This was very helpful. I bought a set of essential oils a few months ago, but never really knew what to do with them. I use the lavender in my bedroom, to help calm me and help sleep. But, I never knew what I could do with the others... I would love to a follow-up to this class, with more oils. The sweet orange smells great, I've put a few drops in some cleaners, but what else? Lemongrass, Bergamot, Ylang Ylang... There are so many out there.
