1. Preview: Back to you. 2. 01 Getting Started with Data Studio p: Now let's understand how we can assess moldy di studio. And we will learn how to sign in and what are the options and features we are going to get after signing in on the Dashboard select stamp. Firstly, visit this website, Data Studio dot google.com. And after that, press enter. Now you can see homepage off mover Data Studio. Now here they are seeing that we have three options. We can connect to multiple platforms in Data Studio like Google Analytics, Facebook analytics, YouTube analytics. And here we can visualize data. I'll be warned. Or v can present data and compare it after that, once this boot steps are done, then we can share data with our colleagues or our boss, or our friends or relatives. So these are the main things that we can use the TI studio for. Now, let's click on this button. Here, enter your Google email ID. And then you will able to signing on Data Studio. 3. 02 Understaing Dashboard and Features p: Once you are signed in, then you're going to see this type of interface when it is really simple. And here are a few templates that a Google is often. And as you can see, we can use this template. This is a really professional one, or this, whatever we like. And from here we can create our own custom template. Now whatever products we have did earlier, they are going to show up here. And here all the projects that are shared with us, our window period. This is the trash button. And from here we can create reports are exploited. Now let us see what are these buttons. So we are going to do a few products of Google. And here is our accountant in. Now let's see how we can create any project. He appeared. And now as you can see here, a lot of options. We can connect our data is to deal with any of this platform so that this Google Data Studio can fit the information from these platforms and the presentation with the help of data. Suppose you have a YouTube channel. Then you can sign into your YouTube channel and get all the data and present here in beautiful v. So as you can see here, a lot of platforms. It is Bing Webmaster. And here are Facebook analytics, Facebook, Facebook Insights, and so many other platforms where we can connect Instagram ad message m. So let's close it for now. And with the help of this, we can add VGS. This is undo button. Again. Now let see what is this file option. And from here we can share our report, are geared a new report or make a copy of it, or even download it as a PDF. And from here, we have option to change this column Andrew size by clicking. As you can see, has changed on the option to change padding. Nutritional data. Now, there are multiple options must be start with it than this option are going to have liberal. And from here we can get help. And from this option, once we have connected to any platform, then we can add chart, pie chart, bar chart. And here on this auction is going to be unbelievable. For me. This option, we can add a picture from this oxygen. We can have text. And from here we can add data from multiple platforms, as you can see, from these platforms. And here, all the team and layout option is going to be there. We can change button color, button size, and background-color, graph color, and so many multiple options that we will understand later on. And again from here we can share our report with any person. Again, be our colleague or our boss. And from here we can view all this is Help section. Again, this is Google products and this is our accountant. Now, let's understand how we can add any platform. So suppose I have signed in and I have signed in from the same account from which my YouTube channel is. So my channel ID and Google Data studio IDRC him. Now, Let's click here ended up. And from here we can add data. So as you can see, it's already fetched. So this is my channel and my channel content owner. And here is where it associates. Now let's click this and ad hoc report. Now, as you can see, we have lot of oxygen over here. So this is team option. This is layout option. And from these oxygen we can add multiple readouts. Here's auction off table, scorecard times these bars by Todd tuning options. So once we have added this midrange is going to be here. And we can select our data from David is an option. Here. We can add URL, do any. Our graph. From here we can add image, x, line, shapes, and Leesburg dinosaur, adding data like multiple platforms of Facebook or Google Analytics. And again, this is 14 and layout. So I hope you have learned on the dashboard of my studio. And slowly n is 30. We are going to develop a basic intelligence of using Melodyne studio. So that is going to be fun. 4. 03 How to add Presentation Templates in data Studio p: In this lesson, we are going to learn what are the different option from which we can present our data in a different way. So let's select any of the template and let's use this one. These are sample templates of Data Studio. And here they have put assembled enough Google Analytics. So let's copy reboot. Now, this template is on our network. Now here are three options of customizing its layout. Will, as you can see here, multiple scorecard and multiple GFS. So let's add another page from this option had a page. And in this oxygen we are going to learn to add graphs. 5. 04 Adding, Customizing different types of Chart p: From this oxygen we can add multiple charts and he also many tables, charts and map. So let's digest. And there are so many charts we can add. This is time series. Chart. Table is GMAP. Now let's customize one. So suppose we have this pie chart. And from here we can customize the look. And from here we can change metrics and dimension. Let's say I want to show multiple sessions, by the way is category. So as you can see, this pie chart is showing the theme. Now let's customize this movie style. Here we can add multiple slays. And from here, we can change this look as you can see. And here are some color options. And from here you can change its look like font type and slice label. So this auction, it's really helpful to add our brand identity like our brand fond and brand colors. Now here, as you can see, here, dimension is Beard and metric is session. So under session they are going to show by did. So. Suppose V can add filter over here by going to add a Phaedo. And these are the multiple other charts. Here we can show data. We then post map. Suppose we want here to act session. Now Shonda dizygotic Boost Session. Hurried. We're showing according to country I so good. And from here again we can undo it. And again we can, from here we can actually reader. So now here are some other option like we can generate a style and some background options. And so many oxygen do. Customize the what do I chart? So if you want to be clear do then you can use these fields. 6. 05 Adding filter p: Now let's see what more jobs we can add over here. So here is a scatter chart is quotable scorecard. Here. As you can see. Here, it's showing sessions. Now, we can just copy and paste into light. We can copy and these options are going to appeal. Suppose we want to hear, do use filter again. Then let's take here again. Let's create 13 dot. Suppose I don't want people who have signed in from device, like computer device next door. So here I'm selecting us category, condition, contains and desktop. So as you can see, all the people who had used Website from next door, they are excluded. And this is our earlier past data, like data. So I hope you are understanding the multiple graphs option and how we can add fairy Diane is dy. So these are the options. Multiple jars. You can present, chart or a graph or GMAP according to the data. So you ordered dark suits your data best. So I hope you have learned about this graph section. And slowly and steadily I wouldn't go learn some other options. Studio is really simple. 7. 06 What is Dimension and metric p: So now we are going to learn about graphs and charts in more detail. So let's start. But before it, I want to tell you what is the dimension and metric. So for example, let's take time series. And here all this section, this green section is dimension and this new section is metric. So what is this magic on dimension? So basically, dimension is qualitative data. So as you can see over here, no engine can be browsers. So dy, country, country, a so-called. So here are a lot of dimensions to period any data. We need dimension and metric without AND concrete it. So sometimes in dimension they are gonna be two-dimensions. And it is metric. Metric is something that we can meet that has the name state itself. So metric and recession, pageviews, HBase views, then new cost-per-click. So these Euler metric. 8. 07 Adding time series chart p: Now guys, we are going to learn more about time series chart. Insert click here times ys. And again click on the graph that you want. Discharged to b will be there. Myers against C. We can join this dimension. As you can see, I have changed it to B. And from here we continued symmetric. Let's make a gig. So there is no metallic dark. So there is no historic data like that. So we are just taking possession. And now let's see how we can customize this chart. So Wittgenstein, and from here we can change it to bus or length, whatever you want. You can see the line VDD is increased. And now here we can change the color of line. Let's make a green. Here, it's cumulative. And as you can see, here are two points, multiple points actually. And here's data levels. It is genuine. If you want to lose it and making it to none. As you can see from this option, it's not laying its like curvy, smooth. Here you can do in this direction. And again from here, you can change. Now again, this is also four. As you can see, it's tied up over here. So from here we can change the grid option. Like we can change its color. Let's make it black only. And this is the intact color. Let me change font size. And this is one size. Now here we can change border and background-color. This is transparency or opacity. This is an r desorption legend. This way it is written. As you can see, it's not on the tongue bottom-up. Now let's view it. Now as you can see here. Again, this is the chart I have shown you since it goes with all this chart. With minor changes. 9. 08 How to use data range and how it can save time p: Now let's see what is in this range. So before doing this, let's add a data. Non-data is added over here, and let's add some charts. So let's add this nutrient. Now let's use it. So guys worker, this date range to denseness. They can show data according to particular or specific time. So as you can see, suppose I1 data just from first f1, f2 here. Now let's apply. Now as you can see, this is showing on linda data offers to Zeppelin. So this is really helpful when someone views your data. So you can use this third strategy one then. So I'm going to help a lot. And as well as your viva or the person with whom you are sharing your data. Now guys, we are willing to learn word is 32. So let us start. But before using that, I would like to change its layout. Now let's put some heading over here. Now let's put some text. Now as you can see, I have mentioned here or added a header. Well, you know, let's add forget them. Cool. Now again, this option is not going to be available in edit mode. But once you are someone, then someone views there. And then this option is going to be, I believe. And from here, as you can see, that it will go back and edit it here. And from here you can add dimension. And then your viewer can sort the data according to this rule. And heat it absorbs and often do change that I have shown you earlier. So guys, I hope you are learning this steady. You are going to learn multiple options. So just try to do what I'm showing you. Now let's go back. In edit mode. Here. Let's change dimension from here. And I'm making it my device. Now let's see what data it has. So as you can see, nights apart into device. So this is really a good option if you want to use it. Give up power to view data in a specific V. Not just you, but the person with whom locating your data. 10. 09 How to Add Shapes and lines p: Now let's learn how we can add multiple shapes so that he can do Diamond bureau different manner. So impractical to shape option. And here we have the option rectangle. And so it can really, we can consider line also. So let's see. I've selected rectangle. And over here, I've added it. Now as you can see here, I have transparency or opacity. As you can see. From here, I can change its color. I can change the thickness or types shapes. And from here we can also add lines. As you can see. This is one line. It's mid curvy. Nayar multiple option. We can customize their color, thickness as tight as you can see. And he ran its points. Ending pumps. This line is not required in this section is lambda star point and endpoint. So let me show you here. Start, I'm adding it to circle and n and its findings are added. As you can see, it's customized. So I'm dealing Vigenere routing. You can use all these whenever you require it. You don't need to add it unnecessarily. And just to make your keyboard simple and make it look better. Symbol is beautiful. 11. 10 How to use Report Label p: Now let us see one very important option. Suppose I have written over here. So I want this to be in all the pages. So what I can do is first, let's actually just now let's go back to first pitch. My one, this section to be in every betas. So what I can do this, Let's click here, Mick, keyboard 11, and this option up here with the help of Right-click. Now let us go back to page one, H2, base three. So as you can see, this is on all the pages, no. Whatever you want to make common in all betas, you can use this very broad label option. Suppose I want this thing, this header in albedo is. So what I can do is have selected this book and right-click and made it to make report level. As you can see, this is on this page also and displayed also. Label option is really good auction that can save a lot of time and effort. So we need not to make changes in every pitch. So this much is basic report label. 12. 11 Using different templates and layouts p: Now let's learn how we can change overall appearances, also our report. So as you can see, this is Team option and from here you will also be desorption PM10 layout. And from here we will have all multiple layouts or design that we can use in our reports. So as you can see here are multiple options. You can choose any which you like. And as you can see. And so also, if you want to make more changes, then what you can do is go to a specific graph and change its layout. Suppose this is the chart that you want to change it, then you can change its color, its font type. So by this, you will able to change the overall appearances of your data or Ebola. Novae are willing to customize multiple charts. So let's see we have a bar chart. Then as you can see, we have these both options, vertical and horizontal. And from here we can limit to number of bars. So I am putting it three. As you can see, three mean campaigns are row here. We can change its color, its axis. You can change accordingly how you want. As you can see here. And excesses and symbols with Y axis. And from here we can change data, like I mentioned, and metrics. So we can learn customizing this also moto style. And from here we can again eliminate the number of slices. So as you can see, these are showing files dot, campaign and other R and rest it's shown. So this is also good. Yeah, multiple colors that we can use. This is really a good option I like here. As you can see. From here, we can change the labels, color, and customize it. As you can see, it's changing. Clo, changes font side also. And these are again common settings. And from here we can view, as you can see, this really well. 13. 12 how to share data in GDS p: Now, once you have created a board, then you will be needed to share it with your friends or colleagues or boss. So in this lesson we are going to learn how we can share our report. So click the document that you want to share. I'm taking the sample data. So let's copy board. Now as you can see here is this button, And from here, we can share our data. So we can add multiple emails were here with whom we want to share our data. Select example. Now by putting comma, we can add another email. This is similar to other Google apps on platforms like Google Drive. And from here, whether you want that person can add it or he just can't view. So here are two options. So if you don't want parsimony, who added the new, can just use this auction. A person just can view your report, not adapts. And actually this is my own MLA disorders not taking. Let's add another one. Now as you can see, it's shared. I hope you have learned how you can share your data. So you have learned a lot of feature below. So I hope you are doing fun. Because the URL TV and a lot of knowledge. 14. 13 Get inspiration of ideal reports from here p: Suppose you have new knowledge including any board. Then from there you can get inspiration so far that this is the another option in my studio. You can visit this auction by putting this URL di studio dot google.com slash Gary. And from this galileo option, you will able to assess lot of sample data from which you can learn. So as you can see, suppose we have this data. And from here we can learn how to create data. And we can learn how to use the right colors. So this can be our inspiration. Or in other way, it will be either ten big beard or design. So initially till the time you don't get a good experience, you can use these types of colors and designs. So as you can see, this is the x direction we have used. This one is a simple one. Non-profit. So this is really a good option to get some idea how to get a good a board. So as you can see, here are other options. Suppose from here we can able to fetch marketing templates. Here, as you can see, they have created a victory bull. So from these things, you can get a good idea of creating a good report. Let's see what this function is. So this is another option. So I hope you guys have learned. 15. 14 Creating live report p: Now guys, let's create one. With the help of my new data. You do analytics. Report first. From here, I am connecting data off my, you do analytics from this option. Here, as you can see, it's already appear because I have the same AECOM from which my YouTube channel is. That is cooling like this. And add. Let's choose one. Now let's add heading first. Now, let's add some charge. Here. As you can see, it's my regulated I don't want that. So let's see. This is looking at some graphs. Scorecard. Next. This one is good. Now let's change. Percentage. Change is a really good option. So let it be country bar chart. Here I want views by idol. So yeah, percentage Biden, I can make it do view also. You. So as you can see, is showing views by mutual cycle. Yeah, it's good. Now let map. But a map is a really good option. It looks good. Actually. Looking at the country code is US history. By most of the audience doesn't belong from USC, sam not clicking on it. How did we contribute? Here making a view. Okay. So here it is showing the data according to view and country. Make sure you use make sure it's visible. Yeah. Let's see what we can do. We can do we can change it. So let it be this one. And from here we can show you. So as you can see, this is showing the results. So I have a really simple way. Here. It's title. This is a reviews by country. So I hope you guys have learned how to create a report. So thank you so much for spending time to learn this course and all the best.
