1. Why do you need to take this course: that forms provide true power to establish a relationship with people on the Internet. It is an important tool for any business Earlier. We need to use programming languages to create a form and a database to solve the responses . But they do this amazing up from Google called Google Forms. Everyone can create any kind off form without any programming knowledge without maintaining a database, and that, too, for free. I'll teach you about creating different forms using this app. In this course, we will create forms for feedback for a photo competition, polls, surveys, craze and more. I would also show you how to display the reviews and ratings received from a form directly on your website. The schools is very different from any other course because here you will learn everything by doing. Instead of this discussing the features, I will explain step by step procedure off, creating different forms. This course is literally the easiest and fastest way to become a master in using Google forms 2. Contact us form: Hey, Hi, welcome to this course. It is simple app and the goal of this course is to just help you learn about all its features as soon as possible. There are so many cultures out on different platforms. But this course is way too different because here we will be learning about Google Forms by creating. And that's why the title of this course is Google Forms tutorials. Right from the starting, we will be creating forms. And meanwhile, in the process of creating different forms, I will introduce you with different features of the app. And by this way, I'm sure that it will be very easy for you to understand about Google Forms and use its features for different purposes. So that's all about what I will be giving you in the code. Now let us start creating a form. In this video, we will create simple contact information. Phone bill will be creating the form using one of the templates from Google Forms. And this way you will get to know about how you can use template in Google Forms, how you can publish it with your own account. So first of all, it is open from Google Forms app. And in order to open it, you have to go to this URL, which is forms dot So this is the website of Google Forms app. And while you visit this URL, you will be learning over a page like this. This is the dashboard of Google Forms app. And here at the top you can find a template gallery. And below the template gallery, you will find the recent forms section. And the reason form section. These are the different forms that I have created and it will allow me to edit that form. Again. I can also duplicate that particular form to use it again. So we will start by using one of the templates available from template gallery. You had to click this button in order to expand the template gallery. And here you can access even more templates that are created by Google. The major application of a template is that it already contains specific content arranged for you. So for example, this contact information template will contain all the cushion and as a dipole. Arranged in a format which can help you to gather the information from a particular customer. And the event feedback template will contain different cushion and asset types that can be helpful for any one of us to get some feedback about particular, even from different respondents. We will try to use as contact information template, which is the simplest one. And I will explain you how you can send this template to others and gathered their contact information. So let me open this. After you have opened any particular template, then you will be landing or a page like this, which is a form editor, right? So a former military is a place where you can add different cushions, change the answer types. You can also manage where your responses should be stored. By default, all the data regarding the form and its responses will be stored in your Google Drive. You can change the location of the storage of the data of a particular form by choosing this option called motor folder. So when I, when I will just click this file icon, it will open box where I can choose any one of the different folders that I created in my Google Drive. Or else you can create a new folder in order to add the data off of this form to that particular folder. And now I'm leaving this as it is. Here. This is the title of this poem, which is contact information. You can also change it as contact, as form. And below this, you have a small text box where you can add the description about this form. So I have just added as simple description and then guide the user about how he has to fill the form. Well, the description that I have added is not so appropriate, but I'm just trying to show you an example how you can use this area. Here at the top left-hand side, you can find the name of this form which is contact information. While the title of the form is something written here, the name of the font can be useful for you to search in the dashboard or search in your Google Drive. So whenever you search for contact us form as I'll change it right now in your Google route and this form may be visible to you in your Google Drive app. The form has two sections. One is the question section and another is a responsive section. In the cushion section, you can add different cushions. You can edit the title, you can add the farm description. You can change the answer type. So I'll discuss more about responses section later in this video. First of all, we will talk more about the question section. Here at the top we have our first question saying name. So we're asking the user to add his name. Well, I select this question. I will find the option to choose an answer type on the right-hand side. So while I will open this drop down, I will find different answer types from which I can choose any one for this question which is named the relevant answer type will be, of course, a short answer. Using a paragraph as a type for name. We'll all be suitable because most of the times no one will how a name that can be written in more than two lines. And hence, it's better to choose short answer for this. While you select any one of the cushion. And it will highlight it in the form of a box. Here at the top you can find drag button and you can just hold it and drag it down in order to move discussion below some other cushion, right? How just use this in order to move it the name cushion below the email address. Caution, because I guess e-mail address should be sequentially about the name. So you can use this drag button to a particular question below or above. And here you have an option to duplicate a cushion. And beside it you have a delete option. You can also change whether you want a particular cushion to be required or not. If you just uncheck this option seeing required, then the respondent of this form may or may not provide an answer to this question. Before there's required option, we have more options available. And I will click it, show the different options. Here we have the option to add description for discussion. I'll live with that, check this description option. It will add a text box for me where I can provide a description for particular caution and I'm going to uncheck it. And below the description, you have a response validation option. This response validation option will be available for a short answer type. You can use this response validation option to manage the type of answer that the user can add, will not talk more about it because it's not relevant for this particular video, you'll get to know more about it in some other tutorial. Okay, so for now, I'm just going to close that. And here we have options in iris as I replaced this contact information template with Contact Us template. Hence, I'm going to remove this option and remote. First of all, I have to select it and then I have to click the Delete option. You can undo any of your action by simply clicking Control Z or Command Z. You're going also re-do the action by simply holding the Shift key, the Control or Command key, and then this button. So this is how you can undo and redo. It's very simple as we do it in any other app or software. Now below the name Gaussian, we have for number. And this is not required by default. If you want the phone number of the particular person who is contacting you for Shell, then just check this option saying required. And if you don't want, then uncheck it. Below the phone number. We have the comments. Question, our eye level. And instead of comments, I'm going to add I'm going to replace the text as message. Yeah, as it is a Contact Us form. We need our users to add his message. And by default, the answer type for this one is paragraph. And hence, I'm going to leave it as it is. If you are observing whenever I keep my cursor near the question box, you will find this icon being enabled, which is an image icon. So you can use this option in order to add an image for any cushion to this Contact Us form. Usually it's not necessary to add an image, hence, we will discuss about it later. So we have our simple form, that email name, phone number, and my sage as cushions. Now let us move to the responses section. In the responses section, we don't have any responses because we haven't shared it with anyone. By default. If you don't want to add all the answers to a particular Google Sheet. Instead, if you want to access all the answers or responses to our farm by opening this form, then you need not create a sheet or you need not connect any existing sheet to this form. But if you want all this information available in the form of a sheet, linear, it's better to connect a sheet. There are so many advantages of connecting a form. Google Sheet. Just click this icon and you'll find a pop-up where you can select whether you want to create a new spreadsheet or else you want to select any one of the existing spreadsheet. If you want all this data that you will be collecting using this form in existing spreadsheet, then chooses option. I'll go with the first option available for which you are going to create a new spreadsheet. And right after you have created a spreadsheet, it will open the spreadsheet in a new tab where you have different columns as timestamp, email, name, phone number, and message. All the responses to our form will be added in a new row and in a particular column. Here we have more options available from which the first option is get e-mail notifications for neural responses. If you want to be notified with an email about neural responses, then you can just click this and it will be enabled. And next, other options that are available here are. Select response destination. If you want to select a response, this nation, or you want to just change the response destination, then you can use that option at anytime. And you can download responses in CSV format. You can unlink this form. So you cannot link this form as it is connected to a particular spreadsheet. And when you will do that, then all the new responses will not be added to that spreadsheet. And again, if you try to link this form again to any other spreadsheet, then all the responses right from the first response will be added. In that spreadsheet. You again chooses option saying print or responses. But it is disabled for now as we don't have any responses. And below that, we have option to delete all the responses. So this is about questions and responses section. Now, as we have edited the form and we have used the response destination, I'm going to test it. In order to test the form you how to use this button called Preview. And one, I will just click it. It will open the form for me in this new dab and I can try adding the information. So you can just play here and check whether the form is walking in a way that you wanted to or not. I can add a message here. Actually, I think I should make this lost options seeing message as required. I don't want a blank query and enzyme will be changing that. I can add a phone number here. I've actually added all the information in the form and I click the Submit button. And this is what it is going to show me after I have submitted the form, which is a small tanks message. And at the bottom I edit your response option. Okay? What should I do in order to edit this tanks message? I will be explaining you about how you can edit this message. And before that, we are going to make this message caution as required. And in order to change the message that should be shown after submitting a form, you have to go to the settings section. And in the settings section you have to go to this presentation tab. And in the presentation dab, the bottom, you can find the information message. So it's thanks for submitting your contact info. As it is a Contact Us form. I will be changing this message. So I expect this as irrelevant confirmation message, which is thanks for submitting a query. We will get back to you as soon as possible. For, for making any changes. In the settings section, I had to click the Save button. And here you can see that the responses section is highlighting one. And let us go to the responses section. So now, as I have tried adding information to the form, here we have the details regarding that response. The first one is we have a summary here and we have the e-mail, we had the name, we have the number, we have the message. Right. So this is how you can access the information as a summary for all the available responses. If you select the individual option, then you can see all the responses in this format, one by one. At the bottom of this, you can also see the time and date when this form has been submitted. Now, you can also see that we have print response button enabled. And using this, I can print the response. So we created a simple contact as farm. I guess this is what is necessary for any website to add a simple contact as formed. Now, I'm going to show you how you can use this in order to send it to you. Our respondents are how you can use it in order to add it on your website. All you have to do is just click this button saying send, and it will open up, up, up. Here we have the first option saying e-mail. So you can send this phone via email. You can send this form via link. Or you can use this code to embed this form on your website. You can also shorten the URL by using this option. So this is how you can create a simple Contact Us form using one of the template of the Google Forms. I hope you found it easy. And I also hope you learned a little bit in this video. Subscribe us Form and Challenge: Hey, welcome back. So in the previous video we used a template and created a Contact Us form. But in this video, we're going to do something where a different earlier we have used a contact information template from template gallery. But now we are going to start with a blank template. So you may ask me, what is a blank template? Blank template doesn't contain any kind of questions or answers already added. Visually, it is something where you are going to add all the questions and select data types right from the beginning. So let me open this blank template. And after opening this blank template, you will see that its name by default is untitled form. You can change it. I'm going to change it as subscribe. So in this video, I'm going to teach you how you can create harm from a bank template. I'm going to create a subscribe form with the help of which I can gather email addresses of different people who are visiting my site. And I will be using these email addresses for further marketing. And I will be sending them all the blog posts and other new script writing my website. And here the dog has a how distant click there that I love. The form has been changed. Now for our subscribe form, I should have a cushion which human errors. So by default, here we have one cushion which is untitled portion, and it's answered diabetes multiple choice answer type. I'm going to replace this caution wet email address and and offer changing the cushion name. Now instead of the multiple choice answer type, I'm going to choose the short answer for this question. So it was very simple to create the form and offer that. I'm going to share the responses section. I'm going to create a new spreadsheet where I will be storing all the information about the responses of this form. So this is how this spreadsheet of the form with V. And now after that, let me just preview this form and try adding any details. So this is how the form that v, and here I can add e-mail address, so I will try adding it. So instead of adding an e-mail Rose, I have just added a name. Let me check whether if I will click Submit, it will show an error or it will accept. Well, it has accepted that response. But it is a kind of a problem for me because as a website owner, I don't want compacts where some of them are genuine e-mail addresses and some of them are just fake. So in order to authorise whether the person has actually added an email address or not, we are going to use the response validation option. So back to the questions tab. And here we can find the response validation option when you will click this button. Here we have it. I'll click that. Now, this is what corresponds validation means. This helps me to manage the answer that the respondent files to add. And if it satisfies a particular condition, and if the validation is satisfied, then only the respondent of the form can proceed, submit it. So for this particular caution, I want this app to validate whether it is an email address or not. So let me just, instead of number, I'm going to choose text. And here when I will click this contains drop-down. There is an option seeing e-mail address. So I will just click that. It will actually check that whether the particular text that the user has added is an e-mail address or not. And here you can add a custom error message if the user has. I accidentally tried to add something else. So let me just add a small customer error message. How do you stand at a small error message, which is please add a valid email address. Now, I haven't even fought to make discussion required. So let me just enable this question would be required. And now let me try filling the form again. This is IT. And here I'm going to try adding some other name and check whether it will actually accept the response or not. Now, yeah. Now as I'll just click the Submit button, you can see the error message is being displayed saying please a valid email address. Okay, That seems pretty good. Well, this was one of the way you can collect e-mail addresses. You can easily collect the email addresses with one of the options available in the settings section of the form editor. So let me click the Settings button. And here in the general section we have the option saying collect email addresses. So while I will just check this option and click the Save button, it will automatically add the first question of the form as email address. And you need not add a cushion. Using the response validation option, you need not check whether the particular answer that the user has added is valid email address or not. So again, just delete this and I can just preview this form again. And let me try adding a text which is not an email address. So when I will click Submit button, it is showing the error message saying must be our violet email address. So the second method that I've shown you is the easiest way of creating subscription form. And now offer this video. You have to complete a small assignment. And that assignment is you how to create upon back as far as we created in the previous video using a template. But here, the real task is that you have to create this one using a blank template. Apart from this path, I'm going to give you more important challenge. In this form, there is a caution saying phone number. If you can observe here, there is no kind of validation to this. So a person can randomly add any number, which is not his phone number. And if you are going to use this Contact Us form globally. In that case, you should also know the country code. Hence, you should also add another question where the person can either select the country code or select the country, right? So this is a small challenge for you. You should try some things smart enough so that you can allow the user to provide information about the country that helium. I guess the challenge is very interesting. And if it is, then, first of all, try. And if you are not able to figure out how you can create a form where you can gather genuine four numbers. Then I will recommend you to watch the next video. Until then, bye bye. 4. Solution to Challenge: Hey, welcome back. I hope you have dried and created a forum with a blank template. And if you were not successful, then please do watch this video. And I will also reveal the solution for the challenge that I have going for you. So first of all, talking about how I can create a Contact Us form from ranked and blade. Before we do that, let us how a look on the form that we have created earlier. So this was the contact that is formed. We had the email as the first cushion and there was followed by name. And again, we also how phone number as a cushion and at the end we have message as a caution. So I'm going back and I will be creating the form using a bank and plate. It's quite easy and I'm very sure that you have created it. But however, if you haven't, then please bless this video or else you can skip this video towards the solution for the challenge. Okay, let's get started. I will open a new blank template. And often that I'm going to first of all change the name of this form. So I'll just change that ideal and offer that. I'm going to add the first question. I will add the first cushion as a name. Insert off the email address. And I will just change the cushion as name. And we'll just change the answer type instead of multiple choice. I will select Short answer as, as a type and offer that year I had to check this option seeing required because I need the person to add his name in the form and in order to collect the email address, the easiest method is to open the settings and select this option, which is collect email addresses. And I will click Save. Now automatically we have default cushion called email address. And after that, I want to ask the respondent for his phone number. Instead of clicking this Add button, I can easily add a new cushion by just duplicating this cushion saying name. Because answer type is similar, I can use the duplicate option. So I'm just changing the question. Phone number. So while I was just adding the cushion, you may have observed something being displayed in this area. That was the response validation. Automatically. Google has read the cushion and it has added a response validation for this, which is a number, right? It has automatically added response validation to check whether the answer that is being provided by the respondent. Is a number or not. But we can use a response validation more efficiently here in order to check whether the given number is four number or not. So the one thing that we can check further, apart from just checking whether the provided answer is a number or not, is that the number of digits being added by the user? So in my country, the phone number has 10 digits. So again, validate whether the provided the answer is a number with n digits are not. And for that, instead of greater than as a validation option, I'm going to choose between as an option. And here I will first of all add smallest n digit number. And at the end, I will add the smallest 11 digit number. And I can also add a custom error message saying, please add valid phone number. Right? So this was the solution for one of the challenges that I had given for you. It was quite simple. All you had to do is just add response, validation, and check whether the given number is an n digit number or not. I don't know, but if the number of digits in some other country maybe less than then, are maybe greater than then. And if it is the case, then you can adjust the provided numbers here and allow the user to choose from different digits, whether it may be ten digit, 11 digit, or nine digit number. Okay. So moving on to the next question. The next question here was message, right? So M A, S H. For that, I need a paragraph and the type. And there is a small change here. As I just duplicated this cushion by default, it was required earlier how to just uncheck it, because I want the user to add his phone number only if it is okay to him. Now, let us talk about another challenge that I have given deal, which was to add a cushion with the help of which you can find the country code of that particular person. So I'm going to first of all add a cushion. I'm going to add the cushion as contrary to this, Google Forms has suggested short answer as irrelevant answer type. But I want to provide options to the user. I don't want him to type some text randomly. So I can choose multiple choice option with which I can provide the user. Options from which he can select any one. And Arles, I can use the drop-down option in order to let the user select from a list of options. Multiple choice answer will serve the purpose, but it will be not so easy for the user or respondent to select a particular option because he has to just find out exactly where his country name is. Moreover, these options will occupy a large space in the farm. Whereas the drop-down option will be most suitable because user can easily scroll down and find his country name and select it. So drop-down is relevant option. And the way you can add the options to drop down is similar to how you can add the options to the multiple choice answer type. So you can add country names here. How I read about 16 country options. If you want to add all of them, then go ahead and place to add it. I think the country caution should be before the phone number, so I will drag it and drop it here. About the phone number of caution. And let us just click the Preview button in order to test the form. So this is the dropdown as the type that we have added. So let me click that. And this is how we can select the country. And then while adding a phone number, let me check how many digits does discussion well, accept? So I have added about nine digits of a number. Let me just more on to the next question. So as I have tried to move onto next question, it has actually check whether the provided phone number e is then digits for number or not. So let me check by adding one more digit. And if I add one more digit, and now let me move on to the next question. And then you will find it's okay. Let me try adding one more number and now let me move on to the next question. As you can see, This short answer text box is accepting a phone number which is within n digits. So our form wax as we had designed. And if you have completed these challenges before watching this video, then congratulations to you because you are way ahead and you are, you are learning the concepts very fastly. How to copy questions, sections and images: Hey, welcome back. So in one of the previous videos, I explained you the solution to the challenge that have given for you. One of the challenge was to add a cushion where the person cancel it, his country, right? It was a kind of very difficult for us to add such a cushion. Well, we have to add the list of the countries. So what if this has a type is again necessary in some other form? It will be truly very difficult task for you to add all the list of countries again and again. For every new form, you need an option to copy and paste different cushions. This can be easily done by using this options saying import cushions. So I have opened the Contact Us form that we have created in one of the previous videos. So we created this form using the Google template. And even here we have four number as a cushion and we haven't added the country and the drop-down list answer type with the list of countries. So I want to improve that cushion and it's answered types. But this form, let me demonstrate how I will do it. Okay? So first of all, I will click this option saying import cushions. And then it will open up a pop-up from where I will select particular form from which I want to import a particular question and answer type. So I have selected the form and I will click Select. And on the right-hand side you can see a tab named as important cautions below which you have an option to change the phone if you accidentally selected some other form. And below that you have an option to select all the cushion and answer types they import in this form. But for now, I just need to import this question and answer type which says country. And for which the answer type is dropdown. And it is having about 15 options. So offer selecting this option, I can click the Import cushions button. And right away you can see that cushion and answer diet, the list of options has been imported. And those form let me drag it and place it near about the phone number option. Yeah. So this is the simplest and easiest way to import cushions. So if you want to copy and paste caution and isotypes from one form to another form. Then this is how you're going to do it via phone. This to vary away, easy, and I'm very sure you are going to use this import cushions option. So many times YOU create different forms. So that's it for this video. How to use Titles: You can add title and description in between of different cushions in a form in order to organize them in a proper manner. So adding a title and description and grouping different cushions under a particular pipeline description, we'll let the user is really understand about the kind of questions that will be presented under a particular title. And moreover, using an island description will enhance the look and feel of your phone. In order to add a title and description in a form, you had to click this button which says add title and description. And here you can add the title. And below you can add a description. And I'm going to group different portions of this form into two categories. One will be contact details and another group of cushions will be message. So I'm going to again click this option saying app.all and description. And when that did idolize message. Here, I'm going to change the extra cushion saying message. Okay? And again, I'm going to move this idol about discussion. And now let us preview and see how our form will be like. So as you can see here, the firm has the titles and the cushions under particular Tidal are related to. So here under contact details by del v, how cushions, like email name, country for number, which our contact details. And below we have another title saying message, and under which we have a cushion seeing Arab message. So you can use titles in order to organize different questions into groups. And this will let the user to easily understand and add the answers as quickly as possible. And moreover, it also enhances the look and feel of your phone. So that's it for this video. Now on to the next tutorial. Until then, bye-bye. 7. Feedback form: Hey, welcome back to the new tutorial of this course. Does now you have been struggling to learn the basics. And we have created one form using a template and we have created another form using a blank template. Talking about this particular tutorial. Here, I'm going to explain you how you can create rating and reveal form. Here is a form that we will be creating in this tutorial about is a headline which says review how to use Google Forms book. And below that we have at ideal for the image and I add an image. This is an example image. I really don't have any such book called How to use Google Forms, but I'm planning to write one. And if I do so, I will let you know for sure. And below that, how added caution called name. There is a reason why I added a cushion called name. Even though the person who has filled in this form, maybe my subscriber, but there is no possible different need to track who has provided a particular response. And hence, in order to make it easy for me and for the purpose of displaying, I need the name of the person who is submitting this form. And below that, I have added rating bar. So how added a rating bar of it? 12 phi hearts as an option. And finally, at the end, we have paragraph answer for the question called right or reveal. I haven't made the review as required. Caution because some people may not have enough time to add our review. Heavens, how kept it as optional. So this is how a typical rating and review form would be. In this tutorial, I'm going to explain you about creating a quiz using Google Forms. Before discussing further, let me inform you. You're going to learn a lot in this video, especially because there are so many futures related to quiz in Google Forms app. When you are planning to create a quiz form, instead of starting with a blank template, it is better to open a blank Quiz Template. I used it earlier, and hence, this Google Forms app is showing this option to me here. But in your case, if you haven't used it earlier, then you can find it in the template gallery under the Education section. Open this template. The difference between a blank template and a Blank Quiz Template can be simply described by saying that in case of a Blank Quiz Template in the settings section and other quizzes tab, you will have this option saying make this a quiz already switched on. Whereas in case of a blank template, this option will not be switched on by default. Rather, you how to open the settings and go to the Quizzes tab. And you had to manually switch on this option. Make this a quiz. As the name suggests. This mode or this option will enable assigning of point values to different cushions in your farm. And also this will allow auto marking. So auto mugging means we'll correct all the answers that the user has selected. And it may provide the answers directly to the user and his car if you want to immediately released the marks after the submission of the form. So that quiz will have a feature for adding on wireless to the question and also auto marking all the cushions. And after adding the cushion and adding the options. Now, as it is a quiz form, you should be able to select the right answer for auto marking. Hence to select a right answer, you how to click this option saying answer key. And here you need to select a right answer and then you have to assign point values to this question. Well, in case if you have selected short answer type, then in the answer key, you have to include all types of correct answers. And in case of multiple choice, checkboxes are dropped down. In these three cases, you can provide options from which the user can select a right answer. But the difference between multiple choice, checkbox and Rob down is that in case of multiple choice, the user can select only one option. Whereas in tick boxes, the user can select more than one option. But in case of drop-down, again, it is similar to multiple choice, where only one option can be selected. So you may have more than one right answer. But in case of drop-down on a multiple choice, the user can select only one of the right answers. And talking about the multiple choice grade and tick box grade here, every row will app as a new question. And for each row, point values will be assigned. And the columns will act as a common options for all the cushions. The difference between multiple choice grade and big box grid is that in case of tick box read, the user can select. More than one option per row. Whereas in case with multiple choice, where the user can select only one option for each row. You may use more than one asset type in a quiz, but it is always better to choose multiple choice answer type because it will be easy for the user. And also it is highly used by most of the people. While other and so types can also be used to improve the interactivity and making a quiz more interesting and engaging. So that's about the different answer types. Now, I will explain you some of the best practices to follow while you are creating a quiz form. The first one is shuffling the option order. So while you enable shuffle option order for a cushion, it will prevent the respondents from sharing the right options with others. The next thing that you have to do is in the setting section, you need to collect e-mail addresses if you want to release the marks immediately. So first of all, in the settings section, go to the general tab and check the option saying collect email addresses. After that, it is always better to limit the number of responses to one. And hence check this option. After that, go to the Quizzes tab, where if you want to release the marks immediately, then select this option. When you scroll down here, you will find quiz options like deciding what the respondents can see that maybe Mr. cushions. And here the Mr. cushions means the cushions that have been answered incorrectly. If you want to show the correct answers for each question after releasing their grade, then you have to check this. Apart from that email, also decide to show the total points and the points are sued for each question. This one will be varying in case if you have done a manual review and if you have provided marks based on the review or from making changes to the settings section. Don't forget to click the Save button. Now, let us go to the preview mode and let us just the quiz form. So after I have submitted the form, now how this option saying we'll score. It will be shown to the respondent in the settings section. Now that you have experienced how quiz palm will be and how the respondent will, how to submit the answers and how he can't see his marks right after the submission. Now let us talk a little bit about how the process of manual review goes through. First of all, to enable a manual review, you have to select this option seeing later, offer manual review. While you select this option saying later, after manual review, by default, it will turn on the email collection because you need the email address of the respondents to send their score cards later when you want to release the MUX. You can view the data regarding the responses that you have got in about three ways. Whether you may just view the data as a summary or else you can check the data. So let us start the tutorial. First of all, I will say that the form's name. So I'm just naming it as photo competition, but you can exactly mentioned the complete name and the year of the competition. So after changing the name of the form, I'm going to change the caution here. Right now it is end-tidal cushion. But before that, let us make a small change in the settings of the form as I need to gather the email address of the entrance. So in the settings section, I will check this option saying collect email addresses. And moreover as I1 to restrict the number of entries from one particular person. Hence, I will check this option saying limit to one response. And you need to remember that if I will check this option saying limit to one response, the respondent should sign into their Google account before they can submit this form. When you switch on this option saying Allow only specific file types, then it will show you a different file types to select of which I am going to select the image file. You can also select any other file at the same time, but I want to allow only image files submitted by the respondents of the form and maximum number of files that the user can select. I want it to be one. And the maximum file size. The maximum file size by default is 10 MB. And I think that is okay. If you want to provide a 100 MB, then you have to make sure that there is enough storage available in your Google Drive. So for this form, I'm going to select the maximum file size as ten MB. It's better to add a small description that the maximum file size will be ten MB. And the images that you can find here are free for commercial use and no attribution is required. So you need not mentioned the author of the image that you have used in places where you are using for commercial purposes. But however, mentioning the author's effort is always a good practice. I'm going to upload it. And after making this team changes, let us go to the previous section, and that's the form. So as this is the preview of the form, it hasn't asked me to sign in with Google.
