1. Skillshare google sheets: getting to know Google Sheets by a Tom for Galley, Microsoft certified trainer In this video, I really want to show you how to get to know Google Sheets, which is Google's version of a spreadsheet program similar to Microsoft. Excel. So in this video, I'm going to talk about navigating the Google Sheets, which is creating and needing saving the spreadsheets, importing files from other sources such as Excel sharing spreadsheets, getting it around the workbook using the Google sheets, mobile app. Then we'll talk about editing cells, including inserting, pleading, moving rows and columns, adding hyperlinks and images. Using formulas and functions. We'll talk about formatting data, which is formatting cells, formatted columns, formatting rose and then similar to excel. Google. She's has the conditional formatting, and then touristy Young will go a little bit further. Sure, you had a sort of data had a filter the data how to do charts and do pivot tables in Google sheets 2. Google sheets: now. One should in Gmail. This is my live Gmail account. Now I'm gonna go ahead and you follow my mass year. Oh, by the way, sometimes I'll make my mouth do that so you can find a mass that way. So then you're looking for the abs over here, and we're going to click that and then you could see within your Gmail you have many, many different things you can dio. And if you scroll down, there's even more than that. There's a lot of things you get for free with your Gmail account. Not too many people know about those things, but when you really picking those abs and start going through, there's Google. Has a lot out there. Get with your Gmail account. Anyway, what you do is you go to Google drive, right? Yeah. Now, once you're in Google Drive, then you can ah, start to open up some of your existing documents, but I'm gonna make a new document from scratcher. So picking the word new and then you can start to see Google Doc is like Microsoft Word or similar to Microsoft, where Google Sheets is what we're gonna talk about today. Similar to excel. Google Sly Eyes is a lot like power plant where you can make presentations if I pick on Mawr here. There's even more programs beyond that. But of course, today we'll talk about Google Sheets picking this arrow, and there are some templates that you can use if we have time to enable go over some of the templates, but I'm going to go to a blank special. Now you'll notice that right away it looks like a spreadsheet, and there is many, many similarities to Google sheets as compared to Microsoft Excel. The screens are gonna be like kind of the classic menus, but you'll see a lot of similarities between Excel and Google sheets. So you see your classic menus. So if I pick on file, this is where we can open up a new document or open up an existing document. I'm gonna show you were imported from Excel or other sources. Over here, you make a copy of a document that would be similar to like stay That's right. Then weaken down the, you know, from Google docks into Excel or different formats so we can publish it to the Web. All right, so into the fireman. You Nothing is print. Of course, if we pick on the edit menu, this is where we have cut and paste and copy and paste on. Do and re dio. There's pissed and pays special find and replace Delete delete around the leader column. All right. Ah, Then we have the view menu under the view menu We have Ah, what used what is called freeze pain. So you can see I'm gonna show you that one pretty soon. Then we have where we can show the formulas. Instead of showing the actual calculation in a cell, we can show the formulas we can zoom in. A really important menu is going to be the insert menu. So I could insert rose or insert columns. This is where we could make a chart. An image, of course, is a picture. Alright. Ah, drawing is ah, Microsoft. I called those shapes by now we can do the drawings. There. A form would be like a data entry scream. Here's a lot of our functions. All right, which we'll get to pretty soon. Ah, link me is we could make a hyperlink from a cell. All right, so you can see. It's a nice things. One of the insert menu format is where, of course, we can get all kinds of good formatting. So we have our number formatting, bold italic underline. Of course, Strike through find size. We can align it to the left center or right or the top of middle or bottom of a cell. This is where you could do your text wrapping text rotation, you know, change the angle of the text. This is ever going to conditional formatting, which I'm gonna show you very soon if we look at the data menu. So this is where we could do sorts, filters. Even the slicer is now available. If you've noticed that's going through, some of the men use their some new futures. They're always trying to improve it, and they're always working on it. Google is spending a lot of time, a lot of resources, making this better and better all the time. Now we have data validation, pivot tables, indeed ranges. So if it sounds like a lot of the topics that would be available in Excel, you're exactly right. You know, they're really trying Teoh, assimilate, Excel and to pick a lot of those futures. All right, so we see the data, man, you could be very important. There is the text of columns feature removing duplicates under the tools. That's another place we could make a data interest form. Now there's even Mac Rose, which I can order me repetitious tasks. All right, this is what we could do. Protection. And then there's different add ons, which we're not going to talk about today. But there are many add ons from Google or from third parties that you can try to apply to your Google shoots. And, of course, we have the help menu. All right, so lots of help is available for Google sheets. If we look at the higher toolbar, let's go through the icons we have. Undo. Redo now knows how. If I movement house to an icon, if there's a keyboard shortcut associated with that, it will tell you at that time we have print. And then the format painter was called paid format. Right then we have a zoom. Some member formats find fun size, bold, italic, and then we have ah strike through. All right, then we have the text color. We have the background color of the cell. The borders, okay, is where we're immersed ourselves together. You have your so line that you have your protocol. Linemen, text wrapping, text, irritation, link, insert a comment, chart, filter and functions So many of the future is like I said, are going to be similar to what you might see in Excel. Now, if you right click on a cell, you'll get even more choices. Of course, we could easily insert a row or column delete a row in sort of link. Okay, so you have a lot of good futures. If you just right click on a cell, there's conditional formatting. There's data validation down here. We have our sheets. Of course, if you want to add a new she, we could just pick on the plus sign. This will give us a list of all the sheets. And then if you click on the pull the next to she won, we'll see some great choices there as well. So let's start there doing some basic data entry, so it's gonna work a lot like Excel in many ways. So let me share one that's very popular, a type of the world. January here now, of course, I can type in the rest of the month names, but here is what we call the speed film or the order felt. So I'm gonna click in that cell. You go to the corner of that cell and you get the black frost That's called the Speed Film or the auto fill. I could drive that across or I can click in their January and get the black frosting jacket down. Either way is fine. No, that's really gets the December starts to go in January. Let me show you what else it works with the type of Monday because it works with the days of the week as well. So I get the black frost and drag it down. Cities are great ways to help you build your spreadsheet. Eso How about dates? So I just did control semi colon on my computer control Semi Colon is going to give you the current date and that is that. That is the date that we're recording it. So do control Semi colon. I got to these day, I get the Black Cross and you could see the speed still works with the D since well, So what about numbers? So type in one here. Now let's go get the wine right now has all ones that right? So watch will do instead. Here, I'll type in two. So then I highlight the one and the two. Then we'll get the Black Cross, and then it figures out what I want to dough. All right. So many of those real will be similar to what you do in Excel. Now, if I want Teoh, If I want Teoh, give it of some of those cells. Of course, I could just click on that cell and to leave that with my delete key said the speed Phil is gonna work here now, just for Matic is going to be the same as always. You can highlight certain cells and then many of your formatting techniques are going to be on the toolbar. And then, of course, we have the format menu. So let's go ahead and highlight these numbers and I'm going to say format and then you have your number formats. Let's try see what currency box I tick and so on. Right? So formatting is not going to be difficult. We're going to be able Teoh. Just highlight the hot at the cells in the normal way. And then you can either use your for matty upon the toolbar or we could use the format menu and you'll see a lot of the foremost Aarhus. Well, so if we wanted Teoh make the cells have an angle, I could use this I can over here text rotation or that was also under the format menu, so you can see how this is going to make it so that they're gonna be tilted up. You could see the effect of that right now. Let's see you a till down looks like, right, So now, just like here, we could make the text actually vertical, as you can say so we have the text irritation. Now, if you try something and if you don't like it, of course you're gonna waste Ondo so under is going to be over here and I'll undo a few times. I see usually couldn't undo a few times. Now, if you notice it sees all the time, it's constantly saving to Google drive. So you know where we have You don't have to worry about saving. It's going to do in order safe for you. Now if I want to make a copy to this file, then I would say file and make a copy. That's similar to save as right, but it's constantly saving, as you can say. But now I would like to give this Ah ah title so I'll just call it, uh, class. Did I good? So now when it saves, if I could change because you wash this over here and you'll see that this is every every few seconds. So that's not a problem. Now let's try a classic one that's called conditional formatting. So let's say in this calm if it says Monday, I want those to be in red, but only if it says Monday. So we're gonna highlight the data now. We could have high that the entire column, but, you know, this would be fine. Now I could pick in the format menu under format, will pick on conditional formatting, and then you have this window so we see their age. So I'm going to say if you have all these different choices greater than last stand text contains right eso that's it is equal to, and then I'll type in Monday. Now here you want to make that an exact match unless she says, you know, Sell continues, but this case will say is equal to Monday. And then let's make those What if we made those rib all right, and very quickly we could see how the cells that are Monday are now in red. And that would have happened all the way down. So conditional formatting is going to be under the format Manu. Now. Also, another way to get the conditional formatting is you can highlight one cell or multiple cells, and then you can right click in those cells and then you'll pick on conditional formatting from there. Okay, so that's a great classic future. Let's try that again. Let's say if it's going to say Tuesday, we want those to be in blue, so I'm gonna highlight the data again. And then conditional formatting is already there. I can add another rule, but just to make it official, say format conditional formatting, we see that we know comes up at another role, and then I'll say if it's equal to and we'll say Tuesday, then we'll make those. We'll make those blue surgery stands out perfect. Alright. Looking good. And now I have conditional formatting. All right. Now, if we wanted to clear that, then we can go ahead and see how I move and asked to that rule. And you pick in the trashcan when I move the mouse to this rule. If I click on that rule, then I can actually edit it. Right? But if I wanted Teoh get rid of that rule, you go to that rule and you pick in the trash can. So there we have conditional formatting, obviously similar to what you might see in Excel. Not exactly the same, right, but very similar concept. Here's another one that I like really quick for about a technique. I'm gonna highlight all the cells, Then I'll pick on format and then I'm going to say alternating colors and look what that does very quickly. Every other row is is a different color, right, so that you can pick different colors there as well. So that was a very quick, easy one. If you didn't like the way that the worth, we can always undo. I see her son doing for that. So it's pretty flexible as faras for about in your data and those kind of thanks. Now, at this time, I'm gonna go ahead and import from an Excel spreadsheet. So one of the great things about Google Sheets is it's very compatible with your Excel spreadsheets. So in this case, some pick on file, then I'll pick on import, and then you would point to a file. So in this case, I'll pick on upload. You can get it from, you know, your Google Drive 50 authority there, something that's been shared with me, or we'll go ahead and upload a different file with a pick a file for my computer. In this case, I'm gonna go into the banking example. All right, I'll pick on open. So that's an Excel spreadsheet. It's actually converting that into Google shoots. All right, so we're going to create a new spreadsheet, and now I'm going to take an open now and then. Here's that data, all right, so most of the things show make cell will import. Now there some functions that Excel has that Google Sheets doesn't have, and there's some She's there some functions that Google she's has that Excel does not half okay, so but most of it is going to be pretty compatible. So I'm gonna get rid of some of these other columns over here. So I'm gonna highlight, let's say, from matter, edge all the way over. I don't really need those right now. Okay, good. But you can see it did import the data. So what we did at that point was how pick on file and I picked on import. Then you could see, you know, I can get it from your Google drive, something that's been shared with me a recent document. Or at that point I picked on upload, and that's selected Excel file from there. So Google Sheets and Excel are very compatible. Now, at this time, let's talk about what If we want to do a sort Well, if you click in the columns, if you click on there's hell. When I move a mass to let her be or to any of the other letters, the little pull down is there. So when we click in that they will pull them, then knows how we could do sorts pretty easily. This is where we could insert a column, delete a column and so on. So make sure you see it'll pull down. It's very subtle. You want to move your mouse to that column letter and then you'll see the pull down and then a car for each column automatically. Good. So in this case, let's sort it by the amount and then very quickly, the higher master of top in the the lower romancer at the bottom. That's sort of by the account type. And again when I click on that old Dan ever next to the letter C and I'll say sort a cozy. So all the CDs air together and all the checking our together and so on. And by the way, you get the whole road together. OK, so good ways to sort here now also, another way to sort is under the data menu. All right, so here's this sort right under there and then the data menu. No problem with that. We could sort in alphabetical order or in reverse after medical order. No problem with that whatsoever. So how about can we do a filter here? What if I only wanted to see the ones that were from North County, so this will be under the data menu. I'm gonna click in that column where I went that toe appear and I pick on data and then we say, Create a filter. All right. Now knows how that this new icon is there. You have to look really closely for that. That was not there two minutes ago. I'm gonna click on that new icon and then we'll say, um, I'm gonna clear the values and I'll pick on North County. You can pick up more than one, of course. Ah, picking. Okay. And now it only shows me the items from North County. Now, as we know, the filter is always temporary. I didn't lose any of my records. Everything is still there. The filters air just temporary. So let's say I want to get the ones from North County that are also checking so many clicking the this little icon for the account type, and then I'll say it clear and we'll pick on checking. And of course you could pick more than one. And now, now we have just the ones that they're checking from North County. So the way we applied the filter or one where we can do that was who picked in the data menu. Okay. And then, in this case, I picked in a said create a filter at that time. Then, of course, I can turn off the filter if I turn off the filter than everything is back. So, like I said, the filter is always temporary. Eso You know, once you go, you start getting into Google sheets. You'll see many of the great features that are available in your excel spreadsheets. So now here's another new one that's under the data menu. We can create a sleigh, sir. A slave, sir, is a visual way to do a filter. Let's see how it works. Are picking the data, Minya. And I'll pick in their words, Slicer knows how your slicers are made up of your fields. So let's pick on account type, all right? And then, uh, in this case, we have the slicer over here, so I'm gonna go ahead and pickle. I'm never count type. So now watch how it works. If I click on this, pull down, then you know the slicer is more like a visual type of filter. So I'm gonna go ahead and pick. Unclear here, and I pick on CD. Good and now just the cities are showing, So it's kind of a visual type of filter. Watch how it works again. So we'll go up to the David menu, and I'm gonna add another new slicer. So this time I wanted by Bridge Good, and now we have that. So we'll click on the pull down. I mean to clear the branches, a pick on Central. And then it's Central Branch with the CDs. So the slicers are a great new way to do a filter. It's very visual. The's a really catching a lot of people like this. It makes the spreadsheet more interactive than where there's a friend by now. Take everything back again. I'll say, Select all Now the branches will come back Good. Then I'll come over to this one and we'll say, Select all and are picking okay there. And now all of theirs were back. So when you're done with your slicer, of course we can. You know, we could delete the slicer. I'm gonna click on this one and picking the three dots and delete that one as well. So that's removable windows. That helps you to a filter a little bit better. Let's go back to our slides now. So this was when we first went into the Google. She the blank workbook. Then here's the file menu and under the file menu, of course, you're the new open import download means you're going to convert that Teoh your save it to your computer. Converted to Excel. Of course, you can rename the workbook, publishing to the Web, prim it now under the edit menu. Here we can see undo copy, pissed Pay special so that we have our delete rose. Oh, let's do the view menu with the freeze panes that's we're going to know about. So I'm gonna go back to Google Sheets now. All right, so as receiving this spreadsheet, the first row has your field names. We can call these column headings or field names, so I'm going to scroll down. NOs. Had That first show is not on the screen anymore, so we want to make sure that our first row stays on the screen, and that's what freeze panes means. So now if I want wrote, if I want ro one to be frozen on the screen, that's why I'm gonna pick on ready to first so everything above your current cell is going to be frozen. So picking the view menu, gonna pick on freeze. So actually, hear you have some other have some other choices. You're gonna freeze the first row. You could just freeze Thea the top two rows or the first column or the top. You know, the left. Most column. So that's through the first round. Knows how it drew a line between row one and row two. I'm going to scroll down, and now we see how row one stays on the screen. So for your larger spreadsheets, that's very important. That's something that we do all the time. All right, so this way, when we scroll down that had a row is still there. That's very important for your Barger spreadsheets. Now, of course, if it saved like that, it will be like that the next time. If you're going to turn that off, that we can pick on the view and then freeze and then no rose. Now we can do the same thing with, um, going across. So let's say I'm gonna click over here and I want the first call that he for isn't so pick on the view and then freeze. Now pick in the first column. Now if I scroll over, imagine there's more data over here. See how column A is still staying on the screen, no matter how far I scroll over. So that would be another thing that you would freeze. You can freeze the columns, or you can freeze their raise when you're done with. That will pick in the view menu and we'll pick on Freeze and I'll see in the race. Now let's have a formula into the spreadsheet. So let's say we're gonna add interest onto this bank account so over here will take an interest. Now, I would like that. I would like that title would be the same format is this title. So that's what we could use our classic format paint are so I'm gonna click on the one the title has format. You want a copy? Then I'll pick in the paint, brush the pain format, and then I click in their word interest so that it has the same format. You say so this way I'm sure that it has the same format, so watch again. I'm gonna do that. I like the format of there were customer. So I'm gonna click on that. Sell his former. I want a copy. Ah, picking the little paintbrush that paid format. And then we just click on this other cell. And now this. The word interest has the same format. So that's a really good time. Civil Right there. You're formulas in Google sheets are gonna work similar to the ones in excel. They're always going to start with an equal sign, So a type of equal sign. So let's say the interest just for argument's sake that says going to be 2%. So I know it's Ah, that's probably high for a bank account. Right? But I'm gonna click in the amount be too times 0.2 and then you can see that did the math for us. Now I should be able to click in that cell and then the copy it down. I'm gonna go to where the black process in the corner of that cell. Now, of course, I can drag it down, but I just double clicked on that. And then it goes all the way down. No, actually, go down a Sfar as the previous column goes. I guess it is stopped where column F stops. So, yes, I could have dried the black Cross all the way down, But a quick thing that you can do is you click on that formula, get the Black cross. Of course, you can drag it down, but the quick way is the double clicking the Black Cross. Then it goes all the way down as far as it needs toe. Now, let's go ahead and format that column. So I'm gonna highlight column G. Now, many of your formatting options are on the toolbar, so pick in the currency format looking good. Now I see how that column needs to be bigger. Well, you would do that the same way that you wouldn't do it Excel. So I'm gonna go with real energy and letter each. See how we just got the double IRA, double clicking the double arrow, and that made it better. Or we could drag it back and forth as well. Good. So now let's take the let's take the turtle type in the word total. Now, this time it picked up the right format. If it didn't, I would have used to form that painter again and I'll say equals the amount. Plus the interest equals B two plus Ojito. So if you know how to do formulas here, they're gonna work in a similar way. Uh, if you know how to do for him is an excel. They're gonna work in a similar way here. So let's copy that one down. We'll get the Black Cross that will click in the Black Cross. Good. Now let the format column B as currency. Of course, you have to make that bigger. Now that would have had a column age it column, which is already kind of currency. But he said, made better. So notice. It's very similar steps that you might dio from Microsoft Excel, which makes this extreme useful, and they're always adding more futures into trying to improve it as they go along. I still have that freeze on eso that really isn't necessary anymore. That's tend to freeze off in this case. I'll pick on view and then freeze and I said, no columns, drug. All right, so nice little future Siara now are starting a have a good looking spreadsheet, so the foremost will be very similar now. Sometimes we want to add that the built in formulas. So in this case, if you follow where my mouse is going to go, we can pick on Insert, Of course, is the classic FX, but I'll pick on insert and then we pick on function. Now you're going to see some similar functions that you might see an Excel. And then there's some different ones here as well. So there's a ready functions. The database functions i d. Some and D Count. Excel has a lot of those the date functions managing your deeds here. There's an engineering functions. I know it still has some of those. There's actually filter functions. Financial. There's things specific to Google. All right, so in this case, detected the language or Google finance translators shaken. Go from one language to another. So you have some really interesting ones. Yeah, info is a is a text. That's it. Number those kind of things, you know, Logical is going to be the f Look up SS. We get the V, look up the each look up math functions. Operators like add minus divide in this kind of thing. That's a different way to do this. Uh, Parsa is interesting is how you can convert a field to different David types their statistical functions. So you'll notice that a lot of the same categories are here are. So let's try to do the interest of God. Let's see, you want to have another way to calculate the interest. We're going to say if it says CD over here, the CD will get 5% and everything else will get the 2%. So we'll start with the equal sign and then I'll pick on insert. We can pick on the This is another way to get to the functions over here. Okay, so there is the basic functions, like some average count minimum maximum sets similar like the other some. But now this is also using it to all of your other functions. So in this case will pick a logical and with your classic if, all right, so it is showing us kind of the syntax of that, and it gives you an example or tip. So I'm gonna say if this cell equals C B and see the has to be in quotes because it's text . Now, when you type in the function, you're going to separate the parts of the function with a comma. So what type of a comma? If that's true, then they'll get 5% times the number for that row, Which is be to I'm gonna type another comma now if it's not seedy than the value of false will kick out. So I'll say to percent times the number for that row, which is be till so if you've ever used in If and Microsoft Excel, you can see it's very similar here now, by the way, you could have just typed in that function, but they give yourself a little bit of an assist. Then I would pick on that this icon where we get to a list of all of our functions. So I'm gonna go ahead and press the enter key. Good. So knows how the old interest for that was 1800 but because it's a CD, it went up to 4500. So let's make that column bigger. Now you know what I like to dio? I'm gonna get that formula, get the black cross double click there, and then it's going to go all the way down now for those ones that say CD. The numbers in the interest column should be higher than the original interest, because now there should be 5% and they are built that they're all higher. But once we get to different account types, this number should be the same. Is this number And they are because remember how audition was 2%. And this from this 2% if it's not see day, right? So all the other ones should be the normal number. Okay, good. So, actually, I want to get rid of this column. There was. This is kind of the older Interesting. Now we have a new calculation for the interest so I can get rid of that column in multiple ways. I can right click on that column and to leave it like that, or actually, yeah, let's to leave it now. This is gonna make that other formula not work very well, you see, because it doesn't know what to refer toe. So you probably have seen those and excel as well. So actually, I delete it would have referred toe, So I wanted to leave. That column will just recreate the total again. So now that we have the proper interest. Now type in Toto again. What type of equals? This number, plus this number good. And I will copy that down again, and then we'll make the column of the bigger excellent looking good. All right, so you can see the insert menu. Well, let's make sure we cover the view menu. Eso. If I went toe, show the actual formulas we pick on view and show formalist. Let's see what happens with this one. See how it actually displays the formulas in the cells so that you could see what cells have a formula from their commit those columns? Bigger, of course, but that's an interesting ready to see the actual formulas. If you don't want to see that anymore, we'll pick on the view and then uncheck it. Where? So show formulas. Good. Let's continue with the view menu. We have a zoom, so right now it's a 100%. But let's see what 1 25 looks. I did see you got bigger. So we have good zoom levels there. Their problem with that, and then we even have the full page effect. So if I become view and then full scream, then it did fill the screen a little bit better there. All right, so, uh, looking good. Now, if we want to If we want Teoh now continuing with our examples, I'm gonna go ahead and go back now. All right. So let's see where we're doing with our slides. So we were on the view menu. Let's move on to the insert Minda. The next lie will show us the insert menu, and there's gonna be some really great futures in there Now. We already talked about insert ruse or insert columns, so let's make sure we did it for real. So a pick on Excel and now, uh, I'm sorry, will go back to Google. She just wanted to say, All right, let's just force of habit right there. So let's say I want a new column that would say on the state. So obviously I can right click on a column and pick on insert. Went to the left or insert to the right here. We could delete a column. You can hide the column right? So you do a lot of great futures when you right click in that Atlanta That's to go ahead. An insert one to the to the left. Good what type of state. So let's say that we know that the central branch is in Pennsylvania. Let's say North County is injured. New Jersey and West Side is going to be in Delaware. So we'll, um we'll do another f You're so I said equals. If open Prentice's, This equals Central Now. If that's true, will dio p a there? Good. Now, if that's not true, I want to see if it's North County. So we have another f So this is a little bit more of a complicated formula. This is, ah, nested f when we get to that within Google sheets as well, so C equals F. This cell equals North County. Then that will be New Jersey knows how I'm putting all the text parts of the formula within quotes, comma than if it's neither central or North Canada and that will be Delaware. And then we'll closed apprentices and actually need a second close parentheses for the other F. Okay, God. So take a look at this formula Now, of course, you could have let excel help you with the function builder, but in this case, I said, equals if open Prentice's he to equal central comma p a central going Give us P a comma if e two equals North County Common, New Jersey So that means North County will give us New Jersey. It is either central or North County. Then everything else will get Delaware, and then we have closed parentheses, close parentheses. At this point, I'm gonna competent formula down and let's see if it worked right. Central got P a North County got New Jersey, and everything else got Delaware. So that was a nice way to make it so that we were able to determine the state based on the branch. If you notice every here, I'm gonna right click on this corner, and I can say exits full screen. Good never gets your menus again. So the full scream, it was helpful to get out of that. I just right click in that corner, and then we were ableto leave the full screen from there. So I think that's what I want to show you with the View menu. Let's go over to the insert mint, so I just should have it. Insert that Roe or insert the column, right? No problem with that So let's talk about getting an image. So it says, Put an image in the South or over the cells. Let's try either one of those. In fact, I'll do this on a different sheet. Knows how. It's constantly saving the the data. So I'm gonna go ahead and add in the sheet now. Good. So let's go ahead and dio one of those order fails again. So type in January and I want to click on that and then copy it down with the Black Cross, right? And we'll get Mondays your and then when it clicked there, get the black cross and drag it down. So now let's see whether image would look like I said, Insert image, Let's say image over the cells. And then again, you can stay something from your Google drive. Take a picture. At that point, you can get it from a website, but I'm gonna go ahead and get it from my computer. So in this case, see if we have anything interesting in there. So let's get the plane. And now those how the plane is is overriding those cells, right? So you know, when I click on that picture of course I can move it, but notice how the plane is definitely over the cells. So with the picture, naturally, I can resize it by picking the three dots. Weaken, Delete the image. Replace it, Uh, you know, do different things with the picture. Now, let's try. Let's see what they mean by putting an image in a cell. So let's say red over here. See, insert image image over the cell image in the cell, and you can see that's a new future. Then we'll get the same plane again. Notice how it's actually inside of the cell s. So that was kind of interesting fact. I just competent right on doubt so I can have the normal picture. Or we can put that image in a cell. What if that didn't work out a swell, as we thought so that we can always undo, Of course. In fact, I'm gonna undo once and then twice, even this one. I can pick on that picture, right? Click on it,
