibility for your own situation. So that's it for the section on intimate and loving relationships. Let's move on to the meditation and learn how to heal ourselves so we can be more available to true intimacy. So I'll see you there. 6. 05 Lecture - The Love List: Hello and welcome to the lecture entitled The List in the Love Connection Meditation Coming up We'll be going into deep states of relaxation to attract love into your life. In spirituals circles, it's called manifesting. However, to manifest at the highest levels of creativity, you need to follow a few rules. Rule number one you need to manifest while in a joyful or expanded state of consciousness. That means you need to manifest while in a deep, meditative state. If you try to meditate while stressed out or upset, you only attract a stressed out or upsetting situation. Rule number two. You need to experience your desired result as if it's already happened. If you try to manifest wanting a relationship and all you'll get is the wanting rule Number three. Your intention must benefit all concerned. That means you cannot override the free will of another person. That means you can't force someone to love you. Rule number four on Lee Manifest one desire at a time. If you try to manifest more than one desire at a time, the message you send out will be scattered. Results will be less than satisfactory. You need to be focused and clear on what you want. This last rule brings us to the main point of this lecture. The list. In order to manifest what you want, you need to be clear. So I highly recommend making a list of attributes you want in your next love partner. You can include things like beautiful, smart, fun and financially stable, but also include rich attributes of their inner being like loving, loyal, mature and spiritual. Be creative and don't hold back. Make your list long, and please don't forget to add the word available to your list. You don't want to attract a mess into your life. Then once you have your list, you could bring it into your medication to attract the love, your desire. Do your meditation regularly and go about your business as usual. Be patient. The win and the how your love comes will be in the hands of the universe. So best of luck, and I'll see you at the meditation 7. 06 Contemplation - The Soul Mate Contemplation: If you are ready, we will begin a contemplation exercise to help increase your awareness about your relationships. So get yourself comfortable. Your eyes may be open or closed, and let's start by focusing on our breath. Please take three deep slow breaths and allow your thinking and you're breathing to slow down. Pay attention to your breath in your relationships. Can you see them as vehicles for personal growth, even in the midst? A great trial. - Can you see how your relationships have reflected back to you? Your greatest strength and your greatest weaknesses? - Have you ever found yourself blaming or defending yourself in your relationship when the real problem was something unresolved from your past? - Are you willing to recognize that true intimacy is born of the awareness of your own interstate ? - Do you know what you truly want in your soul, mate? - May you be at peace with a life filled with love. Well, 8. 07 - Lecture Entanglements: hello and welcome to the lecture entitled Removing Entanglements and Attachments. When in the process of manifesting a soulmate, it's very important to keep the process clean to ensure that love flows into your life as smoothly as possible. Therefore, it's a great idea to remove entanglements and attachments from the past. The main categories entanglements fall into include physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, financial and legal. All these entanglements deplete and limit your energy, so we want to clear them out. When you're soulmate arrives, you want to have as much as your energy available. It's possible in the meditation that follows, we will be treating all entanglements as the same. However, on a side note, I highly encourage you to not to attempt manifesting a soulmate while you're in an existing relationship. The potential of creating pain in that scenario is very possible, so let's avoid that route. During the meditation that follows, you'll get deeply relaxed and become aware of any unresolved attachments or entanglements. It's very likely you'll be able to feel them in your body. Once the attachments are located, you will simply observe them and allow them to release back to the origin while feeling your energy come back into your body. This meditation is very simple, yet highly effective and freeing up your energy to connect with your future soul mate. So what? That said, Let's go to the meditation. 9. 08 - Meditation Removing Entanglements: Hello and welcome to the meditation entitled Removing Entanglements and Attachments. In this meditation will be releasing attachments mentioned in the previous lecture. Clear your energy field and prepare you to connect with your soul mate. So go ahead, close your eyes, get yourself comfortable and we're gonna start off by doing some breathing. So what I want you to do is just to breathe in through your nose and then out through your nose so you can breathe in for, like, 123 and then read out a little longer, like one, too. Three 456 We'll do three breast that way, so go ahead. Breathe in one to three and slowly breathe out one to three four sick Inhale one to three. Exhale one to three for five. Inhale one to three and exhale one to three toward five six. I just continue to breathe as normal and allow yourself to begin to relax. So as you begin to relax, maybe you can imagine yourself some very comforting place. Maybe next to a pond or along a river or some place. It's very comfortable and relaxing, and as you continue to breathe and to relax and to imagine yourself from this place. Perhaps you can feel a warm, glowing wave of energy. Relax ation moving down into the top of your head. Allow it to move into your body and into your brain so that your entire body begins to become very relaxed, very energized. And you allow these relaxing feelings to movinto all of your head. It moves down into your neck, your shoulders, and you feel your arms as they become increasingly heavy. Has this wonderful wave peaceful? Relax, ation moves down your arms all the way to the tip of each finger, stipulates that just continuing to relax, to breathe like you to now allow this wave of relaxation to enter the inside of your upper body so you can actually feel Relax ation moving into your heart so your heart beats in perfect peace and ease. You. Allow the relax ation to move into your lungs so that you could breathe without effort. As you become more and more deeply relaxed, more and more peaceful and you could begin to feel the physical world, start to melt away and dissolve a za relax ation continues into all of your other internal organs so that your upper body is completely relaxed, very peaceful and deeply call and feel the relaxation as it continues by moving into the lower half of your body so that your legs became become very heavy. There, relax and deeply at peace is this incredible peaceful wave. Relax, Ation moves into every cell of your body all the way down your legs back to the tip of each toe. So you're very deeply relaxed. You're very calm, and you're totally at peace, and it feels so nice. Be so deeply. Relax. Now, as you continue to relax, be in peace and to be very deeply called, I'd like you to become aware of any attachments you may have related to the past. That may prevent you from attracting your soul mate. And if nothing comes to mind, I'd like to ask you this question. Is anyone or anything sucking your energy? Just pay close attention to where you feel those connections in your body and they feel like umbilical cords, tentacles or spider webs. So just continue to breathe and to relax and allow yourself to gently focus your attention , por nos feelings of attachment that are no longer needed are necessary and to just observe them for a few moments of silent, passively observing. Yeah, what I would like you to do now, as you observe those attachments in those entanglements to do something very simple, and we're just going to send them back to where they came from. So just feel them released from your body and send them back to the origin, releasing without effort so you can actually feel his energy connections releasing from your body. You can send them with love and forgiveness and just paying close attention and observing as they released from your body, from your energy field from your mind and from your soul and allow those entanglements and those attachments to release completely, - just continuing to breathe. Relax. What I would like you to do now is to call your energy back from any place or to any person where you've left it where it no longer belongs. So call your energy back to you so you can actually feel it entering back into your body. So calling your energy back just allow that process toe happen in silence for a few moments , - continue to breathe and to relax and what I would like you to do now. This is to envision yourself encapsulated in a protective barrier like a could cool or a ball. It could be very fan, but very powerful. Maybe it's gold or blue, and any inappropriate attachments are no longer allowed to penetrate this ball. And you cannot give your energy through this ball unless it's really highest good and for the highest good of everyone, just feel this protective ball surrounding you keeping energy sucking attachments at bay, keeping your energy self contained unless energy you get is for your greatest. And I allow that protective barrier to become one fabric of your being allowed to integrate itself deeply into your subconscious. So it's always with you. And then I want you to focus once again on your energy in your body that you called back to yourself and to allow that energy within view. If you like tingling sensations or warm or movement, I feel like golden light. Whatever it feels like to you or whatever you can imagine, I want you to allow that energy to penetrate every cell of your body, to expand and to intensify so that your energy field is very vibrant, very alive and very clean. As you prepare to connect to your soul, mate, just continue to feel those sensation permeate deeply into your being. Yeah, to enjoy the sensation for Islam as you'd like. When you feel like you're ready and you can take your time, you can slowly open your eyes and end the meditation way. 10. 09 Meditation - The Love Connection: Hello and welcome to the love Connection. Meditation in this meditation will be going into a deep state of relaxation to create a resonating love vibration inside of you. From there will allow the law of attraction to do its magic and bring your soulmate to you . But before we begin, I'd like you to close your eyes and think of someone you would like to have a love connection with. Go ahead, close your eyes. It may be someone you're already in a relationship with, or it may be someone else, and it's not necessary to know who they are. So go ahead, get yourself in a comfortable position and while thinking of that person, take a deep breath and will begin. Maybe take another deep breath, really deep all the way to your toes, close your eyes and will begin to relax. I remember as a child in the summer my family would stay in a log cabin along the river, and I would spend hours and ours on the beach of the river, waiting in the water and skipping stones. It was one of the most relaxing times in my entire life. The river moved in strength and silence deeply at peace and completely at ease. And just upstream, not far from the cabin, two smaller rivers flow together to create the larger river to separate rivers became one. The water blended and merged. It's world that spot as it gently and smoothly float on in peace. It was alive. It was at ease, magical and relax. And as I watched on, completely tranquil, completely at peace, everything, everything seemed right in my world. And as you rest in tranquility, I'd like you to think just a moment of someone. If you are in a relationship, think of that person. And if you are not, think of your desire to be in one. And as you continue to relax and think of that person, pay close attention. What you're feeling. Do you feel anything holding you back? Is there resistance, fear, resentment, insecurity or anger? If not, just rest in peace. If so, gently fix your attention on that emotion to nothing else. Just relax and pay attention. Maybe you will notice that the emotion will move. Spin your place. Maybe it will dissolve or just let go and just focus your attention on that emotion as it begins to dissipate and just take a moment in silence. Let it go now rest your attention on your heart and gently feel your heart on. Allow it to fill soft golden light as the doors to your heart become open, I feel the light as it intensified as it begins to move out from your body. Is it golden beam of light and allow that beam of light to connect with the same beam of light from your current are from your future partner. Allow that connection to deepen to intensify, and two girls feel it with every cell in your being. Enjoy that sensation for as long as you like, and when you are finished to slowly open your eyes and complete your meditation. 11. 01 Lecture - The Power of Money: Okay, so welcome to our first lecture money. Here it is the stuff that makes the world go around so you can love it or you can hate it or you can be indifferent to it. But it doesn't really matter, because money has a profound effect on the lives of everyone. So there is a saying in spiritual circles that states energy flows where attention goes. So wherever we put our attention for positive or negative is where energy is gonna flow and then especially holds true with money because most of us are here to focus our time in our energy to make money. So parting a human being means to be enterprising. However, many of us have issues with money. And why is that? That's because money strikes a very deep chord into the very central part of our being. We all need it. Most of us want it. And everyone is deeply influenced just by the thought of money. From the richest of kings to the poorest of baggers. No one is untouched by the power of money. So money has had a huge impact on people on their decision making and on their behavior since people have existed, so the the impact of money is universal and timeless. So how is it that money has such a profound influence on all of us? Well, the reason is is that money strikes a very deep emotional court with almost all of us that central to the core of our being, many of us associate money with survival. So with lack of money can really trigger our insecurities and our fear to a very deep and profound level. And it can become so strong, it'll actually bring out our dark side. Another emotion that money commonly Ken evoke is that when we start to get a taste of money and the, uh, illusion, I'll say of power that it creates in the three d world is that we can get really greedy. And so we want more and more of that taste of power and so they can become so strong that money actually, uh, shapes our identity into relation if we have money or not. Um, and also, one other emotion that money can trigger is that it can trigger a sense of love. And so some people can be very generous when they have money and give freely from their hearts to create the better world for them in a better world with the people that they that they come in contact with. So why is it then that money could bring out the tyrant in some and the ST in the other? Well, the reason is is that money is is neutral. It's neither good nor bad. All is, it is it is an energy tool that reflects an exchange of energy between two people. So if somebody comes into a bunch of money, um, what is it that makes them become a tyrant or another person become a saint? Well, here's a universal truth that I've been that way on your right here, so money will only make you more of what you already are. So if you come into a bunch of money, what if you have an inter tyrant living in you? Then there's gonna be more opportunities for that tyrant to come out and play in the world . However, if you have a saint lurking in the inside, if you come into a bunch of money, let's say then it's gonna be more opportunities for that ST to be expressed into the world . So just to recap here, so money touches some of our deepest feelings, and money can only make you more of what you already are. So let's move on to the next lecture. Thanks. 12. 02 Lecture - Foundational Experiences and Money: If you ever get a chance of time, go outside outside in nature. Take a walk. You know, notice the trees and the grass in the sky, the wind, the water, whatever. And then if you get a chance at night, sometimes go outside and look at the stars. You know, the infinite Galaxies, planets and and sons that are out there. If you look around little, it doesn't take long to figure out that the natural state of the universe is a state of abundance. So if that's the case, then why do so many of us struggle with money, which is just another form of abundance? Well, part of the reason is it's very similar to what we talked about in, ah, the underlying dynamics of relationships. So these air called fundamental experiences that we have with money, and what they do is they subconsciously shape our perception of how money works in the world. So when were quite young, we can have experiences with money. We can be taught in certain ways. We can be conditioned in certain ways. It's going to affect our perception of money and how that's gonna play out in our lives. So let me give an example. When I was young, my father would sit around the kitchen table once a month and he would pay bills. And as he pay builds, I just remember him kind of whining and complaining and groaning if we didn't have enough money. And even though I was raised in sort of an upper middle class neighborhood, I kind of got the subconscious impression that as a child that there just wasn't enough money. And I think I've carried that with me into the adult into my adult life. Now, because money is a little different than personal relationships, the underlying dynamics air slightly different, And so are underlying perceptions are fundamental emotional states concerning money can also develop later in life. And the reason that is is because we really don't start to come into handling our own money . Most of us until we're like in our twenties or thirties. So any like traumatic impact can can happen later in our lives can also begin to set scenarios of how it's gonna play on the rest of our lives. So let me give you another example. When I was in my late twenties, I was working as a geologist and underground gold mine. And unfortunately, for better or worse, I ended up getting fired. And so that experience of getting fired and blew a hole in my ego, it took me quite a long time to recover. And then it permanently shifted my values of, Ah, how I wanted to pursue a location in a career in this life. So so those fundamental experiences could come when were quite young. Or they can come later in life based on any kind of trauma getter, negative or positive to help shape our path in life. So that's kind of with emotions and money. So let's go on to the next lecture. See there. 13. 03 Lecture - Beliefs and Money: something else that can strongly influence in shape our experience with money or also our underlying beliefs about money so different than emotion. So we talked just briefly just a moment ago. In the previous lecture, we talked about how our subconscious emotional states can affect our relationship with money. Well, beliefs are the same, and they differ from emotion. In fact, in the fact that they are thoughts and not emotions, and so usually our thoughts and our beliefs about money will state as a absolute truth. So, for instance, here's that I'll put out a few here for you wanted be like hard work always pays off, or the root to all evil is money or money never comes easily or, you know you can think up your own. So what I'm gonna invite you to do is to come up with your own beliefs about money and see what universal statements of truth that you say about money. That is a reflection of what you believe and so you know, you can also change. Those beliefs will get into those with the meditations and a little bit you can change them to something like, You know, I am a money magnet that's a money magnet with the positive and negative. So you're attracting or the money garden or money comes to me easily and effortlessly, so there's kind of affirmations, but we can get into those affirmations a deeper when we go into the meditations themselves . So that's it for this lecture. Let's move right along to the next ones. I'll see you there. 14. 04 Lecture - The Natural Money Vibe: So I am not Bill Gates. I'm not Steve Jobs. I am not Oprah Winfrey. I'm not Tony Robbins. I'm not anybody. That's, um super duper rich and successful. And the reason that is is because I have a natural vibration to my relationship with money , and I think everyone does. And so what happens is that when we release our in a inhibiting emotions and modify our beliefs about money, that will start to resonate with our highest personal vibration with money. So I'm of the personal opinion that none of us are here to be poor. I think very few of us are destined to be rich, and so all of us resonate with money somewhere in between. And so as we become more in tune, more at peace with our financial situation in life than we will start to resonate with how we feel about money and how it comes into our lives in a in a way of flow, that's very natural. So and we'll take a look at some of the meditations in our meditations to release some of those inhibiting factors to get us to where we can resonate, inflow with money 15. 05 Meditation - Money: Hello and welcome once again. So we're off to our next meditation. And this one's about money. So how fun is that yourself situated? Nice and relaxed. Nice and comfortable. Set the mood. And before we begin, I'd like you to think of the first time that you ever struggled with money. Just think of that situation for a moment and see how you felt. Just kind of soak it in for a sec. Okay? Then you can forget about it. Come back and visit a little later. So just go ahead. Close your eyes. Breathe deeply. Start going into the zone and we shall begin to relax. I love going for a walk, especially in the spring when the sun warms my chili bones and I let go and feel truly Aditi's. And as I stroll along, I watched the clouds gently drifting by and I see countless plants springing back to life. Nature always reminds me of the endless abundance on our earth. And I find enormous piece in that truth. The new green in the plants, buzzing of insects, the chirping of the birds cool in the breeze. That way it's all in harmony. Peace relaxed, effortless easy and natural way Abundance has always meant to be. As we begin to unveil abundance in you, I'd like you to relax to deeply relax. Yeah, And as you continue to drift more and more deeply into a blissful peace, I'd like you to remember a defining moment that you had with money. Take your time and allow it to come into view. Good. Now just be there as if you were actually there. If your memory is pleasant, just enjoy it deeply. Relax and enjoy. If your memory is not pleasant, if there is struggle, we're fear or shame. Our resistance just be in that situation again and observed as if you were actually there. Now all I would ask you to do is to observe, to relax and to breathe, observed, relax and breathe. Pay attention to sensations and the feelings you are feeling in your body. Gently rest your attention on no sensations as you continue to relax and as you continue to observe, you notice the limiting sensations are starting to move. Perhaps swirling, are vibrating, dissolving or transforming. Just pay attention as they release from their body and let this process continue for a few moments Now, I would like you to create a new experience. Their money is flowing. Maybe you see a room full of jewels money you're going. Or maybe you see a river symbolizing an endless flow. Well, that carries and energy of absolute abundance. Feel it deeply for as long as I should, like, allow it to resonate with the very fabric of your being. No, that goes with you from this day forward. And when you are filled with abundance and when you have had another, you may come back slow, nice and slow and gently open your eyes. 16. 01 Lecture - Meditation and Creativity: hello and welcome to our next lectures on creativity. So to be human means to be creative. It's our natural birthright. In fact, each one of us creates every day that we lived during the course of our lives. Even if it seems like a boring routine. That's because we're all a product of the choices that we make or don't make and enhance. Creativity is a natural byproduct of meditation and healing. So why is that? So when we go into a deeply relaxed state going to a meditative state and release suppressed emotion from the past, released trauma from the past to relieve inappropriate beliefs and inhibitions that get in our way and what that does is that kind of cleaned us out on the inside and makes us natural conduits for creativity. And so, at that point, once those doors are open, they tend to stay open permanently, and then it just takes a little awareness, a little action and a little decision making to determine how we're gonna use those gifts. So let me give an example. When I was in my early thirties, I went through a pretty major, spiritually wakening period that last about three years, and in that process, the doors to my creativity were absolutely blown open. And I came from a family that was very uncreative, hadn't done anything creative in my life up to that point. But over, Ah, the end of three years I was an artist. I was a musician that began writing books, and ever since that time, those creative channels had have remained open and they stay open. And it's actually gotten to the point now where I can identify myself as an artist. So if someone says, Well, what do you do? Says, Oh, I'm an author and I'm an artist or whatever, so it's really great. So, um so just remember that meditation and healing when we go into those deep healing worlds that can actually stimulate and open the channels to our creativity. So that's something to think on for this lecture. So let's move ahead and go on to the next one, so I'll see you there 17. 02 Lecture - Traditional Creativity: hello. In this part of the course, what I'd like to do is briefly mention two types of creativity on the first type of creativity I'd like to mention is called Traditional creativity. And so when I think of someone who is a creative person, I think of someone who's in the arts most likely someone who's an actor or dancer, singer, writer or whatever. But it's important to recognize that when you go into the creative zone that it's not just limited to those channels. So someone could be Justus Creative who's designing a house or making a garden or working in the kitchen. And so if you take a creative person like that and you ask, Where does your creativity come from? So say, I asked that to a songwriter something, and I'll say, Well, I don't know my creativity and my songs they just come from somewhere else. So comes from their muse, or their God or whatever. And so they're simply being an open conduit to bring that to channel that creativity into the physical world. And when they do that, it's not uncommon for creative people to go into what's called the Zone. So it's a natural, meditative state. Um, that's very creative. And when they go into those states of being, they commonly lose track of time altogether. And if someone who is very creative will actually use meditation, what that can happen is that it can expand those creative channels, enhance their creative visions and stimulate their intuitive insights. So, uh, so once we get our channels open by doing our healing, then we can utilize meditation even further to enhance our natural creative state. Okay, so that's it for this one. Think about battle, and then we'll go on to the next little lecture. See there. 18. 03 Lecture - Manifesting: so the next type of creativity I would like to mention is called manifesting, and another word for manifesting is called Creating Your Own reality. And so the principle behind it is is that whatever lives inside of you will be reflected back to you in the events of your life, as within, so without So everyone does this every day. We're just not completely aware of it. And part of the problem with it is that what we unknowingly and unintentionally put out in the world are commonly our fears and our insecurities and our unworthiness, and so that we can see that come back to us at times, too. But how manifesting works. It's a very kind of an advanced spiritual exercise or a technique where you take what you want and you focus on it in a meditative state in your mind's eye, and then you bring an emotional component. Um, that is very determined and very knowing that whatever this is you're trying to create is going to happen. So on, then you kind of let go of it, and then you let the universe bring it to you. And I know some people who are very, very good at this. And so, um, so here's how it would work. So you colorized. So you want a new car? You meditate on your new car, you see the picture of your new car, and then you got to call it the fire in the belly. Uh, says this is gonna happen no matter what, and then more determination, the more determined you are, the more knowing that you know it's gonna happen no matter what. Then you let it go. And you just pay attention to what happens in your life on Dwight for to come to you. And you can repeat the process over and over as you like. Um, but let me tell you one story. So this is so, uh, this is with my wife. So she's a very powerful manifest, or she has a very strong will be. I'm not that great at it, you know? So, like, you know, I'm more like the feather and force go nice, get blown around, and then I won't get into the fire in the belly of manifesting until I'm almost in a panic state. So after life has to really push me till I get really into the manifesting. But my wife's different. She will focus on something. Um and we had to move a few years back on short notice. We have 33 weeks to find a new place, and and no one ever rents houses in our neighborhood, they just never come up. And so soon she finds that out, She is gonna manifest a new place, and she goes into this meditative state. She calls up this like fire will of determination and literally the next day Ah, house came up for rent. It was like a block away. So she's really good at that. I'm not so great that so you can practice. That will actually go through a meditation exercise where we can practice the art of manifesting. So let's just go there now, and I'll see you there. Thanks. 19. 04 Meditation - Creativity: hi and welcome back. And let's get started on our next meditation of manifesting or creating your own life. So what I would like to do before we get started is to get situated and nice, comfortable position. Get prepared to meditate. I'd like you to focus for just a moment on something that you desire or something you like to create in your life or money. A new relationship, a house, a car or even like an internal state of mind, like more peace, less stress, whatever. And just focus on it for just a moment. Just so kind of hat. You have it on the forefront of your mind, and then you can just forget about it and then close your eyes. Take a deep breath, so go ahead and start to relax. Take another deep breath. Feel your body has it because begin to become very relaxed. Maybe very heavy and breathe in again and just pay attention to your breath, moving in on moving out with each breath you breathe in. I just feel deep relaxation entering your body and with each breath out, just let go of anything that is not deeply at peace. Breathe relax and let go. Breathe. Relax and let go. Feel the relax ation from the top of your head. The tips of your toes. You're very deeply and ease. You're very deeply at ease. You're so relaxed. You're so deeply at peace. You're so effortlessly at rest you feel almost as it You don't even exist. And as you continue to relax more and more, I'd like you to imagine a large, blank white canvas right in front of you and its mere presence makes you feel safe, relaxed and secure. And as you continue to observe, you were canvas. I'd like you to see your hearts design appearing on that canvas. It could be a great work of art. Or it can be improved health, a new relationship, a better career improvement and finances. Enhanced performance. We're a new car. Whatever it ISS. Just pay close attention to your canvas and allow your desire to come to life. Now I'd like you to go into a new future to a time after you obtained more design. Be there completely. I feel it deeply. Be totally present in that movie and enjoy the experience as if you were actually there. And as you're enjoying your heart's desire, I'd like you to move you and your heart's desire into a brilliant golden ball about four feet above the top of your head. Be there enjoying your desire in that great golden. And as the light in the ball intensifies, I see it shooting golden beams of lying yeah, out into the world in all directions. Attracting your desire that you already have, as the golden light beans of attraction radiate out, feel a deep sense of knowing your desire is on its way. There is no doubt that this is how the mind works and be in that attractive state as deeply as you can feel for just a few moments in silence. So take your time and bask in the brilliance of the golden light with you and your heart's desire, and let this process work for you for us long as you like. And when you are finished, just simply open your eyes and drift back in to the conscious world. Me 20. 01 Lecture - Expanding Consciousness: hello and welcome to our next lectures on expanding consciousness. This is where the rules to the game change. Up until now, we've been using meditation primarily as a healing tool. We've limited our experiences to the imagination and the subconscious mind. However, if you meditate long enough, sooner or later you're gonna open the doors to an entirely new level of experience. This is where you connect to your higher power, and it's very likely after you've had the experience of connecting to your higher power, your life will never be the same again. This is where meditation can become very exciting, very unexpected and miraculous. Now there are a multitude of names for this presence, which, across the spectrum of time and culture, call it God, the universe, the divine, your higher consciousness, ci, whatever you want to call it. Once you experience it, your life will go from the conceptual to the experiential. What that means is, you no longer believe in God, but you now experience God. So this is where we enter the world of what's called spiritual awakening. So before we go on to the next little lecture about spiritual awakening, I'd like you to take just a moment and think about your connection or your perception of a higher power or God or whatever you want to call it. So I just think that over and then we'll move on to the next lecture, so I'll see you there. 21. 02 Lecture - Spiritual Awakening: Okay, welcome to our next topic. We're gonna introduce spiritually Lake Inning, and this is we're gonna have the experience of becoming aware of our higher power higher presence. Now, this is a topic that actually captures your attention. I highly recommend and invite you to take my course guided meditations for spiritually waking. And in that course, we focus on this topic entirely, So this is just an introduction. But as we contemplate and think about spiritual wake innings, it's important to recognize that they're beyond our control. We can not make them happen. So the where the wind and the how and the circumstances behind spiritually awakening is in the hands of a higher intelligence. And what that means is that it's going to happen when it happens, and when it happens, it will be in alignment with divine timing. So since you can't make a spiritual awakening happen, there are things you can do to stack the cards in your favor. So the one thing that I've kind of been talking about throughout this course is that you can do your healing works when you go into a deep, meditative state and release suppressed emotion and inhibitions from the past that's gonna clear out your insides, make you a better conduit and make you prepared for on eventual spiritual waking. Also, another strong driving force behind having a spiritual awakening is the desire. So if you have the desire and you really want it to happen, the Devine's gonna listen and respond at some point, and it will happen. Also, I highly encourage you to meditate or pray regularly. So when you get when you go into that state of deep relaxation again, those conduits will open up and making you a better vessel more prepared for a spiritual awakening to happen. And in the course of my life, when I have experienced spiritually awakenings, they've always the biggest ones have always come when I've stepped outside of my bubble. So I highly encourage you to get out of your entrance routine because that gives a little more wiggle room for the divine to come in on be a part of your life, possibly in an unexpected way, and so things you could do it would be like taking a course like this one is is really good . Uh, go on a workshop, No, or go to a retreat even better. And then what? You do all those things just kind of forget about it and let it go and then let the divine spend its magic. So that's kind of introduction to what spiritually awakening is and how it happens. So let's go into our next little topic about talking about what a spiritual awakenings really like, so I'll see you there. 22. 03 Lecture - What is a Spiritual Awakening Like?: so welcome to our next topic, entitled What is a spiritual awakening like? Well, a spiritual awakening is tailored for the individual that is having the experience. Another way to say that is that there are many types of spiritual wake innings as there are people experiencing them. And that's because a spiritual awakening is a gift from the divine, especially for you to help you wake up to a higher level of awareness. And once you experience it, there's a good chance that you'll never forget it. And it's also important to remember that a spiritual awakening can happen more than once in a lifetime. So your higher power will come to you in the best way that you can perceive it, and it will probably come through your imagination. So this means that your imagination is really rial. It's just a different kind of real, and it's coming to you to help you wake up to the non three dimensional world. So there's this huge, vast world that goes beyond the physical world, and part of a spiritual awakening is to help you become aware of that. So what you can expect in its wake is that you may have mystical visions. You may see things, or you may have sensory sensations where you experience energy inside and outside of your body. You can have some very unusual and timely synchronicity. Ease where you can have a combination of mental and censor experiences, and whatever happens, it's going to be up to you to interpret it. So let me tell you a little story. I went on a retreat in Fiji. It's been some time, and in this retreat we were going in and out of meditations for a week long and as having one mystical experience after another. But one that happened in particular is that I was walking down a stretch of beach and there's no one else on the beach. I had gone down there by myself when everyone else is in class, and as I was walking down this beach, I imagined that there was a spiritual guide. Walking next to me was a like a person, and it was so vivid, were carrying on a conversation. Keep in mind this was in my mind's eye. It wasn't really physical, but it almost seemed like it was physical. And as we were walking down the beach. I saw someone coming in the opposite direction and kind of looked like the Incredible Hulk or something like that. And when we got up face to face, this incredible hook like person started tapping me on the chest and pushing me with his hand. I could actually feel it and hear it hitting my body. And then his hand went into my heart into my chest. And then he spun in a circle on his entire body, went into my heart and exploded. And then I looked over at my spiritual guide. As soon as that happened and he was gone, and I was just standing there stupefied. I didn't know what happened. And so that leads us to my next question. In terms of spiritual awakening, how do you know if you're having, um, genuine spiritually awakening? Or if you're having, like, a delusional or psychotic experience? And that is a very good question to ask, because there is a very fine line between spirituality and delusion. And so what I've learned over the years is that a genuine spiritual experience will tend to play itself out in the physical three d world. So let's say someone is in meditation and their guide comes to him, said You're going to meet your soul mate in three weeks and three weeks, weeks later, you actually meet your soul mate, are someone that you're going to be, uh, intimately connected with. And so that's a genuine spiritual experience. If you hear voices and things and they don't play out in the physical world you want, Oh, really? Take a second look at it. And also spiritually experience or genuine spiritually, awakenings tend to improve the quality of your life after they happen. So, for instance, my experience in Fiji When I went home, I felt like my entire energy field or my shocker system was completely rewired and alive is full of energy, and I could feel energy coming through my hands. And at that point I began to use hands on healing in my private session with people, which, uh, took my healing work up another notch. So it's something that's really beneficial for me, And so that was for me. That was a genuine spiritual awakening, which had a great improvement in the quality of my life afterwards. The meditation Thanks. 23. 04 Meditation - Expanding Consciousness: hello again and welcome to our last meditation on section nine, the section entitled Connecting to a Higher Power. So what I'm gonna ask you to do on this meditation is something that you've never done before. What I'm gonna ask you to do is to allow yourself to relax more than you ever have before. So go ahead and get comfortable. Take a deep breath, close your eyes and we'll start to relax. Not long ago, I went to a Children's science museum. It was fascinating and also deeply relaxing. The most amazing display was the large magnets that pulled together and pushed away. No. And no matter how hard you pushed, where you pulled, you couldn't stop those magnets. And that made me pause and quietly think about the unseen forces in everything everywhere that can be deeply felt but never seen. And there really are there holding everything together and making everything work from the smallest of Adams to the largest of Galaxies, a force of attraction that powers our son and feeds plants as they grow and lights up our sky. And somewhere deep down you can feel it too, when that invisible door opens up to that invisible force down, down, deep down inside, like a light from within that connects you to something beautiful and something true that takes you beyond time, space and yourself into a radiant and illuminated higher aspect. Living. Feel that force like a brilliant bean of golden light streaming down into the top of your head, illuminating your brain, your nerves and your entire body. Feel the sensations of tingling, bright light filling your body and the space beyond. And as you continue, I'd like you to imagine your version of a higher power in whatever way it comes to you. Perhaps it's a religious figure, like Jesus, your data. Or maybe it's a friend for an ancestor, this process to the other side. Maybe it's an animal, a college, a sacred object or feeling, or a sensation like warm tingling electricity or a feeling. No deep peace. Whatever it is, welcome it in and recognize it as really and just continue to relax and Basque in this benevolent presence. And when you are finished, just open your eyes 24. Most I'm going to say, Well, I don't know that comes from somewhere else, right? And so, as you relax your mind and as you make these biochemical shifts in your brain, those challenge, we're gonna become more easily open and accessible. Some people are born with it, you know, so their natural, like, naturally created people. But but normal people like myself will say, I had some really defining experiences where those channels were opened through meditative experiences that were profound then never forget in life changing, you know. And so that was those were my experiences like That doesn't mean they're somebody else's
