This crust is unique and that you will soak your keen law overnight before using now, in order to soak your keen what properly? All you need to do is take a clean jar or bowl. Put your dry, uncooked kenya in it, fill it with water, cover it and let it sit at room temperature overnight. The benefits of soaking your keen wah firstly or many. But the main reason I do it in this particular recipe is that it greatly improves the texture, and it makes it more easily digestible. And as you may already know, Chema contains a bitter outside coding called sap idan and soaking. It helps you more easily remove it. Soak in your keen while beforehand also allows you to absorb more nutrients from the kema by neutralizing the fighting acid, which acts as an anti nutrient that prevents proper absorption of minerals and nutrients. Que mas beneficial in numerous ways. But one way in which it is quite unique is that it is considered a complete protein, meaning it contains all amino acids, which is rare, not animal products. Kenya is also high in magnesium, copper, iron, potassium, calcium, vitamin E and B vitamins. To put it simply, this crust makes for one incredibly healthy high fiber and high protein pizza crossed Now. To prepare this crust, you will need 3/4 a cup of Kenya, uncooked and soaked overnight 1/4 cup of water, one garlic clove, one teaspoon of baking powder, one teaspoon of salt and some olive oil to begin making your chemo a pizza cross. Firstly, you're going to preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Then you're going to line a cookie sheet with parchment paper, then drizzle a little bit of olive oil on the parchment paper. Now set this aside. Next, take your chemo that was soaked overnight in. Rinse and drain it well. Now, in a blender or food processor, you're going to add your keen wah water, garlic, baking powder and salt, and you are going to blend it until it makes a smooth batter. Next, you want to take your cookie sheet, which has already been prepped with parchment paper drizzled with olive oil, and you want to pour your batter on top of it. now using your hands or the back of a spatula, you want to spread it out smoothly into the shape of your choice. Next, place it into your preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes. Then you're going to remove your crust from the oven and then very carefully flip it over, using your hands or spatulas. Now topper Chemwar Pete's across with your choice of desired toppings, then return it to the oven and bake for 10 minutes and then turn on your broiler and broil for two minutes. When you're happy with the way your pizzas looking, remove it from the oven. Let it cool for a few minutes and then slice and enjoy. This particular cross tastes a lot like brown rice, and it's quite neutral, allowing for a wide variety of topping choices. It also has a thicker two year texture, making it great for heavier toppings as well. Now that you've successfully made your brown race pizza cross, I want to offer you some other options. Firstly, if you prefer your pizza to be denser and chewier, er versus a fluffy or texture, you can omit the egg white used and use to whole eggs instead.
